AG Bill Barr Releases Statement on Riots and Domestic Terrorism: “violence instigated by Antifa is domestic terrorism”……

U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr releases the following statement today:

…”The violence instigated and carried out by Antifa and other similar groups in connection with the rioting is domestic terrorism and will be treated accordingly”…

“With the rioting that is occurring in many of our cities around the country, the voices of peaceful and legitimate protests have been hijacked by violent radical elements. Groups of outside radicals and agitators are exploiting the situation to pursue their own separate, violent, and extremist agenda.

It is time to stop watching the violence and to confront and stop it. The continued violence and destruction of property endangers the lives and livelihoods of others, and interferes with the rights of peaceful protestors, as well as all other citizens.

It also undercuts the urgent work that needs to be done – through constructive engagement between affected communities and law enforcement leaders – to address legitimate grievances. Preventing reconciliation and driving us apart is the goal of these radical groups, and we cannot let them succeed.

It is the responsibility of state and local leaders to ensure that adequate law enforcement resources, including the National Guard where necessary, are deployed on the streets to reestablish law and order. We saw this finally happen in Minneapolis last night, and it worked.

Federal law enforcement actions will be directed at apprehending and charging the violent radical agitators who have hijacked peaceful protest and are engaged in violations of federal law.

To identify criminal organizers and instigators, and to coordinate federal resources with our state and local partners, federal law enforcement is using our existing network of 56 regional FBI Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF).

The violence instigated and carried out by Antifa and other similar groups in connection with the rioting is domestic terrorism and will be treated accordingly.” (link)

Where is Fauci? His stuff is on the line now.

Aside from all the usual questions related the usual rioting and violence related to the usual subjective media reports on a police incident I want to know what the predicted escalation in covid19 cases will be as a result of the rioters wanton disregard for state mandated social distancing directives.

Unless it bears out and the second wave arrives in a couple of weeks he has some spraining to do.

      • “ heat kills the virus..” ..Fauci..”.. I am totally shocked how our media can be so blind. Blind to the widespread crime across America in just 1 week. Let’s all stop and think. A week ago law enforcement spent hours drawing circles on the grass for social distancing in Parks. In Mass. they were busy bees painting red arrows on sidewalks directing pedestrians. Sprinting across beaches chasing illegal sunbathers. Answering complaints at Supermarkets from Mgr. Karen about someone on aisle 5 not wearing a mask. Stop.
Flash forward to now. Thousands of professional rioters and amateur protesters are rubbing elbows and breathing on each other inches apart. Hundreds of professional brick pitchers are not wearing PPE. Last week’s ‘social distancing drones’ are nowhere to be seen over the crowds of looters……Result? We will all die, whites, blacks, and Police and fire bombers from WuFlu next week!!! //Sarc//

What I find disturbing is that Barr’s statement stopped short of designating Antifa a domestic terrorist organization which, in reality, it has been from the beginning. His exact words were : “ The violence instigated and carried out by Antifa and other similar groups in connection with the rioting is domestic terrorism and will be treated accordingly.”
He’s condemning the “acts” not designating the groups committing them.
What should be happening, in Trump time, is establishing who funds them and choking off the money, immediately.
Soros and his shell groups, have long been Antifa’s backers. He is a naturalized citizen. Domestic terrorism is grounds for revoking his citizenship and kicking him out of the U.S. he has been desperate to dismantle…straight into the less-than-loving arms of countries that will give him the treatment he deserves.

Section 802 does not create a new crime of domestic terrorism. However, it does expand the type of conduct that the government can investigate when it is investigating “terrorism.” The USA PATRIOT Act expanded governmental powers to investigate terrorism, and some of these powers are applicable to domestic terrorism.”

Apparently there isn’t a separate statute that designates terrorism, it just comes under the general Section 802 of the Patriot Act. Barr has all the authority he needs under Section 802.

It’s a federal beef now, plus if perps crossed state lines, they were already looking at federal prosecution. This declaration probably makes it easier to go after them when there’s no current riots, and go after communication, funding and supply structure. Ellison wouldn’t get a chance to excuse them.

For efficiency, how about giving both BLM and Antifa a couple pallets of bricks in a field, and let them go after each other.

And the idiot Antifa agitators went and broke the windows out of a local landmark, Coney Island, that’s been serving for over a hundred years across the street from the city government offices.

In President Trump’s first two years of his presidency there were several times troubling long standing major issues came to a head and Trump would say something along the line that “this should have been taken care of a long time ago by a prior administration” (past several administrations).

Then he would add, “but that’s ok, I’ll take care of this too”.

Trump should seize this moment to heal the country. He can recognize that law enforcement deserves respect as most are good officers who serve the community well.

And he can also recognize that blacks feel police brutally, when it does show its face, hits them hardest and they feel targeted. This may or may not be statistically accurate….and can become part of the conversation later.

However, the country needs to get a hold of this powder keg before it totally destroys us. I don’t know what the answers are, but I do know Trump can bring both sides together (law enforcement and black leaders) to put us on the path to resolution of all concerns so that bad apples are removed from the force, and all people in a community feel that law enforcement are their protectors (not threats).

This is one of those, “I’ll take care of this too” moments for Trump. I hope he takes it.

Cowardly ROE was probably to not use deadly force against any of the rioters unless fired upon.

In other words – the officials “gave them (the rioters) space to destroy.”

  15. In 2017, Sundance came to the painful realization that the Russia Collusion hoax was not just the work of a “few dirty cops” but that the corruption was rampant and deep throughout the FBI and DOJ. There were no whistle blowers or white hats standing up to the criminality. I didn’t want to believe that then, but subsequent revelations have proven that to be the case. I’m getting that feeling now watching the coverage of these riots. It is true that radical groups like Antifa and BLM and other anarchist groups are organizing the violence, but they’re not the ones looting or attacking innocent people or setting the fires. The adult voices on the street are few—inspirational but few. There is a sickness in our society that inspires teenagers and young adults to behave like animals and destroy life and property without compunction. I know authorities can’t state that reality, but the narrative that most protesters are well-meaning citizens and only a few bad eggs are spoiling a Dr. King moment no longer passes the smell test for me. Hope I’m wrong.

I was actually wondering when we could be expecting to see stories about black men dying at the hands of the police being elevated to national headlines in drumbeat fashion like we did during the “Black Lives Matter” days of 2014-2016. I figured it would start happening any time now, for two reasons. Firstly, transcripts are being declassified and other evidence is coming to light at a rapid clip now that really proves that the Democrats have ushered in unprecedented levels of corruption into the highest levels of government and have been behaving in ways that pose a genuine threat to the constitutional order of the nation. Naturally, the Democrats would prefer that as much of the public as possible remain ignorant of this evidence. Secondly, a series of polls have been showing that Donald Trump may actually be succeeding at clawing some of the black vote away from the Democrats. If these inroads are in fact real and they spill over to the rest of the GOP, they could contribute to an election disaster in November.

If you’re an unscrupulous DNC strategist, inflaming racial tensions provides a means of addressing both of these issues, and you already have a playbook for how do this. Simply pick through the 1,000 or so incidents in which people die at the hands of police each year, ignore the roughly 50% of them that involve the death of a white person, and fixate only on the roughly 25% of them that involve the death of a black person. Incidents in which the police have behaved in a clearly criminal manner are preferable for elevation, but since there are so few cases of this type, choose from among incidents that can at least plausibly be made to look like cases of injustice by playing a bit fast and loose with the facts and failing to highlight damaging facts. Highlight these cases at the rate of one or two a month to give people the impression that there is an epidemic of racist police hunting down and killing black people for absolutely no reason whatsoever. This will help fix the idea in people’s minds that institutionalized racism is a fundamental characteristic of the United States and insinuate that only the Democrats are prepared to do what it takes to root it out. This will help ensure that black voters are energized and ready to turn out in large numbers to vote “D” in the upcoming election.

He was given that task on 4 OCTOBER 2019. So he was able to be Ambassador to Germany, “special presidential envoy for Serbia and Kosovo peace negotiations.” AND Acting Director DNI at the same time. 🤨

        Please do a little research.

What would be really spectacular is if Grenell is able to negotiate Kosovo back to Serbia, where it belongs instead of the way the clintons used our military to bomb the heck out of Serbia (with no provocation towards the u.s.) and hand Kosovo to the Albanian Muslims. Only time in my life I was against our own military. Shameful. Hillary took delight in having the power to take down countries and leaders she didn’t like. Sick woman, but then again, sick country for voting in people like this.

Shit is getting real people! Out here in AZ Ducey just declared a one week curfew until next Monday (0800PM – 0500AM) for the whole state. Law and order is breaking down in the jungles of the big city and it is going to spill over to the rest of the USA if it is not contained. Obama gave the green light for this shit with his race baiting Twitter message just like he did with Judge Sullivan. Stock up on ammo and be prepared for the worst. I believe in the “Cold Anger” that Sundance is a proponent of but at some point Cold will go to Hot in an instant if this shit dies not die down.

President Trump: U.S. To Designate Antifa As A Terrorist Organization

    ttps://trendingpolitics.com/breaking-president-trump-u-s-to-designate-antifa-as-a-terrorist-organization/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email

All I can say is that its about time Antifa was designated as a terrorist organization. That makes Keith Ellison a supporter of a terrorist group who is holding public office. This may finish him.

Took a drive around Phoenix and suburbs today and didn’t see one protestor around cop stations, county government or the State Capital buildings. I saw a “kill pigs” graffiti sign on a Country bldg but that’s it. The Capitol buildings were surrounded by fencing.

This is nothing but opportunists and brats wanting to destroy. This will end when we see some major arrests/convictions of the Antifa organizers and not just a slap on the wrists. The followers will go hide in their parent’s basement again when faced with real jail time.

This. If we had actually had some actual leadership in the DOJ instead of Sessions taking a two year paid siesta this would have happened years ago. Barr should have been on this as well.

I think there’s a basic misunderstanding of the underpinnings behind the First Step Act. So consider the reasons I believe Trump went for it, and don’t assume he just did what Jared Kushner begged him to.

      1) If you are going to re-introduce manufacturing into the U.S., you need manual laborers who will accept working class wages. What is the point in paying millions of dollars to house 50+ year old women who are not likely to commit violent crimes when they could be given meaningful jobs to do? Would you rather have illegals who ‘do jobs Americans won’t do’, or give Americans a second chance?
      2) Our dirty CIA under Poppy Bush ran drugs. They were caught red-handed (Iran/Contra). Much as Planned Parenthood was aimed at reducing black fertility, the same characters (CIA globalist Nazi eugenicists aka Bush family) were behind pushing guns and drugs into black neighborhoods. Yeah, I know. Blacks are responsible for their own actions, but our government is responsible for giving them the push in the wrong direction. Trump is trying to alleviate that. No, it’s not him being tricked by ‘liberal Jared and Ivanka’.
      3) You can say you’re ‘America First’, but at some point the CoC crowd is going to hit you over the head with their arguments for cheap foreign labor. Better to give a black American a second chance than give an illegal a first chance. The media and academia, which continue to foment Leftist moral decay and class/race war, are a bigger problem than the habits of inner city black Americans. Give black people jobs and strong moral guidance from the church, and history shows you will get a better result than you have from the post-sexual revolution, leftist, atheist culture. Put down your buckets where you are, as Booker T. Washington said.

The Globalist / Corporate / Marxist cabal is at war with the American people and our way of life

Our schools churn out brainwashed leftist lemmings who’ve been manipulated into hating their country and their own ancestors

Mayors hire social justice warriors as police heads in order to prop up the chaos and empower the thugs and radicals

Our justice system, especially the courts, simply let the criminals go with zero consequences so they can resume their destruction

Our Enemy of the People “Media” deceives and lies to the people and actively promotes the destruction of our way of life

It’s an outright war and our side just watches it happen

The cabal named above got their power through money and intimidation, including blackmail, and I’d say it’s time the good guys in government start using the same tactics

All’s fair in love and war, and following the rules isn’t cutting it anymore, because following the rules when the other side didn’t gave us radical children, out of control thugs, radical leftist politicians, leftist black robed tyrants and the slow rot of our great society

It’s time to fight back by giving them a taste of their own medicine. Start in-depth investigations on these leftist politicians, officials and judges. Look into those who control our schools curriculum. Go after the MS “Media”

Intimidation, threats, blackmail, all worked just fine for the left, but I would never suggest our government use those same tactics (wink)

Nope, we should just follow Obama’s example and do everything “by the book”

Chris wallace spewing meaningless race-baiting statistics

“black young men yada yada more likely to suffer police violence”
“covid hitting Af-Ams more, proportionally, yada yada”
    “economically disadvantage yada yada”

    Meaningless in that

    – black young men commit crime at outsize rates and come in contact with police accordingly”

    – Af-Ams notoriously ignored social distancing pleas and held house parties with hundreds
    – Af-Ams notiously overweight at older ages, particularly the women; hence diabetic co-morbidity

    – economically disadvantaged, other than EBT, WIC, walking-around-money welfare, likely outsized proportion of social security disability (I know this first-hand), and various other “free” resources

Easy to paint a one-sided picture there, Chris, especially if you’re intellectually dishonest

Drove past my first “protest” this weekend passing thru King of Prussia, PA. Seemingly peaceful (heavy police presence there), but I gave them the thumbs down just due to most of them being a bunch of virtueless, virtue signalers using the death of an innocent black man to promote their own sanctimonious selves.

It got me thinking though. These types of events get divided into either being on the side of the protesters or the side of law enforcement, but my question is: who is on my side? I’m sure alot of people here at CTH feel like we’re on our own. Your business gets shutdown due to a virus, no one cares. Your job gets declared “non-essential”, no one cares. You protest either of those things and you get called an uncaring person.

My hope is law enforcement realizes who their enemy is. And it isn’t me or you.

Said it before will say it again, when the country employs a inept Attorney General, and history shows it has been a long time. AG Bagpipes has sat on his thumb for many months watching investigation after investigation into criminal activity by the DNC, GOPe, Congress persons, Senators, MSM, print media. All the while overlooking the Mueller Follies, Intel Committee etc wait on? Yep another investigation Durham!

Therefore, with the fix in, in Washington DC. Protected by another comprised AG Bagpipes, what is Heavens name would make one think that you could hire protesters, create chaos, destruction, killings, vandalism, assault police officers and be punished?

I’m only surprised as to how long it has taken, Soros, Bloomberg, China, Zuckerberg etc to decide buying elected officials is much faster and incredibly easier than using Army’s. Look at the Supreme Court(Roberts), The Ukraine Puppets in the House of Representatives or the Russia/China Senators aiding the rapid destruction of the USA Constitution, Bill of Rights. Then you also notice China Shipping? McConnell keeping Senate in session must pay a tidy sum from both Parties and Countries.

AG Barr(Bagpipes) has also got to go with the removal of all the corruption and a new AG the problems only get bigger as the Evil side knows the fix is in! 2020🙏🙏🙏🙏☕️🍩🇺🇸
