Dr. Amy Acton says the state of Ohio is only doing 280 tests per day. Scarcity of tests. Plenty of hospital beds available but that is just the calm before the storm. 2199 cases of covid with 55 deaths. Says sacrifice even more and tighten up social distancing and don’t go to the store unless necessary because they don’t want to order us to do more. Says 80 of cases recover out of hospital. Guess that means at home. She can’t give details about how many people have 🦠virus but she hears from the front lines that it’s quite a lot. Still going on. Governor DeWine says he’s going to put together a team to figure out how to get the economy going again when the time comes. Still going on. But that is pretty much it.

Notice how they: a) don’t officially count those recovered and 2) don’t report the average age of those with the virus. They use median age which of course is skewed by the one case of the infant. No reporting on pre-existing conditions which, given the date on the prior page of this post regarding NYC, would seem to obliterate the hysteria.

Stop worrying about testing people for the virus and instead test people for pre-existing condtions.

My county has tested over 1,500 with an infected rate of 150 and 1 death of an elderly person in their late 80’s with other illnesses.

Social distancing has picked up as encouraged. The PO, has paper taped to the floor every 6 feet to remind people. The PO window is covered with plastic sheeting as a sneeze/cough guard to protect the clerk. The bank is only doing drive up windows. The grocery store has gone to a marked one way routing through the aisles, social spacing marked on the floor by the check outs and a large sneeze guard for the cashiers.

My State (PA) has tested over 42,000 with a positive count of 4,843 and a death toll of 63. People aren’t acting scared, they are acting annoyed and fed up. We’ve been doing this for going on 3 weeks.

Grocery stores wasn’t fantastically well stocked, I ended up going to two, but got what I wanted. Part of that was I went before 7 in the morning.

It certainly felt like I was getting more comprehensive data from China and Italy than the US. Some key US facts missing, avg age of death (over 80?), I’ve heard from a physician only 15% put on ventilator survive. It sounds like if you die, it typically happens within 72 hours of entering the hospital. Media not reporting on any of this.

Yea, well Facebook is full of the pathetic snitches as well. On my FB feed there was a gent that asked if the local track at the HS was accessible so he could start exercising. The responses accusing him of not caring about anyone else but himself to almost murder for wanting to leave the house are almost unbelievable. Our ‘shelter at home’ guidance included walking, running, walking the dog, and bicycling so he was not by any means out of line with the desire.

If this is a precursor for the ‘real’ weaponized virus when things return to normal I may go full survivalist and bury food and TP in the backyard and any abandoned lot I can find! I just hope that nobody sees me out there burying things in a 6’x3’x6′ deep hole in the middle of the night….in the rain! LMAO…. It may look a bit suspicious.

I’m going to get slammed but so be it. Circumstantial data is beginning to point in this direction. It is what it is.

‘ A supervisor urged surgeons at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in Manhattan to volunteer for the front lines because half the intensive-care staff had already been sickened by coronavirus.

“ICU is EXPLODING,” she wrote in an email.

A doctor at Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan described the unnerving experience of walking daily past an intubated, critically ill colleague in her 30s, wondering who would be next.

Another doctor at a major New York City hospital described it as “a petri dish,” where more than 200 workers had fallen sick.

Where do all these essential workers go when their shift is over?

Do they stay in the hospital and self-quarantine?

    Nope. They go home.

So do their other colleagues, who are likely silently positive with mild or non-symptomatic cases.

Does the Sheriff threaten to arrest them if they leave their house? Nope.

Why not? They just had contact with dozens, even hundreds of known-positive people.

What was I saying the other day about why, despite the lockdowns, the R0 is not below 1.0 when the majority of our society has reduced their interaction with others by 90, 95 or even 99%?

Gee, I wonder why there are any community transmissions at all?

If you lock down an area and close all the bars, restaurants and other social places and R0 started as 3.0 it goes under 1.0 instantly and the case rate collapses. If that does not happen then that is not how it’s being spread.

    Period.

So the spread wouldn’t be coming from all the folks in the hospital who are not being forced to stay in said hospital where the infection would be contained, right? Could you even do that without every single staff member quitting on the spot? Probably not. But even if sick they’re considered essential and thus are not subject to actual quarantine orders or arrest for going out in public even if suspected or known positive, never mind that every single one of them had contact with dozens if not hundreds of known-positive persons in the same building.

Meanwhile the rest of us have guns shoved in our faces when the data says we’re not the largest component of the vector.

    The health care workers are.

The biggest impact of the lockdowns is destroying the ability to pay for hospitals, which is likely to kill more people from all manner of other causes. I remind you that between heart attacks and strokes there are roughly 1.5 million Americans hit a year and if we destroy the hospital systems by trashing both economic activity and taxation you’re very likely to kill far more people who have those events than the virus ever could.

Today, Typhoid Mary is paraded around as a hero.

Psst – Heh Doc, wash your ****ing hands.

Oh, want to know when the community transmission rate will start to drop in a given area? When all the docs, nurses and other medical workers have been infected and either resolved or died. They then are immune and their spreading of the virus into the community stops. That, by the way, is why despite the lockdowns, there is no effect for a couple of weeks instead of one viral generation time after the lockdown occurs — the spreading continues until you run out of vulnerable health care workers who can spread it into the community.

    THEN it stops.

And yes, that’s exactly the pattern we’re seeing. Community spread from ordinary social interaction isn’t the vector. The health care system workers are the vector, which is why the anomalous pattern that we keep seeing in every single nation and area, where there is one case here and there in a given area and then suddenly the case count explodes upward. One or a few of those cases wind up in the hospital and the entire staff gets it and spreads it back out in an exponential blast into the community.

PS: This same pattern was visible in Wuhan.’

I am not suggesting that the people who recommended and then implemented these programs had any ulterior motives or were working in anything less than their vision of the public interest – but, I think that they are wrong. Innocently and unintentionally wrong, but wrong nonetheless.

I think healthcare providers make the best of a bad situation. Short staffing is part of it. Corners are cut. Now there have been shortages of safety equipment.

Before COVID-19, hospitals were not very sanitary. People went in for elective surgeries like knee replacement and came out with Staph. My father in law passed away from a raging infection last year and Staph was mentioned in the report. Plus they dropped debris and blood on the floor of his hospital room and didn’t clean it for days, despite our complaint.

If the infection rate hinges on people practicing good hygiene then we’re doomed. People, stop touching your faces and stay home if you are coughing!

had a similar conversation but the difference was; if we’re in shutdown, let’s have all the essential workers stay on post 24/7 and then see the consequences…

      1) no food – we all die – transportation and food must be active
      2) no police/military – massive looting and property destruction
      3) hospitals stay in effect – those who get ill at home die…those in hospitals die as no food (see 1j

Now Cuomo wants health care workers from around the country to flock to NY, get infected, then go back home. Idiot.

Why not train up local people to help out. This is unpopular to say, but a lot of what needs to be done can be done by almost anybody with minimal training. They don’t necessarily need to have a broad knowledge of all things medical. We do need doctors, but the strain can be taken off them by providing them with more helpers. Maybe use people who have recovered and have the antibodies.

It does makes sense to have all health care professionals that test positive be quarantined in dedicated facilities, maybe a quarantined hotel close to the hospital. All health care professional should be tested every time they come to the hospital and when they leave the hospital.

DiBlasio waited to shut down the schools, waited a LONG time. And I’ve read that hospital cleaning staff are not being issued protective gear because they don’t have enough for nurses and doctors?? There are so many holes in this unprepared incompetent administrative mess. What did they do with all their budgets (and inflated salaries) all these years???

Im 100% convinced that this is a FAKE PANDEMIC. But if we keep up the lockdown, it could turn into a real one if not at least a seasonal illness.

    Bear with me…..

January 15: Nancy Pelosi finally delivers the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate.

January 24: NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio says “New Yorkers should continue living as you have”

February 5: The Senate acquits PDJT

February 14: Mayor Bill de Blasio “this should not stop you from going about your life … from going out to Chinatown and going out to eat”

February 24: Nancy Pelosi is prancing around Chinatown…..

“We want to be vigilant about what might be on the hori….uh, what might be happening in other places……”

Wait, what was she ABOUT to say? “What might be on the horizon?”

    “COME JOIN US.” -she says.

Then, all of a sudden, just 2 and a half weeks later, its all about “testing, testing, testing”

On March 12: Nancy Pelosi in the press conference

“Testing, testing, testing, so very important so that we can have an idea of the challenge, but also, first and foremost so we can meet the needs of those who TEST POSITIVE.”

(Keep in mind that over 80% of people who could test positive for CV are completely ASYMPTOMATIC. No symptoms, no problems, never knew they had it.)

She emphasizes the need for FREE TESTING for everyone. All in the first two minutes of her presser.

    Meanwhile, back on March 2

March 13: Bill de Blasio “we wanted people to go about their daily lives”

Now back up to February 26:

Rod Rosensteins sister at CDC chimes in with “its not a matter of if but when”

Then on March 5, the World Health Organization says the death rate at 3.4%.

    BOOM!

    Panic ensues.

They had ensured that everyone go about their daily lives, encouraging and seeding the population with it, helping spread it, then say its not a matter of if but when, then on the heels of all that drop the bombshell that its super deadly. (Only its NOT super deadly to a first world country with the best healthcare system in the world.)

A virus that everyone has been told not to worry about, now we are told is very deadly.

Media plasters that 3.4% death rate number everywhere. “Models” come out predicting millions dead. More panic. (The news stations are JUST like The Weather Channel during an approaching hurricane.)

Once everyone knew how “deadly” it was, they wanted everyone to know how widespread it is.

Now all the focus is on case numbers. Everyday that the number goes up, we must continue lockdown.

So we must keep testing, more testing, free testing.

But the Case Fatality Rate goes down as that denominator goes up. So what do they do? For one thing, test all the people in nursing homes and hospitals who are already dying, and if they have CV, and then die, BOOM! “Coronavirus death” Add it to the tally.

Then alter the language to “Coronavirus-related death”. Gotta keep that death rate up.

So they are combining the hospitalization numbers of those admitted FOR CV and adding them to those who were ALREADY IN the hospital and caught a coronavirus while admitted.

They are combining the numbers of those who die WITH a coronavirus with the number of people who die FROM this coronavirus.

The actual case number is FAR, FAR higher than the known, confirmed cases. Remember, over 80% are asymptomatic. No symptoms, no cough, no fever, no doctor visit, no hospitalization, no death. So the reported case number remains low, completely dependent on number of tests, and they inflate the hospitalization and death rates, fabricating a faux death rate and hospitalization rate and you have created a fake bubonic plague out of thin air.

    Watch this:

You see, there was no need to release an actual, real super deadly contagious virus to wreak havoc. Why not? Because they had the media. They had Hillary sycophants at the NIH and traitors at the CDC.

They make everyone think its an awful virus by fudging the numbers at the beginning, then focus on testing, testing, testing so that as long as more positive tests keep coming in, the panic increases and WE MUST QUARANTINE FOR ANOTHER MONTH!

    Perception became reality.

There is no hospital bed shortage. There is no ventilator shortage. At least no more than what is encountered during our annual flu season.

Regardless, governments restrict all movement to “slow the spread of the virus”. People follow along like sheep because they are terrified. In fact, what this “social distancing” is doing is SLOWING THE SPREAD OF IMMUNITY. Its preventing the buildup of a natural immunity in the population that would render the virus impotent against us. The quarantines will ensure the necessity of a vaccine. But what is a vaccine? Its injecting the disease itself into ourselves so our natural antibodies can fight it off. The annual flu vaccine is only about 50% effective. So what we should be doing is safeguarding the same people we safeguard from getting the flu, lift the quarantines and all that will happen naturally.

I think a vaccine is a red herring. Considering we seem to have a cocktail that stops the virus dead in its tracks among all but the most severely ill, we should be allowing it to spread so all the healthy people catch it and along with the asymptomatics develop an immunity to it, are no longer carriers and both the contagiousness and lethality of the virus plummets to something akin to the common cold.

But the current strategy of lockdowns, separation and quarantine is going to this virus to come back in the fall, and it will be worse. We wont have a vaccine by then. But just in time for the election. An election for which they have no candidate that can prevent Donald J Trump, the deep state globalists’ kryptonite, from an unencumbered 2nd term.

During impeachment, many speculated that they would just try to impeach again. I disagreed wholeheartedly and said “no way, they will move on to more extreme measures.” I was thinking more along the lines of just a simple assassination attempt. But regardless, my radar was up. As its gone on, its just become more and more clear to me whats happening. As sundance likes to say
“Its like a puppet show, once you see the strings…….”

Considering what we have all witnessed the last 4 years, and the timing of it all, one has to believe this was a planned roll out of an everyday virus with fudged up numbers and hyped to the extreme, in order to wreck President Trump’s signature accomplishment going into campaign season, with the hopes of it turning into the mother of all “October surprises” and creating an environment in which there would be more demand for “change” if the situation is bad enough. When the going is good, the incumbent gets re-elected, so they needed to ruin everything.

This popped up recently and this paragraph immediately jumped out at me as exactly what I have been thinking.

“According to Icke, the strategy of the globalist cult is to create a problem and use the colluding media to spread the message. The resulting widespread fear incites demand for something drastic to be done. The intervention is justified by the problem, as justified by the people, and further justified by the results. The World Economic Forum recently ran Event 201, a simulation of a pandemic. This showed how unelected powers (ostensibly the World Health Organisation) could take charge and make elected governments follow global command. ‘Test, test, test’, the WHO leader orders, so that even the asymptomatic add to the crisis. And when this is all over, the authorities will get the credit for saving tens of thousands of lives. Yet countries with the strictest curfews (Italy, France and Spain) did not slow transmission of the virus (arguably, they facilitated it).”

Icke gets bad press, mainly because he used words like “lizards” to describe self-admitted elites. It’s not that he believes they are lizards, but because the ELITES BELIEVE they are the heirs of the Drakos, that a red planet will fly by and the old aliens will deplane and wreak their havoc on mankind.

But he’s a free thinker and I had to study Gnosticism to understand the descriptors. For example, the Annunaki aliens renderings really DO look like lizards.

Fact of the matter is … you could randomly walk into any area where anyone had sneezed anytime in the past two days and, theoretically, “catch a cold, or worse” from the experience. But … this has always been the case. (And that’s why every higher-order form of life on earth is equipped with a very-nifty thing called “an immune system.”)

We have somehow recently been lured into believing that this virus, among the hundreds of identified and active infectious viruses on this planet, is something that we should “stop our world for,” in order to practice ludicrous schemes like “Social Distancing™” with no evidence whatsoever that they will actually do one damned thing to “protect us.”

“Literally until a month ago,” we went about our lives, ate at our restaurants, shopped at our stores, didn’t have plastic sheets between ourselves and the cashier, watched movies, and congregated without fear of our governments arresting us for doing so. “And yet, somehow, we survived.” Colds came and went. Maybe we bought flu shots. We washed our hands less often than we should have, and some of us at least did have the common courtesy to sneeze into a handkerchief or into our shirt-sleeves. Somehow, we survived.

I think that it’s long past time for the world(!) community to launch a very severe blow-back against all of this. Government minions high and low are seizing upon this induced paranoia to explore the limits of just how many freedoms people are willing to give up when they are frightened – and it’s turning out to be “a helluva lot.” One day we’re going to be laughing at this and watching parodies … but we’re not laughing yet. And we should be.

These are my opinions. Thanks for listening.

      Here’s her research: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2763852?appId=scweb

Recent work has demonstrated that exhalations, sneezes, and coughs not only consist of mucosalivary droplets following short-range semiballistic emission trajectories but, importantly, are primarily made of a multiphase turbulent gas (a puff) cloud that entrains ambient air and traps and carries within it clusters of droplets with a continuum of droplet sizes […] The locally moist and warm atmosphere within the turbulent gas cloud allows the contained droplets to evade evaporation for much longer than occurs with isolated droplets. Under these conditions, the lifetime of a droplet could be considerably extended by a factor of up to 1000, from a fraction of a second to minutes.

Re the Wuhan Virus. I am remaining supportive of of our President as he does what he believes is necessary to manage the epidemic, and he, by the Constitution, is leaving the states to their individual “laboratory” experiments to help get this new and immensely infectious virus under control.

We will all get this bug. The timing is the issue. I hope to get my exposure through a vaccine. Today we need to keep our healthcare system functioning, not only for caring for those with the virus, but also for the normal healthcare load.

Remember, President Trump said he inherited a system (nation) that was/is broken in many ways and especially healthcare. At the same time, we don’t have to trust any authorities without verifying for ourselves. Sundance keeps us posted – as do other Treepers – about all the Constitutional violations under emergency responses.

I want to share with Treepers two items, one from an ER doctor from northern Calif and the other from a very intelligent long-time blogger. Please note the numbers! For me, from these as well as my research in microbiology and other scientific articles (not a scientist just an educated reader), I think extreme measures are necessary to slow the spread. I know leftists/globalists are salivating at the (planned) possibility of using an opportunity for their own nefarious purposes.

I think our President is well aware of that too. We also have cures coming, rapid testing, and antibody tests to find those who are immune (if the past can be depended on). These immune people can go back to work the soonest.

State officials argue the ban is intended to conserve medical supplies for health workers on the front lines of the coronavirus response. But abortion rights advocates say states are using the pandemic as an excuse to block access.

In a 2-1 opinion, the appeals court ruled that the order from the lower court be stayed until an appeal from Texas is considered. The two judges who ruled in favor of a stay were nominated to their posts by President Trump and former President George W. Bush.”

When you say “they think Fauci/Birx are lying in order to beat PDJT,” I have not seen anyone accuse them of lying, because they actually believe their own projected numbers. First the CDC says we are going to test everyone….then everyone with symptoms…now it is just severe case for the most part. Look at masks…first the CDC says only hospital personnel and first respondeners should wear masks, now Fauci is thinking maybe everyone should wear them. When a government agency keeps changing their own guidelines over and over, people tend not to believe what they say.

Did we have Governors like Michigan nit-wit and nevada sisolak threatening doctors, and the CDC ignoring helpful drugs as ‘ancedotal’, while patients are dying and other countries do studies and find them useful. Was our CDC so arrogant, ignorant and supportive only of very expensive ‘new’ drugs back then?

In 1957, voting citizens were much less accepting of corruption (which is fully accepted now), and would toss crooks out of office. Shutting down the economy for a giant 2$T slush fund to gratify and grease the palms of a giant lobbyist industry in DC, would never even have occurred to congresscritters then. There was no giant lobby industry buying crongresscritters, who are now surprisingly affordable. Now a majority of the wealthiest zip codes are in DC where the giant lobby industry lives, stuffing pork into the 2$T and next china virus relief scam.

6 GOVERNORS themselves each threatened doctors for prescribing an approved drug?

They all should be recalled and removed, if true. In texas, it is easy to get pharmaceuticals right across the border in mexico, too. (what a concept – legitimate drugs from mexico could result in punishment…)

Per Johns Hopkins map, Sweden confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections: 4,435
Per Google, Sweden population: 10.12 million

Sweden ratio of confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections to total population: .0438%

Per Johns Hopkins map, US confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections: 184,183
Per Google, US population: 327.2 million

US ratio of confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections to total population: .0563%

Sweden isn’t doing much better than we are and they don’t have nearly the travel influx that we do. I wouldn’t use them as a model, it’s like grapes and oranges.

I commend everyone to go to https://covid19.healthdata.org/projections

I posted a couple days ago about the results so far under this projection for the 5 days ended Mar 29:
    – predicted deaths from this projection were 1,812
    – actual deaths were 1,704

Now, as of GMT 22.02 (2 hours to go for Mar 31 #s) we have #s for almost 2 more full days:
    Mar 30 – Projected 606; Actual 558
    Mar 31 – Projected 707; Actual 639 (but 2 hours left)

Total deaths – last 7 days:
    As of Mar 31 – Projected 3,125; Actual 2,901 (2 hours #s to come)

So, can we all agree that we now have a model that seems to have some credibility (up until now)?
Can we agree that these predicted numbers are no longer plucked out of thin air?
Can we agree that Drs. Fauci and Birx are not playing politics with the numbers or lying to us?

Within the next 2 weeks we will have exponentially more information to allow PDJT to make extremely INFORMED decisions on how to phase this economy back in. Hopefully some (much) of it BEFORE Apr 30.

Trust PDJT. Don’t spread fake news.

Of course, you accept that those numbers don’t count flu or pneumonia deaths as Chi Com virus. I absolutely believe they are padding the stats by adding flu deaths and pneumonia deaths not caused by Chi Com Virus to their terror tactics, I have NO reason to trust anyone in government. Mr. Fauci believed AIDS could be spread by french kissing. Mr. Fauci didn’t say jack about N1H1 flu under Barack Obama. Mr. Fauci has NEVER worked in the private sector. No, I don’t trust Dr.Birx either. I have no reason to trust those who wish to enslave an entire nation for 12 to 18 months. That was their original time table and that is where their hearts lie. They wish to subjugae the citizens of the U.S. and the western world. The is the biggest behavioral modification program in the history of the world.

What facts do you offer? All you offer is fear and mistrust. Let’s not be emotional about this, let’s look at the data, let’s process the data rationally and leave the emotion out. The IHME site is an attempt to make predictions and as shacklesandchains points out it’s doing a pretty good job so far. If you want to criticize it then point out where it’s flawed instead of spewing conspiracy crap.

No. I don’t agree. Sorry. You cannot tout any numbers when many probably have already had it and were never counted, people were not tested immediately, people are still not being tested, people may recover and never go to the hospital, there could be false positives. Lots of factors here.

“Don’t spread fake news.” Did you hear the pressers with Fauci and Birx or are you going by numbers posted on an org domain (government) website? How are the “actual deaths” determined? Did the person die of COVID-19 or were they terminal in some other way. Who is being counted. No, sorry. It is wise for people to question because our government has become politicized.

      That is the problem.

No, unfortunately we cant because they are inflating the death number by labeling people who die WITH cv as dying FROM cv.

Now they are moving the goalposts and language to “Coronavirus-related deaths”.

This is not hard to understand. If you try just a little, Im sure you can do it.

“The Dark Secrets in the Fed’s Last Wall Street Bailout Are Getting a Devious Makeover in Today’s Bailout

From December 2007 to November 10, 2011, the Federal Reserve, secretly and without the awareness of Congress, funneled $19.6 trillion in cumulative loans to bail out the trading houses on Wall Street. Just 14 global financial institutions received 83.9 percent of those loans or $16.41 trillion. (See chart above.) A number of those banks were insolvent at the time and did not, under the law, qualify for these Fed loans.”

A ton more at the link.

Tucker Carlson just interviewed a DC-area employer whose employee was arrested for shooting a teenage burglar. The guy meant to help his employee, but the interview was a train wreck. Based on the employer’s comments it’s easy to see why the employee was arrested. First of all, get an attorney and make that person your authorized spokesperson. The last thing you need is a clumsy story implicating you to be broadcasted on national TV. The second lesson: there are no “oops” when it comes to warning shots.
