    • Hydroxychloroquine is available in your local supermarket. Though a small dosage, it has killed anyone, presidents or public. A bottle of ‘tonic water’, normally used to mix cocktails, has an ingredient list in small print. Put your glasses on, get real close, you will see it in the list . Small dosage, no doubt, but one can have peaceful medication. Iced with gin and a lime. Spanish call the soda Quinac. We might call it Scweppes or Canada Dry.

Why is our CDC fighting against simple, cheap drug treatment? why spend $billions on a ‘vaccine’, and prevent development of simple cheap drugs that would block prevent disease infection, and if infected, moderate the disease so it is no worse than the regular flu?
The country would open up, back to normal, immediately. No house imprisonment, no more unconstitutional government-ordered killing of nursinghome residents by forcing their infection and death.

WHERE IS OUR CDC ON EVEN PARTIALLY-MODERATING DRUG RESEARCH?

A growing body of circumstantial evidence now also specifically links outcomes of COVID-19 and vitamin D status. SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19, emerged and started its spread in the Northern hemisphere at the end of 2019 (winter), when levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D are at their nadir. Also, nations in the northern hemisphere have borne much of the burden of cases and mortality. In a cross-sectional analysis across Europe, COVID-19 mortality was significantly associated with vitamin D status in different populations. The low mortality rates in Nordic countries are exceptions to the trend towards poorer outcomes in more northerly latitudes, but populations in these countries are relatively vitamin D sufficient owing to widespread fortification of foods. Italy and Spain are also exceptions, but prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in these populations is surprisingly common. Additionally, black and minority ethnic people—who are more likely to have vitamin D deficiency because they have darker skin—seem to be worse affected than white people by COVID-19. For example, data from the UK Office for National Statistics shows that black people in England and Wales are more than four times more likely to die from COVID-19 than are white people.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. Psalm 23 KJV

People who work for a living or own small businesses are also the Democrats’ worst nightmare…they are the ones paying taxes, dealing with massive red tape, trying to improve their families’ lives through the sweat of their OWN brow. And they are sick and tired of seeing their hard earned money being taken from them by the Democrats and given to people who do NOT want to work, in order to buy votes.

And they are also the ones who support Donald Trump because he is the one who has given them the opportunity to succeed, which is why those are the very businesses the Democratic Governors are trying so hard to destroy!

It has very little to do with race and everything to do with those who want to provide for themselves vs those who want to be dependent on the Government!

There is no threat t onational security from records showing testimony to Congress that there was no evidence whatsoever that russia hacked the DNC emails, or that the ‘steele pee pee evidence” sworn to by the FBI/CIA/DOJ ti the FISA court was based on drunken bar stories without any Woods file verification.

There should be some personal and criminal penalty for preventing public release of public records which are hidden to protect people in the governmet agencies from embarassment and evidence of their wrongdoing.

Comparing total deaths from a period this year to the same period in prior years provides the least tainted data. Three states still do not submit death totals electronically, so that is why the CDC calls this provisional data. The CDC National Center for Health Statistics has daily updates, and the latest shows total deaths for 2/1-5/16 at 103% of expected deaths based on an average of previous years. I would love to hear Dr. Fauci respond to a question about this.

Regarding sessions. One of Sundance’s favorite images is of Sir Alec Guinness in character in the Bridge over the River Kia. That character was a good and brave solder but he invested everything that he was into the bridge. What made the movie stirring and satisfying to watchers is that this man made a huge mistake but saw his error and in the end corrected it. That is Hollywood. In real life it is rare than an individual can look at their life and say my course of action for all the good intentions was wrong.

Sessions became the bridge so completely that if he destroyed It, he would have destroyed himself. His bridge is “I was following the rule of law.” He never addresses that he didn’t have to make those decisions unilaterally and as fast as he did. The enemy appealed to his Boy Scout image of himself and flattered the hell out of him. He preened, and caved no thought process.. His subsequent behavior appointing do nothing Huber made it worse.

Is he as bad as Gowdy, mcturtel Paul Ryan, Romney? What is bad? He may or may not be but he is every bit as dangerous to the Republic as anyone on that list and his weakness has done a tremendous damage to the Republic.

What really got to me is Sessions – with his “undying loyalty” to President Trump, DID NOT go talk his recusal over with the President BEFORE he officially recused himself as AG. That was unconscionable. The President would probably have had his White House counsels figure out what Sessions could do instead of recusing himself. And, I’m sure there could have been somebody other that Rosenstein to fill in for AG – they all knew he was close to Comey/McCabe.

FTA ” A drug supported and even taken by President Donald Trump as a potential weapon against the new coronavirus simply doesn’t seem to work, another major study finds….In fact, hydroxychloroquine, as well as a related medicine, chloroquine, may even raise the risk for death and serious heart rhythm disorders in people who use it, an international team of researchers reported……Mehra’s group analyzed data from nearly 15,000 hospitalized COVID-19 patients who were given hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine, with or without the antibiotics azithromycin or clarithromycin, and a control group of about 81,000 hospitalized patients who didn’t receive the drugs….And now this latest “well-conducted observational study adds to preliminary reports suggesting that chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, alone or with azithromycin, is not useful and may be harmful in hospitalized COVID-19 patients,” Dr. Christian Funck-Brentano, of Sorbonne University in Paris, wrote in a journal commentary accompanying the new study.”

Note how all the patients tested were hospitalized and no use of zinc! Dr. Zelenko says zinc has to be used in combination with HCQ and the cocktail is most effective when given within the first 5 days of infection. It’s as if they want the study to produce harmful results. Total BS studies!

      Its all BS
People hav taken this stuff in Africa for years as malaria prophylaxis
Sufferers of autoimmune arthritis have taken it daily for pain.
      Very few have side effetcs
      As you said -no zinc
BUT Azithromycin BY ITSELF can cause Long QT syndrome
Some doctors use HCQ + Zinc+Doxycycline which works jut as well.
AND HCQ is only for 5 days-400mg bd on first day then 400mg/day x 4/5 days
      ______________________________________
      INDIA:
Govt of India is recommending Hydroxy chloroquine for prophylaxis of SARS-CoV-2 infection for following:

      1) asymptomatic healthcare providers involved in care of suspected or confirmed cases of Covid-19
Dosage -400mg twice a day on day 1
400mg once a day for next 7 weeks

      2) asymptomatic household contacts of confirmed cases
      Dosage-400mg twice a day in day 1
400mg once a day for next 3 weeks

Standard precautions ( to be taken with meals) and side effects mentioned.

      and then

India offered HCQ prophylaxis to 10,000 Mumbai policemen.
About 4,500 routinely took HCQ, while 5,500 refused.

      RESULTS:

      HCQ group: 0 deaths

      Non-HCQ group: 9 deaths

And those who contracted COVID-19 in the HCQ group had “mild attacks”

I had scanned the study, and also couldn’t see any data for what stage of the disease it was being used. I suspect it was used as a last resort, and as we know, it rarely has any positive effect at that point.

In the VA, it was used only when death was close, and then they compared those outcomes to the general hospital population that had covid. Naturally that showed hydroxy killed! Statistics don’t lie, but people lie with statistics.

Unfortunately the study was pretty well done from a retrospective point of view. Well matched. Lots of patients, multi-country.
Drug class isn’t effective late stage disease more than likely.
Makes sense..all the data we have seen (small studies..anecdotal reports) are recent diagnosis.

I agree. For what it says I have no argument. Like you say, what we have seen is that it isn’t effective late stage. I just saw today an Indian study where roughly 5000 Indian police took it prophylactically while about 5000 did not. For the same time period 9 died in the group that did not take it it while zero died in the group that did take it. Not a clinical study, but probably statistically significant.

Poorly designed interpretation of a HCQ data set for COVID-19

The authors provide almost no data to assess disease severity at baseline between groups. They rely on qSOFA which in a study in Annals of Intensive Care, was found to be “…not appropriate to identify Covid-19 patients to have poor outcomes…”

And they don’t say who got what other antiviral, grouping 3 different ones together. Big confounders. Except anyone who took remdesivir was excluded from the analysis. Why? Don’t want to risk it being associated with a bad outcome in a faulty study?

To me it’s just another effort by the deep state globalists exercising their control over our healthcare to our detriment! Americans have died needlessly because HCQ with zinc was unavailable just in order to attack President Trump’s hunch that it might would work! Americans especially the elderly dying from the Wuhan virus mean nothing to the left! Anything goes if it hurts President Trump and WTP!

The Control Group (non-treatment group was ~81,000 patients. Oh, about half of the Control group took a selection of other anti-virals:

Control in this sense means non-cq hcq w/w/o Az treatment. It doesnt mean they weren’t treated with other things

The only treatment that the survey specifically excluded was remdemisvir

Lol, The non-treatment group used these anti-virals
“…The use of other antivirals was recorded in 38 927 (40·5%) patients as treatment for COVID-19. The most common antivirals were lopinavir with ritonavir (12 304 [31·6%]), ribavirin (7904 [20·3%]), and oseltamivir (5101 [13·1%]). Combination therapy with more than one of these antiviral regimens was used for 6782 (17·4%) patients…”
