Tucker Carlson Questions The Wisdom of The Lock-down Approach…

During his opening monologue today Fox News host Tucker Carlson outlines how the Wuhan Virus has led to an authoritarian police state without any real basis in science.

“It is easier to be fooled, than to convince people they have been fooled.” Mark Twain.

.

What Carlson alludes to, though he didn’t specifically connect-the-dot, is the reality of how some sectors of the U.S. economy (the supermarket industry) have continued without issue. That factual reality doesn’t reconcile with the doomsday claims.

No other business segment within the economy is as exposed to the population as the retail food business; and yet supermarkets operated without issue.

There are few high-traffic businesses more densely populated than grocery stores.  In fact, within the U.S. economy retail supermarkets have the highest foot traffic of any business sector in the entire economy; that’s just an empirical fact…. and the coronavirus impact increased that foot traffic by an average of 40 percent.  Now, stop and think about this logically & apply a large dose of common sense. Think about human-to-human interface.

♦First, with approximately 90 percent of the total U.S. population penetrating through grocery outlets; and with 100% of that massive number of consumers going through checkout lanes; if the COVID-19 viral strain was as significant as claimed by the worst-case data, then supermarket cashiers would have been the highest exposed profession of U.S. workers in the entire nation.  There wouldn’t even be a close second place.

Considering that metric; and considering the overall population penetration & density within the business operation; there has not been an employee-based business disruption due to the coronavirus.  Put another way: the coronavirus has not stopped the function of the highest human interface occupation in the entire U.S. economy.

♦Secondly, think about the businesses that are closed; perhaps think about your job that may have been shut down…. now frame your risk based on the supermarket example as highest human interface and highest population penetration in any business field.

If the #1 at risk industry has operated, essentially without disruption and with almost zero substantive mitigation, while carrying the largest population exposure rate, then all other less-exposed business operations would have significantly less operational risk.

Why would anyone be concerned about opening their business?

If you take the factual outcome of the retail food industry as a measure, it would follow that other than a few proximity businesses which may need prudent modifications or remain temporarily closed (ex. modified airplane seating, concerts, stadiums or capacity seating venues etc), then all other businesses should immediately resume operations.

No other business segment within the economy is as exposed to the population as the retail food business; and yet supermarkets operated without issue.

So why shouldn’t all businesses immediately get back to work?

Perhaps a few initial modifications might be needed; but not much, and not for long.

Think about it….

Okay. Now I understand the normal human penchant to blame a single person or group for a given problem. But, in this case, people have to understand that there are several different groups trying to take advantage of the COVID virus.

This all started with a spreading corona virus in China. Now, this was probably an accidental release, not planned. But, immediately a group jumped on it and took advantage of the situation. This group used a combination of the international media and political leadership of various nations to shut down society as well as the World economy. Doing the same to the US was part of that plan. But, other groups, in the US, decided to use the manufactured crisis to advance their own agendas, as well.

What we have learned from all of this is that the bulk of the US and world population is essentially stupid. They believed the news media, even when the media put out contradictory or even nonsensical information. We have learned that the news media can not be trusted to accurately report facts. We have learned that our politicians are either total incompetent boobs or are owned by some groups which want to destroy the world. We have learned that our supposed experts are also wither incompetent boobs, in the pocket of groups which want to destroy the world or think that they can make money off a manufactured crisis. In other words, we have all learned that we can not trust those people who we have trusted or been taught to trust.

I have spent weeks pointing out the fallacy of herding people into grocery stores, especially without masks. I have spent weeks pointing out that we have not seen grocery store employees dropping like flies. I have spent weeks pointing out that the numbers simply do not add up.I have spent weeks pointing out that testing will serve no useful purpose, other than making diagnoses more accurate. But people were to busy worrying about themselves to listen. Now that we are on the verge of a years long depression, people finally begin to awaken. I hope that it is not too late to save the economy and the nation. Once we have stabilized this nation, it is time to track down who was responsible for this attack upon the world and deal with them.

I work in a medical lab and have seen real data. Covid-19 is unremarkable. It’s only moderately contagious and causes no more than flu-like symptoms in a minority of positive cases. That’s how it is in the US, anyway. The media is telling bald-faced lies daily, to the point that it’s insulting. But people still dismiss me and nod along with the MSM shills on TV and internet. This situation is political, I have no doubt of that whatsoever.

The fact that he is now so vocally opposing Georgia opening this Friday is really giving me pause to wonder why he feels that way, since he has been the one wanting to get the economy up and going.

I don’t think his actual comments are as severe as have been made out. I think his main issue is that Georgia isn’t strictly following his three-phase process for reopening.

And as Rush said yesterday on his show, it is staggering and really disconcerting how many people are rooting for Georgia’s reopening to be a failure. They are hoping for catastrophic misery. Whether we agree or disagree with Georgia’s plan, anyone who is a decent human being would hope that it is a success. What kind of evil does someone have to have inside of them to actually be hoping to see more people get sick and die?

The ONLY reason that people will willingly go along is because of the fear of a known/ unknown pathogen that has been shown (anecdotally) to cause death in some cases.

The media drives the panic by suppressing reports of successful treatment and amplifying news of deaths without the additional supporting evidence of previous health issues.

In addition, gov’t requirements to include ALL deaths as Covid-19, regardless of actual evidence or testing to support such conclusions only add to the false paradigm.

Would venture a fair guess that fully 35% of the fatalities currently attributed to this new China Virus are not really related; and those people would have passed away this year due to natural causes. What is now being reported breathlessly by the jackals in massmedia as 46 thousand CV-19 deaths is actually less than 30 thousand and right inline with the average flu season count.

The only explanation I can come up with is that the Prez is playing the long game which is to win the election in November. To use a boxing analogy we are in the final round of a title fight that Trump is winning and the only chance Biden has to win is a knockout. All Trump has to do is stay away and avoid that KO punch. The absolute worst thing that can happen now is for Trump to appear to endorse opening things up and for the numbers to rise (which they will even if the media has to make them up). If the media can paint Trump has being responsible for the death of thousands of Americans that could be the ‘punch’ that allows Biden to win. Jobs and businesses are being sacrificed for this plan to work.

For the record, I am NOT in favor of this plan. I say open things up and let the chips fall where they may. I think enough people are smart enough to see through the media smokescreen and reelect Trump regardless of what they try to smear him with.

An “impartial “ media (if we ever had one”), would take this supermarket example and drive the dialogue right down their throats. It would be indefensible for governors to shut down the myriad of what they determine are non-essential jobs. The virus, however it emerged and under what means, is real. The magnitude of its severity to the population, which was the reason for these draconian measures to shut down, are now laid bare. We need a full court offense at this time to open our economy and use sensitive protection measures for those most at risk.

The release of the virus was most probably accidental. If it was pre-planned, then it was most likely NOT done by the Chinese government or the Chinese Communist party. It does not serve the protagonist’s purpose to paint itself as the source of this virus. Also, the spread of the virus matches that expected if there was a natural spread, as opposed to a planned, controlled spread of the virus.

What is also most probable is that a single group was in a position and had plans available to take advantage of the spreading virus in order to shutdown the global economy. The attack was not confined to just the US, though the US was a necessary target as well. The active agents involved were the news media, politicians in the nations shutdown, and leaders in the medical community. Other groups also became involved to promote their own agendas, which tends to muddy the water a bit. The trillion dollar question is why did the entire world adopt these “mitigation” programs which all destroy the economies if these nations and, thereby, destroy the global economy? Coincidence?

    • Marc, I agree in part. In general, never have so many officials/ pundits/health experts spewed so much BS so widely to so many in such a short time. I spent a bit of time pointing out the lunacy of airport health checks catching asymptomatic individuals along with its twin that people wearing masks could just increase their chances of getting the infection. But enough folk were smart enough to clear painter’s masks and N-95 masks out of hardware stores (any risk reduction helps). Still now with a relative high incidence of disease in my state, from what I have observed about 10% of the people that are out are not wearing masks (why wear a seat belt in rush hour traffic in a major city when you have never had a wreck in a small town) and about 5% that are wearing masks just have their mouth covered (absolute mouth breathers?) which might apply to the statement on intelligence of the general population. I would say evaluate your risk/cost/benefit and act accordingly, realizing in actuality, we have little information on this pathogen (compare the knowledge base for Hanta virus). Translation, current expert assumptions may be widely off the mark and actual risk may be greater than realized.
As to the issue of Sweden, multiple factors impact how a pathogen spreads through a population: population density/dispersal (one major city with 3/4 the population scattered across the hinterlands to just the opposite or anything in between, cultural practices, age distribution, general health issues, etc. For a simple example think what mass transit means in WY vs NYC. Thus, if not careful, assumptions drawn from a study of one region may not apply in another. I don’t know if Tucker or a charge is actually looking at numbers or maybe just reading headlines and converting them into some talking points but numbers and his theme don’t seem to mesh. Sweden stopped in-person school classes March 18 and no gatherings of more than 500 people. Seems mild however one might also check: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/05/sweden-prepares-to-tighten-coronavirus-measures-as-death-toll-climbs. Woops, looks like their approach is hitting some problems. I have been watching their numbers (current total confirmed cases 16,755 and total deaths 2,021) for a few weeks and strange think, they kept gaining over other countries, surpassing South Korea (confirmed 10,702 and deaths 240) Israel (confirmed 14,592 and deaths 191) and Austria (confirmed 15,002 and deaths 522) and now Ireland (confirmed 16,671 and deaths 769). Their approach seems to have resulted in a more rapid death of the susceptible cohort than that of other countries by a good margin and with increases in confirmed cases it would be expected that this rate would continue. The newly discovered term “herd immunity” (at least by popular press) requires around 80% of the population to be immune to provide a buffer from infection of the susceptible 20%. Even if an asymptomatic to confirmed case rate is 20X (335,000 asymptomatic cases), Sweden has a long road to travel to hit an 80% immune population by exposure (if there is long term immunity due to infection). Considering the corresponding increase in mortality, that may be why they were re-thinking their approach. A term that the popular press might want to add to their vocabulary is “Chain of Infection”. The key thing, break any link in the chain and shut down the outbreak of the disease.
Total population of Sweden 10.1 million, median age 41, and density 57.5/sq mile. Total population of Ireland 4.9 million, median age 38.2, and density 186/sq mile. Total population of Austria 9 million, median age 43.5, and density 283/sq mile. Total population of Israel 8.6 million, median age 30.5, and density 1,036/sq mile. Total population of South Korea 51 million, median age 51, and density of 1,302/sq mile. While there are undoubtedly more variables that might contribute to these results (testing frequency being one of them), I don’t think the Swedish model for containment is one to replicate.

Check out the Doctor’s interview on Life, Liberty, and Levin from last Sunday. He has been much more accurate and measured since the start of this whole mess than practically any other.

Problem is, we’re so far down the road of being locked down he knows if he takes the route of “I told you so” he will be lose his livelihood. It’s common sense that if the virus has been around longer than thought and magnitudes more people have been exposed (what the data is showing), the mass house arrest has done nothing. Increased surveillance and isolation of vulnerable populations should continue as should be the case with any outbreak of infectious disease.

Currently, medicine is functioning like the military. The “General,” Dr. Fraudci, has proclaimed the mission and any private not complying or actively resisting will be dealt with swiftly. Trump bought into this so there is no turning back. At best, the draconian measures saved a few thousand lives in dense areas like NYC. At worst they delayed herd immunity for the whole country, which will drastically slow the reopening of the economy. The loss of life and well-being from this will be far greater, but never measured or mentioned because “millions could have died without shutting the country down.”

Tucker is beholden to Fox News, who is beholden to the pharma-gods.

All Doctors are taught their trades by the Pharmaceutical Institutions.

Pharmaceutical Industries do not seek to ‘cure’, they seek to ‘treat’ virtully all ailments with chemicals. Those chemicals often cause side effects, a convient way to peddle more chemicals.

The FDA is always in bed with the chemical companies, thus allowing cancer causing, nervous system destroying chemicals under the guise of ‘preservatives,’ ‘artificial sweetners,’ and the ever innocuous ‘natural flavors’ which are a cute way to keep them under prying eyes.

All US Health Institutions pretend to be ‘scientific.’ But whenever they discover non-patentable substances growning out of the earth that convey ‘curing,’ or side effect treating of ailments, they always say to the effect: Some people found this helpful but their is no evidence that it does this or that. More Study is needed… You’ll find this printed after studies of every vitamin, mineral or herb every time. And guess what? They never continue with the study….

As the wife and I watch these drug ads on the tv, I often say the “cure” is worse than the disease. You see drugs being peddled with a huge array of side effects whose listing often take up half the air time of the ad. Its infuriating to see side effects of diarrhea and constipation for a drug supposed to relieve you from the effects of IBS which are diarrhea and constipation.

Then there is the new class of biologics for “prep”. Drugs that are manufactured for the express purpose of promoting a dangerous and sinful lifestyle. Drugs for the bath house. Take them right before you take your meth and GHB. These I have to turn the channel. My blood pressure cant take such depravity.

They do not sell surgical masks as they don’t protect you, rather they protect people from you. I bought some last summer because I was doing a lot of table saw and router work and I only have one left whos elastic is getting stretched out. Where can you buy these? But I saw a pic on Facebook with lots of little elastic strips in one, so newer cords must be made differently. It would save your last mask.

Yes, that means there is proof that there was unchecked community spread of the Wuhan Virus for at least 2-3 months before panic was induced, then people started dying (allegedly) from the virus. I posit that if nobody had ever said anything about it, we would never have even noticed it. It would have just been an average flu season in California. Instead, we got conned into destroying our economy. By the way, I’m pretty sure my entire family, from my grandkids to my 86 year old father, had it in Dec & Jan.

In case anybody forgot, Tucker was wild eyed and rabid with his hair on fire reporting, doing everything possible to incite fear and panic when this started. I’m still disgusted by that.

True story about a nursing home. My Dad was in there recovering. he never had low oxygen problems before, but daily the alarm was going off in his room, they’d come in and check his vitals. The oxygen in his blood was low. My Dad was on a water thickener because he was having trouble swallowing, a common problem following strokes. I was thinking ahead about getting him home so I went to the cafeteria to find out how they thickened it. A lady showed me a box made by Neslie’s. I took a picture of the ingredients. There were two ingredients on there that are known to produce benzene, a chemical said to be the highest single cause of cancer. The ingredients were ‘Sodium Benzoate’ and vitamin C. Of course C by itself isn’t bad, it’s necessary. But combining the two creates the benzene. What it does is starve the cells of oxygen which is what causes leukemia. From that moment on I brought my own ‘thickened water’ and would not allow my Dad to drink any water provided to him by the nursing home. The alarm never went off in his room again.

You might recall a doctor in New York thought they were treating the wrong disease. He said it wasn’t a viral pneumonia, that oxygen was getting into the blood, but the virus was binding to the hemoglobin causing hypoxia which is starving the cells of oxygen.

I wonder how many of those people who died were on this water thickener? The combination of sodium benzoite and vitamin C is apparently in other food and chemical products. It makes you wonder if there is a connection.

I’ve said from the beginning, while listening to both for and against, we will not know what we’re up against UNTIL IT’S OVER or we have enough data to make a logical decision with.

This is what the President and well meaning Governors are wrestling with. Do we have enough data to make a decision with or not? Can we afford to stay closed even if we believe it’s not over? Whose advice can we believe?

In my opinion it’s going to be what we learn from this and find sound policies to deal with something like this that will be all that matters in the long run.

I also find the no worse than flu comparison a little tiring because there is no exact number on how many flu deaths occurred. You can go to at least (3) official CDC websites with stats and numbers of flu deaths. They all say between 25,000 and 62,000 deaths annually (they also take any death that also has flu and record it as flu death) the same thing they’re doing with COVID that many are crying foul about. So please pick a number between 25,000 and 62,000 and tell me which one is the correct number of flu deaths to compare with COVID.

An Amateur Review of the Tucker Carlson Show :

Thor Carlson was wielding his mighty bipartisan hammer tonight. The Trump admin received some of the hardest hammer blows at a time when they are dealing with multiple unprecedented challenges.
ie. According to Tucker, Education Secretary Voss is enriching wealthy University CEO’s and short changing young students and workers; and according to his sourced WH leakers, P Trump’s EO Immigrant Ban only delays the paperwork of a few thousand legal immigrants while permitting the entry of 100,000’s of thousands of foreign workers with H1b visas and questioned whether the economy ruining shutdown was needed at all. POTUS will not like these revelations.

But TC’s expert guest Dr. Ioannidis threw water on Tucker’s shutdown flames when the Doc said it was too early and premature to reach conclusions on it and cast blame. IMO, if PT had not shutdown the economy and not fully supported Hospital and patient needs, he would undoubtedly be labeled by the corrupt MSM as an evil mass murderer of Americans.

Tucker did wield some effective hammer blows at 2 dopey autocratic Dem mayors and the Cuomo Bros. Governor Cuomo’s decision to ignore the WH “Guidelines for ‘Opening Up America Again” and instead hire the pro China consulting firm, McKinsey & Company to consult him about the economic return, should outrage many Americans if they learn about it.

The timing, immediately after the “impeachment” (at the end of an unending SERIES of such kamikaze attacks), and it being an election year challenging Trump, and the Insane Left’s absolute need to rehabilitate their image before the election (not to mention the Democrats’ universal POLITICAL usage of the “outbreak”, to cut the President at all costs and any way possible). IT IS OBVIOUS. (And add in, the KNOWN total corruption of the intelligence community now, especially the CIA, with Brennan, Clapper, Strzok and Comey — people in the intelligence community were the orchestrators of this “pandemic”, they were the ONLY ones positioned to do it (method and opportunity), and having the absolute motivation; China (it’s war-hungry military) was only an eager follower of the hoax, a willing aider and abettor.

But the masses will not see it — will REFUSE to see it — until a book comes out, years from now probably, naming names of those in the CIA and in China who orchestrated the covid infection worldwide, and especially in the US. They could only well seed a few places on the coasts. Anybody in the “middle” of the country should already be wondering why the universal alarm, and no “atomic bombs” dropping anywhere within their local horizon.

I tend to think that nursing homes got hit the worst because there are many deaths there every day (each of which could be Dx’d COVID19 no matter what the cause was), because so many are so poorly run, and because there is a captive helpless population in them, now in solitary-prison-confinement such that there is ZERO caring oversight by loved ones for any patients.

The same people who kill unborn and newborn for political purposes would certainly not hesitate to kill old people.

I see far too many comments approving continued imprisonment-without-visitors for nursing homes and assisted living homes. “For their protection.” Bullcrap. Their best protection was the oversight of visiting loved ones.

Heartless selfish young people fail to realize that statistics that will affect ALL ages are being fudged blatantly with nursing home death rates. Nobody is checking to see if nursing home death rates from other causes have decreased while C19 has increased.

      Few even care.

Now that the very elderly are imprisoned without supervision by anyone who gives a hoot,
anytime a blue gov needs some more C19 deaths, he can look to these prisoners for an increase in (falsely reported) C19. No one is checking for murdered nursing home patients. No one is checking on them at all.

Does anybody really think the (faked) C19 death counts in nursing homes does not affect the death counts in your own county/state? And those affect whether you, young one, will or will NOT get your constitutional rights restored.

Now more and more, all over 65 are said to “need protection.” That of course is the slippery slope toward denying all over 65 their rights for much longer than the under 65.
Which means many fewer VOTERS for the right. (The left voters over 65 will be counted twice for their protection I feel sure.)

NO PART of the COVID scam is okay. Not in any age group.

Younger people beware: Next virus will be said to hit hardest in YOUR age group, and YOU will need “special protection” next. That is “special protection” FROM your Constitutional rights.

Nursing homes were hit hard because the food they are served is nutritionally DOA, has toxic added ingredients, and while Fauci’s own NIH has documented evidence the elderly are often deficient in Vitamin D and zinc, nutritional constituents necessary to a healthy immune response, they haven’t adequately addressed the problem. Even though, the NIH studies prove vitamin D prevents viral pneumonia, prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome and is an immune modulator meaning it would prevent the cytokine storms in the lungs cause by an overactive immune response, is anti microbial and anti inflammatory, which is causing the tightening of the lungs; there seems to be an inadequate response to those issues.

So, younger generation. Eat a balanced diet of whole foods and get your sunshine vitamin and some exercise. Summers coming! And if you are dark skinned, you need more sun or vitamin D3. This problem is solvable. There are articles that are easy to find about how much more D3 dark skinned people need. If they choose the path of taking more, lots more, they should have their vitamin D levels checked by their healthcare practitioner to help figure out how much is needed and to avoid over doing it.

I really believe many dark skinned people died needlessly. They are a class known by Fauci to be critically deficient in Northern hemisphere places. I don’t recall him warning anyone about the critical importance of maintaining adequate zinc levels in the elderly who are known to be deficient and also the import role of D during his daily briefings. And if this holds true, his own body of work under the NIH should serve as an indictment for many COVID -19 deaths from the sin of omission.

Why hasn’t he recommended testing Vitamin D levels with all Corona virus or antibody testing?
The NIH said more study was needed… Well, wouldn’t it be nice to list all the Corona virus tests according to those found with adequate D levels vs those who are deficient?

I think Fauci would be scared to death to have the public see those results. And the reason for not testing D can’t be for money because it is dirt cheap.

Exercise is critical to a strong immune system. It’s hard for the elderly to get enough, or sometimes any of it. When taking nutritional deficiencies with lack of exercise, and combining with other chronic diseases it’s easy to see why the elderly have taken such a big hit.
        IMO.

If there is to be any quaranting, Ron DeSantis in Florida has done something right. The elderly in his State have done the best job by far of preventing their elderly from getting the virus. That’s where the quarantine safety measures truly belongs.

The elderly in nursing homes are already at “end of life” stage. This means they will soon die. Thus deaths are commonplace and expected.

No matter what you eat nor how you exercise, eventually you come to that stage of life…unless you die of accident or murder, for instance.

Getting to this age and stage at all means you were lucky and healthy earlier in life.

“Quarantine safety measures” which deny end of life citizens the support oversight and protection of loved ones (FROM THE NURSING HOME STAFF) are NOT safety measures at all.

Ron de Santis is perhaps the only reason that more people haven’t died in nursing homes in FLA. find out whether he intervened to keep the nursing home deaths from being automatically reported as C-19.

Find out if nursing home deaths from OTHER CAUSES in FLA did or did not decrease.

Amazing how many fewer deaths from other causes are reported in blue states.

It’s a MIRACLE! Cancer deaths down! Heart disease deaths down! Death following broken hips down!

This lengthy article which gives the wild-eyed, childish, and immature antics of Tucker Carlson
an important forum is disgraceful. Also, recent articles seem to be inciting and soliciting very negative comments toward President Trump that are increasing in great numbers. I can no longer find the much needed refuge here from the constant tearing down of President Trump by the networks, or the reassurance for President Trump that I once did.

When I first started hearing about the “CV” I was digesting my grandson’s school closing for the next four weeks. Sometime in the next 48 hours, I was listening to Tucker Carlson going on alert about how dangerous the “CV” is and that we were not being told the truth and that it was going to get very very bad. Repeat that several times and imagine a look of serious panic in his voice. I give you that vision as that is when I began to suspect something S E R I O U S was upon us as a nation.

I did not listen to Tucker again for about three weeks. He was too emotional and out there for me. Now, I see that he has data and facts to back him up and his tone and hysteria has been tempered down. That’s good. I say one can only react with the information one has at hand on any given day.

My sister and I have taken different roads on this CV issue. She told me this week that by taking my 7 year old grandson to Walmart or Kroger to shop, that I had become one of those who was being criticized by social media. When you have a kid and you need groceries and can’t wait 5-7 days for a pick-up, one does what they have to do. Read my sign, “He can’t stay home alone. My husband is disabled and has cancer. I must have certain supplies!”

Business as usual in most places and I am grateful that Trump and his economic team had the intelligence not to shut down every single business in the USA. That has blown the good sense of many people right up and they are livid. There is a group that wanted to see us all starving and clamoring for assistance. Just say NO! Spend your stimulus money to help boost the economy.

Now I see that between the time he announced a moratorium on immigration and when it was signed, a carve out was given to HB1 visa holders and non farm HB2 visa holders. I suspect we all know who got him to change his mind on that…..but it does not mean I won’t support him on reelection. There are some who comment here that call those that disagree as trolls or “soft” trolls (what ever that means), but I could care less. We must all take a stand on what we believe.

Hailey, part of the problem is that we don’t seem to be getting the same kind of reassurance FROM President Trump that we were.

      1) He is still giving the bureaucrats (Fauci, Brix, Redfield, Hahn) a forum.
      2) He never mentioned hydroxychloroquine anymore.
      3) The guidance for getting to Phase 1 is 14 straight days of a decline in cases — an almost impossible target with widely ramped-up testing.
      4) Mnuchin is saying we shouldn’t expect a full re-start of the economy now until “late summer.”
      5) He is publicly going after a Republican Governor for opening up his state.

None of these things are reassuring, and they don’t jive with the message of optimism and encouragement we were hearing from Trump just a week or two ago. Something perceptible in his messaging has changed.
Many of us are demoralized. We are not seeing this “light at the end of the tunnel.”

You are right, though I see this assault more directed at our republic this time. I call it phase III of the coup against our republic.

This coup really really started with Bush pushing his globalist agenda, then picked up steam under Obama. It has always been against our republic. When Trump was elected, the strategy merely changed toward removing or hampering his efforts. Like a giant chess game, Trumps been under constant assault from our media who are bought and paid for globalists. CNN, CNBC et all are not surviving by selling advertisments from viewers, they are surviving by globalist money. Our politicians are getting elected by globalist dollars, our judges are compromised, by you guessed it. globalists. Our DOJ, FBI have been and are infiltrated by compromised individuals receiving you guessed it, globalist money.

So I believe Trump has found him self pinned on the chessboard game of life once again, while the attack turns toward a strategy of exploiting peoples ignorance, using the air of scientific knowledge to whip up a flurry of fear. Get the people afraid and they’ll give up their civil rights. That’s where we are in this battle right now. It’s a dangerous place for america. And it’s not the flu creating that danger, it’s the potential permanent loss of civil rights over ‘science, falsely so called.’

Don’t they handcuff people for this offense?) 4) majority non English speaking uneducated immigrants. Especially during the early phases of construction 5) no supervision to oversee correct adherence to CDC guidelines.

And it doesn’t end there. Think about it, these special carve out exemptions now go throughout your community and shop. Consider this recent observation: a group of 3 young Hispanic males at the cash register, separate purchases, standing shoulder to shoulder waiting to checkout. I guess they didn’t grasp the concept of the little green feet marking the floor every 6 feet. This whole thing is a bad joke. If this were a real pandemic, we would know.

I trust my senses and observations to filter the data we are being force fed (very much filtered data). Amazing how many people won’t even consider that there is something off. People are dying. You have to think of what you’re doing to the Elderly (as of shuttering up the US is the only option). President Trump is a brilliant thinker from the business world, and for three plus years has learned new skills in the cesspool arena of politics. The ethical joining of power politics and money is almost nonexistent. I think he is a patient and calculating genius as to a way forward. Some posters want instant gratification but almost nothing positive in life happens that way. He clearly understands the loss the Americans are facing but the solution is not to jamb the square peg in the round hole and have to fix it again. The pre-virus rallies were a real indication of the support he had, and I feel still does, even more so. He has a confidence, not braggadocio that comes through every day, in spite of the “media” that disrespect him and the office of the President daily. Any place there are dictating rules that infringe on our rights. Mayors, town councils and county commissions are planning and implementing further cracks downs in a lot of places. One big county’s commissioners here in NC are currently planning mandatory facemasks for the rest of the year. We are working on a web page to organize against them.

A hundred people showing up at a town council meeting or mayors office is a big deal.

We started with what many of us already do. Do not wear masks,or stay home, or observe social distancing.

I am not on social media but it is useful for organizing so I watch a local forum which is keeps people informed of protests at the capitol – not far easy for me to get to. That weekly protest was started on facebook and desperately needs more people even if they stay in their cars. A critical mass of people is absolutely crucial – police making mass arrests are not the kind of PR the tryants need at this time.

Reflect back on how many rights we surrendered after the 9/11 crisis, how deep the resulting mass surveillance now runs and how that surveillance has been used. During a normal flu season, the mask-wearing is here and there, a few. I marvel at the effectiveness of the DemPanic in this instance. The masks have almost become a form of virtue signaling by the triggered.

There is a rage building that the Left hasn’t yet begun to countenance. As the connections between the ChiComs, WHO, the Dems and their media, and Fauci and Gates begin to become clearer, “hoax” becomes less and less far-fetched. Too many coincidences.

The point about Sweden is it proved the quarantines did not alter the infection spread rate. They share a thousand mile open border with Norway who did practice strict quarantines. They had a higher rate of infections the last time I checked.

What’s not being reported is the vast number of COVID-19 deaths were Somalian refugees. Here they are with dark skin in a northern hemisphere location. It is known dark skin converts sun to D at a very slow rate. Dark skin can handle UV rays much better than white skin. And for some unknown reason, dark skinned people don’t easily absorb vitamin D3. They have to take considerably more, but no one ever tells them.

And of course all of this matters because vitamin D is critical to our immune system, having been shown by the NIH to prevent acute respiratory distress system and pneumonia.

Sweden’s health minister is exactly right about herd immunity and his non-quarantine approach. He is unfortunately either ignorant about the need for vitamin D, or willingly withholding that information.

They are crucifying Gov. Kemp for getting everything back to work. That tells me that doing so destroys their narratives and agendas.

Based on the report out of LA, odds are that 25+% of the population has COVID-19 in us. We were asymptomatic or did not otherwise know we had it beyond the 1-3% that got diagnosed with it. That means a large segment of the population is walking around with antibodies in them, yet spreading it to the rest. Even the faux virology experts stated that eventually 60-70% of us would have it within 3 years as it runs its course. So it is simple, just like the flu, sun and heat will kill it out and we will develop herd immunity over time as the seasons come and go. Vaccines will help for those that take them depending on their effectiveness, just like the flu vaccine.

But that doesn’t fit the panic pusher motives.

That all who “test positive but are having no symptoms” are SPREADING the virus is what the blue WANTS you to believe.

Antibodies are the fighters of infections, not just the signals of it.

Watch a couple of those “outbreak-everyone-will-die” movies: a person with antibodies was in demand: his blood serum could be used to MAKE others immune or well. Yeah, its just a movie…but there was a point.

People who survive, people whose immune system KILLED that virus are immune to that strain and are NOT infectious nor infected anymore.

An asymptomatic person with antibodies is NOT necessarily nor likely to be infectious to others. But watch and see, THE BLUES will be counting them as infectious. .

Mayor Johnson has played it safe since this whole mess started. Every decision about closures and cancellations have been made at the state level. hWednesday before St. Patrick’s Day, Mayor Johnson said in an interview that he was taking a wait and see attitude. Within a day that had changed to cancelled (for those who don’t know, Savannah’s SPD brings in $200-300 M and marks the beginning of tourist season). This was based on what “medical experts” were advising. Within 10 days, the lights were out all over downtown Savannah.

I still have people coming to clean my house. They get paid. My teenagers still go for baseball workouts. The coach/trainer still gets paid. One still goes to guitar lessons. That guy gets paid too. And amazingly, nobody has died.

You are only locked down if you allow it.

Slightly off topic, but maybe Pres. Trump should strongly suggest the Coronavirus Task Force not do interviews with the media and stick to the daily press briefings. There is more time spent “clarifying recent comments” than there should be. Not muzzling, just suggesting that they concentrate on the task at hand and STFU with regard to the untrustworthy MSM.

I just sent the following letter to my Michigan senator.

    Senator LaSata,

I am frustrated at the lack of sharing of critical data necessary for a proper perspective regarding the shutdown.

One, numbers of deaths must be accurately recorded & reported in 2 groups, those with and those without pre existing co-morbidities. Also those co-morbidities must be recorded along with sex and age of the deceased.

Two, numbers of patients being hospitalized for treatment for covid-19 must be accurately recorded & reported for every hospital in the state. Also every hospital should record & report any occurrence of under or near under capacity.

Only with this kind of data can anyone be properly informed for a rational, non political, justification for this shutdown. We need the right data accurately recorded & reported, not politics! This data should be in a searchable spread sheet kept at the county level with a person assigned responsibility for it.

If we can’t have accurate data to support it, we should not take the extreme measure of shutting down our economy.

I and those who voted for you expect you to use the authority we gave you to act as we direct you.

Please do so. I look forward to your reply and action.

Who is your Michigan HHS secretary? An appointee by your governor, most likely.
Our gov in NC is going by the word of the woman he appointed as NCDHHS secretary.

She graduated UNC (leftist U) also studied Harvard. What could go wrong here?

Began as internal med, quickly went into “public service/public health” field. Now calls herself epidemiologist. To me that is code for “failed physician turned bean counter.”

NEVER having worked in a laboratory as a scientist/technologist virologist or scientist/technologist microbiologist, directly with virus…she really knows very little about the actual first-hand protocols of keeping safe from a virus.

How many lab-hours do MD’s get during their educations? How many MD’s even remember how to focus a microscope or plate a culture of common bacterial organisms?

For goodness sakes, vetrinarians know more. MD’s are too far “up the ladder“ to work with actual microbes of any kind.

Yet they are called upon to make medical decisions affecting our constitutional rights, especially when appointed by govs to state DHHS secretary.

Try writing the secretary. The gov is less knowledgeable, but not by much.

    • sDee says:

No need to nationalize them. We are already under an affluent and sinister form of fascim in America, sometimes called “state capitalism”. Regulations, centrally controlled capital , and government funds protect and favor the creation of monopolies crucial to the centralization of power. Media, HOllywood, PR, and advertising put a happy, benevolent face on them.

Those monopolistic industries lobby for more of the same and ensure the political power remains intact.

    1. The supermarket data is a really important point. Somewhat counter to the NY high people density explanation of their very high rates.
    2. Trying to open society and businesses up again is good/great/desperately needed but does have risk of another spike up. Without a vaccine, herd immunity, or a prophylactic (or all) the risk is there. Tolerable or not I do not know.
    3. I hope that there were experiments, test cases (such as supermarkets) that were studied in coming up with the plans. I sure would like to know that analysis.

I feel sure that there will be another spike up. But whether it is already planned and will be deliberately executed by blue-lefty medical people or whether it actually occurred will always be in doubt to me.

I have found that MOST doctors in charge are indoctrinated as leftists while in college and reinforced while in medschool and again in residencies (if a righty makes it that far, which is doubtful in the extreme.)

North or South Dakota or Wyoming would be good. I never thought Charlotte was a good location as it has gone full blown lefty (think bathroom law) and the state is going purple. I hope they see this coming.

Doctors are low on common sense and high in learning dogma. They have great memories. They put a lot of hard work and time into learning their trades. I suspect they are pretty proud of all they’ve learned, and have a very difficult time admitting to themselves their practice does more harm than good. IMO.

Many really good doctors left practice when big corporations (funded by big insurance funded by big pharm) began controlling the practice of medicine.

Today most doctors must follow bureaucrat-created protocols…to the tee…or get fired with no hospital privileges. If there are any who could diagnose you better without those protocols, they cannot.

The protocols created by bureaucrats include what you MUST ask/do/prescribe/refer for each complaint, in what order you MUST do it, and what you absolutely CANNOT ask/do/prescribe/refer.

Once upon a time, doctors used experience and judgement. Now they follow a bureaucratic list. Or else.

One thing that has bothered me a lot during this period of time, no one from the CDC or the media has spoken about building up your immune system. Instead, they told us to wash our hands and stay at home. The immune system is the system that can kill the virus. Why has no one talked about nutrients, sleep, and reducing stress to boost your immune system? Staying at home might do something and it might not. It won’t help if you are stressed, not getting enough hours of sleep each night, eating poorly and not getting certain critical vitamins. But, no. The media only scares us. The CDC doesn’t tell us these important things. Most doctors won’t even tell you these things. Instead of fearmongering, build up your immune system. Your immune system is incredible let it do it’s job.

  49. NEWS FLASH ABOUT THE LOCKDOWN™
Here’s the latest Government BS propaganda designed to justify keeping 27 million people out of work. Once again based on models that have been demonstrated to be WRONG.
It comes from a statistical study that claims we would lose over 2.2 million Americans if we didn’t shut down the Country. They value the life of every American called by Corona virus at (wait for it) TEN MILLION DOLLARS.
I call complete BS. This is obviously a total fabrication that we now find out is being used to continue the destruction of our Republic and its citizens.
There is no longer any pretense they are going to let us out of house arrest.
    Excerpt:
“At the core of the new study is a grim figure called the value of a statistical life — the dollar amount used to represent the cost incurred by the average person’s death.
The authors assign a statistical cost of $10 million to every American killed by coronavirus.”
