Anger Games Night 4 – Saturday Night Riots – Open Discussion Thread…

The riots, arson, looting and related violence has spread from Minneapolis Minnesota to many urban areas around the nation. From ground reports it appears Antifa groups (aka White ISIS) have organized for chaos in Minneapolis and beyond.

Democrat strongholds in Nashville (TN), Atlanta (GA), Chicago (IL), Washington DC, Houston (TX), New York City (NY), Los Angeles (CA), and other deep blue metropolitan areas are now seeing organized riots, anti-police violence and chaos organized by Antifa and elements within the Black Lives Matter groups.

Many people are calling for federal intervention; however, that type of confrontation is the intended goal of the social anarchy crowd. The leftist chaos is purposeful bait.

Politically speaking, the merging of Antifa (revolution communists) & Black Lives Matter (sub-text political Islam), has a purposeful agenda unknown to the standard brick thrower. Suburban white liberals, essentially modern affiliates of the former Bill Ayers Weather Underground, are the organizing entities. Most of the people on the street are oblivious.

Local authorities in/around the urban danger zones have the primary responsibility to maintain domestic tranquility. Federal intervention to replace local political ineptitude, and lack of desire to confront a crisis of their own creation, is short-sighted.

If local officials and/or state governors are not going to take action; factually they do not want to take action because they are fearful of backlash from their own tribe; then federal assistance doesn’t work. It is better for President Trump to watch from a distance and keep reminding the U.S. electorate how he supports, but will not replace, local officials.

The 2020 Anger Games were predictable.

At the the state and city level, You are witnessing prototypical communist democrat leadership: only know how to be totalitarians, and when challenged by their ethnic pets, they cave and leads to chaos. Just like how liberal progressive, communist democrats raised their soi spawn, from whatever species.

Newscum just declared L.A, a state of emergency about 10 mins ago.

and then I watched on TV that Santa Ana is rioting.
Usually we leave windows open for cooler night air til 10pm when we go to bed but heard fireworks around 8pm outside, thinking it was the Disneyland annual summer fireworks show. Then we realizes it was too early…but wait..it isn’t even summer yet. We spooked and closed up our house, thinking maybe gunfire.

We found out that the protesting started at 8PM and they were throwing fireworks at the police in Santa Ana.

The complicit media won’t ask the dems why the cities they run are such cesspools of racism. Where are the senators who represent the burning areas? The mayor’s? The state ags? Where are the dems who have been running these places for years? Why do their citizens feel that the system is corrupt? Why do their citizens feel oppressed and disenfranchised?

Righteous protests..mm hm..every protest is inherently righteous. Right up until they stop protesting and start harming other Americans. This is all so simple. Not to belabor the point, but anybody who’s seen most of the Floyd case, couldn’t watch the evidence without wanting to puke. That being what it is, what happened? Guilty party, plus 3 maybe accomplices, immediately fired. Main perpetrator is quickly charged with murder. Accomplices, pending charges as well. The POTUS contacts family, and while condoling them, promises to do everything possible to expedite the case. Swift justice by any measure, much less where a citizen has rights, and justice is fairly slow, as it should be. This was dealt with correctly. Even so, somehow we can throw away the unity created by the fact that all of us, of any color, creed or whatever metric, agree on the egregiousness of this crime, and utterly condemn it, and blame anything other than the individual socio or psychopath that killed this person slowly. First five minutes after seeing, we all agree. Few hours later, half of us are guilty, should feel guilty, etc. I’ll be damned. None of these perpetrators represent me. Regardless, what we have now is an organized attempt to destroy, bring chaos, and further an agenda. How did they move so fast? Who are they? Most people reading here know the answers to those questions. So leaving that for what it is, how would you react? I know most of the facts, as well as any lay person could. I would have a hard time not bringing the hammer now, and squashing this immediately, had I such authority. I am thankful that the President I voted for is sharp enough, tough enough, to see the bigger picture, and know the value of restraint, letting the big picture develop, and finding the real culprits, rather than dropping that hammer on a bunch of usefull idiots just smashing and stealing. If that’s all it was, I think it would be handled by now. At least, that’s what I hope. Because honestly, even if I knew the better long term strategy/solution was to play it out, I would have a hard time emotionally waiting until I could. Good news is, its obvious that POTUS is having a hard time as well, he wants nothing more than to eradicate this. He is patient enough to show restraint and win the bigger victory. I don’t think I would be. Better man than me, and I will trust, once again. Haven’t been let down yet.

Low traffic, and on the beach a relatively small crowd of mixed race and socioeconomic backgrounds. Everyone was happy, engaging and friendly with minimal concern about social distancing. We were all happy to be free standing before the open ocean air breeze, beautiful sunlit clear blue sky and crystal clear ocean. It was an incredible experience. Sense is that, amidst fading pandemic hysteria, Pres. As in 1860 – ’61, the stage is set for a Save-the-Union national resurgence carrying some half a century, much as Dixie crackerdom shut itself out of power –with Cleveland’s Mugwump exception– through 1912 (and then oozed in only due to TR’s Bull Moose splinter-group).

But that will never happen. Our Blue State tyrant governors can get away with treating us however they want- taking away our Liberty and freedom, shutting down our businesses, forcing us to wear masks- and we just take it. That’s what they count on too.
The cops meanwhile, don’t hesitate to arrest and brutalize innocent, law abiding citizens if they disobey. On the other hand, they don’t do much to actual criminals like the rioters we are seeing.

Strategically, there are two ways — broadly speaking — you can go to deal with the riots, i.e., the latest tactical manifestation of the communist insurgency.

First, you can continue to do as President Trump has been doing, to deal with incidents incrementally and in accordance with a limited-powers approach to governance.

Second, you can blitz the opposition. Do a clean sweep. Trigger a comprehensive action that decapitates the enemy so that there can be no continuation of the riots, nor of the unconstitutional overreaction of demonRAT governors to the Wuhan flu. That goes for the Russian hoax, the impeachment scam — all of it. You don’t eliminate the entire membership of the insurgency, but you DO remove the leadership — some by arrest, others by exile, and a limited number by extreme prejudice.

Rudy Giuliani’s “Broken Windows” is definitive in this regard. Anyone who remembers the “Death Wish” environment of NYC prior to Rudy’s election recalls how dramatic the improvement was after Broken Windows became the law of the land.

You kill a contagion like rioting by stopping it before it spreads. Broken Windows is what is needed in every city in America.

To get there, America needs Antifa, Occupy, and all related spinoff and splinter groups to be declared domestic terrorist organizations and dealt with accordingly, using RICO and every other federal tool. America needs Wray to drop dead and the FBI to be housecleaned so that they can revert to their role of tracking and infiltrating these groups before they metastasize.

America also needs a declaration of war on terrorists. Because we won’t get that, what President Trump needs to do is flat out declare that the cartels are terrorists, as are their allies, like the Soros organization. The President should engage whatever military assets are required to carry out decapitation raids against all of the cartels, all at once, and take out Soros and all of Soros’ allies and organization members. Clean sweep.

Mexico deserves no advance warning. The deterioration in relations that will follow will heal once Mexico’s president recognizes that we have also done him a big favor. Removing the cartels and interrupting the flow of drugs into the USA may not have permanent benefits, but it puts our enemies on notice — including the Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer types.

As for dealing with ever-widening messes in the demonRAT-run states and cities, the clean sweep strategy is the constitutional solution to an unconstitutional insurrection of the demonRAT-governed states.

The clean sweep strategy should have been initiated the moment the first of the treasonous sanctuary states/cities movements appeared. But the riots now provide a more dramatic reason for such a comprehensive law-and-order solution.

The Constitution (Article II, Section 3) calls for the President to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” In this case, the law that needed to be faithfully executed is the President’s most important responsibility, i.e., ensuring national security.

The constitutional power of the President is unique. As President Lincoln’s Attorney General Bates pointed out, it is by its nature an active power. While Congress and the judiciary must support the laws and Constitution, the President must defend and enforce the laws and Constitution. Big difference.

The right of the President to employ force is not only inherent in his office, but has been recognized on numerous occasions by Congress. Insurrection demands the employment of force.

Insurrection are crimes that attack the foundation of the sovereignty and security of the United States of America.

States and cities which not only have refused to cooperate with ICE but which have passed so-called “laws” that make it a felony to cooperate with ICE are, by definition, in a state of insurrection. States and cities which convert taxpayer monies into “gifts” (social services) to those who are in America illegally are, by definition, in a state of insurrection. States and cities which deny their citizens their constitutional God-given rights and commit crimes against the citizenry under the guise of a disease outbreak — the disease not being even as deadly as the common flu — are, by definition, in a state of insurrection.

Historically there have been numerous incidents of rebellion against the properly constituted authority of the United States, the most famous and egregious being the War Between the States. President Lincoln’s actions and later Supreme Court judgments of those actions provide a lot guidance as to which powers the President has to act against Insurrection.

More specifically, the Insurrection Act has been amended over the years. It grants broad powers to the President.

Allied to the statutory powers of the President to act in an emergency to suppress insurrection and execute the laws are the President’s inherent powers to ensure national security.

The President has used the armed forces to suppress insurrection since the days of the Whiskey Rebellion. In 1871, the Governor of South Carolina appealed to the President for aid in maintaining order in the wake Klu Klux Klan activities. The Supreme Court upheld President Cleveland’s authority to use troops to end the Pullman strike. Both Ike and JFK sent troops to the South to enforce desegregation orders.

Hurricane Katrina is another example. In fact, in its wake Congress amended the Insurrection Act of 1807. The act enables the President to deploy the military “to suppress, in any State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy.”

The amended act enlarges the language of the original to include natural disasters, epidemics, or other serious public health emergencies, terrorist attacks or incidents, or other conditions.

If President Trump chooses to use the military to deal with the rioting, the question becomes, why not go the clean sweep route?

That’s because merely ending the rioting would leave in power the very same demonRAT governors and mayors who aided and abetted the rioters and shadow organizations behind the rioters. The shadow organizations of course are terrorist organizations and ought to be dealt with not by the courts this time around, but by the military.

Decapitating the shadow organizations removes the funding and logistics for Antifa and other domestic terrorist groups. Capturing and jailing Antifa members is Broken Windows 101. To fully correct the problem, however, removal of the demonRAT governors and mayors is required.

That can occur only if the President acts against the growing riots not just to bring in the military for the short-term solution, but to declare martial law for the long-term solution.

And that solution is to arrest the demonRAT (communist) mayors and governors who have been secretly (and not so secretly) aiding and abetting the sanctuary cities insurrections and then turning them over to federal courts or military tribunals for disposition.

It has been noted that the Constitution provides little guidance in the meaning of martial law. The one provision it provides is that the Habeas Corpus Suspension Clause , which states that, “[t]e privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.” As a result of this limited coverage by the Constitution, declarations of martial law have been closely tied to suspension of the writ of habeas corpus. The question of who has the authority to suspend the writ is still debated.

The fact remains that the demonRATs, including the shadow organizations pulling the strings, intended the riots to create anarchy and thus provide an opportunity for the demonRAT mayors and governors to assume even greater powers — which they viewed as a necessary next phase given that their dictatorial authority in the phony Wuhan crisis was eroding.

Thus the key move for the President is to beat the demonRATs to the punch by instead appointing military governors for the demonRAT states.

During the limited duration of martial law, those governors would be tasked with initiating top-to-bottom housecleanings, the likes of which we haven’t seen since the U.S. occupied Japan and Germany. Fixing the voter rolls, installing voter ID laws, extirpating voter fraud, building the wall, remodeling the education system, overhauling and retraining city police departments, and correcting other institutional flaws introduced by the demonRATs during their decades of uninterrupted lawlessness would be the strategic goal.

During the Civil War the states in insurrection had no vote and no representation in Congress. After the Civil War, representation in that Reconstruction period was managed by federal authorities. The application of martial law was of limited duration, and, once ended, regular elections were resumed.

Of course, regular elections will never be resumed if the demonRATs manage to steal the November elections.

We can barely get an investigation against the scum to gain enough traction. Imagine the President taking these broad actions? There would be near unanimous call and support for removal. As righteous as the actions would be, the left and right would form a rapid rebellion via declaring him insane or impeachment.

I do agree that a strong offensive is needed, but he must gain the awareness and approval of the people to carry it forward. How to do that? Major sunlight, exposure of the dirty truths, mobilize the awareness with the need for action.

People that want to protest peacefully have to understand that they must discourage those that want to cause violence and mayhem. You have a phone, record the misfits and give the evidence to police. This is your community, your neighbors, your local businesses that you rely on, being harmed. Support them by reporting those that commit these acts of domestic terrorism. 38. I’m willing to be the bad guy on this one. We all know damned well that the murdering cop would NOT have been arrested without rioting. If the cops were even 15% honest, this would not be happening.
A few posts past on sundance. a commenter showed CNN news where the official statement is that the dead guy died of natural causes.
The police are as fake as CNN.

Even if the coroner says it was a heart attack that killed them, the police would undoubtedly investigate further to see if it was murder, depraved indifference or a simple accident. Just because CNN claims an official statement of natural causes does not mean the cop can’t be charged with murder. What if Floyd had swallowed crack to keep from being busted. Sorry, it’s too early to determine who’s responsible for Floyd’s death or anyone’s share of responsibility.

Autopsy showed he did not die of asphyxiation which means the cop did not cut off his airway. It did not show he died of natural causes, just that he wasn’t deprived of air as a cause of death. He had cardiac disease which means he could have suffered a fatal arrhythmia. The video speaks for itself.

Not that this changes the disgusting nature of these riots, but I gotta say that the “not asphyxiated” argument doesn’t mean much to me. Because from the first time I saw the video, the idea that he died because of that never entered my mind, despite the “I can’t breathe” stuff. Nope… all I could think of was the cop was slowly killing the guy by compressing his carotid artery. Murder? Probably not. Negligent homicide or depraved indifference or something? Almost certainly.

Seriously? I had to re-read what you wrote to make sure I had it right. I mean, if you had simply said the cop wouldn’t have been arrested without a VIDEO, you may have had a point. But that’s NOT what you said, is it? Nope… you actually said rioting, RIOTING was needed for an arrest to occur. Wow. But no, I won’t call you a bad guy… though I may call you Ben Crump.

Yep business owners can put down these invaders who threaten their lives. You might be arrested, but by the time this crap is done, most Americans will be disgusted with these thugs. Scatter gun first, back ups to follow if needed. Heck even use rock salt in the first shell, bird shot in the second, buckshot in all the rest.

This is why I’m not certain I should buy a gun. Oh sure, if I was the business owner or the woman, I could have responded and probably been fine (self defense). But if I saw this from the vantage point of the cameraman? I’m sorry, but I think I’d go Dirty Harry on the scumbags. Is “defense of others” still on the books, and if so, exactly how far can you go? I’d gladly do what needed to be done, but at the same time I have no desire to go to prison for doing what’s right.

When I was in College, I ran across a book….
There was a young Black Lady in LA, who was educated (associates degree) and productive, yet she set fire to a Korean Shop during the 1992 Riots.
She learned later that she had incinerated an entire Korean Family…Husband, Wife, and their babies.
She was never charged with a crime but later (somehow) stricken with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
She should have been given Capital Punishment for her Quadruple Murder.

Have a feeling there will need to be a counter call to all this. How long will we let these maggots have free shots at our patriots?

Trail them and show them what what rough justice is. Locate them and expose them.

Better yet, have the President declare them terrorists, and gain the help needed from federal resources. Do it soon.

Ok, Treepers (and Sundance), I need help. I am having a vigorous discussion with a friend about ANTIFA involvement in the riots. There are lots of people saying – in comments and opinion pieces – that ANTIFA is involved. Even Pres Trump and AG Barr comment on it.
I am looking for news articles that some police force somewhere has interviewed rioters in custody and determined they are ANTIFA. Or maybe a video of individuals/groups that have been identified as such.
Please post links in your reply.
    Thanks.

Weak Liberal Democrat Governors and Mayors of Minnesota, Chicago, New York, and California who forced people to stay home (ALL POLITICAL) during the epidemic. Now they are saying, “Don’t stop these rioters, give them what they want, be nice to them.” These Democrat leaders of these cities are causing this, because they want to hurt President Trump’s chances of winning in 2020. Don’t give these EVIL Democrat leaders what they want. Vote only Republican. Left Democrats control the big cities, and that is why you are seeing this Chaos happening. If you vote out the Democrats from these cities, we won’t see this anymore. Vote only Republican in all these big cities and PEACE will finally come to America.

One of the biggest stories that no one seems to cover is the Democrats who are supporting the ‘rioters; . . .including their children. Also, the ones who refuse to condemn these terrorists while blaming POTUS. And who is paying the bills for food, travel, housing and equipment for these miscreants.

IMO they are just as guilty . . . . they want the deed done and Antifa and BLM oblige. Both want the same result, but the “workers” are the ones who may be punished while the silent enemy is free to recruit replacements.
