This is Dry interesting. The EU, having lost the gravy train of the US and Uk (Brexit), etc has turned to Africa in order for their leaders to continue scamming aid and graft off their subjects. I love this piece for its brutal honesty. https://www.politico.eu/article/in-search-of-allies-eu-turns-to-africa-trade-african-union/

“With the EU both feeling betrayed by Britain and the U.S. and menaced by Russia and China, von der Leyen’s “geopolitical Commission” looks to its giant next-door neighbor for new friends, new economic opportunities and better ways to contain security threats — especially from uncontrolled migration.” Haha like they did not invite the uncontrolled migration but I digress….

“I think in some ways the European Commission, when it looked at the world, had nowhere else to go. I don’t think von der Leyen, when she looked at the U.S., Russia, China or Latin America, will have been very tempted. Africa is basically all Europe has left as a partner.”

My sympathies to the German, French remaining Eu and African people. I mean, what could go right.. oops , I mean wrong?

Their problem is….. where are the African despots now going to get the money? The EU Globalists long were planning on ClimateScam accords to distribute, and then launder, our wealth to themselves via Africa.

Hussein’s highly touted Copenhagen Climate accord fell apart when the Africans demanded a bigger cut.

Can anyone direct me to a couple good articles and analyses of the sham aspects of the Paris Climate Accord?

        – what would the US have been on the hook for in emissions cutbacks?

        – how much would the US have been fleeced in foreign aid to 3rd world and other roundabout schemes for redirecting / skimming US wealth?

        – how much would the Accord let China, India, etc get away with while the US got clobbered?

        – why didn’t other 1st world countries continue with their commitments after the US pulled out (if it was such a great and noble plan); I recall reading that France, Germany, others “pulled out” as well after the US

        – I’ve read that the US has achieved large cutbacks in CO2 emissions voluntarily; how does that compare to what was demanded of the US involuntarily by the Accord?

Answers to these questions are welcome from your knowledge and expertise

Links to articles that have done a good job of dissecting the issues would be even more help

disclaimer – I was arguing with friends the other night the Paris Climate Accord and how terrible (turrible, turrible, just turrible) the though it was that Orange Man Bad pulled us out of it. I did ok but realized I’d like to be better prepared and more knowledgeable about it next time it comes up.

        • If you read the WikiPedia article it doesn’t take very long to find big dollar signs everywhere. You were supposed to commit at least hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars a year … and the organizers promptly built lavishly. The accords would supersede the laws of your own land if Parisians thought it was necessary. The United States was looked to, as usual, to provide a disproportionate share of the money, and it was already apparent to many that this was just another globalist scam … with a lot of “developing nations” money-laundering mixed in too. Billions were seen to be disappearing into little countries in Africa, never to be seen again. The amount of cash that these people controlled was really stupendous.

Intelligent people rightly wondered what all that wealth-redistribution was for. Couldn’t you all just sit down in a room and agree among yourselves to change your own laws and clean up your act? They also saw that this was another scheme – much like the EU itself – to replace the laws passed by the elected representatives of your own people with mandates that were accountable to no one. PDJT smelled a rat that was very easy to smell. The author of The Art of the Deal instantly recognized this to be something that we should have no part of.

            • To me, and I think to many other people as well, “Paris” was really just another attempt to create a “para-government,” elected by no one and accountable to none, which had the authority to supersede your nation’s laws and of course to appropriate large amounts of its wealth. The EU, of course, is the world’s present biggest example of that.

We don’t actually know much about how the climate on this planet works. As a child, Charles Dickens would have heard stories of how the Thames River froze solid, as it has done about 20-or-so recorded times in the past. We have evidence of Ice Ages but don’t know what caused them. We don’t even know why the atmosphere has exactly the right balance between oxygen and nitrogen, and yes, carbon dioxide, all the time.

To say that we do know, and that for this reason we should shovel billions of dollars into other people’s hands so that they (supposedly …) can give it to other “developing” nations to teach them how not to build campfires, is actually pretty damned ludicrous. And yet, I think that we’re $$ worldly $$ enough $$ to $$ know $$ why $$ politicians $$ were $$ so $$ very $$ interested! $$ 🙄

It has a site search box on the righthand sidebar. I’d start with “Paris Accord” and you should have more articles and links than you can shake a stick at. It will be good, solid info and analysis, with links to sources (along with a good dose of humor in many of the analyses and especially the comments).

I have plenty of smart-azz comments at Watts Up With That, over the recent decade or so. Ignore those; otherwise, WUWT is great.

One foundational aspect of this is the origin of “cap and trade.” We are now calling such things “behavioral economics,” but the idea has been around along time: simply develop the financial incentive to do whatever you want to achieve, and you can possibly get massive buy-in, and supposedly get the results you want.

To see the origin of multi-national agreement buy-in on Climate, review the origins of the “Kyoto Protocol,” particularly how Ken Lay was involved. Just do web search for “Ken Lay” plus “Kyoto Protocol,” and start reading.

In short, Enron / Ken Lay dreamed up this carbon exchange idea and would be the brokers. Consider that the Broker would be equivalent to “The House” in gambling: getting a cut of everything and always winning.

Lay had experience at Dept of Energy before he was with Enron.

Michael Mann, whose dissertation was “The Hockey Stick” principal components analysis, completed his doctoral dissertation with a “post-doc” from Dept of Energy. Mann was mentored by people who already believed in the manmade global warming dealio.

As Ken Lay cooks up Kyoto, Al Gore gets involved.

Al Gore later established “Generation Investment Management, LLC,” an investment advisory firm for YUGE investors striving – or politically mandated – to invest in Green.

So, research the development of the “Principles of Responsible Investing,” and “Generation Investment Management.” i don’t quite know how Dept of Energy connects to all of this, and to politicians, but there is something of a curious nexus there.

Later in all of this, Obama was involved in the establishment of the Chicago Carbon Exchange market, where these carbon credits would be bought and sold. He was in this in some way, plus he was tied in with Goldman-Sachs, a bank involved in that carbon exchange market.

Those are a few more things for you to web search to start putting pieces together.

So, maybe the planet is headed toward environmental collapse due to us driving SUVs, and maybe Paris, or Kyoto, would “save” us from this Climategeddon. Maybe not.

Either way, the apparatus sure makes some people a lot of money, and shifts a lot of political power. There are winners and losers.

Maybe there is no Climategeddon. Here is the genius of all of this:
if there is no Climategeddon, the entire cap-and-trade apparatus, or whatever they decide to do through Paris, Kyoto, COP20, or wherever, it will SEEM like genius: if we eventually do not have Climategeddon, they claim 1. it is still coming, we just were a little off in our prediction, and or 2. “see? we saved the planet.”

They are successful even if there is no climategeddon on the horizon.

          Happy Reading!

        • It’s really only a matter of time now, for the EU. They let what started out as a perfectly reasonable trade union expand well beyond its breeches. They tried to create “The United States of Europe, with its capitol in Brussels, DC.” But they wound up with “oxen unequally yoked together,” and they readily allowed greedy short-sighted businessmen to set policy. EU is a para-government created by treaty, accountable to the voters in none of these countries, and with an underlying financial model that doesn’t work. (Perhaps the very biggest mistake that they made is one that they’re proud of – the Euro.)

The UK was smart enough not to jump in with both feet, and they were also smart enough to get out … not just keep talking about getting out. It won’t take long for other countries to do likewise, and the EU can’t survive without the Big Three Now Two. It might have started out as a sound, small, idea. But it didn’t turn out that way and it’s their own fault.

Considering Sundance’s thread a couple of days ago , I believe the following adds corroboration to the contention of politicization of the Corona virus spread by Rosenstein’s sister at the CDC, Dr. Messonnier. This should be publicized by someone with a soapbox – Also adds credence to what Rush has been saying.

On Wednesday evening we were informed that the first patient to acquire COVID 19 in US in the community had been diagnosed and was in hospital in California. Follow along this timeline:

    1. This patient had samples taken on Sunday and these were sent to CDC for testing. (Source: https://www.davisenterprise.com/local-news/newly-diagnosed-coronavirus-patient-being-treated-at-uc-davis-medical-center/)

    2. Dr. Messonnier herself indicates test results are available overnight and there is no backlog (Source: http://www.cidrap.umn.edu/news-perspective/2020/02/cdc-warns-us-covid-19-spread-labs-frustrated-over-lack-tests) Quote:

“She [Messonnier] also pointed out that the CDC was testing as many as 400 samples at a time and providing overnight results. “There is no current backlog or delay,” she said.”

    3. The results were likely available to Dr. Messonnier by Monday and certainly at the latest by Tuesday. Evidence for this? – this link to a New England Journal of Medicine article describing a different patient presenting with symptoms on January 19, 2020 in Washington State. This was a Sunday also. Samples were collected from him, sent to the CDC and results available the next day, Monday, January 20 (which also happened to be a federal holiday)

    4. The CDC website describes the fact that they have an emergency operations center to deal with collection and shipment of samples for testing and it is available after hours, weekends and holidays.
    5. Considering the above, it is more than likely that Dr. Messonnier would have been apprised of the positive results for the patient in California by Monday and certainly, at the latest, by Tuesday a.m.
    6. The CDC, on Tuesday a.m., issued a notice of a tele – conference with the media for 11:30 am Tuesday. ( highly unusual from what I can gather; what was the urgency? Why not just wait for the next day – coordinate with NIH and White House task force and have a regular news conference? What did she have to say that was so urgent it could not wait?)
    7. At this hastily arranged telephone conference Dr. Messonnier said the now famous “it is not a matter of if but when” community transmission would take place. She then went on to talk about potential preparation for shutting down schools and other doomsday scenarios that certainly seemed over the top for the current circumstances.
    8. The media ran with it. The market crashed.
    9. I don’t for a second doubt that Dr. Messonnier already knew that there was a case of community acquired infection in the U.S. when she spoke to the press; as such, she knew that when it came out publicly the next day, she would appear prescient and this would add to her credibility and serve to make her doomsday scenario perhaps more plausible/credible in the mind of the public, shut down any criticism and further feed the hysteria. Again, think about it- what did she have to say on Tuesday that was so urgent that she had to hurriedly arrange a teleconference with the press without coordinating with any other agencies or the White House?
    10. Ari Fleischer tweeted about how bizarre this was:

    11. The linked article (under point 1 above) states that the medical center taking care of the patient was informed by the CDC on Wednesday – three days after the sample was collected and for which results, per Dr. Messonnier, are normally available overnight. Why were they informed only on Wednesday? What time on Wednesday were they informed? Recall the New England Journal article linked above had a patient from which samples were collected on a Sunday and the medical center received the positive diagnosis from the CDC the next day, Monday.
    12. Moreover, when was the news of the first community acquired COVID 19 in the US released to the public? – on Wednesday evening, during Trump’s news conference – Coincidence? I think not- it was likely to try to embarrass him. After all – from the above it is clear that the CDC must have had the results either Monday on Tuesday – but the public is informed on Wednesday evening??
    13. Admittedly the above contentions rely on circumstantial evidence, but I think the inferences made are quite reasonable. To me, this smells to high heaven and is the epitome of the “Never let a good crisis go to waste” mentality. They will do anything to undermine and disparage this President. Everything is all politics all the time. They don’t care if people suffer or the economy tanks as long as they find a way to keep Trump from getting re-elected. The Machiavellian swamp is deep, wide and unrelenting.

You point number 2 is prime example of why the CDC should be given any funds on an as needed and used basis. The massive dumps of funds given them for SARS, Ebola and other past health issues were supposed to fund expansion and update of State and Local level labs to allow “local” and rapid turn testing at state and large municipality levels. The money was NEVER sent, which allows politicization of health issues on a continuous basis.

    • Some virus particles are relatively unstable and mutate quickly. Influenza is very prone to do that, which is why “flu shots” are not particularly effective. A test for a virus is not 100% certain and a re-test might reveal infection when an earlier test did not. These are simply the nature of the biology.

      • roccoboy1 says:

Fair enough Mike Robinson, but if you read the article the patient did not meet the criteria and the CDC did not approve of a test for quite a few days. They did finally order a test to be done. If as you suggest, the test came back initially negative, one would assume that this was the expected result as the patient had no known risk factors. What would prompt them to do a re- test then? Moreover, one would guess that the article might have indicated that initial tests were negative in a scenario such as you suggest.

WanderingStar, I would have no way of knowing this. I doubt if she went “rogue” that it would be publicized. I am speculating, but she certainly seems high up enough in the chain that she could make decisions like scheduling a tele-conference. Her title is “Director of the Center for the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD)”. Moreover, if she did go rogue, I would venture to guess that the higher ups might not have even minded. Interestingly, Dr. Anne Shuchat, is the Deputy Director of the CDC and appears to be part of Trump’s task force and her bio indicates extensive involvement in the response to SARS and H1N1. She was up on the stage with Trump at the news conference. I did not watch so am not sure, but from reports it doesn’t seem like she was painting the same doomsday scenario that had the media frothing at the mouth following the tele-conference with Dr. Messonnier.

On NBC’s morning show today they are pushing doomsday prep, saying everyone should go out and get a two week supply of food, medicine, and bottled water, and they quoted the “when not if” statement to support it.. Bottled water! Now, where in the world has a municipality shut down its water works because of this virus? NO ONE yesterday said anything about stocking up on anything, in fact just the opposite. This is irresponsible fear mongering,

But then, all the news shows are like that. Every time the weather forecast is for rain or snow, all we get are hair-on-fire alerts as if the end of the world was here. TV’s version of cllick bait I suppose, and a new virus is even better than sloppy weather.

Everytime it rains, they break in (and the DVR records it) to programming, to tell you about the ‘bad’ weather. It’s just amazing to me to see the fear mongering over water.

Would you believe, I shower daily and it doesn’t kill me? I’ve swam in the ocean many times, lived right through it. Hell one time I scuba dived in a lake, came out of that water healthy as hell.

That would explain some delay and some need to be out in front of a worst case result.

However, failure to inform White House, failure to coordinate, timing release to embarrass and undermine President, are only explainable via government employees in rebellion to their elected leaders.

Jim in Tn That’s certainly plausible and a very valid point. But one might argue that, going by the other case that was sampled on a Sunday with results available on Monday, then the first positive would have been on Monday. A re- test would have provided the second positive by Tuesday. Of course, that’s just a guess and perhaps the results were only legitimately available on Wednesday. But the things that strike me and lead the cynic in me to consider more underhanded motives at work, are a) how much of a coincidence it is that the person involved is Rosenstein’s sister (what are the chances!) b) how utterly bizarre it seems that she would just go off in a teleconference with such a dire outlook and doomsday type of preparedness suggestions without coordinating with other experts/NIH and the White House and c) Why the rush to organize a tele-conference? All of a sudden she felt she had to warn the entire country of what was to come – it didn’t seem there was anything significant that had occurred to prompt this. She had to know the media would just eat up what she said with breathless hysteria and more than likely, in my view, she had to know what she said would tank the markets. My systems engineer brain added those article to the testing issues being experienced for the COVID-9 virus and it makes me wonder if Red China Inc. has been forthright with the actual genetic and chemical composition of the virus. Yes, the virus may have been created here in the US at MIT but its final, current form was spawned in the Wuhan Weapons Lab of China Inc.

This is going to be a struggle to bring under control from a vaccine and test kit point of view, in the short term. Stopping new (future) outbreaks caused by China Inc. and spread will made harder thanks to Congress (both parties) resisting all attempts to control our borders, sanctuary cities and improve security other major points of entry.

    • I’m pretty certain that “the Wuhan Weapons Lab” is Fake News.

Corona viruses usually give your chickens a stuffy beak and that’s usually about the extent of it. But, like all viruses, they can mutate and randomly gain the ability to infect other species – like humans. Any viral infection can be lethal. Airborne viruses like this one (which usually causes URI = upper respiratory infections) can spread most easily.

“The flu” makes its rounds every winter when people are shut up indoors, and usually that means selling “flu shots.” But you can still get the flu, if the flu that you encounter is different – or, has become different – from the strain that the vaccine was made for. And there was once a flu strain that infected nearly 30% of the world’s population. Then it disappeared. (But today there are cemeteries which are forever closed to future burials.)

        • Jim in TN says:

Just a thought. Where would you put facilities to study and cope with diseases? Bioweapons belong in the boonies. But it makes sense to put your health facilities where they are needed.

Though there are drawbacks for doing so too. Imagine keeping all your fire extinguishers in the room most likely to catch fire, but then not be able to get to them because the fire is in the doorway. Putting all your experts so close does risk having one of those diseases decimate your experts needed to fight the disease.

Still, I don’t expect to find the world’s malaria experts based north of the Arctic Circle.

So there may be other reasons than the ones we come up with. In our country, government money usually follows the experts, builds facilities, and then keeps going to the facilities, drawing in more experts. Then it becomes a political football, getting passed to whomever can muster enough political support. Other logics pale in comparison to whatever illogic controls the money.

But I do not rule out that the facility could have been the source. The last things humans want to do is follow rules that complicate their lives. Especially rules that don’t seem necessary. Rules for containment and reporting of incidents are the worst.

Even worse, rules that deprive you of the ‘perks’ that come from the job. Are you going to incinerate all the test animals? When an alternative disposal is to sell them and you keep the money? Of course you will burn anything with the plague, or Ebola, etc, but you ‘know’ these animals only had a cold virus or a flu virus, and you ‘know’ it doesn’t make humans sick.

There are lots of ways it could have come from that government lab. Even if it wasn’t some secret Communist Conspiracy. But none of the above works too.

      • wildsailor2018 says:

The key step is pigs. The pigs can be infected by the bird virus’ and then it mutates and humans can then get it. It is the source of the flu as it starts at this time of year in Asia where the people live with the livestock for heat. The ducks, chickens, and who knows what else infect the pigs and then the people get it. It spreads out across the world from there. It sounds like the mechanism for the well known ‘Corona Virus’ strains that infect chickens and cows follows the same path to humans.

        Those pesky pigs….

      • But they do produce “flu shot” vaccines and sometimes you still get the flu … a different flu than the one they made the vaccine for. In order to find a treatment or a vaccine for this particular viral strain, they’re going to know how it’s different from #’s 15, 16, 17, and 18, and whether they’re now looking only at #19 or if there’s also 20, 21, and 22 out there and we don’t know it yet. And so on: some viruses mutate very quicky; others not so much. (Obviously, #19 is a mutation that happened to acquire the ability to become human-infectious.)

Yes, once the plans are finalized and a reasonable product has been determined, mass production can be done. But I daresay there are a lot of questions that still remain unanswered. The science is real but it’s still science, and in this field that means uncertainty. If we could just snap our fingers, of course we would.

      • Gentlepeople, please also bear in mind that a very serious respiratory infection can be caused by a number of different causes, and that no “test for a virus” is certain. The test is actually looking for specific characteristics of the genome, which it must encounter in sufficient concentration to trigger the test. Also, the nature of the test is that it has a high amount of uncertainty: both false-positive and false-negative. That is simply the present state of the technology. You could have a bacterial infection, or a viral infection from any one of many different known viruses that are known to be in circulation at this time.

A “virus test” is often really meant to predict whether this-or-that anti-viral drug might be effective against it.

Now she can sell the idea that she will win because electronic voting machines around the nation … machines whose results cannot be audited because there is no paper … will give the victory to her no matter how the people actually vote. Once she convinces enough rich people of that, she can begin taking orders again, preparing for: eight years in the White House, followed by eight years of “X” Bush, followed by eight years of Chelsea Clinton, followed by eight years of “Y” Bush, and so on. Yes, everything in America will then be back to “normal,” according to their way of thinking.

And, if indeed they can “stuff” those ballot boxes, then they most certainly will … and she will ‘win.’ The Deep State will now possess the power to pre-determine not only the Presidency, but the House and the Senate as well, choosing in advance who will ‘win.’ And it will not matter that you “know” that the system has been rigged, because there is no audit trail. There is no paper. You simply have to believe the numbers in that database.

Extremely important right now: Humidity is a major protectant from COVID-19. Both by reducing infection and reducing severity of symptoms.

I am a researcher who just wrote a paper on the subject. Please help me get the word out. This is not hype. Read all the papers on the subject.

If there is a pandemic in America, it could be Trump’s Waterloo.

    Daniel Hess

    See below:

Defending Against COVID-19 Through Indoor Humidification
    Daniel A. Hess
    Virology Researcher, Rockville, MD
    February 26, 2020

There is ample research showing that viral outbreaks similar to COVID-19 are strongly correlated with humidity levels. Cold and flu generally peak during the winter months in temperate zones, when indoor humidity is low. Notably, influenza and cold viruses tend to survive far longer in the air when the ambient humidity is low than when the ambient humidity is high. Further, there is strong evidence that the severity of respiratory infection is similarly humidity dependent, as lower humidity leads to more severe flu illness and greater likelihood of death. Influenza and COVID-19 are very similar in that death typically results from pneumonia that leads to acute respiratory failure.
Thus, indoor humidification, particularly to 50% relative humidity or higher, is seen as a strong partial defense against COVID-19, by two different mechanisms. First, by reducing the amount of time that virus particles remain infectious in the air, humidification is expected to substantially reduce R0, the reproductive number that represents outbreak contagiousness. Second, by reducing severity of respiratory infection, mortality rates from COVID-19, currently estimated at 2.3%, may be substantially reduced.
Indoor humidification is readily available almost everywhere and can be achieved by common humidifiers and even by boiling water in impoverished areas where humidifiers are not available. Available research strongly suggests that humidification in homes, hospitals, schools and other public areas will dramatically reduce both COVID-19 transmission and COVID-19 mortality among those who become infected. Even in areas where medical infrastructure becomes overwhelmed during pandemic conditions, indoor humidification will remain widely available as a defense against COVID-19 infection and severity.
Evidence so far is strong that COVID-19 exhibits climate and seasonal characteristics similar to influenzas and the common cold. By mimicking the environmental conditions of the summer months through indoor humidification, it is believed that COVID-19 incidence and severity will be sharply reduced.
Indoor humidification, especially to 50% relative humidity or higher, is likely to emerge as a robust tool that will be widely adopted as a defense against COVID-19.

    III. Applicability to COVID-19

The emergence of COVID-19 during winter in temperate zones strongly suggests that COVID-19 is similar to flu and cold viruses in its correlation with ambient humidity levels.
COVID-19 outbreaks to date have overwhelmingly been in temperate zones where indoor humidity in winter is low. To date, major outbreaks have occurred in China, Korea, Japan, Italy and Iran. Each of these outbreaks occurred in a temperate country in the midst of winter, where indoor humidity would be expected to be quite low. There are few cases and no known major outbreaks of COVID-19 in tropical and subtropical regions. Notably South America, Africa, and the Indian subcontinent have few reported cases and (as far as the author is aware) no known cases of local transmission, suggesting that the warm and humid conditions in those regions hinders COVID-19.
Singapore, notably, had what appeared to be the beginning of a major outbreak of COVID-19 around February 14, 2020. Instead the incidence of new COVID-19 infection in Singapore has since diminished dramatically and there have been no COVID-19 fatalities in that country. Most patients in Singapore who tested positive for COVID-19 have already recovered, as of this writing. This favorable outcome strongly suggests to the author that the warm and humid climate of Singapore has been protective against COVID-19 transmission and severity.
The environmental conditions of Singapore could be substantially replicated through indoor humidification, especially to 50% relative humidity or higher, and in this way major reductions in COVID-19 transmission and severity can be achieved in other countries.

    IV. Preparing for Seasonal Re-Emergence
As noted, evidence available so far strongly suggests that COVID-19 contagiousness and severity are strongly dependent on ambient humidity levels, and thus COVID-19 occurrence is expected to diminish during the summer months.
However, re-emergence of COVID-19 during the winter of 2020-2021 is likely as indoor humidity levels in the Northern Hemisphere again drop. The author hopes that a COVID-19 vaccine will be available and in wide distribution by that time. This may require a reduction in the regulatory hurdles that slow the development of vaccines in the United States and elsewhere.

RECOMMENDATION (and Ground Report): It was brought to my attention a couple of days ago to check out the event calendar on Trump’s official site, not only for rally dates but also supporter get-togethers. There was one last night in my area in Virginia at a local bar/restaurant. A couple of dozen people showed up and it was a BLAST! I highly recommend it.

What stood out to me too was how diverse the gathering was… men, women, white, black, Latino, young, old… it was not only fun, but we exchanged information on how to get more involved at the local level to get the President and more Republicans elected.

    1) Uranium One – No Crimes, No Indictments

    17) Ukraine Money Laundering – No Crimes, No Indictments
    18) Epstein – No Crimes, No indictments

Seriously, look at this list and virtually NOTHING from our Government!

I’m not sure it is even statistically possible but here it is.

I think as more and more Americans see lists like these coupled with the lists of their people who got a pass and our people who get indicted, they clearly see the bias and injustice.

The American people see and now know, so what’s it going to be, truth and equal justice or just more of the same?

    • Bogeyfree says:

When looking at AG Barr’s own words as he was talking about “the resistance” during his Federalist Society speech, it appears to me that Mr. Barr describes a coup without calling it that.

“What it means is that, instead of viewing themselves as the “loyal opposition,” as opposing parties have done in this country for over 200 years, they essentially SEE THEMSELVES AS ENGAGED IN A WAR TO CRIPPLE, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY, A DULY ELECTED GOVERNMENT.”

      (Upper case annotation mine)

Doesn’t this statement almost by definition mean SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY under 18 U.S. Code § 2384???

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”

So isn’t the real question for AG Barr………

Does the law apply equally to people who worked prior and currently in the DOJ and FBI or are they exempt because as we all have seen, NO ONE within the DOJ and FBI has been indicted to date.

Job loss is not Justice. 18 U.S. Code § 2384 DOES NOT say…….

It does not apply to the FBI or DOJ!

That losing your job is enough!

The entire world now sees this for what it truly has been. A coup to take down sitting President of the United States.

You and Mr. Wray are sworn to uphold the law and it is time for accountability, truth and justice for ALL including people who worked and currently work in your DOJ and FBI.

      • Bogeyfree says:

        Dear President Trump,

It obvious that AG Barr finds his job impossible to do so it’s time to get him and Mr. Wray some help.

So take a page out Obama’s playbook and provide Mr. Barr and Mr. Wray with help via WH Presidential Appointee Czars.

Clearly the media won’t have a problem with this concept as they embraced it in mass when Obama appointed 45 Czars as President.

        I’m asking you appoint 2

First, make Sidney Powell America’s Justice Czar, whereby no Senate confirmation is required. In her role as special liaison between the WH and DOJ, she sits in on all meetings AG Barr holds with Durham and his US Attorneys.

Also, provide her with full declassification authority with zero redactions so she can read and review all documents related to Russia Collusion, the Dossier, FISA Abuse, FBI Contractor Abuse, Uranium One, the Hammer Program, HRC unsecured server, the DNC email hack/Assange and impeachment fraud.

We can hold off for now on adding Ukraine corruption and alleged money laundering of US taxpayer monies until Biden drops out of the Presidential race so there is no issue alleged about going after a political opponent.

Her authority is to read, review and brief you directly. (Because this is a huge job you may want to expand the team to include Joe Digenova and Victoria Toesing to help read and review these documents)

Sidney reports back on what she sees as the progress and where the lack of progress is occurring. For example:

        1. Has your DOJ deposed the two U1 WB yet?
        2. Has your DOJ deposed Assange yet?
        3. What happened to the Wiener Laptop and the evidence on it?
        4. What happened to all 33k HRC emails that the NSA has?
        5. What happened to Mifsud’s phone and the information on it?
        6. What happened to the 47 Hammer Hard Drives that Montgomery turned into the FBI in 2015?
        7. Was all the evidence gathered by the FBI on the Seth Rich murder turned over to Judicial Watch and Ty Clevenger’s FOIA request?
        8. What happened to the Rudy’s Ukraine evidence he turned over to Pompeo?
        9. What happened to the Lindsey request to Pompeo on turning over all Biden communications with Ukraine back in 2016?
        10. Did they ever trace the serial numbers on the PapaD money he was given?
        11. How long have they known Mifsud and Halper were ALWAYS western agents?
        12. Why hasn’t a joint investigation between the DOJ and Ukrainian Government not begun considering we have a treaty with them to jointly investigate corruption?

As you can see Mr. President, there are many things that could use an extra set of eyes on to ensure you are getting the full and complete story.

Think of this as America’s MAGA insurance policy.

Because there is a mountain of material to review you could consider making Rudy a PA and Special Liaison between the WH and FBI as America’s Law Enforcement Czar, where he sits closely with Wray and his subordinates at all meetings.

AG Barr and Wray should welcome the help since it appears the job is “impossible” and already to big for them since nothing has been delivered or exposed in a year.

In the end AG Barr and Wray may chose to quit and if they do so be it.

You follow the agency hierarchy policy of next person up so there is no issue with Senate confirmation or crying from the left, as you are by the book!

But Sidney and Rudy stay in place.

        The benefits are:
        1. You get a second set of eyes and opinion on things.
        2. You and the American people get peace of mind as they TRUST Sidney and Rudy and with them on the job truth and justice can’t be far behind.
        3. The investigations continue and the odds of evidence getting lost, misplaced or overlooked is reduced greatly IMO.
        4. It gives Sidney and Rudy a running start into 2021 and your second term.
        5. It gets the Ukraine investigation moving sooner than later.

Now the last part of the plan is use your rallies as a huge sounding board asking the American people to not only give you back the House but you need 8 new Republican Senatorial wins in Nov.

Because if the American people can give you that you can ensure them that come Nov, Sidney Powell will be their new AG, Rudy could be their new FBI Director and Gen. Flynn could be their new NSC or CIA Director.

Your supporters will go wild if they know they can get you, Sidney, Rudy and Flynn all together come Nov.

And the Senate won’t be able to block these people with a 60 Senate Super Majority.

The last step of this plan is on us, the American people. We want to send a message to all RINOS who work non stop behind the scenes to undermine your MAGA agenda and that is we sacrifice McConnell in the Nov election.

It’s too late to put up another MAGA candidate so it is time to jettison the man who would never allow a recessed Senate and let’s be honest you and the American people don’t need his shenanigans for 4 more years.

It is time We the People stand tall, help ensure you don’t have any road blocks in your second term. We want to help clear the decks so you can finally DRAIN THE SWAMP and put anyone who violated the law via these multiple coup attempts in jail for a long time.

I hope you will consider this plan as IMO it is pure Trump Genius!

Thank you for all you have endured and done for this country.

“If it bleeds it leads.” This wonderful news idiom still holds true on 2/27/20. Sensationalism is used to keep eyes on the MSM and the news actors gleefully oblige. Coronavirus is simply their latest tool in an attempt to bludgeon our Great President Trump and his Deplorable Army.

The good news, nobody’s buying it. And on the other hand, their 1st Amendment duty and in service of the American people (I know, silly me) …to inform has been irreparably destroyed. The concerning point “if” there is a true emergency and public needs to be informed, who will believe them.

Perhaps the President should call a press conference and before they can start with their dumber by the day questions, recite the fable of; “The Boy who Cried Wolf.” Read it real slow and calming so maybe, just maybe they get it this time. I know, I’m being silly again.

“Hear this, you foolish and senseless people, who have eyes but do not see, who have ears but do not hear.” Jeremiah 5:21

“There are none so blind as those who will not see. The most deluded people are those who choose to ignore what they already know.” John Heywood 1546

“You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.” A. Lincoln

Or put in a more modern common vernacular: “Good Lord, they’re as dumb as a stump.”

Though we should all be cautious, it’s just common sense to take reasonable precautions as we all grow older. We surely have learned that anything from the MSM must be viewed with a jaundiced eye, as they are part of the coup/cabal/swamp and they lie, cheat and steal.

KAG! …by hanging tough, be cool and be prepared.

Just this month, Trump publicly pressured the Department of Justice to lighten their recommended prison sentence for his longtime friend and advisor Roger Stone, who was convicted for obstructing a federal investigation and witness intimidation.
This is nothing short of an urgent threat to our democracy, xxxxxxx, and it is up to us to correct course by electing Democrats from coast to coast, at every level. The DNC is the sole party organization responsible for getting that done, which is why I’m asking:

The real, human-caused, and completely preventable pandemic continues, thanks to RINOS on the loose!

“…The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would ban abortion past the fifth month of pregnancy, was rejected (by the Senate) 53-44, while the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which would require babies who survive abortion to be provided with medical care, was rejected, 56-41.

In his statement Tuesday, Archbishop Naumann noted that “most Americans strongly support” these two “critical human rights reforms.”…

“It is appalling that even one senator, let alone more than 40, voted to continue the brutal dismemberment of nearly full-grown infants, and voted against protecting babies who survive abortion,” Naumann said.

The mania in this country to kill children unborn, or just born, continues apace. Perhaps we should put them under the Endangered Species Act, and then maybe people will become as upset as they become about cheetahs and snail darters!

RINOS and DEMS continue to feed Moloch! How can we hope that God will bless our country when infanticide has gleefully run rampant for nearly half a century ?

In Thomas Mann’s wonderful novel The Magic Mountain there is a scene symbolic of the rot of civilization, where the hero has a dream of a seemingly marvelous city, clean and prosperous filled with beautiful people, except that in the heart of this culture there is a temple, where witches dismember, sacrifice, and devour babies. Can anything better describe the rotten, soulless agenda of the DEMS and the RINOS?

People on this site need to watch this video. I LOVE POTUS but is not a good idea to downplay this virus. It MAY dwindle but it is MUCH MORE LIKELY that it will get WORSE. Covid19 is not the end of the world, but it is very likely going to cause a serious pandemic involving the entire world.

Beyond that, there are several indications that covid19 is a bio-weapon. It’s high transmissiblity, its molecular structure, and it’s high fatality rate (much higher than flu) are all signs of a human engineered bio-weapon. Moreover, it is capable of human-to-human transmission for WEEKS without symptoms, another possible sign of a bio-weapon.

No doubt our enemies will use covid19 to harm POTUS and MAGA. But know your enemy! We must be strong on facts and face a clear and present Bayesian reality that includes many possibilities for the months ahead, not just one or two.

Alex Jones named his business “Info Wars” for a reason, and he was completely correct all those years ago. This is an information war, and it always has been. Whoever controls the info controls the world.
