National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien: “White House Was Never Provided any Intelligence Briefing on Russia Election Effort”…

Former Acting DNI Joseph Maguire did not brief the White House prior to taking Shelby Pierson, the person in charge of evaluating intelligence regarding election security, to lead the presentation to the house intel committee (HPSCI).   That’s the key takeaway from a taped preview of National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien on Face The Nation.

.

With NSA O’Brien confirming what many suspected it begs the question why would Shelby Pierson and Joseph Maguire intentionally blindside the White House? The briefing was obviously spun by HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff and democrats on the committee; and there was no intelligence presented to support the claims made by Democrats and media.

Sending shockwaves through the intelligence community, now Acting DNI Grenell has asked the intelligence community, including Shelby Pierson to produce the underlying intelligence within her briefing. It is reported that Pierson and the alliance of intelligence around her are going bananas. Sounds like Ms. Pierson might not last long.

[WASHINGTON] – […] Mr. Grenell has also requested the intelligence behind the classified briefing last week before the House Intelligence Committee where officials told lawmakers that Russia was interfering in November’s presidential election and that President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia favored President Trump’s re-election.

[…] Joseph Maguire, the former acting director of national intelligence, and his deputy, Andrew P. Hallman, resigned on Friday. Mr. Grenell told Mr. Hallman, popular in the office’s Liberty Crossing headquarters, that his service was no longer needed, according to two officials. Mr. Hallman, who has worked in the office or at the C.I.A. for three decades, expressed confidence in his colleagues in a statement but also referred to the “uncertainties that come with change.”

[…] As acting director of national intelligence, Mr. Grenell has access to any secrets he may want to review. And he has requested access to information from the C.I.A. and other intelligence agencies, according to two people familiar with the matter. (more)

There’s also a common sense aspect here that many overlook.  The CIA, FBI, ODNI and Intelligence Community (IC) writ large participated in the effort to eliminate candidate Trump and President Trump.   As such all of the mid-level personnel within those agencies are at risk of exposure for their participation.

The top officials, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey have all left their respective agencies, but they didn’t work alone.  Underneath those offices were intelligence officials who facilitated the objectives. Many of those career officials are likely still in place.

I believe that Hitchen’s Razor applies here: Hitchens’s razor is an epistemological razor expressed by writer Christopher Hitchens. It says that the burden of proof regarding the truthfulness of a claim lies with the one who makes the claim; if this burden is not met, then the claim is unfounded, and its opponents need not argue further in order to dismiss it. Hitchens has phrased the razor in writing as “What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.

Grinnell is going to be having a lot of fun running canary traps and barium meals to the rest of the traitorous resistance. With Pierson and Atkinson still in place one only has to submit hearsay to get a whistleblower complaint underway. The resistance has created an environment that increases the illumination of the resistance daily. Grinnell will be collecting intelligence on the Intelligence Community.

What did Obama, Brennan, Rice, Powers, Rhodes, Kerry, Lynch, Yates, Clapper, Comey, and Jarrett know and when did they know it? Brennan is the key and he is still transmitting instructions to the resistance that is salted through the bureaucracy. Trump, Grinnell and Pompeo are going to pull out the Joker who brings down the whole house of cards soon. Time is not on the side of the resistance.

This is the best info available, yet many reading will not be able to digest it. For the sake of our nation, I hope there is someone in the MSM who can convey these facts to the general public in a way that they can compute.

We Treepers have the privilege of this knowledge, but it needs to get out there in a way that anyone can understand.

Allen Dulles became the first civilian CIA Director 1952, Prez Ike. Kennedy fired Dulles and his entourage, including Deputy Director for Plans Richard M. Bissell Jr. and Deputy Director Charles Cabell 11 mos into his Presidency, November 1961.

“The week of Kennedy’s assassination, Allen Dulles is not at home watching television like the rest of America. He’s at a remote CIA facility, two years after being pushed out of the agency by Kennedy, called The Farm, in northern Virginia, that he used when he was director of the CIA as a kind of an alternate command post. Well, he’s there while Kennedy is killed, after Kennedy is killed, when Jack Ruby then kills Lee Harvey Oswald. That whole fateful week, he’s hunkered down in a CIA command post.” David Talbot, “The Devil’s Chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA, and the Rise of America’s Secret Government”.

      • Brennan didn’t quit when he retired either. After he failed to protect Khobar Towers from the Iranians, he retired and opened his Analytics firm. A “overzealous employee” broke into the State Dept.s computers to acess Obama’s (and McCain’s and Hillary’s) birth certificates 3 times. At first, the Obama campaign blamed Bush, but then it was swept under the rug.

Exactly one month after the JFK assassination, Truman, the founder of the CIA, wrote his anti-CIA op-ed, which WaPo ran once and then tried to forget. He called for the agency to be stripped of operational capacity and do analysis only. The clear implication was that the CIA was involved in the assassination, although Truman never stated it aloud.

Certainly Oswald was a one in a billion guy, defecting to Russia and then returning at the height of the Cold War.

JFK Facts: “Truman said he knew the first two directors of the CIA [Souers and Vandenberg] and called them “men of the highest character, patriotism and integrity.” He added he could only assume the same about “all those who continue in charge.”
But he had stiff words for the agency’s leaders. He said the CIA’s “operational duties” should “be terminated.”
In short, JFK’s assassination prompted Truman to call for the CIA’s abolition. …Four months later, former [Eisenhower] CIA director Allen Dulles paid Truman a visit. Dulles tried to get Truman to retract what he had written in the Post.
“No dice, said Truman,” according to McGovern/Marcus.
But four days later, in a formal memo for Lawrence Houston, the CIA’s general counsel, Dulles fabricated a retraction. He claimed that Truman told him the Washington Post article was “all wrong,” and that Truman “seemed quite astounded at it.” [Truman had praised Dulles in his 1963 WaPo column.]
Truman denied it. In a June 10, 1964, letter to Look magazine, Truman restated his critique of covert action, emphasizing that he never intended the CIA to get involved in “strange activities.”

The best museum I ever visited was the Texas Book Depository, Oswald’s perch. I was there early 90’s, pre-digital, so I’m sure it is even better now. But what wouldn’t have changed is how very close you can get to the sectioned off/glassed off area where Oswald’s window is, but you can get right next to the next window and look out to the full panorama of Oswald’s view, the distance to JFK’s car. They keep the Live Oak trees between the window and the road the same height as 1963.
The Gipper Lives posts above Oswald was “one in a billion”. Yup.

I worked in the medical field before and after MDS regs. Before that, I had staff and time to conduct so much care… back rubs, foot soaks, time with patients… after and now, half of the nursing force is pulled to offices to handle all the regulatory paperwork, and the staff care on the floor is regulated to just allow the minimal staff necessary to provide minimal care per the state regulations. The government bureaucrats didn’t care about patient care, they saw medicine with a verticle profit line and wanted in on it. Government regulators and over-seers were generated and profited instead of patients getting better care. That is why the government bureaucrats all want to take over health care. I pray they never get away with it.

With respect, I think much of the congratulatory back slapping and high fives as to these Deep Statists being actually held to account (beyond losing their jobs perhaps), is not only premature but very probably yet another forlorn hope.

Getting from Grenell’s “housecleaning” to actual convictions in a DC federal district court is a very long way to travel and such an outcome at the end of such a process is anything but assured with a DC jury.

Notwithstanding this difficulty, however, IMHO anything less (job loss, security clearance revocation etc.) is yet a continuation of the epic failures thus far to actually and appropriately hold the members of this cabal criminally responsible with significant prison sentences—-in stark contrast for example to the slap on the wrist given to Wolfe.

While I hope Durham will rectify at least some of this two tier injustice system, I am not especially sanguine over the prospects for such a result. It seems the “good guys” (if there actually are any) seem unable to understand the scope and power of the Deep State to effectively protect itself from being properly (e.g., commensurate with the actual crimes and the damage done to the nation since 2016) held to account and sent to prison.

It sort of seems like it’s her job. We know that Macguire was leaving as his time was up. So I’m just wondering if Schiff invites Pierson to the IC chambers to do her regular presentation and then turns it into another Schiff show. There are some conservatives saying Trump isn’t upset with Macguire.

So I’m wondering if Schiff just set these people up and the media is spinning the tyrannical Trump-Loyalist story again.

Schiff has never invented any story. He is being spoon fed only what the deep state wants him to know. He is the definition of a “useful idiot”. In my view, of course.

Adam Schiff invented his own version of the transcript of PDJT’s phone call with Zelensky and read it into the record. He lied during the Senate trial. He is said to write screenplays as a hobby (since he couldn’t make it doing the same thing professionally). He is more of a loose cannon with a purpose who makes things up as he goes along rather than a compliant useful idiot who transmit stories created by others.

Schiff is being coached to a great extent by the Lawfare group. Their lawyers became his committee counsels, they are believed to have even helped Eric Ciaramella with his “whistleblower complaint”. Nadler also employed Lawfare lawyers for his committee. They were neckdeep into the Blasey-Ford challenge to Kavanaugh’s confirmation for the SCOTUS. Founded by journalist (not lawyer) Ben Wittes, BFF of James Comey, and now home to many who fled the FBI.

Maybe it is time to post AG Barr’s own words from just 90 days ago at the infamous Federalist Society Speech.

“Immediately after President Trump won election, opponents inaugurated what they called “The Resistance,” and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the Executive Branch and his Administration.

What it means is that, instead of viewing themselves as the “loyal opposition,” as opposing parties have done in this country for over 200 years, they essentially see themselves as engaged in a war to cripple, by any means necessary, a duly elected government.”

Doesn’t this statement almost by definition mean SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY under 18 U.S. Code § 2384???

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”

    So I ask the question,

Who sees this and says this without at some point upholding justice as the highest Attorney in the land?

You can bet somewhere and somehow someone is trying to invent something that closely resembles “real intelligence” ! I know it is BS and they should be able to prove it very easily, either they have it or they don’t. Imagine they will get some sketchy person from another country to say they heard this from someone who once lived in a house 2 doors down from Putan. They only way they come up with proof is if they create it after the fact.
They really think we’re all that stupid that we’re going to buy whatever they say. This after what has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt about this so called “I C ” crowd. You would have to be a blind political hack to believe this crap. Or just be a paid MSNBC or CNN hack

What Russian attack on the 2016 presidential election? What intelligence regarding election security?

Election Security Boss: Threats To 2020 Are Now Broader, More Diverse
    January 22, 2020
    Heard on Morning Edition
    PHILIP EWING

Shelby Pierson, the intelligence community’s election threats executive, told NPR in an exclusive interview that more nations may attempt more types of interference in the United States given the extensive lessons that have since been drawn about the Russian attack on the 2016 presidential election.

“This isn’t a Russia-only problem,” she told Noel King on Morning Edition. “We’re still also concerned about China, Iran, non-state actors, ‘hacktivists.’ And frankly … even Americans might be looking to undermine confidence in the elections.”

So why doesn’t PT declassify whatever document(s) we’re used for this so called briefing to Congress and also consider declassifying specific IC communications if there is evidence of nefarious activity over the past 30-60 days including any communications by some in Congress?

It’s time to pull the current back Mr. President.

My bet: Pierson and a number of “resistance fighters” in the CIA and other agencies — but not Maguire — were targeted and outed by this op. Maguire likely played along, feigning alignment with them, in order to facilitate.

Thinking logically, Maguire, a retired 3 star ADM and former commander of Naval Special Warfare Command (SEALs), was appointed BY POTUS less than 7 months ago. The extent of the DS coup effort was quite apparent before then. Unless and until proven otherwise, I’m betting Maguire is a patriot and was brought in to help identify the traitors in the IC.

Now this HPSCI briefing happens on Maguire’s way out the door, leaving Grenell and Patel a target-rich environment to clean up.

And likely a leak trap for Schiffhead also.

That scenario makes sense (to me) in light of POTUS’s recent tweets on this matter.

The cabal just wants the headline of Trump firing our top election security analyst. Her not briefing the white house ahead of time is just part of the plan. Maguire is obviously inow in on it also. Sad. All designed and executed to continue the muh russia story ahead of Durham… cause it’s all they got. And now poor Bernie is getting targeted and Potus wasn’t even informed of that. What appears to be happening is that the deep state is making elections the 4th branch of government… independent of any oversight that doesn’t push the desired narrative.

This guy is just brilliant. He exposes it all, with a single tweet.

Just like 2016, when this alleged foreign plot wasn’t exposed to the Republican presidential candidate.

Because in both cases, Trump is a target, and they’ve proven it again.

What is it with O’Brien and Brennan?

Brennan was O’Brien’s first interview Oct 2019.
Brennan had an hour long interview in O’Brien’s office Nov 2019.
O’Brien has been on Face The Nation, sometimes exclusively, the past few weeks. Only Chris Wallace has also had an interview, afaik.

11 Feb 2020 O’Brien sat with Brennan in a SRO Q&A at the Atlantic Council. Brennan accused Pres Trump of political discrimination over the Vindman twins for over 10 full minutes. Brennan even battered POTUS for no R2P in Syria. No O’Brien answer would suffice.

Now, Brennan has not seemed to give Brennan any “scoops” so far, but here Brennan is again with a “scoop” this time.

This is hinckey. We all know CBS is Ben Rhodes and brother David, i. e. Obama.
Cannot put my finger on it. But something is def hinckey.

When O’Brien said that this Russian scenario started from a briefing in the House Intelligence Committee, I thought, “O no, here we go again.” This came from the same place that the Ukraine phone call whistle blower claim came from. Adam Schiff manufactures another “scandal” that he can extend into another impeachment inquiry. He thought he’d give it some credence first by having a briefing on it.

On the other hand, he could be trying to vindicate himself by showing that there is actually Russian interference going on. He has taken flack for saying for three years that there was concrete evidence of pro-Trump Russian interference and, now with this, he can say, I told you so.”
