Dear Lord, please let us open up areas of our country not impacted by this and focus our attention to the populated areas it is affecting well before April 30. A cookie cutter approach will be worse than a focused approach. We cannot keep the United States offline. You will be applauded for that, Mr. President. A balance of common sense is needed. We need our economy BACK ON LINE at the earliest possibility. FDA approval for on label use of HCQ and Z pack and other medications and therapy showing positive results. Now.

I hope someone in the Trump administration is seriously considering close monitoring of all direct and non-direct flights from China (period) and hotbed areas abroad (Italy, France, Spain, etc.). We cannot have peak spreaders continuing to infect the United States. I hope the entrance into the country will be guarded closely.

60 Minutes Takeaway from tonight – first segment on NYC & Coronavirus.

Head doctor of the hospital (?) said these wers some unusual occurrences:

    – people walk in fine, can talk, go quickly downhill & are fighting for life 6-8 hours later.

    – it seems men fare worse, and obese people. (Poorly functioning lungs to start?)

    – all of their ventilators were in use; people intubated (?) and put into a coma (?) for easier handling?

    – they went s few days with no ‘victories’, but a young person did recover.

    – claimed the average ICU time has gone from 3-4 days to 10+?

When you are put on a ventilator you are put in a medically induced coma.

Trump introduced the whole of government approach. The thing that is missing is the whole of people approach. We have a huge obesity problem in this country. Many of the health concerns listed are obesity related. Losing weight will improve you medical condition and in return, your chance of survival.

Well the medically challenged are most likely to succumb to this disease. When they read of the medical conditions, they were basically conditions related to obese people. They cannot say that because the press will attack them and say that is racist or something.

This is what the CDC says.
People of any age with severe obesity (body mass index [BMI] >40) or certain underlying medical conditions, particularly if not well controlled, such as those with diabetes, renal failure, or liver disease might also be at risk.

The charts and indicators were signalling to get out of the market somewhere above 29,000 during the first two weeks of February. You do not need to be an “insider” to make smart buy and sell decisions. Most people rely on their Financial Planner and therein their first mistake.

If you buy 100 shares at $25-30 and have a small run like last week and go up 10 points, then yea, sell it for your quick $1,000. Sold out again on Fri to bank cash going into the weekend. Once you bank your profit, it can’t be taken away.

Now, I’m small potatoes, but it can be done and the pros are doing it too. They just have more ,000’s to work with. Charts and indicators are tough reads right now because all technical markers are being blown through.

He also said crashing the economy when the communists are ready and have primed the country with demoralization and destabilization will take no more than 6 weeks. That he said this in 1995 -25 years later, look where we are–governors, mayors threatening the cloing of churches permanently, and shutting down businesses as if it was not more significant than swatting flies.

Sundance – what happened in Michigan this weekend is worth your attention. It has been a weekend of extreme gaslighting against our VSG.

You reported well how the Michigan Soros woman is picked up in the press complaining about PPEs

Then – while trump is celebrating the navy hospital ship with 1000 beds – a ship I am certain he worked tirelessly to get in the water 4 weeks ahead of schedule – newspapers across the nation – like a kindergarten class – inflamed headline after headline (Forbes, Detroit free press, CNN , MSNBS) all of them – selling lies Trump cut off funding from Michigan because of politics.

Spawned lies – that’s not what he said at all.

This is just like Ferguson , Trayvon Martin, it’s like we are living in China and every stupid millennial picks it up and runs with it on social media – soon everyone thinks trump, not the Soros bot, is the narcissist

This is a big big opportunity to write up a researched blog on the making of a smear

What I am saying is the fake news ignores the ship – actually making a difference in people’s lives – and instead lies about what he said in that press conference – which was simply to ask that states be less political and more appreciative – and that Pence is a nicer guy than he is – making light of how obnoxious it is to be political during a time which the govt is working 24/7 to get states what they need.

To me this is a walk away moment to liberals on the fence – illustrate how the press is lying to them – running obnoxious and misleading headlines about how trump said he wanted to cut off Michigan for political reasons – he never suggested any such thing – utter false news – and the Michigan Soros not set it up to work this way – she knows exactly what she’s doing – and wouldn’t get away with it if not for the press. Meanwhile – she cuts off drugs to victims and trump is ramming approval through the FDA.

Big story here. The kind that changes the liberal mind cause it is so obvious they are being used – useful idiots!

Two things on my mind as I watch local morning news:

    1) Too many officials claiming the peak of new infections or deaths or anything else will occur in a couple of weeks. I think it’s coming from the web site Dr. Birx mentioned yesterday, IMHE, but I’m pretty sure that’s not what the site is predicting. I hope it’s true that the peak is in a couple of weeks but I don’t think anyone should pin their hopes on it. We’ll see.

    2) WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL TRAVELLING? I see news reports of American’s “stranded” in India, Peru, and other countries. These people should have been home already. Some cruise ship has dead people on it and more than 100 sick from SARS-CoV-2. How stupid does someone need to be to take a cruise right now? People should have stopped doing that in February.

Have any localities closed down “big box” stores yet? Omaha Mayor and health official seem to be threatening it:

At a Sunday news conference, Douglas County Health Director Adi Pour said area residents need to do more to comply with social distancing directives, and said she was getting complaints about stores such as Menards still being crowded with people. Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert was even more direct, calling on the managers of area Menards, Home Depot, Costco, WalMart, and Sam’s Club to do more to limit the number of people in their stores.
Pour said she did not want to order these stores to close, because people still needed to buy essential items from them, but said people shouldn’t be shopping at them to “do their home decor project.”

By the way, I don’t know how many stores are doing this but I bought some stuff from Best Buy and they have pick up of online-ordered items in the parking lot. It’s working quite well. And I think they are limiting the number of people who enter the stores, I saw people in line waiting to go in. City officials should not have shut any stores or restaurants down, they should have just limited the number of patrons, and encouraged store pick-up (including takeaway food).

…but said people shouldn’t be shopping at them to “do their home decor project.” That is such an arrogant and ignorant statement.

Don’t these government officials have any common sense, or at least ask a sociologist about this. What do they expect people to do? Stare at each other? Let them do their home project; let them do a garden. Just have these stores come up with a plan. It can’t be that difficult. 😠

Now those governors cannot try to block the prescriptions of these drugs. They now are OFFICIALLY listed in the PDR as an approved use for COVID-19. In 3..2..1 now liberals will be going on attack mode to blame President Trump for the deaths. Such shallow and inept folks. The only leader in the room is the President of the United States.

The Food and Drug Administration authorized the emergency use Sunday for hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine. The malaria drugs have been touted by President Donald Trump, who hopes the drugs can help those hospitalized with coronavirus treatmen

The Death Count is NOT accurate… it’s being inflated. Any existing conditions/hospitalizations are being ignored, & it’s not just those who were positive a/o “asymptomatic”.

Fauci replied that we showed him the data at his desk and he agreed with us.
    One disappointed anchor.

Then anchor asks isn’t 100,000 death prediction a pretty big scary number?.
Fauci reminds him (or informs him for the very first time) that in 2017 – 2018 we had 60,000 deaths from ordinary seasonal flu.

A lot of people would be speechless. They have no idea the amount the flu takes each year – and everyone goes about their lives.

It seems everyone will take the new sanitation methods to heart and perhaps their lives will be healthier for it. I’m skeptical of the shutdowns, etc. but that doesn’t mean I haven’t adjusted my personal habits to suit,

I feel bad because my initial reaction was laughter. I had just read earlier about some idiots in Maine who were unhappy that their neighbor was still going out and doing stuff so they cut down a big tree to block his driveway, or something like that. People are going nuts. The worst ones are the ones who think that being outside at all is somehow dangerous. Being outside is good for you! We just need to keep our distance from other people, and stay home if sick.

Innslee does not have his state ready. It’s a matter of hospital beds. He didn’t know how to plan for that. He should have been getting tips from the Texas governor. Inslee’s plan is to do PR in the New York times and Washington Post.

      -snip-

But the governor said that the state was far from turning a corner. While there are indications of improvement, he said, he has also seen numbers in the last few days that still have him worried, including a rise in positive test results statewide and the emergence
of new cases in rural areas.

Prediction. Since the Trump admin fast tracked and approved Hydroxychloroquine and Zpacks as treatment for Covid-19 (with treatment in NY hospitals starting 2 days ago when approved) there has been near zero coverage in media. None at all here in Australia. I could not believe a story of this significance failed to rate even a mention. We got Hollywood celebrities singing a song instead. That’s how sick the media is.

The fatality rate will drop dramatically. Media will give credit to Gov Cuomo whilst pushing his presidential credentials while still failing to report on the Trump admin fast-tracking the drug, providing the drug, approving the treatment etc.

Robster-a Q: Do you think that this treatment will be made available to Australians?
Dr Zelenko says it has to be given BEFORE one needs to go to the ICU and be intubated on a ventilator

I read in the Sydney Morning Herald that they are trialling the TB vaccine
I also read they are giving it in a double blind study (half get the active drug, half get placebos-imo unethical) to health professionals to prevent them from getting infected.

AND also a double blind study to ALREADY infected individuals-if the consent to a double blind study–imo HIGHLY unethical

I would imagine any potential effective treatment suggested by a conservative would meet media resistance, even here in Australia where ideology trumps saving lives.

Eventually sheer weight of evidence will force us to follow the example.

It will be delayed because the conservative govt will fear the media reaction (spin) to them following the example of that fool (media’s take) Trump. In the meantime lives will be lost that didn’t have to be.
