Buffalo Officials Duped By Professional Antifa Provocateur – Arrest and Charge Two Police Officers – Righteous Police Team Stand Together and Walk Out…

Martin Gugino is a 75-year-old professional agitator and Antifa provocateur who brags on his blog about the number of times he can get arrested and escape prosecution. According to Buffalo Mayor Byron BrownThere has been vandalism, there have been fires set, there have been stores broken into & looted. According to what was reported to me, that individual was a key major instigator of people engaging in those activities.”

Mr. Gugino’s Twitter Account is also filled with anti-cop sentiment [SEE HERE].  Last Thursday Gugino traveled from his New York home in Amherst, to Buffalo where he was seen on camera agitating a protest crowd. One of the protesters earlier remarked that Mr. Gugino was “acting like an asshole”, and “trying to get punched in the face.”

During his effort Gugino was attempting to capture the radio communications signature of Buffalo police officers. CTH noted what he was attempting on Thursday night as soon as the now viral video was being used by media to sell a police brutality narrative. [Thread Here] Today, a more clear video has emerged that shows exactly what he was attempting.

In this slow motion video, you will see Gugino using a phone as a capture scanner.  You might have heard the term “skimming”; it’s essentially the same.  Watch him use his right hand to first scan the mic of officer one (top left of chest).  Then Gugino moves his hand to the communications belt of the second officer. WATCH CLOSELY:

.

The capture of communications signals [explained in detail here] is a method of police tracking used by Antifa to monitor the location of police. In some cases the more high tech capture software can even decipher communication encryption allowing the professional agitators to block (black-out), jam, or interfere with police communication. In addition, many police body-cams are bluetooth enabled which allows syncing.

Unfortunately in the modern era the professional agitators have become very sophisticated and use technology to help create chaos.  Their activity is highly coordinated, and as James O’Keefe has revealed in his undercover operations these professionals even stage events to manipulate public opinion.

When he was pushed away by the officers Gugino fell and presumably hit his head. As a consequence of the shove, the two officers were suspended and the Buffalo authorities have arrested and charged the two police officers.  In a show of support the entire Buffalo police unit that makes up the Emergency Response Team resigned their position.

On Friday Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown admitted Gugino was a professional ‘agitator’ who tried to work up the crowd and had been asked to leave the area ‘numerous’ times.

However, despite the known ideology and intent of Mr. Gugino; and despite a more careful look at the video highlighting exactly what Gugino was attempting; the Buffalo authorities are frozen by political correctness and have now arrested and charged the two officers.

(Via Daily Mail) – Two Buffalo cops have been arrested and charged with second degree assault after they shoved a 75-year-old peace activist to the ground Thursday causing him to crack his head open on the sidewalk, as hundreds of colleagues gathered outside the city court in solidarity to cheer their release without bail.

Aaron Torgalski and Robert McCabe were each charged with one count of assault in the second degree in a court hearing Saturday morning over the shocking incident that left peaceful protester Martin Gugino in a ‘serious condition’ in hospital.

The cops were arraigned in a virtual court hearing where they both pleaded not guilty to the charges and the two cops hid from the view of the camera.

They each face up to seven years in prison if convicted of the class D felony. They were released without bail and will appear back in court on July 20.(read more)

It would appear Mr. Martin Gugino succeeded in his endeavor:

The fewer people who show up to apply to be a cop will lead to higher pay and lower standards for cops, This will be the end result.

Perhaps this was on a Twitter feed I saw in a comment section here at the CTH.
Does anyone else recall reading about this, or seeing additional video with that info?

Now look at this one. Gives left side and right side. He has on 2 masks for the police. A blue mask on top and a white mask below and there are 4 yellow strap lines showing on the left ear and I can only see 3 straps showing on the right ear. Could just be that I can’t see that 4th strap.

I was told that about 90 minutes ago by someone who works for the Erie County Sheriff’s Dept. part time and also has about 10 years of EMT experience.

He said there are multiple videos, including drone footage, on Facebook and YouTube.

From the portrait sundance posted on this thread, now I recognize that I have seen that man before in the local prostate cancer support group meetings here in WNY. I first started going back in Sept of last year.

In Lexington, Kentucky today at a gun store I heard a black man talking about how he had been in law enforcement………and how he was glad he was NOT in it anymore because of all the craziness going on.

The guy who got knocked down trying to scan police radio should be prosecuted……..headache and all.

The left wants chaos. They brag about it. Like this guy did. They seem to think that without cops they can do what they want to whoever they want whenever they want and nobody will stop them and that’s why they want to do away with cops. There will come a point when good guys with guns start shooting back and then the left will want the cops to go after the good guys with guns. But there won’t be any cops……

The left will eventually lose the chaos they are trying to create.

      • Latest in WaPo today is the demand for no more cop shows or movies. They’re all too pro police, with good guys capturing the bad guys, you know… “positive police propaganda” they’re calling it. Since WaPo = Bezos = Amazon, it makes sense Amazon Prime recently announced they’re cancelling the wildly popular Harry Bosch LAPD detective series. Wouldn’t surprise me if they pull the 7th season which is in production now, slated for early 2021 release. Seems everywhere we look, we’re being boxed out.

Facts. The man didn’t drop the objects in his hands to try to catch himself. It’s instinctual to try to catch yourself if you fall by surprise. The man didn’t try to catch himself. Ergo, he wasn’t surprised by the fall. Not surprising, him being an experienced agitator. And he supposedly managed to hit his head hard enough to cause immediate and rapid bleeding from the ears. (Frequently leads to death, per a physician.) But the man curiously manages to hang onto his cell phone for several seconds. He releases the cell in his right hand shortly before he clenches his left fist.

The man is obviously a magician. He planned to ditch his paraphernalia before EMTs found him. A magic trick.

The guy was doing wrong and basically asked to be pushed back – but that doesn’t necessarily mean he didn’t lose his balance going backward. Many older folks have mobility issues, arthritis, etc. which make it very difficult to hold one’s balance with sudden movement.

Certain back problems with which you can normally function, will cause great pain and loss of balance if you’re bumped even slightly. People with these issues may look normal and healthy, but must be very careful about their surroundings. He obviously wasn’t taking care, and put himself in a position where even a youngster could get hurt.

I just got done watching the Buffalo News feed on TV. No mention about what Sundance has pointed out about Gugino. They showed the same video in slow motion and I pointed out to the family how Sundance described what “poor” Mr. Gugino was up to. I got so agitated I scared the cats, sorry Sidney & Jigs, I wasn’t yelling at you. I can be an excitable boy sometimes.

Anyway “poor” Mr.Gugino * long time human right’s advocate according to the reporter* has a concussion but is doing okay and will be back to directing rioters before you know it.

Meanwhile, I’m sending the link to this thread to my State representative and the Buffalo Police Union reps. If those in charge are pretending not to know, then they need to know that WE KNOW. They need to confiscate this (Blank’s) phone. Interfering with police communications is illegal, no?

As soon as I saw this video the other night I knew he was there to get his video and make trouble. Of course, he’s a professional, he was successful, and he’s made troublel.

Further thinking about all of this “police brutality” screaming, and then the concerted effort to bring it to fruition:

We ARE at War. We’ve seen enough Antifa videos to know that these professional agitators WILL hurt someone, and would enjoy hurting police officers. The police do not know whom they can trust, they may be trying to arrest people, control a crowd, or just “keeping the peace,” but each one of them knows that something could happen at any time. They could kill someone or be killed themselves. Because crowd control is unpredictable, except insofar as the agitators and rioters can stir it up.

However, despite the fact that we are AT WAR, and basically the police are our combatants, they are serving ON OUR BEHALF, they are constantly being held to a different standard. So their hands are tied, people can come to these events and kill them or others, but they themselves have to handle those very same people with kid gloves.

This is the dichotomy that the media is exploiting.

Spread far and wide people, they think they are threatening us…in fact they should be very worried. Agree with them, mock them! So, with this whole defund /disband the police thing…I’ve been thinking and I’m all for it! The laws of conservation mean people are generally lazy in their thought process, the liberals figure life will be better without police. I agree with them.
So where are the majority of police (taxpayer funded) deployed? Liberal high crime areas.
Who uses the most police resources? Liberals.
Now follow me here, without any police, who will enforce the tax code? Local militias would form, without a centralized police force and federal force, nobody has to pay taxes.
Without taxes the welfare stops, no social programs.
So now I know at this point some of you are thinking…but they will take our guns. Without any police…who exactly is going to take our guns?
So much more stuff would benefit republicans, In fact…if you think about it, one of the things that made America great was the lack of centralized control and policing. Put the power back in the hands of citizens and watch how well things do.

  37. Thank you for this further explanation of what may have been going on. I had no idea. I was curious what was being said but to most people it all looked pretty innocent on the old man’s part. If the man was doing as you say, shouldn’t something like that be illegal, certainly regarding police information (I think anyone’s really)? If true, and the man was antagonizing, I understand the police anger, but they should have just walked on by … This is an unfortunate aspect of that job and they get paid to handle things without escalation; if absolutely necessary to use force, use the least possible ..

Goodness gracious!. Sundance, how do you come up with this stuff, always way ahead of anyone else. You are a national treasure. From the original, not very precise videos, I still thought something wasn’t right. I just thought this stupid idiot placed himself in front of the approaching swarm of police and when touching one of them was perceived as a potential threat and was pushed back.

But what you have clearly shown is the diabolically nefarious intent of this freaking old POS. I hope this gets carried far and wide. We are at war, and we haven’t even yet begun to fight (other than Sundance). H/T John Paul Jones.

  39. The “Buffalo authorities” who are charging those two officers are, I think, just like all the other plotters against President Trump; they are not simply “frozen by political correctness”, they are ignoring justice and DARING someone (and who but President Trump) to stop them, hoping to justify themselves by his interference. As Sundance often writes, once you see the pattern, you can’t unsee it. The Insane Left are spoiled brats, it’s clear. “No, I WON’T eat my vegetables, and I WILL persecute the President and anyone he defends.”

My other point: Trying to get rid of the police all together is a danger signal that they want to put their own “vigilantes” or “community security forces” on the streets in the place of true law officers. And this doesn’t just mean BLM or Antifa, or even Black Panthers or Black Muslims. It would be a wedge for injecting Sharia law into America, beginning with wherever they can put their “regulators”, by whatever name, onto streets in Muslim-corrumpted communities. The American Muslim contingent of the Insane Left doesn’t want to just get rid of the police; they want to get rid of the American system of justice. And they already have, in Chief Justice Roberts, in those judges who prevented the President from reforming the system every way they could, and especially now in “Judge” (fake) Sullivan, who is a criminal himself and nothing more, by his clear and determined actions.

They are getting away with it because they can. They are smart, organized, well-funded, and passionate. They are always on offense. We are always on defense. President Trump is the only one in government who gets it. Yes, he has our support (voters) but damn near none within this own government.

This kind of stunt was pulled on me at a Matt Gaetz town hall meeting in late February 2017,
This was right after the pink pussy hat march on Jan 21, and 1/2 audience in crowded hall wore hats and/or similar shirts.

I was next to a pussy-hatter who kept shoving her cardboard sign into my ribs.
I had no hat, shirt or sign signifying my political stance and was just listening.
I asked her to move her sign and she said she was PURPOSELY doing it. I said why don’t you move, and glanced to my left and pointed to an empty area.
Her husband (partner?) shoved me hard when my back was turned, so I immediately reacted and shoved him back.
He then immediately yelled — police! police!

I explained sequence to police and they moved me up front. No consequences for the asshoe Alinsky agitator.

BTW — I was also assaulted (but not struck — he retreated) by a young punk thug with a baseball bat in Feb. 2016 when distributing Trump yard signs.

THESE ANIMALS ARE DETERMINED AND VICIOUS!!!!!

Assault, not battery. The 16 YO 140 lb. skinny punk stopped his car, got out, reached in the back seat for a baseball bat, then started marching across the road to me (and the signs). I was partially hidden behind my car, only my (then) 72 YO white hair showing.

When I stood up to my ft. 6 ft, 235 lb, linebacker build, he stopped, turned tail, and drove off. Later that day I got the license plate of a guy who knew him, but police refused to do any investigation (Pensacola, FL).

It would not be too difficult to arrange. You’re wearing a mask, a small balloon or squeeze bulb pre filled with your own blood is held in the mouth, that feeds out via a fine tube disguised with the mask elastic that goes behind the ears. Bite on the squeeze bulb, get the pictures. When the show’s over pull the mask off at the same time spitting the squeeze bulb into the mask, scrumple the whole lot up and put it into your pocket, gone.

I thought the fall was suspect because of the way he shuffled so far back before taking the fall.

My main question at the time was about the blood. There was blood coming from his ear. Is there anyone on this site who knows about film quality special effects such as was possibly used here to fake bleeding from ear.
And from a medical perspective, what is the hospital report on the injury? What sort of head injury results in bleeding from ear? How serious is such an injury? Need to know from any medical/science people in the audience…thanks.

You can add to it that both are using the BLM movement and “disenfranchised black hoodlums” to advance their agenda – – keeping their hands clean.

And, have you noticed how all the “protests” are now morphing into ANTI-TRUMP demonstrations?
That’s what the Deep State REALLY wants – get rid of PDJT.

The Deep State is allowing Antifa to be the instigators, BLM to be the cause, and young hoodlums of all colors to reap the rewards of looting to keep the fires burning. And stupid politicos and politically correct liberals will let them do it.
