Quick Moves – Full Senate Confirms John Ratcliffe as Director of National Intelligence…

It is quite remarkable how quickly the senate can move on a confirmation vote when there is a heavy dose of self-preservation in play.   Only two days after the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) voted to advance the nomination of John Ratcliffe as Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the full senate takes up the nomination and ‘presto’… Ratcliffe is confirmed.  [Vote Tally Here] Huh, funny that.

Perhaps another way to look at it….  two days after the SSCI cried uncle in an attempt to rid themselves of the atomic sledgehammer of transparently perpetual sunlight known as Ric Grenell, Senate Leader Mitch McConnell rushed the quick dispatch.

Seriously, it’s a little unfair to cast a great man like John Ratcliffe as ‘less than’, because he truly is not less than anyone; however, boy howdy the deep state couldn’t get rid of their nemesis Richard “Ric” Genell quickly enough.

Mr. Grenell quietly brought more declassified sunlight upon the swamp than decades of prior transparency efforts; and he did it with a very deliberate flair, quite fun.

DNI John Ratcliffe will do an excellent job, and I seriously doubt this is the last we have seen of the Mr. Grenell.

FBI Director Grenell does have a nice ring to it.

      One could only hope.

But I’m beginning to believe that the FBI, ever since Hoover, is an organization that was founded as a political tool.

Not sure if we – or anyone else – can remedy that.

And then there’s the CIA, which itself practically duplicates all of its functions from nearly every military organization and the State dept. The CIA has no legitimate claim to exist under the Constitution – as originally designed.

If I had an atomic sledgehammer of my own these two agencies would cease to exist.

It’s not “the FBI”, it’s the people at the FBI who are our enemies. “The FBI” is a faceless dehumanized entity that one cannot fight.

The FBI is not a sentient being. It’s an organization filled with people, and it is people who are committing these crimes against us.

It’s the people at the FBI who plotted and conducted a coup, it’s the people at the NSA who spied on us, it’s the people at State who fund our enemies, it’s the people at the IRS who oppressed us.

We need to rehumanize these institutions. Many people feel powerless against big, faceless institutions, hopefully not as many feel as powerless against their neighbors and countrymen who are committing these acts.

The heads of the FBI are political appointees who are given great, intrusive powers of investigation. Their targets are forced to comply with the investigation by federal law and it is far too easy to be ensnared in process crimes if the goal is to get you put away.

The only remedy that I can think of would be for the 50 states’ Attorneys General to appoint the FBI leadership.

I agree, but with regard to the e Constitution, the FBI doesn’t have any claim to exist either. On balance, the nation would be better off without either organization. Hard to point to anything the CIA hasn’t royally screwed up or made worse in the long term.

The “Original 302” would, I suspect be hand written, and was (again, I suspect) never entered into the Sentinal system, as written.

And, we will never ‘see it’ cause it has been drstroyed. Without it, technically you can not indict for Conspiracy to tamper with evidence, or Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice.

Defence Council to Jury: “The Prosecution is accusing my cloents of tampering with evidence, to wit ‘altering’ the 302.

But, without the ORIGINAL “unalteted” 302, for you to compare to, HOW can you detirmine if the 302 WAS altered, and whether the alterations were MATERIAL?

Even IF the 302 WAS “altered”, perhaps they were just correcting spelling and grammer?

The Prosecution has not, and CAN NOT prove their case, beyond a reasonable doubt, without the ORIGINAL 302.”

Hence, without the Original, Durham report can aknowledge the lover emails, where they ‘talk’about altering the 302, but say without the original, no reasonable Prosecutor would indict.

          And, he’s right.

Not according to Policies and Procedures, Rules and Regulations.
              Must write 50 times;

In a case like this, i.e. altering evidence,…you WANT the evidence, as testimony is subject to rebuttal.

None of Hillarys henchs and wenchs, as well as Hillary herself, had the forms you sign, when you get your classified briefing.
Where you sign saying you understand even if “ir was an accident!” that there are severe penalties for mishandling classified info.

And, there is a REASON they give the briefing, and then have the recipient sign the form.

So they can’t later say they idn’t know.

But, for Hillary, Mills, Sullivan etc. their personelle records at State,…had no forms.
Focus on THE. KEY piece of evidence the Prosecution MUST have, and disappear it.
Thats how a lawyer commits a crime.

Go directly to the IT staff.

The docs & change logs have to be stored:

        1. On a server.
        2. And a backup server?
        3. Offsite emergency backup. (Where?)

While Jensen & associates are getting said docs, buy the IT staff lunch … establish a relationship… and then start digging… about business, funny business, ignored protocols & unusual requests the past 2-3-4 years.

If PT really wants to show the world how corrupt the FIB has been he does this…..

    1) Fires Wray

    2) Appoints Grenell as Acting FBI Director

    3) Asks him to locate and declassify the missing Flynn 302

    4) Asks him to locate and declassify the missing letter to Gang of 8 presentation made by the FBI Nunes references when they came and said Flynn did not lie.

    5) Asks him to locate and declassify how the FIB captured the Flynn / Kislyak call

    6) Asks him to locate and declassify all communication and correspondence about wearing a wire to the WH.

    7) Asks him to locate and declassify every communication between McCabe and Muller.

    8) Asks him to locate and declassify every communication Wray had with SSCI members, Mueller, Weismann, MCCabe

    These are just for starters.

My bet if done tomorrow (Fri) there is a new satchel hand delivered to Barr/Durham by next Tues EOD.

    DO IT MR. PRESIDENT!

Something else to think about. All the documents and witnesses that have remained classified or uncalled are the same ones that Radcliffe and his house colleagues have been requesting for 3 years. I think he has an incentive to sit on anything?

Yes, Ratcliff was given the duty of reading the classified info by Nunes once Gowdy left. Nunes felt he needed Ratcliff’s legal expertise to investigate the crimes committed by the coupists’ cabal.

POTUS, fire Wray. Then put Ric Grenell as ‘acting’ FBI Director and see how fast you get the candidate of your choice confirmed in the Senate.

Seems like a good way to bring the RINO Senate in line with your views on a host of things prior to the election.

Seriously Sundance may want to work up and post for all to see, his Top 10 list of FBI suppressed documents for Grenell to locate and take to Barr IF PT were to make him Acting FBI Director tomorrow.

So when do they invite Wray to take early retirement and Grennell take over – soon or after the election? PDT is going to win and pull more votes for Senators as well as House.

Ric Grenell has been a cool drink to those of us dying of thirst for accountability and justice. I admire John Ratcliffe but I’m cautious. Every time I’ve trusted Republicans to exercise their authority, it was only ‘a lot of sound and fury signifying nothing’. If he’s even half as bold and courageous as Grenell, he’ll do.

    BUT HE’S,…. HE’S… GAY!

Speaking of Grenell, here’s the difference between conservative patriots and democrats / leftists…

To the democrat / leftist, skin color and sexual identity mean everything

To the conservative patriot, character, conviction and integrity mean everything

Grenell is gay, and that’s his business. He’s not pushing a gay agenda, demanding special rights or sticking his gayness in our face by slobbering all over some guy in public

His sex life is kept private, just like most normal people, just like it should be. Being heterosexual myself, it’s something I want nothing to do with, but in ones own bedroom, it’s none of my business and I don’t care

Grenell shows just who he is by his professional actions. His priority is clean government, justice and what’s best for the country he serves and the people in it

We need more patriots like Grenell in government, and I couldn’t care less what their skin color or their sexual orientation is

“FBI Director Grenell does have a nice ring to it.”

I would put “Acting” in front of that. He could go in and begin cleaning house. Then the question is who would you like PDJT to nominate to replace him to permanently head the FBI? Needs to be a lawyer. Dersh? Rudy? I’d run this game over and over and over, moving from agency to agency. And there is absolutely nothing Mitch or anyone else can do to stop it.
