Status Update – DOJ/FBI Investigative Research on The Road…

I’m going to attempt to clear up some information and speak as directly as would be deemed prudent as of 8/3/20.  This will likely jump around quite a bit.

♦ USAO John Bash – Lots of discussion amid multiple circles about what West Texas USAO John Bash might be looking into.  Is he looking back in time into the FISA(702) abuses that took place during the 2016 primary season?…. That would be in addition to the familiar “unmasking” aspect?…  and, if yes, what would that indicate?

Short answer is: no-one is certain.  AG Barr did mention that Bash is looking backward on the unmasking issues beyond the timeline scope of the 2016 presidential election.  That would indicate surveillance “unmasking” and FISA “minimization” would meld because essentially the terms are synonymous depending on the type of intelligence exploitation.

Prior Obama officials were “unmasking” names associated with FBI investigations simply to dirty them up to give fuel to the fraudulent basis of “Trump-Russia”; that’s the political weaponization of intelligence.  This did happen and Bash is cited with authority to review this carve-out of the ongoing DOJ investigation into DOJ/FBI intelligence manipulation.

However, if Bash is going into the issues of the NSA database being exploited for political opposition research via FISA-702 authorities (the intentional extraction of information with intentional non-minimization) well, that’s a more expansive kettle-of-fish than would seem to be possible to fully outline before the November election.

FISC presiding judges Rosemary Collyer (’16) and James Boasberg (’18) have already outlined the continued use of the NSA database for ‘unauthorized’ purposes. [Use Site Search Tool for details]

Is this something that AG Barr would authorize USAO Bash to pursue?… that’s a big question without answer.  We would hope yes, but think about the scale of that in totality to the interests of DC writ large… Ergo, I’m not confident.

Unmasking and Non-Minimization are essentially the same issue.  The former has to do with actual FBI and intelligence investigations; the latter has to do with using the NSA database to extract information (mostly unlawful use).  Unfortunately the general belief is that FISA(702) and NSA metadata collection, which includes the ability to review information on all citizens, are critical to national security.

Even with the findings of former NSA Director Mike Rogers about the systemic abuse he was not supportive of shutting the programs down.  So, with that in mind ,would AG Barr want to undermine an operational tool that is vital to the function of national security (as defined by the total apparatus) by having a U.S. attorney expose abuses?  See the issue….

Tangentially related to this NSA database aspect, it seems clear the exploitation is not just about targeting political adversaries.   This is about money and power.  While there is no direct evidence the NSA database was being used to make money, the mere fact that Crowdstrike was a contracting agency with access points to a more financially motivated aspect.

Were these “contractors” extracting corporate, business and financial secrets to sell and or trade and make money?  Is this the ultimate insider trading scheme in Washington DC?…  The answer is actually in the question.  What entity would not eventually use that access for this purpose… it is just too easy to make money.

Apply Occam’s Razor. Of course they did.

♦ USAO John Durham – At this point the noise around the likelihood of grand jury proceedings is very loud.  CTH knows the ¹lead investigator for the entire Durham probe (name intentionally withheld). We stumbled upon it accidentally during specific events in/around DC, and the entity was confirmed in an odd way when we attempted to make contact not knowing exactly what this person was doing.  A little funny story for much later, when things settle down.  Suffice to say we triggered some folks, bigly.   They didn’t know the nature of our inquiry and presumed we knew exactly who they were.  We didn’t, but immediately after their response, we did.  A little funny now.

[¹You might even say (I do) that discovery was divinely guided and inspired; because this was so random and yet so important no-one could ever get that lucky without some help from a universe of righteousness nudging.]

Here’s the parts that only a few people are able to comprehend…. bear with me this will be free-flow and typed thought on the fly:

Because of the sensitivity of the issues being investigated; and because even the appearance of politic in the investigation is fraught with peril; almost none of the people involved ever talk to each other.  This includes Barr and Durham and definitely includes Barr and XXXXX.

The term “delicate balance” has been used so much it now generates a gag reflex.  Every conversation begins with: “understanding all the issues are entwined in a precarious delicate balance”… and then the nudge-nudge, wink-wink, non verbal communication of interpreting between the lines starts.   After a while of playing this game the frustration is enough to make you an expert at turning billiard ball into a stress ball.  Annoying as heck.

When I share that most officials, staff and investigators are genuinely clueless, I do mean they are genuinely clueless.   This includes FBI and Main Justice officials. Thus the important reason for actually getting on planes, meeting people, looking in their eyes, watching their inflection and seeing their responses.

I know the difference when a person is using the Mamet Principle and pretends not to know…. believe me, most of these people are genuinely clueless – they are not pretending.  They are more concerned with who is getting the bigger muffin from the taxpayer provided snack bar.  They care far less about what middle-America thinks about their lack of corrective action on corrupt issues they are comfortable working with/in/around all day.

If there is a grand jury; and if the grand jury returns ‘true bills’ on specific targets; we still have a filtering issue of AG Bill Barr who will then have to decide which criminal characters will be indicted and which would be too institutionally dangerous to indict.  This seems rather stark to say out loud; but we would be naive if we didn’t think there was going to be some sort of filtering taking place even with grand jury outcomes.

♦Phase-2:  For some serendipitous reason back in 2018 when the depth of the deep swamp became very visible, CTH selected mid-August 2020 as benchmark date.   If action was going to be taken by corrective elements in the DOJ or FBI that action would need to be visible, publicly visible, mid August (two weeks from now).

If there is nothing that comes out of the DOJ and FBI by mid-August, CTH will do the very best possible to launch on “phase-2” which will include us exposing the names of the investigators/prosecutors and what they are specifically known to be doing.  While that’s not the purpose, there has to be a point at which ‘We the People’ get to say enough is enough… we are shifting from prudent patience to full sunlight regardless of the damage it does to the ongoing investigation(s).

Because that’s a pretty serious thing to do; there is an assembly of very smart people coming together right before that date, and these issues will be debated.  I doubt anyone could convince me not to go full combat; but I’m willing to listen up to the very last second of my own self-imposed deadline for justice.

Phase-2 was originally going be a full expose in a manner of platforms on a key aspect that underpins the historic DOJ/FBI and Mueller Special Counsel operation.  That goal is still primary; however, it will also include telling as many people as possible whose doors need to be knocked upon to ask the questions about inaction.  Based on the feedback when we knocked the mystery doors it is likely the investigators (and others) will go bananas if their role is made public.

Once people absorb the severity of the dual systems of justice; and once a very specific issue is thoroughly understood; I am very hopeful a national response will be triggered.

♦ Lastly – In the last several days issues in the background of CTH have been challenging.  Comments are being dropped, filtered and disappeared that are totally out of our control.  We have no idea if WordPress is the cause or something more nefarious.  Regardless, please be patient the admins are working furiously to release all the comments that are being captured/blocked through some unknown technology we appear to be encountering.

Why, if there are so many clueless people running around in DC, are we paying them 6 figure salaries? And all the benefits in addition! The opportunity that won’t come around soon again comes from the weather. That’s the infamous media warning during one of the winter blizzards (any snow fall over 2″) “all non-essential employees are encouraged to stay home”. Should take headcounts and notes regarding who shows and who doesn’t.
Then we start firing the “essentials”.

I believe Federal employees union membership is about one third, perhaps less, of the Federal workforce. Managers/supervisory personnel are not permitted, nor are special agents. Federal unions are not allowed to bargain wages and benefits, these are set by Congress. The only power the Union has is to enforce its contract, which is based on Federal labor law. In other words, a Union contract has no more power than what is already in statute. The serious problems in Federal government are not with the unions

There’s more than one union. The largest is the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE)

“The largest federal employee union proudly representing 700,000 federal and D.C. government workers nationwide and overseas.”
        https://www.afge.org/

I surmise they are primarily libs.

BTW: All govt employees do not belong to a “union”. Some federal agencies forbid membership in a union, for instance:
The former U.S. Customs Service (USCS) forbade all Office of Investigations employees from joining a union.
The former INS employees were unionized.

Then the USCS Special Agents & support staff & the former INS employees merged into ICE/HSI . ICE/HSI forbids union membership. Man did that po’d the former INS guys!

Few skilled and competent field people want to go to DC, even with the promise of awards, promotion, fact finding to pleasant destinations, etc. Even short TDYs are “gag me with a spoon”. The problem is far worse than Sundance has expressed. I watched it, and fought what I could, for 30 years, but its a tsunami of stupidity and self-absorbtion. And the most dangerous aspect is that these people direct field personnel, based on their own personal career advancement objectives. And I can tell you to a certainty, there have been some close calls because of some of these people. Stuff that gave me some sleepless nights.

My husband was a federal government employee. The people that were hired at local levels gives insight into how bad it is the higher up one goes in federal government agencies.
Good ole boy hires, nepotism, friends, grudges, etc. Harassment for religious beliefs, harassment for skin color, etc.
Ex:. I worked wildland fires for four years. I then worked as an emergency hire for a local fed agency. Because of stupid rules I was laid off, then rehired as an emergency hire. During the layoff periods I was convinced to be a volunteer, so I did. They were desperate to have someone do that job on a continuous basis. I did this for 2 1/2 years. Out of two 1/2 years I was paid for one year and gave volunteer work for one and one half years. I did it because I was hoping for a foot in the door for the job.

When the feds finally advertised the position I applied. I never was interviewed. I never received any communication from anyone. I found out who was hired from a lady in the office who I became friends with…..she told me everything and connected the dots. Some people in the office and state office got their friend hired. This newly hired friend, a female, was a federal government prison guard. She was caught having sex with prisoners. She was not fired. But she had to go because of the problems and dangers she caused. She was was told to quit so that her record would not be tarnished by being fired, so she could apply for other fed and state jobs.
Yes, this is true!!!! I know who one person is that was behind this as she treated me horribly at work when there were no witnesses……attacked my skin color, my religion, tried to get me in trouble, etc. I shrugged it off. Who would believe me? I will not ever do that again and I told my kids how to handle that type of garbage. So when I see her in town I ask her who she and her prison guard friend have slept with recently and does her husband know, and G-d knows she’s a religious fraud…… and then flip her off. I know…. it’s juvenile. She always tries avoids me when she sees me.

I am uncertain of the labyrinthine issues and rationales that may cloud one’s judgement when dealing with the swamp. But I just am uncomfortable with a strategy that calls for so much skullduggery. I believe the advice given to President Trump was wrong headed from the very start. DJT is the President of the United states. The moment word came that there were people “eavesdropping”, DJT should have declared an emergency and ordered the arrest of the entire 7th floor of the FBI and removed the entire top of the DOJ and any and all intelligence officials that had a hand in it.
This is what the President must do to defend the Office of the President from an administration and congress trying to instigate a coup. Why play subtle? Then move for complete sunshine. Order all documents unclassified and if necessary order the military to assume control of all relevant government buildings.
Any executive branch official that attempts to keep documents secret under a “national security” imprimatur is fired and placed under criminal investigation. You go after the cancer fast hard with no mercy 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. This coup and its plotters would have been captured and the coup destroyed in 6 months. The Steel dossier would have been shown to be a fraud within a week, and there goes the entire edifice of the coup.
This should have all been done instantaneously as soon as DJT assumed the office. Instead his lawyers and advisers are treating this like he’s so joe blow party in litigation. The President had an asymmetric stature at the commencement of this drama, yet his advisers let all that advantage wither away as his traitor subordinates literally attempted to capture him in a illegal sting. What the hell is the matter with you Washington sissies.
This President has been investigated more than basically any human being on earth and he is squeaky clean!!!! Comey would have had to plant an 8 ball of coke on him to get something on DJT.

I’m a proud American from the Midwest. A medical malpractice trial attorney with love for hammering the hell out of corrupt institutions that hide horrific medical mistakes. What we have here is no mistake. It should have been met and dismantled using with massive authority of the Office of the President.

I believe that he copes with all of this better than we do.

But imagine being in a fun house with mirrors and everywhere you look is an illusion.

Most certainly he has been having to learn even more strategy to navigate this.

At entry level, he has navigated all of this and now appears to be deeply into graduate level studies.

Binney proved his program would have indeed identified them. Remember, Binney’s program was leveled about three to four weeks before 9/11.

We will have the opportunity to live in dangerous exciting times! If justice does not come, then we and our descendants will live a dystopian nightmare. Sorry for being melodramatic, but these are scary times.

    • WE have been living a dystopian nightmare. Sundance and several of us have been aware. The difference is that sunlight HAS been awakening many.

You are not being melodramatic. I just suggest that you are awakening to what some of us already saw

And we are grateful that the gravity of the situation is finally dawning on people who were tempted to brush this off as politics or just another nasty cycle to be delayed.

When Trump won, that day, MANY of us knew that upcoming would be …this.

And many of us knew (and there is no superiority in having known about it. I happened to stumble upon it in the most unlikely of ways as likely some others did too) that Hillary’s triumph was to have ended all semblance of a nation, all our American identities shredded and a miserable band of criminals proclaiming themselves benevolent tyrants of the world, based upon money and power and leverage they had amassed the last 60 to 70 years.

Washington, DC is a city with impressive buildings, history, etc. What is underground, are there tunnels? What goes on underground? My guess is transfers of power and wealth, out and away from the eyes of others. Whispers, finger pointing, hush hush kinds of stuff.

Most everyone knows a snake when seeing one. However, when looking at a person one may not see the snake that person really is. Hillary is a snake, so too Obama, along with the list of many others in Washington, DC and elsewhere.

Sundance suggests many of these snakes will be identified by mid August, especially if the formal people doing investigations don’t come to the plate.

If General Flynn goes broke trying to defend himself, why can’t those snakes go broke trying to defend themselves too? Here comes political power at its finest!

So, we shall see what happens in the later parts of August. My bet is on the dark side, my number won’t come up…my money will go to the house on this bet!

If James Comey can come before the cameras–in a role he has no authority to assume, and exonerate Hillary Clinton when any common sense person would know she is a lair, a sneak, a thief and evil in character…then that same common sense person has every right to shout “the fix is in!” as far as I am concerned.

One of Hillary’s aides had mocked Benghazi as being irrelevant because it was – at that time – “over two years ago”. That being said, I am so jaded by the corruption that has been in our face for so long now that, I no longer have hope that anything this side of heaven is going to change anything. I cannot remove my Christian lens and worldview. I believer there is an excellent argument to be made that we are in the end of days. If so, unless there is divine intervention, there is not going to be indictments of the high ranking perpetrators of all that is wrong. Between the pedophiles and the corruption withing the DOJ, FBI, CIA, BATF, and probably every other infiltrated alphabet agency, there are just too many skeletons in too many closets. They have had many years to build those walls of safety around them.
I so hope I’m wrong. I really do. And, maybe the Good Lord wants to expose some of this and that perps actually pay for their heinous acts in this world. But, I’m not holding my breath. I will be following this site each day from here on out though because, I hope I’m wrong.

When I last worked for a government agency in DC, nearly seven years ago, I was doing root cause analysis and at the time had sophisticated techniques available. As the lead I was responsible for putting together a team of subject matter experts in grades GS-13 through GS-15 few of which had any investigation background. Because they were on loan I had no real supervisory authority. These experts were not the best and brightest but castoffs from their home organization, the sick, lame and lazy. Their main objective was to do the least amount of work daily and preferably no work at all. Their writing skills were nearly nonexistent and often defied the abilities of a seasoned and highly professional technical editor. There language skills were no better. What should have been 60-90 day projects took six to nine months to complete. The staff lawyers assigned to review the reports were about the same except they were one day a week for “professional development”.

I just posted this in the previous blog: MAYBE this is what Sundance has discovered…

I just tried to find the link, but no luck! Should have bookmarked the article!

I read an article last night that was saying that most of the Corruption in the Obama Administration came from the Ukraine NOT Russia.

Certain Democrats like Obama, Biden, the Clinton’s, the Pelosi’s, etc. with the help of the corrupt DOJ, FBI, IRS, the State Dept., etc. had set up a crime syndicate with corrupt politicians, lawmakers, administators, etc. in the Ukraine & they were laundering American taxpayer’s dollars thru the Ukraine & receiving kickbacks to themselves!

AND, it was the Ukraine that was trying to keep Trump from being elected in 2016 ( not Russia ) to protect everyone from prosecution.

Hillary was set up to win the 2016 election to PROTECT everyone involved from prosecution, BUT Trump won instead! So it was CYA time!

All of this Russia Collusion was just a front for the Ukraine actions!

This MAY BE what Sundance has discovered… we were being led down the wrong path with the Mueller Report, etc.

“You might even say (I do) that discovery was divinely guided and inspired; because this was so random and yet so important no-one could ever get that lucky without some help from a universe of righteousness nudging.”

You have to temporarily disassociate yourself from our “reality” to follow down this rabbit hole, but in quantum physics causation can move backward in time. An event can be so momentous that it actually causes events that appear to have led up to it. What appears to have led up to it and caused it may actually have been an EFFECT of the event that occurred BEFORE the event itself. The effect, because it occurs first, appears (mistakenly) to have been a cause.

So, those odd little “coincidences,” those happy accidents, are perhaps just time ripples, viewing the top of one wave top from the vantage point of the top of another. Sometimes, if we let the information wash over us, we may seem to almost catch a brief glimpse of God’s hand. Welcome to the matrix.

Additionally, it’s BS that they need more time. I base this on my professional experience. I commented that I was fairly certain the Durham team did not have a ‘big picture’ like you have because they investigate their targets separately. Targets 1, 2, 3, ….are separate investigations. Each target is tried separately. That’s why no one has the ‘big picture’ and they are ‘clueless to what is actually is. I know this for a fact.

Therefore, I also know for a fact that each targets’ investigation, or at least the majority, should be finished and ready for GJ. Granted, C19 slowed that process down, but no matter. At this point, it’s just coverup for not going forward.

Let the chips fall where they may. The conspirator chose their path. The majority of the people, including you, Sundance, are on a different path. Sundance chose the righteous path. conspirators chose the evil path. So be it.
