Between masks and the cell phone, we are turning young people into Zombies, void of any human face to face contact. They will have no empathy for other humans. They can be programmed like mechanical robots.

The future of America looks dim at best. At the rate we have progressed in the past 4 months, this republic won’t last 8 more yrs.

The Chinese population here fled oppression as did the Latinos. They are strong principled family folks. I fully expect the Latinos to come out in big numbers for VSGPT

I saw a video of a car in China that hit a child playing in the street and kept on going because it is cheaper to run away. It may have been the Joshua Phillips/Epoch Times report. It is pointed out that Communism teaches people to not care about other people.

I spent a lot of time in China the past decade for work.

Was told by the locals to be very wary crossing the street. If a driver hits you, he would be responsible to pay for your hospital care, recouperating and family expenses. If you are killed, the driver just pays for your funeral expenses. So a lot of drivers there deliberately try and kill you if an accident is unavoidable.

Unless a good majority takes off their masks. They can’t arrest everyone. People just need to take them off en masse. Americans sure have become soft and compliant, and we will pay dearly if we don’t get some guts and stand up for ourselves. BTW, I also have that sinking feeling when I see the professionally designed social distancing stickers/markers on the floors, along with plexi glass at cash registers (which seems ridiculous since I often see the cashiers lean around the plexi to talk to the customer since they can’t hear one another because of the stupid masks. Even better, when they actually pull down their masks so the other person can hear…)

Facts/logic don’t work on people who are emotionally invested in an issue. The idea they’ve been conned by someone/media they trusted is too embarrassing to admit.

This is why some people will ride a stock down until they go bankrupt or keep gambling after they’ve won until they lose everything, it’s emotionally addictive.

The shaming is an emotional confidence trick to induce guilt for political gain, much like con artists use fear, naivety, greed, and other emotions to dupe their marks into a scam. My opinion only.

Anyone here remember when Dr. “Mengella” Fauci stated a couple yrs. ago that “President Trump will have to deal with a Viral Pandemic during his Presidency”!!! HOW would he know this, unless Dr. Fauci was involved in a plot to take down Donald J. Trump? After all it’s only common-sense to think this, when a person makes a statement like that.

Last night Mark Levin in the last 20 mins. or so of his radio talk show had Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars, who said that they were going to start filming the series again soon.

Now this is what Rick Harrison said that really caught my attention…

Back in 2008, Barack Hussein Obama was in Las Vegas & he threw out the empty bottle of his prescription pills & someone picked the bottle out of the garbage to keep as a souvenir.

They kept the bottle for 3 years & then brought it to Rick Harrison. Rick Harrison said that the prescription was for ONE of the two drugs (think Hydroxychloroquine that Trump recommended). Rick couldn’t remember the name of the 2nd drug, but I think it was Lopinavir, because the “Scientists” say it does not work to treat Covid-19!

Obama claimed that he was taking it to prevent Malaria, BUT the 1st thought I had was…

What if Obama back in 2008 had something to do with this “ENGINEERED VIRUS” from China & knew that it would be “released to the World” at a later date & Obama was just “IMMUNIZING HIMSELF” against the “killer virus”!

IMO, this would explain WHY Dr. Fauci made that statement long before this Chinese Virus Scam hit the World & we all know here that most of what is happening in the USA & the World was set in motion by the Obama Administration!

Common Sense tells me that this connection SHOULD be investigated!

Fun facts to live your life by. (Especially today)
1 Samuel 15:24 king Saul says ”yes I have sinned, I disobeyed your instruction and the Lords command for I was afraid of the people.”
He sinned by being afraid of people. You need to see this, it’s what gives men and women unbreakable resolve, the resolve Jesus had to die on the cross in agony.
A man you fear becomes first place in front of God or our Lord Jesus, anything in front of God is evil. But, through faith you have no fear and vice versa. Through ‘no fear’ you are putting your faith elsewhere.
When you have no fear or are in faith your perception is clear. Clear to accomplish another command, “love god” but also “your neighbor” who is in need. And that’s pretty much why we are here folks.
The enemy is real, his ways are the foundations of all sin. To ignore what he is trying to do with all this fear will shake you. Don’t do it.
If you see in faith you will see God’s hand at work, if you see in fear you will see nothing, and that’s the enemies point.

Yes Saul did say this, but it was a lie. He didn’t fear the people he was a selfish king and kept the best because eventually he would benefit from it. How do I know? Look at all the other things he did to the people. He lied just like Adam and Eve to blame someone else and not take responsibility for his actions, or lack of actions.

When SCOTUS decided the lawsuit against Trump’s DACA recision effort, they did not address the legality of Obama’s DACA memo and program.

The seven states lawsuit challenging the legality of Obama’s DACA program was put on hold by Judge Hanen of the 5th circuit to await SCOTUS’s decision regarding President Trump’s DACA recision effort.

Prior to putting the seven states lawsuit on hold, Judge Hanen was close to ordering summary judgement finding Obama’s DACA program unconstitutional.

Judge Hanen has now restarted the lawsuit but if Trump’s statement on a path to citizenship for DACA recipients is true, I fear that Judge Hanen will be forced to find the seven states lawsuit “mute” dismissing the lawsuit.

If that happens, we will never get a ruling from SCOTUS on the unconstitutionality of Obamas DACA program.

Again, the road to citizenship is the question not DACA which is and has been legal for some time. DACA is Obama’s and Justice Robert’s baby.

The “road to citizenship” could be contingent on ending birthright citizenship, visa lottery and chain migration. The Wall is currently being built and Mexico is stopping the caravans.

Trump has been strong on immigration and wants a merit based system. Throwing a bone to the Hispanics they already have in exchange
for the reforms conservatives have always wanted to me would be an excellent deal.

Reserve judgement on this until the executive order actually comes out.

DACA is already legal. Giving a path to citizenship contingent on certain things is not amnesty. Allowing DACA to continue until Supremes remove it in exchange for reforms conservatives have always wanted is a win.

It is legal. I get that it should not be legal but Courts have not ruled so yet. And that’s been for almost 8 years now! Trump is not giving DACA anything they already don’t have. If Biden wins, they will all be citizens the next day with no reforms.

In this executive order, you get the reforms you always wanted without giving them anything they already had. That’s a win.

Plus that order will be struck down so fast because of the other things in it that the Left hates by the Supremes that the Dems will be branded as having ruined DACA not Trump.

That’s why in interview he says we will put it in and then take it out. This order is a means to an end. In the meanwhile, he gets a political chip to go campaign on with the Hispanics to try to win the popular vote and frankly help the GOP down ballot.

Stay tuned to the other parts of the order before passing judgement.

DHS is an executive agency. The President’s executive orders directs the agencies on how to carry out laws passed by Congress. As I’ve stated, the question of constitutionality of DACA was not even raised by Congress but by the States. The courts have for the past 8 years supported the constitutionality of DACA whether we like it or not.

My point is Trump is going to force the court to deal with DACA through his new executive order by adding things they don’t like ending visa lottery, etc.

In the meanwhile, it will allow him to portray the Left as opposing DACA which allows him to be competitive for the Hispanic vote knowing that his DACA executive order will be struck down next year.

Even if it isn’t struck down, conservatives will get the reforms we’ve wanted and we really didn’t give up anything since DACA implemented not by Trump but Obama / Roberts has been legal for 8 years.

If Biden wins, DACA becomes citizenship immediately without any reforms. I understand conservatives are concerned but you cannot discount how difficult it has been to get these reforms through. You have to think outside of the box. A formal law to end birthright citizenship, visa lottery, sanctuary cities and chain migration is just not going to magically happen!

The Wall didn’t magically happen. It happened by executive action and cunning use of defense appropriations.

Let Trump do this and get the benefit from some Hispanic votes that could give him the popular vote victory he wants.

Please pass along message from me, a stranger, but one who grew up in my, at-the- time relatively small town in the East Bay area of CA: we grew up with a lot of first generation and second generation Mexican-Americans. We played together, dated together, laughed together, went to college together. Those were people who believed in the American way of life. I graduated from high school in 1966 so that was a long time ago. There were some illegals even then, I am sure even so, if they weren’t sent back, if they stayed and had kids here who were American citizens, those kids grew up as dedicated to our country as any other kid.

However, the prison of today’s California is filled with Hispanic gangs, and many of the are illegals because the authorities were unable to establish from whence they came so packed is the criminal justice system in a state this large and in a state with so many illegals.

Second, the prisons are also packed with Hispanics born to illegals, making the legal CA residents. POTUS spoke, unfortunately, inelegantly when he said that. He could have spoken the truth yet said, “Many of those who sneak over our border are not here to be good citizens. They were criminals in their homelands in Central American and they continue those criminal ways in places like CA, where our justice system is already strained. Ca prisons are impacted greatly by them.”

Anyone with sense knows that’s what he meant. He can, IMO, be criticized fairly for the style of the language, but not the truth of what he said.

I know that, living here as I do. I’d like to tell your co-worker that.

Must see video of Dr. Richard Bartlett of Midland, Texas talking about his 100% success rate of treating Covid19 patients with a very common, plentiful asthma medication. This medication has been successfully used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan where social distancing is impossible, he says, and they have had very low deaths compared to their total population. The key is treating the symptoms when they appear and not waiting for the patient to get sicker.

He also says that there is NO REASON for the USA to stay locked down! There is NO REASON for a vaccine.

See Dr. Bartlett’s video here (before YouTube deletes it…)

In a side note, a priest, Father Heilman, posted this video on his personal FB page, and then FB put him in “FB jail” because they said that it violated their community guidelines. That was his 2nd offense so he could not post or comment on fb for 24 hours. His first offense was posting a quote by Hitler’s Goebbels, “It would not be impossible to prove with sufficient repetition and a psychological understanding of the people concerned that a square is in fact a circle. They are mere words, and words can be molded until they clothe ideas and disguise.”

Father Heilman writes about his experience being put in FB jail here…

If the CCP were actually dropping another Poop Attack, a less than first-world country would be a likely candidate. But why would they call attention to it? My guess is just agit-prop, but the larger question remains,

How is the Chinese Communist Party /PLA to be dissuaded from their long-term goal to wage asymmetrical warfare for “World Domination” using biological warfare?

Seth DuCharme, a former senior official at Justice Department headquarters whose return to New York ……was sworn in Friday by the district’s chief federal judge, Roslynn Mauskopf. Rich Donoghue, the former head of that office, resigned Friday.

Donoghue will take a new role in Washington as second-in-command of the deputy attorney general’s office. It’s a role DuCharme previously held — meaning the two have swapped jobs.

Donoghue isn’t the first U.S. attorney helming a powerful New York office to be sworn in by a judge there rather than confirmed by the U.S. Senate; Geoffrey Berman, whom Attorney General William Barr recently fired from his post as U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, officially ascended to that role the same way…..

As U.S. attorney in the Brooklyn office, Donoghue was responsible for leading the Justice Department’s work related to matters connected to the Ukraine affair that precipitated President Donald Trump’s impeachment…….

In his time there, Donoghue won the trust of Barr and other senior officials at Main Justice….

DuCharme…… was counsel to Barr, advising him on national security issues.“

I’m watching Cavuto unfortunately. He was interviewing the Butler Co. Ohio Sheriff who said he’s not gonna be the mask police. The Sheriff made a statement that his county’s hospital aren’t full and only 10% are in the hospital for the Whu-Flu. Also, they haven’t seen any deaths with rise in cases. I understand the Sheriff’s statement, his county either hasn’t had any Covid deaths, period or at the least haven’t had any deaths recently despite a rise in cases; however, Cavuto’s people were quick on the Ohio graphic showing Ohio has “at least” ~62,000 cases and has had “at least” ~3,000 cases obviously trying to show the Sheriff’s statement was “false”.

Cavuto started next segment by talking about Disney World opening despite a rise in cases in FL and hospitals in the area nearing “capacity”. At least he later said, that doesn’t mean they’re all Covid cases.

It’s just narrative, narrative, narrative 24/7.

Regardless of what Barr does, he disgusts me. Gen Flynn would not be in this position had Barr arrested Van Grack and the other criminal POS that did this to a good man.

The list is very long where by sitting on his hands people have been harmed and killed. Barr is a deep state operative that snookered PT by writing his well thought out, well researched legal briefing saying why the Mueller special council was wrong. PT decided that this meant that Barr was a straight shooter. This was all just more deep state three steps ahead planning.

Bill Barr should be fired and prosecuted for obstruction of justice. He is the problem.

      https://blacklivesmatter.com/what-we-believe/

“Western prescribed” is BULL. At the start of the 20th century, the out-of-wedlock birth rate was higher among whites than among blacks. Black people know that their community is hurt by children being raised in single parent (mostly fatherless) homes. It’s common sense that the last thing they – and we all – need is further encouragement of the destruction of the nuclear family.

I haven’t followed the recent SCOTUS rulings too closely, but they’re actually a win for the president – in terms of his re-election. Headlines like “Supremes say Trump must release taxes” or “Gorsuch gives America back to the Indians” (or whatever) neutralize the Supreme Court as a political issue. Dems can’t simultaneously jump for joy when Trump’s recent nominees seemingly backstab him while also stoking fear about who he’d nominate in his second term.

    • Tazio Nuvolari says:

Gorsuch didn’t backstab anyone, he did exactly what he was supposed to do, rule by the letter of the law. The problem here is, Congress never rescinded the original treaty so it is still in effect. You can’t just ignore that. They could still do it, but in today’s political climate they won’t.

This is much ado about nothing as of now. This ruling only means that tribal members in these areas will get tried by the federal system instead of the state. This is how it is on all reservations so the tribes and federal government know how to do it and how the law applies. It’s nothing new.

This will be seen a precedent by some, but it all hinges on if original treaties were ever nullified by Congress and nearly all of them were. Oklahoma is different because it was set up and granted to the tribes plus the original treaty was never nullified.

It’s best to remember however that the people of these tribes are generally very Conservative and not like some other more radical tribes. They’ve been farmers and ranchers since they were moved to Oklahoma, and even before that. Christians as well. I know, my dad is Choctaw from Oklahoma. He was just your average redneck.

People need to quit looking at members of these tribes the same way they do the radical reservation tribes. They are called the “Civilized tribes” for a reason, they were pretty civilized even before the Europeans came. They had roads and farms, just a little different than what we have now but they took to “white man living” like a duck takes to water.

They basically became Europeans, living in “white people” type homes and becoming Christians. They intermarried with whites to the point they generally looked white and lived like the white man. When Jackson sent troops to remove them, the general in charge sent word back to Washington clarifying his orders. He said there were no wild indians to remove, and he’s going to be removing a lot of white people too.

That’s where we get the terms “Black Dutch” and “Black Irish”, they were natives who were living among the white settlers and the white settlers, German and Irish immigrants, told the government these people were German and Irish, they just come from some Dutch and Irish people that had dark features. Most of those people are still living in the South East states today.

Also, members of these tribes were given land allotments way back when and have sold some of their allotment to others, mostly white Americans, so those lands will still belong to those who legally purchased it from tribal members. Also, the tribes still had some rights, they were no longer considered reservations but were called “Tribal Jurisdiction Areas” and the cities, roads, etc built were done so with the tribes approval.

If there is some precedent here, my question is, what about the Indian Removal Act which was used to remove the tribes from their original lands. It went to the Supreme Court back then, who ruled in favor of the tribes. Jackson said “Let them enforce it” and removed the tribes anyway. This could be a can of worms. But remember, no tribe was behind this, it was one member of a tribe who was trying to get out of a prison sentence, which won’t happen regardless.

Thank you Tazio for your informed input. Land ownership is one of the squinkiest issues in America. Depends a lot on which definitions, laws, centuries, treaties, contracts, kinds of deeds, original ownership, land grants, etc.

Blackhawk, Chief of the Sauk Tribe in the Midwest, in his narrated verbatim autobiography (1833) describes problems caused during the Balckhawk War by random bucks misrepresenting themselves and selling his lands to settlers.

King George III modestly claimed all the lands of North America above Florida from the Atlantic to the Pacific. He awarded these as prizes to loyal followers and favorites in Europe, in the same manor as was done to confiscated lands in Ireland. These were sold in blocks of thousands of acres for pennies an acre in Europe as fee simple, meaning the owner had to pay a “rent” or property tax to the Crown.

So the guy backed down from a cashier clerk? That’s pathetic. He was already at the check out counter, what are they going to do with the products in his hand? He could threaten to just walk out of the store, or use self check out, if available. Again, stand up, get in their non-faces, and the mask gestapo will back down. Sounds like this guy was too scared.

It is not even about health anymore. We are in the middle of July. I have not been sick once this year, and no one around me has gotten sick. Obviously NOT wearing a mask is good for my health. I’m not going to jeopardize my wellness because of some corrupt politician, and certainly not at the demand of some low educated fluky at a check out counter.

The way I see it, if after 5 minutes or more of back and forth, the point is made on both sides. It is then time to get back to life, and if flopping his mask down for 30 seconds is the price to extract oneself from misery, I can understand it. It’s not like it’s worth leaving his groceries only to go elsewhere in town to buy the same…at the expense of another half-hour or more…and perhaps the same outcome.

I asked my wife if he complied, and she said yes. I asked her who “won” the standoff. She said the cashier. I said the cashier and the crowd “lost”, because the whole POINT of the mask is to reduce chance of transmission. Thus, by engaging in childish behavior, they completely lost sight of their true objective: safety.

No, the guy didn’t back down. In my view, he assessed his interests and decided on the optimum path: common sense.

I’m sorry, but I strongly disagree with your conclusion.

It’s quite a sad state of affairs when a citizen won’t even sacrifice 30 minutes of their time to stand up for what is our constitutional right. What will these people do when the going REALLY gets tough?

I would have walked out leaving my groceries for the checker to manage.

For stores that require a mask, I will enter them with my “Jesse James” scarf pulled up over my face.

Once I get into the store and start shopping, the scarf “slips down” under my chin, and stays there.

Nobody has told me to pull it up 😎

I have a Christmas doggie scarf with sparkles and dogs and red rick rack on the edges. It just won’t stay tied. I get dirty looks sometimes from women. If they say something I can’t hear their muffled voices. I have been told, “You always were a rebel.”

I carry my pocket Constitution and actually hold it up like a cross for vampires.

Anyone says anything, I say, please tell me where in this document it says I must wear a mask . . .

I may also open it up in the center and tuck it under my sunglasses to appease the mask-minders as I walk in.

      Hey, = a ‘face covering’ . . .

The approved official recall petition will be available July 29, 2020. There will be hard copy and on-line opportunity to sign. 60 days to get the required amount of legal signatures and it should make a ballot yet this year.

So here is a great Rebulican… oops..Democrat….oops RINO..

I hope there comes a time when Mitt Romney is tarred and feathered.. how do people like this get elected. I know that to pretend to being blind is a way to sit by and take no action. People of Utah what were you thinking…

To go against the best interests of the United States is a sign of a real little man..he is getting smaller every minute.

Some times I think that all this pushback against Roger Stone is to set the predicate for their own pardons.

Mitt knows he’s a wuss and doesn’t like who he is, so the best reward for him is to live a long, long life.

Mitt is an elitist. He considers Donald Trump and Roger Stone to be classless, boorish, tacky – he believes he is much better, much more worthy than them.

Romney is also an accomplished opportunist. bought and paid for. SLC is blue. The left has been infiltrating SLC for years and they may well do to Utah what they did to Denver and then to Colorado.

Finally was able to get my hair done yesterday, and it helped restore my faith in this situation.

My hair salon is in the mall, which was allowed to open on Weds (I’m on Long Island NY)

I know all these women for years, and they are your typical “left leaning suburban moms). When I sat down, she asked “how are you doing?” I said through my mask, “i’m so sick of this crap.” Well that opened the floodgates. for the next 1 1/2 hours they ranted & raged about everything that is happening. Making statements like “i refuse to say black lives matter. 1) bc if I say this now, it means i never thought this was true, and 2) saying it means my life doesn’t matter.” Also, outraged over DeBlasio using tax dollars to paint BLM in front of Trump Tower. and Cuomo is a grandma killer and its BS how the media is propping him up.

It then proceeded to “this virus is all BS, my kids are being punished, and why the hell do I have to wear a mask.” Which transitioned to the media is lying, and people should watch fox over cnn. It was pretty glorious. I’ve found in these situations to just sit back and let people rant….

That’s why they can’t have us congregating and developing an alternative viewpoint from the doom and gloom fear.

I hope the “pandemic” moves us to a 1/1.5 (1.5 where one parent does a side job/home business) income households. Better for the kids to either be homeschooled with fun activities with other children or have the parent home when they are done with school.
