Going All-In: Minneapolis City Council Considers Disbanding Entire Police Force…

Once you understand the larger objectives, everything becomes a sequence of predictable events. The term “community policing” has been used for several years by groups advocating for radical changes to law enforcement; however, behind the innocuous phrase is really a much more serious agenda.

If each community can determine the enforcement of law, then essentially all communities can eliminate the underlying law itself. Remove local enforcement of law and the local community can independently assemble a social structure separate from all other binding contracts that frame a larger societal compact.  [Brian Fallon Tweet Link]

This “community policing” process is already taking place in many European communities the results create what are known as “no go zones.” Neighborhoods, and entire parts of cities, where local Sharia compliance enforcement officers have replaced the police force; and the rules, regulations and enforcement are detached from the larger social compact. Considering that Minneapolis has a large concentration of Somali Muslims within the local population, it makes sense this approach is now discussed for their city.

Minneapolis – […] Now the council members are listening to a city that is wounded, angry, fed up with decades of violence disproportionately visited upon black and brown residents. Various private and public bodies – from First Avenue to Minneapolis Public Schools – have essentially cut ties with the police department. Council members are trying to figure out what their next move is.

Their discussion is starting to sound a little more like what groups like Reclaim the Block and the Black Visions Collective have been saying for years. On Tuesday, Fletcher published a lengthy Twitter thread saying the police department was “irredeemably beyond reform,” and a “protection racket” that slows down responses as political payback.

“Several of us on the council are working on finding out what it would take to disband the Minneapolis Police Department and start fresh with a community-oriented, nonviolent public safety and outreach capacity,” he wrote. (read more)

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, the man now in charge of the prosecution of Derek Chauvin and the Minneapolis police officers involved in George Floyd’s death, is a very well known Muslim activist and supporter of the sharia doctrine.

There is no better confluence of timing, location, and sentiment to achieve the agenda of the far-left than right now – with the opportunity George Floyd represents.

Brian Fallon was Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager; and is now a leading member of the resistance movement serving as Executive Director for Demand Justice.

Not any more! Ask the guy with the CCW who was on the ground being beaten outside a convenience store and killed the Black monster who was beating him to a pulp. The Sheriff said it was justified but the State Attorney indicted him and convicted him of murder! Maybe Pinellas County? I was speechless when I read the whole story!

No the guy on the ground started it.. the shooter confronted the victim about parking in a handy cap space.. the victim pushed him away and the shooter fell back to the ground…
The victim started to walk away and the shooter shot… killing him..

The shooter was not endangered and tried to use self defense.. the claim was denied and was prosecuted.

              The law is quite clear..

The problem self defense is the communist/socialist/liberal prosecutors, with or without Epstein type files, as well as such judges.

Shakespeare’s lawyers, “first we kill at the lawyers” were the Kings oppressive prosecutors (mostly for overbearing taxes?)

At some point, small traditional American communities may have to tell the DAs this is “no true bill”, get lost crook… Or else – wild west or 2A territory but it happens in American history into the 20th century. Problems tend to resolve when the bad guys die, or all the good people leave. (see vigilanteeism, especially when they had to hang bad local powers)

It’ll all depend on your color and local political connections. Delivery people, whether commercial or residential, including taxis/ubers, etc. will need to be hyperaware of the no-go zones. That’s definitely what I expect. Ignorant or credulous people will simply disappear into those zones only to term up later, somewhere else, as “remains.” Nasty bidnez, folks; nasty bidnez!

The planned demonstrations have gone off the rails with the looting. Once again a DNC Lawfare plan imploded. Now they are wheeling out the military and Never trumpers to bait Trump into mass firings. Can’t impeach him for covid 19. Impeachment 4.0 is for mishandling the riots. But Trump outwitted them by putting it on the governors. He did the same strategy with covid 19. Impeachment 5.0 will be if he fires too many people before the election. Impeachment 6.0 will be convincing deep staters to resign en masse. Mitch mcconnell is rolling out impeachment 7.0 by having safe Republican senators walk away from Trump. Mitt was first. Murkowski came out today. Gardner mcsally and tillis will be next.

I said, early in the discussion of re-opening from the panicdemic, that Trump would be smart to defer to the governors with respect to re-opening timetables and procedures. Not just because of the basic principle of Federalism (no president can/should be able to shut down the United States, and the 57 governors are sovereigns with that right in their states), but also for the practical political point that the good and bad would accrue to the individual governors. That way, Trump is never to blame for the decisions of Governor X, Y, or Z. At least in a sane/logical world.

Now, with the riots, he urges the governors to establish law and order within their jurisdictions, but (so far) is not sending in the Federal troops to do that on their behalf. So, if State X turns into Thunderdome, he can sit back and wait until the opportune time to quell an obvious insurrection, as authorized.

My wife and I honeymooned in 1976 by backpacking out there. We started out in Rocky Mountain National Park and then went up to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Since it was the 200th anniversary of our Independence, and we saw so many buffalo, my wife said we were celebrating the Bison-tennial.

But all jokes aside, it was an amazing trip, and it was very deserted everywhere as there was a severe drought and recession. We didn’t camp in Yellowstone though as we were afraid to drink the water with so much sulfur in it with the hot springs, etc. We also did the Black Hills. When we weren’t camping and needed lodging for the night, very nice motels were available for $8/night. Doubt you can find anything like that nowadays.

But our bucket list includes visiting Glacier National Park in your great state, and then venturing northwards up to Banf. But we better go quickly before all the glaciers melt/s.

The people who come to disarm previously law-abiding, constitutionally and natural right empowered gun owners, especially in a state like FL, had better have their life insurance paid up and an internal agreement on how to pick who’s not going home that day. And that for each and every place and person they encounter. Not gonna happen.

Not so, Community Policing operatives will have no force of law….if they do, then they are law enforcement or police. It will be Mad Max with different armed factions for every neighborhood, and when disputes arise between neighborhoods, there will be total violent chaos… I say to the city council give it a shot, no pun intended, and the murder rate and chaos will quadruple. I suspect it will take seeing these blue cities crash and burn without a police force to teach the nation the value of police.

One really common complaint I see everywhere constantly, is that the family courts are stacked against men and dads. Maybe in some places they are, I don’t know. But I can say from my own experience, and that of many many many others I’ve seen, that dads will boo-hoo about the ex-wives taking the kids and forcing them to support them, and how unfair it is for the court to mandate such, and how much he wants to see his kids wah wah wah…

…and he’s years in arrears for child support, can’t even remember the birthdays, neglected and abused the kids and the now-ex-wife, lies and cheats and steals. Are there some good men who get treated unfairly? Undoubtedly. But I’ve seen too many deadbeat complaining about “being raped by the family court system” so that my first reaction now is always “oh, yeah? What were you like before the divorce?”

And as far as I can tell, the court system as a whole rarely has the child/ren’s best interest in mind, either.

So I take it, the plan is to upgrade the charges to something that can be prosecuted. Then the “racists” jury doesn’t convict (rightfully because the wrong charges were brought), Chauvin gets off as promised by those who ordered the “hit”, Ellison gets to take credit for trying to bring justice, but the “system” is rigged.

    If it’s predictable, it’s preventable.

Someone needs to get to Floyd’s brother and show him how he’s being used. Take the money, push for 3rd degree murder/manslaughter (anything that will end up with jail time) Chauvin will be disappointed because he did his part but the plan got screwed. Ellison loses because the family pushed for the correct charge.

    Not likely, but possible.

I think the whole point of upgraded charges is so Chauvin will be found not guilty which will spark more riots and uprising. It is part of the plan of the far left. Do not put it past them if/when POTUS is reelected that there will be calls for an actual civil war to be fought because the “racist” is in charge.

Late last year, I said on this very site that we were coming dangerously close to a second civil war only to be shhhh’d and dismissed. Sad to say I was right and anyone who looks close enough could see the writing was on the wall. The seed was planted during Charlottesville. I knew and saw what the media and the Pedocrats were doing.

To all of my white liberal friends, don’t think for a second when the 2nd Civil War starts that you will somehow be spared from their ire. Your white guilt will not save you as those who have been brainwashed by their puppetmasters will have received their orders to vanquish all who are not them. To my minority brothers and sisters, reject their orders and thirst for destruction because even if you are successful, you’ll have served your purpose and will be thrown back to where you came from. The same jobs you perform today, will still need to be performed in the future. Did you really think they were going to let you ascend to power with them?

A trial cannot possibly be completed by November in modern America in the modern American court system, in usual times. How long did OJ trial take? Rodney King trial? George Zimmerman trial?

Further, due to coronavirus some jurisdictions are not having jury trials until October, due to the coronavirus concerns.

See if those restrictions are lifted in Minnesota to get a fast trial (by October) to get the intended result.

If so, Trump’s fall back is to prosecute Chauvin under Federal laws against deprivation of civil rights under color of authority. See Rodney King trial. In that scenario, Ellison looks incompetent, and Trump succeeds.

It was scary to read but I didn’t really believe it would ever come to that. Seeing how quickly people have been kneeling down to apologize for their “white privilege”, I fear we are closer to that than I ever would have believed.

But in reality, how many young people are actually doing that or want to do that? And how much of this is pre-planned. And lastly, those that are kneeling and believe in it, who cares, they were never going to be on our side anyway.

  11. Several years ago I read something describing what life would be like when the Islamic extremists took over this country. The thing that stuck in my mind was that you would be required to kneel down in front of your “ruler” and denounce Jesus or be beheaded. It was scary to read but I didn’t really believe it would ever come to that. Seeing how quickly people have been kneeling down to apologize for their “white privilege”, I fear we are closer to that than I ever would have believed.

even if staged how many others will look at this video and now go out and do it to others.
If not staged imagine the fear of that woman on an apparently empty street and a strange man comes up to you & tells you to kneel down,.
I know I would be totally terrified. Yes I do carry but??
There are at least two other videos like this out there, one Terrence posted of a group of Caucasians bowing down to a group blacks begging for forgiveness and of an older women then this video which I can’t seem to locate again!

Something “off” from this entire story from the get-go.

I watched the tape. All seven plus minutes. More than once. I’ve never seen anything quite like it.
Why did the first officers who had Floyd in custody not put him in their car as they started to, and take him to jail?

Why was Chauvin called to scene?

Chauvin looked to be drugged himself. I’ve never seen a single person with absolutely no response, except a dead one. He looked straight into the lens of the cell phone/camera that was filming. He said not a word to other officers involved. Not a single word. When bystanders began to become agitated with voices raising as they pleaded for Floyd to be released from the ground, stating “his nose is bleeding”, or “he isn’t breathing” and other alarms. . .. . he continued to stare at the camera. He didn’t look down at Floyd to see if his nose was bleeding, he didn’t feel for a pulse, he didn’t freaking move! Strangest thing I have ever seen. There is something so off in this event.

The ambulance arrives. They do nothing to check on Floyd’s conditon. They don’t kneel by him and check his heart, or try to resusitate. Instead, they role him over like a bag of potatoes, and then just grab him and toss him on the gurney. I kept waiting for the “ready – one swing. . .two swings. . . third swing onto the gurney” it was that strange.

It does not help to be able to unring the bell from the information in the small piece Sundance wrote.

This was too strange to be true ! ! !

Looked at the end several times. Yes seems EMTs in Minneapolis wear brown, However why did they not come out with gear ready to do some work like doing vitals & CPR, For the life of me I do not see anyone doing vitals &/or CPR. If Floyd stopped breathing in the last 1 to 2 mins, there is a good chance CPR could have worked, along with NO brain damage.

    PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

When in the Course of human events, it becomes optional for an American to claim all sovereign title formerly held by his Government, and deliver said unclaimed freight to the Judge Advocates General of the military originally charged with its protection, a decent respect for the covenant with our Creator—being the condition precedent for United States sovereignty—requires that he should declare the causes leading to the claim and constrains him to conclude that man has not evolved an inch from the slime that spawned him.

These truths were once self-evident; back when students were taught civics rather than social studies; before they were indoctrinated with disgust for traditional safeguards against totalitarianism—disgust for Family, Creator and our Social Compact. While all men are created equal , they are individually endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, That among these are Life, Liberty, and that which makes the Pursuit of Happiness possible—the inalienable right of self-ownership with all its attendant duties of virtue . — That to secure these rights, mankind leaves the state of nature by ceding certain alienable rights conferring specifically enumerated powers to establish government by consent through a social compact. That the Declaration of Independence is our social compact; it is “a legal instrument, a juristic act of ultimate solemnity, effecting the most fundamental constitutional change, a change in the very source and foundation of law. … It is our one legal document on which all else rests.” It forms a Real Covenant against Tyranny as the condition precedent for the existence and exercise of sovereign power. — That whenever those entrusted with the powers of Government become destructive of these ends they effectuate an abandonment of all legitimate claim to sovereign title under the compact, leaving it as res derelictae until justice is restored through the investigation and punishment of those responsible for the treason. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be [reset] for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by [restoring] the forms to which they [were] accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is not to be wondered, that they should then rouze themselves, and endeavour to put the rule into such hands which may [restore] to them the ends for which [their] government was at first erected. Such has been the patient sufferance of loyal Americans; and such is now the necessity which constrains the undersigned to challenge the honor of the United States Navy, Army, Air Force and Coast Guard Judge Advocates General in keeping their oath to defend this nation from its defining enemy. The history of the perfidious “deep state” and His Lordship Andrew Cuomo is a history of repeated injuries, usurpations and betrayals“jettisoning all the norms and conventions of tennis-court morality”—having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the people of the United States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
