Kentucky Directorate of Coronavirus Compliance Orders Ankle Monitors For Uncooperative Citizens…

Comrades, the state officials have judicial authority.  Attempting to defy the dictates of the state will not end well as this young citizen comrade discovered.

“DL” is forced by state authority to live with a coronavirus infected resident.  DL, has tested negative for the virus, but now becomes a potential carrier because the state is requiring DL to remain in close proximity to the infected citizen.  DL doesn’t like this and attempted to leave his confinement; he was captured by the state.  A judge ordered DL to wear an ankle monitor to ensure he remains compliant to the containment order.

Kentucky – Despite Governor Andy Beshear ordering all Kentucky residents to stay at home to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, some in Louisville are reportedly refusing to self-quarantine.

As a response, Jefferson Circuit Court judge Angela Bisig is ordering ankle monitors for those who were exposed to the coronavirus but who won’t stay at home.

CNN reports that Bisig ordered an individual identified as D.L. to wear a global positioning device for the next two weeks. D.L is reportedly living with someone who tested positive for the coronavirus, as well as someone who is a presumptive case.

About a week ago, D.L. was ordered to self-quarantine for 14 days, the amount of time it takes for an infected individual to exhibit symptoms of the coronavirus. Family members, however, said he leaves his home often. (read more)

Seems like another situation where the blood antibodies test would be useful.
Imagine if DL had the antibodies… then he isn’t scared, and the state has no excuse to force him to try to do anything.

I’m getting tired of waiting for that test. I think that test will blow up this scam.

    • The “state” already has NO EXCUSE.

How can it legally force someone to stay in a confined area with someone tested as positive?

Where is that in the Constitution?

I’ve never seen that section… and this is totalitarian bs.

The “state” ie gov’t all forms city state and fed do NOT have power nor authority to do this under ANY conditions unless due process has been met ie trial by jury etc and an actual crime has been comitted ie bank robbery etc etc. Nowhere in the Constitution does the gov’t or the states have this power. Oh and the judge represents the gov’t (judicial branch) therefore she does NOT have that power either. Sadly this will continue until Americans pull their heads out of the sand and assert themselves as the masters of this gov’t and country!!!

Tell that to Cryin’ Cuomo who said flatly today he is seizing all ventilators that are privately owned and not being used for COVID 19. He acknowledged he has no “legal authority” but merely said those affected could just “sue him.”

Anything goes it seems in an “emergency.”

Yes and TRump today exposed the Ventilator myth. How many technicians to run a Ventilator. How many in the state with those credentials. Cuomo is going down, his lies are getting exposed.

You have to be unable to breath on your own. And NOW I just watched a video from a doctor who says they are controlling them wrong from orders. They are forcing pressure, when the patient needs oxygen. They are killing people with the procedure.

Besides with that many needing a Ventilator the number of regular sick would fill all hospitals, which they are not. If they are at all. These reports of empty faclities and nurses etc on boards talking lay offs and cut hours for couple weeks at least.

ONe more thing, he described the ventilator patients condition to being like altitude sickness. He called it very strange. For some reason these patients it effects like you went from the ground to the top of Mt Everest at one sweep. Their bodies are not able to take in the oxygen. That has always been a concern they know off. All doctors. Why if you get it, go buy a 15 buck oxygen sensor for a finger. Any noticable drop in oxygen supply call the doc.

There is a great deal of “ confusion” it seems among both the “state” (all levels of govt) and the medicos.

I wonder if anyone is coming to the rather obvious conclusion that given all of this hit and miss effort, placing all of one’s hopes and needs in the hands of any government or group of “experts” is folly of the highest order.

Somehow, though, I very much doubt those who do think that way will notice such things.

You mean the State Constitution….right? The US Constitution restricts the Federal government….NOT the States. States are sovereign…the Framers intent was that if you don’t like your State, then move to another. So “DL” and others, when allowed, ought to pick up an move to another State….and if enough folks from KY did the same, then KY may change their tune to get taxpayers back….that’s how it’s supposed to work. Or another way to put it….KY is displaying totalitarianism…so Kentuckians can either accept that form of government, vote to change it, or leave it.

        • Our Natual Rights are supposed to be protected by the Constitution first and foremost, no laws may subvert those rights, be they state or federal.

So no, states cannot just do what they please when it comes to certain aspects of Natural Rights. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land.

Yet, none of this matters when “government” scum do as they please knowing you will be damned strapped to fight them because they have YOUR money to fight you with.

First off…the States created the Federal government by ratifying the Constitution that ENUMERATES PRECISELY what the the Federal government can and can no do. The States created the Federal government to “provide a more perfect union”…NOT to be their ruler….they just finished a bloody revolution to leave a strong central government….they sure as heck didn’t embark to create a new one.

Secondly…the Bill of Rights does NOT give rights….read it…it RESTRICTS the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT of infringing on rights. The notion of “Constitutional rights” is absurd. For if a government gives rights….then they can take them away. As THC accurately cited….we have Natural (or God-Given/Devine) Rights….that NO MAN may take.

Thirdly, whether or not it is the place of the Federal government to intercede in States business is up to interpretation. President Lincoln would not allow the South’s secession from the Union….and used Federal troops….and look where that got us. President Grant turned a part-time AG position into a full time position and gave him the power to investigate, prosecute, and jail Southerner’s not compliant with 13th & 14th Amendments during Reconstruction….these “powers” turned into the now corrupt FBI, DOJ, and Federal prison system. Central governments always become corrupt…the Framer’s knew this from experience….hundreds of years of oppression at the hands of several monarchs…this is why they chose to limit the Federal government to specific actions…basically to harmonize a “more perfect union”….one currency….one form of naturalization…one voice on foreign trade, one voice in treaties with foreign governments, one voice in war and peace with other countries…and so on. But NOT ONE RING TO RULE AND BIND THEM.

IMHO…I would rather the Federal government stay out of State business…preferring instead, “free market” State governments where THE PEOPLE determine a States behavior via the vote, the pocketbook, or with their feet.

Would it make sense for the Colonists to create a central government and then give them oversight of themselves???? …after they just fought a long bloody struggle to sever their ties with an oppressive central government????

How else do I explain compliance of the States to SCOTUS “rulings?” SCOTUS doesn’t rule anything!!!!! They offer opinions….read their own briefs….they ALL BEGIN WITH “IT IS THIS COURTS OPINION.” Kings rule…not courts! MSM calls them rulings. Other Federal branches call them rulings….but they are NOT. But we’ve been duped by the continual and constant rhetoric to believe they rule. NO THEY DON”T. In fact, READ the Constitution and READ the Federalists papers…the Judiciary Branch is the WEAKEST of all the branches by design….the Framer’s were very much aware of the corrupt Star Chamber.

What stands out to me is not the law breakers or the insane quarantine mandates, I’m probably desensitized to it already.
It’s the desire for people to have laws and abide by them like the constitution. That in itself are the clues to a civil society. Who do we see desiring that? Not our third world countries, just our Christian nations and more specifically Christian believers.
There are people who do not desire that because they have the false belief that their own ‘goodness’ is enough. That is a Godless ignorance that cannot be abided. They hide between the law abiding people, especially in our government.
It appears that now they have been drawn out, strange to me why now. I’m sure it mean something. I will leave that speculation to myself.

He said it would be a different story if people were living under conditions such as we do after a hurricane….no electricity, few groceries or gas stations open, etc.

He makes a good point. This quarantine kind of feels like a vacation from work. A few weeks of living in post-hurricane conditions would change the attitudes of the American public PRONTO.

So it is 3g up, which means they can connect to the internet. Android and Apple.. Security/Emergency phone for your car. Minutes only I would check out H2O they use ATTBackbone. Also you get a great deal using minutes.

10.00 gets you a hundred minutes. good news they expire in 90 days not thirty. And if you stack 10.00 one after another it builds on top and the minutes carry.

put it in a Metal box. I use a Christmas cookie Tin. Has to be solid and very good seal. The phone case should keep it off the bottom so it does not ground. Just call it and see if it rings from another phone to check. Old phone take battery out too.

New phone be sure it is off, if not it will keep trying to ping the tower saying YOUUU huuuu. here I am.

Trying to be anon now is difficult. To do it you need to buy a prepaid debit or credit card with cash and use a alias. Check around for rates etc. Small amounts they hit you up hard. You can order minutes via Wallmart. Though I just discovered Walmart is now sharing my email address with them. Geeesh. So new number and ghost with a debit card.

This morning my husband and I went to Wally World (Walmart) we had to get in line while the employees made sure everyone remained 6 feet apart before we were allowed to enter. My husband joked about us not being six feet apart and the employee said husband and wife were not suppose to go in together just one of us could. I was aghast I said hey I have a list and he has a list and this how we always shop so we get finished quicker. I asked the employee now what country am I living in again. she said she understood and we could go ahead and go in we did and I was amazed how we were automatically afraid to be together in the same area we acted like idiots and actually was cautious putting my groceries into his cart so he could check out by himself. They even removed all the benches so no one could sit a spell if they needed to. Once again so thankful for this site today may me feel so sad, lonely and desolate feeling I wanted to cry

      • Grammy850, my husband and I got back from shopping today just in time to hear that awful Dr Brix tell everyone to not go to the grocery store or to the pharmacy.

We must all stay home or something now.

Just amazing that she would promote that idea, does she think the pixies and fairies bring food and other supplies into our pantries.

Not all of us have hired help who cook and clean like little beavers, we do all our own “heavy lifting”.

We also noticed that Walmart had removed all of the benches so no one could sit and rest.

I also sense that we are entering a new phase in this lockdown.

Many people are not happy with being deprived of their jobs and not being able to move freely about.

The idea that we needed to do this or we were all going to die is starting to fade and people are wanting real answers to a lot of questions.

        And they are not happy.

I have no predictions but am wondering if things will change a bit before the April 30th Freedom date.

A lot will depend on this new cocktail drug that seems to be hitting this virus hard.

My 2 cents… we’re all Africa now. When we send soldiers to Africa, or when US citizens travel to Africa, we send them off with hydroxychloriquine tablets so they don’t catch sleeping sickness or malaria. Everyone knows it’s there, but if you take the pills you’re unlikely to contract the diseases. It’s been that way for almost a hundred years. It works. And not just Africa but many parts of the world. So guess what, now we’re like Africa in a way. It’s only a matter of time before everyone takes their pills and gets back to work. Some people can’t take it but it’s a very small percentage of the population. An even smaller percentage is in the vulnerable category due to age or comorbitities We can reduce the risk to a fraction of a fraction.

Bumperstickers like “Gun control is using both hands” and “Gun control is hitting what you aim at” reflect my personal convictions about 2nd Amendment rights.

I have no problem reconciling those convictions with taking a gun out of the hands of someone who is–temporarily, or by permanant condition–a danger to the public to shoot innocent people willy-nilly.

Legal treepers… is it a valid comparison between the above and someone, exposed to and most likely carrying the coronavirus, whose otherwise legal actions* are potentially and randomly exposing innocent people to serious and spreadable infection?

The constitutional issue is obviously a primary one; however, how is the exposure (and thus becoming a potential carrier) to Covid19 any different than someone with HIV/AIDS not giving a rip if they give it to others? Or someone not caring if they carried smallpox to other people, back in the day?

The constitutional issue is serious. But the refusal of someone to not risk others’ health by deliberate refusal to manage oneself is also an issue. In my opinion. If we reduce every issue to either/or I think the problems are going to ripple out further and further.

It’s a problem: we know for a fact we are being lied to and that situations/data are being distorted. The problem is: we don’t know which things are lies and which are not. And while all of that is swirling around, we still have to make a hundred decisions in our daily lives.

Three weeks ago, my friend’s husband was running a very high fever (up to 103). After a ten day wait (at that time, it was still slow) the test came back positive. Their two girls and her mother (who was caught in their mandatory quarantine) were isolating within the home. About 5 days ago, my friend’s test came back in 24-36 hours – positive.

I think it is a good thing that she was not running around the community during the ten day period when her husband’s positive result came back and when hers came back. I guess this ninnie would have suggested she just carry on and do what she wanted.

Using “constitutional issues” to act like a jerk and create dangers for other people is not admirable. Like I said, there’s more than one issue here. And, like I said, that’s my opinion.

Gov Abbott says anyone coming in from La quarantines at their home for 14 day or until they go back to La.My neighbor and her daughter both have compromised immune systems. Mr. Jerkwad says he is coming in anyway and will visit whomever he wants, that no one is going to tell him what to do. I told my neighbor, sorry, but I’ll be calling the law on him if he tries that crap here and I will be tempted to shoot him if he comes to my house considering it to be a threat to me and mine or even attempted murder on his part. .

What “test” did your friend’s husband have? There is no existing serology test for antibodies. So all that the current swab tests can tell you, for sure, is whether you have been exposed to the virus. A pretty good diagnostic guess can be made that a person has COVID based upon symptomology, But, it is still merely an informed guess.

Now, in the case of deadly infectious diseases, without a serology test, jurisdictions do have the power to quarantine, not only the person who exhibits the symptoms if the disease, but anyone having intimate contact, including living in the same dwelling as the afflicted. However, in the case of Covid, which is similar to influenza, merely covering the mouth and nose of a person suspected of having the virus should be sufficient to curtail the spread of the virus, to a large extent.

In the case of Covid-19 we have done something which has never been done in modern history, quarantining healthy people who have no documented, or even suspected, contact with an infected person. 4+ million people infected with influenza every year, with from 15,000-80,000 dead from the virus in the US, every year, and no quarantine occurs, let alone one which shuts down the entire economy of Western civilization. The question is, why? It is certainly not to save lives or we would have been shut-down months ago due to the flu, which has infected ~5 million people and produced 20,000 deaths this season alone. And, the actual numbers, associated with the Covid virus in the US, do not support the inference that it is some apocalyptic disease. So, why the draconian measures, including closing businesses and incarcerating everyone in the entire Western world?

Based on your comment, upon re-reading, then I guess there are zero diagnosed Covid-19 cases. That’s amazingly good news. Should reset all of the models/projections.

        • Mac says:

You are confusing diagnosis with confirmation. Diseases can be diagnosed based upon observed symptoms alone. However, in today’s modern medical world, we have various diagnostic tests which CONFIRM the initial diagnosis. In the case of measles and influenza, we have serological tests which identify certain antibodies which the body produces once the body has contracted the disease. We also have serum tests which identify various enzymes which are produced by various types of organ failure or even the presence of certain cancers.

Now, it is entirely possible that cases of Covid-19 were initially diagnosed as some type of influenza or even as viral pneumonia, prior to it being touted so highly in the US media. By the same token, cases of diagnosed influenza and pneumonia have fallen drastically in thee last two months. It us equally possible that cases of these diseases are now being diagnosed as COVID-19. We just do not know. And, that is the biggest problem.

However, the current numbers, for Covid-19, in the US, simply do not justify shutting down the whole of society and the economy. This is unprecedented in modern history.

Simple answer to your question, to me, is the leftists knew they couldn’t beat DJT in Nov. on any issue including the economy. So, tank the economy by using a major virus scare to encourage folks to stay at home and self quarantine. No one can go to work, businesses close, stock markets drop, economy slows down to levels of 2009, or lower. The recession of the dimcommies dreams. Can’t use the annual flu, that’s old stuff, happens every year cuz the vaccines only have an efficency rate of 40-60%. Death rates from the old flu is 15-20 thousand, or more, every year. So predict higher death rates using the global warming models using virus false data and inflating the possible death figures to cause panic. DJT is gonna call on the CDC for the needed info on what is happening and predictions for its future. Not knowing that CDC and its leaders, Fauxi and Birxie are dedicated leftists. With ties to the WHO, Gates Foundation, Clintons, et al. All commies and globalists. And they keep getting caught up in lies all the time.
The left needed draconian measures to insure that there could be no question as to how serious this virus crisis truly is. Trouble is that its all a lie, and the left is continuing to expose it as such. Folks have internet and social media to look up things and see that conditions are not any worse than the seasonal flu. Folks are starting to see things for what they are, major bs from the left in another attempt to get rid of President Trump via false virus panic.
I’m not sure how long DJT will go along with this nonsense. Not much longer I’d bet. Probably won’t make it to April 30th. The more test results show some readily available drugs which can be used to treat the covid19, the quicker the world can get back to business as usual. And start firing the faux experts at CDC and elsewhere.
        Sorry for the rant.

I also think President Trump is losing patience with the 2 doctors who keep expanding this stay at home order. I think they know it too. Why doesn’t he bring some other experts into the team? These aren’t the only experts out there.

And in the end, for all that effort, they couldn’t even catch the kid. It was some random citizen who found him holed up in his boat. And what happened after that? Boston had a parade, and people lined the streets and cheered for the very federal agents that shredded their rights.

  36. If you give up liberty for safety you will end up with neither.

But pushing for liberty only without addressing safety is a losing battle. President Trump has the right solution – the malaria drug + z-pak. The establishment (Big Pharma, media, etc.) do not want a solution, especially a cheap solution ($20), because they benefit from the virus.

    Please promote the cure.

Which leads me to the obvious question, one that no one seems to want to clearly answer, regarding the level of false positives these blitz-produced tests are providing.

It is really obvious to me what the democrats are planning. They only have child like minds and are easily figured out. Lets fave it, one has to have a child like mind to believe in communism.

    Here is their plan:

1, President Trump starts to put people back to work who test negative for the virus. The democrats know that he has to do this. China has already done it in an effort to save their economy. Without any safeguards in effect the virus has returned. They are now locking down entire areas again.

2, Hillary Clinton’s little friend Dr. Fauci will state that everything has to remain closed until the last case of covid-19 is gone. He and Dr. Birx will demand that this has to be done or else.

3, There will obviously be more new cases after people begin to return to work even as the number of infections drop. This of course is quite normal and can be expected to happen.

4, The democrats will now blame Trump for the new deaths and accuse him of mismanagement for personal gain (Trumps hotels etc.) and even murder. They will ALL vote to impeach Trump again.

    5. The democrats will bring in medical experts from the WHO, CDC and other places to confirm that Trump is guilty of the deaths of all the people who just died.

    6. The media will show crying family members and loved ones of the newly deceased to gain the sympathy of the sheeple. Trump the monster will be on full display. This will go on 24 / 7.

    7. The impeachment trial will go on right through into the fall in an effort to remove Trump.

    8. Trump will win in a landslide in spite of their cruel, childish efforts.

Then the full force of the Barr/Dunham investigations will roll out with the indictments. The weeping and gnashing of teeth will blend in with the leftist cries of injustice when the charges are presented to the recipients. Sweet.

I don’t know if this happened in more states, but in Wasington, Inslee told people to not go to work, then canceled fishing season.

What kind of sick bastard does that?

    Hey guys, reality check.
This is not happening under Obama.
This is happening under our beloved President Trump and for the first time in 4 years I’m actually really angry at him.
Day after day giving those 2 idiot doctors legitimacy and ignoring what is really happening.
I’ve supported and donated faithfully,in fact I get 4 emails a day asking for money.
    But, insanity is happening.
    He is President.
This is exactly what we worried about under Clinton.
    And yet, here we are.
You can disagree all you want.
I will vote for him again.
Just not with the same level of hope.
He’s in a tough ,very tough situation but darn it instead of fighting these no nothing reporters, get out there and save our country from tyranny.
I can’t believe thus is happening.
    However, one glimmer of hope.
Today, a beautiful day in New York, people were out in spades.
    It was great to see.

But on his soul, he wasn’t born

He will again throw his thunder
He will again work his wonder

There was a dream, maybe now a ember
There was a dream, he will soon fully remember
And now that the gauntlet’s down
Trump will rise and climb the sky
Yes, he grows weary but his soul remains alive
Let his heart now grow colder and as bitter as a falcon in the dive! .

Perhaps you should go watch all of the Press Conference today. And watch Trump as Comrade FauxChi talks as well as Beaver mom. Note he knows FauxChi will not promote the Quinine Zinc. So he went right to the podium and and told people he wanted Quinine dissing Comrade FauxChi. OH watch the questions from the Press at the end. See who handled who today. Very aggressive he was today. maybe it was Atkinson.

    • I hope you feel better after your rant but your “anger” is misplaced. At least you will still vote for him, the only man to ever execute the position of President in your lifetime to the extreme for us.

He is in the process of killing the feral reserve btw. That is key to MAGA.

He’s doing exactly what he needs to be doing, you just can’t see that yet. You will though, and SOON.

Let’s not reopen for another 30 days.

What Trump is allowing to happen boggles the mind. There must be something much bigger happening. Trump would not do all this damage just because of this comparatively lame virus. There are tons of weird reports coming in. US troops hiding in Cheyenne Mountain, earth quakes, dogs n cats living together etc. Hospitals over run, hospitals empty, fake patients, mass arrests for sex trafficking and more. I thought Trump wanted us hunkered down to protect us from imminent terrorist attacks, because all the weird pieces fit in that scenario. Especially with the surprise “drug interdiction” effort. Now, I’m not so sure. I sense SOMETHING is happening that we don’t know.

We find that whole communities suddenly fix their minds upon one object and go mad in its pursuit; that millions of people become simultaneously impressed with one delusion (That China Flu is somewhere between the Spanish Flu of 1918 and the Black Death of Europe), and run after it, till their attention is caught by some new folly (like maybe a depression even worse than the Great Depression) more captivating than the first.

The 1970’s phenomenon of the “Pet Rock” was all the proof I needed. Some guy put a rock in a box, and a $15 price tag on it.

True, and here’s one that might be more amazing. Some guy put a classified ad in a newspaper that simply said “Send one dollar to… (and then gave his address)”. People sent him the money. Pretty good return on investment!
That was long before “Go Fund Me” existed.

A fool and his money are soon parted. Fleecing the foolish is an old American tradition.

There is way too much circumstantial evidence that this crisis was / is manufactured
    1. China was having major protests that they were having a hard time controlling started in July 19
    Those protests are gone now.
    2. Dems were coming off of the disaster Mueller report and then crafted the Ukraine hoax (Schiff started this in Aug)
    3. Only level 4 bio lab in China is right where this wet market is? What are the odds? (a few weeks ago China’s media was reporting it was the U.S. that started this, FALSE but could have been Dems colluding with China)
    4. We are aware of the virus by Jan and are now told that it started in China in Nov. What does Nancy P do, drags out a ridiculous impeachment vote until right before Christmas then holds on to it until Jan 15th (pen ceremony)
    5. Senate committee has a meeting on COVID 19 on Jan 24th. Right after which several Senators sold off stock holdings in bulk.
    6. President Trump restricts all travel from China on Jan 31st (takes effect Feb 2nd). After this the Dems and news media in unison call Trump a racist bigot and side with the virus. There are even many videos or tweets of politicians encouraging people to congregate in large groups like at the movies and encourage them to go to China towns. Congress knows as per the Jan 24th meeting about this virus prior to Trumps travel ban.
    7. Feb 5th Senate votes to acquit Trump and Dems go nuts asking for more witnesses to drag it out further (John Bolton). They are well aware by then of COVID 19 and doing zero about it.

Was this intentionally let loose by China to stop the protests? The Dems sure seem to be getting things out of it. Not only are they using it to tank the economy / hurt Trump but it is also distracting from any investigations into their previous garbage.
