Los Angeles Makes Face Masks Mandatory – Services Refused for Non-Compliant Citizens…

Comrades, the Los Angeles Ministry of Coronavirus Compliance has raised the standard, be prepared…. First they released 1,700 inmates.  Then the LA Sheriff shut down all the gun stores, saying they were not essential services. Then Mayor Garcetti announced he was shutting down water & electricity for anyone who attempts to defy the stay at home edicts.

Today it is announced…. Beginning April 10th, and extending until the directive is lifted, covering your face is mandatory in the Los Angeles, California Directorate.  Any citizen refusing to comply will be denied services:

Mercury News – Cloth face coverings will need to be worn at grocery and drug stores, construction sites, taxis and other essential businesses under a new order going into effect Friday, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said.

“If you’re shopping for groceries, if you’re picking up your prescription or if you’re visiting any other essential business you will need to cover your face,” Garcetti said during a daily briefing on Tuesday, April 7.

“And if you’re not covering your face by Friday morning,” the mayor said, “an essential business can refuse you service.”

The order goes into effect Friday, April 10, at midnight. (read more)

At first you are denied services.

Next you are fined for failing to comply.

Then comes the arrests.

All of it, soon coming to a city and state near you.

Comrade, your cooperation is appreciated….

surprisingly, no a mask doesn’t reduce the sensitivity of the high end FCS tech….in fact, this was demonstrated in hong kong and bewildered many protestors who wore masks thinking this would help avoid detection…a very high number were in fact arrested and called out by name in the warrants issued!

you can thank western technology groups here in the US for making that available to the chinese overlords….(thanks google for the geo-lo data too that helped match that up nicely…and thanks apple too! for the unique secure enclave features that are anchored to a specific unique user…)

last year a few “radicals” in london decided to test the city wide surveillance apparatus…see if they could obfuscate identities…nope. they though donning a mask would do the trick…nope.

same result. the technology used to determine a human profil with exactness is extraordinary and not well recognized by the ordinary folk…but it does exist and it’s been used in many cities right here in the US for quite some time.

It’s all about BIG data. Everyone of us (most anyway) have certain digital histories …when we move about..that’s geo…and it can from from cell, bluetooth, NFC, or just the ordinary way, like cashier receipts and ATM’s and other purchases.

if one really thinks they can defeat facial recognition…they don’t really understand how all sorts of data are used…automatically in real time, not requiring a human to intervene, …that it’s being done all the time…

pretty soon, a new kind of black market is going to explode…it’s already there, but few really can afford it. basically, it’s a person spoofing system…think burner phone for imagery. how to “jam” surveillance goes one more step into the abyss.

I’ve been following my town’s news network on Facebook and every moron there is ready to blindly report and wish ill on their neighbors for every violation of any government decree no matter how asinine or pointless: Thats just par for the course of every totalitarian regime ever.

How long until we have mandatory curfews and people being jailed for breaking them? 2 weeks? A month? How long until the police realize they can’t arrest people from a safe distance and just start shooting? Or hell just use those fancy new passports some countries are talking about to refuse medical care or purchasing food.

I have that neighborhood info swapping site nextdoor, and I just peaked in there today, and they were happy (?????) that NJ Gov Murphy (goldman sachs) closed all the county and state parks, b/c they thought fellow citizens were being “bad” for going out for a bike ride (I kid you NOT!!!). I follow Jon Rappoport’s site nomorefakenews, and I don’t believe anything from the MSM, but it’s sad to see so many fellow citizens acting like sheep and being all too ready to give up their rights and freedom. I also worry that with all of the money printing out of the Federal Reserve that we are being set up for hyperinflation, and that once the dollar is rendered worthless the central bankers will introduce their digital currency (cashless society). IMO we are in very dangerous times.

    • vikingmom says:

The “death rate” is completely fake anyway! The CDC changed the guidelines on March 24th so that almost any death, other than an obvious trauma type of accident, could be classified as “COVID related” because that way they could keep everyone cowering in their homes AND the states can then demand millions from the Feds via the CARES act. I have posted the links more times than I can count but here they are again!

Pay close attention to THIS line – “However, the rules for coding and selection of the underlying cause of death are expected to result in COVID-19 being the underlying cause more often than not.”

“The centerpiece of the state aid is the $150 billion Coronavirus Relief Fund, which state, tribal, and local governments can use this year to meet costs connected to the virus.”

The President MUST push back against this narrative NOW and he must do it very publicly, IMHO, so that all Americans will see this “crisis” for what it is and then thy will support him overwhelmingly when he reopens America for business AND tells China to take a hike!!

I literally feel sick to my stomach right now…my ancestors left Ireland in the 1750s to escape the tyranny of the British government over their land and their lives. I have relatives that fought in the War for Independence (and every single conflict since). My grandfather was in France in WWI – my Dad was Army Air Corp/Air Force, one Uncle was with UDT6 in the South Pacific, another went to Korea as a 19 year old and then re-upped and went to Vietnam as a 40 year old…

My husband is a first generation American – his mother was 16 years old when the Nazis took Germany and his father sailed all over the world with the Norwegian Merchant Marine, while his uncle stayed behind as part of the Resistance (he was scheduled for the next transport to a concentration camp in Germany when the war ended in May 1945)…

So I am NOT afraid and I know in Whom I have believed but my heart breaks for my children and for my country…

I thought the same thing. But in my area virtually all the banks have been closed indefinitely for weeks now. (I’m not joking. This IS the case where I am and it probably also is in many places.)

See? Now that all the banks are closed, if you need money armed robbery will be your best option – a mugger’s livelihood.
Masks will be permitted at all times, soon to be made mandatory.
Then we will confiscate all the guns,
But what about robbers using knives and clubs?
We’ll outlaw those things, too. Actually, they all probably already are illegal. Our next step is a total lock-down, 24/7. Then you won’t be able to go anywhere at all. Except for the robbers. They’ll still be roaming around with weapons. They’ll come to you, wearing masks. And if anything happens, the cops will always have guns and they will arrest YOU for not wearing a mask.
      Any further questions?

Civil rights are important, but there is another thing to think about: wearing a face mask (doesn’t have to be elaborate) will not do much to protect YOU, but it will contain most if not all of the spread of virus particles from YOU to OTHERS. My son the Doctor requires all patients and his staff to wear masks when in his office. He tells his patients: “Your mask protects *me* from *you*, and my mask protects *you* from *me*”. It’s annoying that our “leaders” feel empowered to make such pronouncements, but it makes good Public Health sense. I can do without the threats and penalties, however. It might be a better approach to appeal to the our tendency to care for others through educating the actual benefits of a mask.

Here is a video from a group on Czechoslovakia that talks about the success they are having in combating the virus through a policy of “everyone outside wears a mask”.

Here’s what I don’t get. Our local hospital has asked volunteers to sew masks and donate them. They have a laundry service who will wash them so they can be disinfected and reused. They say they are going through 1000 disposable masks a day and are worried about the supply.

If hospitals are having trouble procuring enough masks, how are millions of people in CA going to do it?

I am not great at sewing, and our fabric stores are all closed (the local Walmart’s stopped selling fabric years ago). I was going to try to find a tutorial so I could try and make a few masks from items on hand. But if California can order something like this, we must have plenty of masks and I don’t need to bother.

The only way I can see it spiking in May is if the homeless who are being rounded up now and herded into hotels get infected and are allowed to deteriorate and die. 2-3 weeks for the virus to spread among them, then another 2 weeks for the virus to run it’s course puts us in mid May.
