    (Previous posts: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/02/20/february-20th-2020-presidential-politics-trump-administration-day-1127/comment-page-2/#comment-7870587)

Wednesday night update – 2/19/20 – (See link above. May need to page down to posts.)

    – Drone photo at Project 2.

    – BorderReport article/video: Hot ticket: Private border wall bolsters demand for South Texas riverboat tour

    – BorderReport article: Homeland Security waives contracting laws for border wall
    – This could be good news for Fisher’s wall projects, possibly bypassing the swamp’s stalling tactics in the Army Corps of Engineers.
    – Rep. Thompson’s letter to DoD IG’s office is what initiated the audit of the $400M contract USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel Co.; So if he is against the waiver authority(as mentioned in the article, then it is probably good news for Fisher.

    – – – – –
    Thursday night update – 2/20/20

    – Reposted drone photo and promo video of a completed Project 2 in Texas.

    – – – – –
***Praise: 🧱 (Project 1: May/June 2019)… WBTW/Fisher Industries was able to build a half mile wall up the side of a mountain in 11 days (with zero safety incidents), cutting off 19 major drug cartel trails, and closing off one of the worst areas along the border… (Began building over Memorial Day weekend in Sunland Park, NM., just across the Rio Grande from El Paso, TX.)
***Praise: 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to WeBuildTheWall while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.
***Praise: 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.
(Fisher receives $268M of this $400M project)(Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020.) (2 days of posts here & here.)

***Praise: (12/4/19)… Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House.
***Praise: While the Temporary Restraining Order(s) were in place, Fisher Industries and crews were still able to keep working on some aspects of Project 2 from the Dec. 5th hearing to Dec 12th (after which they were off for the holidays).
***Praise: (Jan 3)… Judge Crane lifted/removed section 8b from the TRO so that Fisher was able to continue to shave, grade, or cut the riverbank.
***Praise: (Jan 9)… Judge Crane lifted/removed the TROs from both the Federal government’s lawsuit (on behalf of the IBWC) and the North American Butterfly Association’s lawsuit (on behalf of Marianna Trevino-Wright’s National Butterfly Center) against Fisher Sand and Gravel Co.
***Praise: 🧱 (Feb 17)… Project 2 is complete. (Not sure if they finished the planting/seeding of the last stretch of the river bank yet though; also, there probably is some cleanup left.)

***Praise: Fisher has taken the lead on Project 2, covering most of the money for the wall($22M bank loan; total cost is ~$42M). (Haven’t heard any more about other investors with the exception of WBTW as a minor investor. Fisher plans to sell Project 2 back to the government for $14M per mile, or $16.5 million with 10 years of complete upkeep included.)
***Praise: 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE’s procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.
***Praise:🇺🇸 (12/22/19)… Brian Kolfage was awarded Patriot of the Year award by Turning Point USA at their Student Action Summit.
***Praise: (Reported on 1/22-23/20)… WBTW gained a major construction equipment company as a corporate sponsor & are looking for more. (See prayer below for specifics.)
***Praise: (Jan 22)… Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill, HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona, moved out of the Federal Relations committee with 4-3 vote in favor.
(Feb 6)… The bill passed house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name:
    – for safety and good weather for the work crews as they work on Project 3 & 4; that they would be able to continue uninterrupted until completion.
    – for WBTW/Fisher Industries regarding the ongoing lawsuits; that the lawsuits would be dismissed.
(Feb 5)… Judge Randy Crane granted a 60-day extension to all parties. The three sides will reconvene on April 8.
    – that WBTW would be able to find corporate sponsors for Project 3. (They already have a major construction equipment manufacturer and are looking for a solar LED security lighting manufacturer or supplier next who wants to be involved.)

    – that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned.

    – that Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill,HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona would get passed.
(Jan 22)… Bill passed out of Federal Relations committee with 4-3 vote in favor.
(Jan 30)… The bill failed on the house floor as one Republican sided with the Democrats.
(Feb 6)… The bill passed AZ house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

    – for the bi-national summit with the Mexican IBWC and American politicians that WBTW will be hosting; for open lines of communication/understanding; and that WBTW/Fisher Industries would learn what they need to know to facilitate the sign off and approval of their projects by the Mexican IBWC.

    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction for the work crews, security personnel, legal team, CBP, DHS, Army and all involved in Project’s 2, 3, 4, and other projects; and for WBTW/Fisher Industries as they work with private landowners to secure more property to build on
    – that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)

    – that Project 2’s wall will prove that WBTW/Fisher Industries can rapidly complete large sections of wall, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that this wall would prove that the design is sound and they are able to safely and effectively build it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley (Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain)
    – that the federal government would provide funding for WBTW/Fisher Industries to build 250+ miles of wall on Private Property in Texas

    – that the Government would purchase all of WBTW/Fisher Industries projects so the funds can be rolled into future projects and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.
(This, in addition to ongoing fundraising from public/investors, will allow WBTW/Fisher Industries to continue to self fund projects, build their reputation/resume, while they continue to pursue other avenues which could lead to government contracts down the road.)

-COURT DOCUMENTS: Roger Stone Russian Set-Up Agent Was An FBI Informant Under Mueller

“Mr. Stone not only immediately and forcefully declined to participate in anything this FBI informant was proposing, but never saw or spoke to the informant again.

“Mr. Stone believes it highly likely that Mr. Vostretsov/Greenberg’s status as an FBI informant was not “former”, and that Vostretsov/Greenberg was, in fact, actively working on behalf of the FBI at the time of their meeting, acting upon a calculated effort to entrap Mr. Stone and, further, to infiltrate and compromise the Trump effort.

“Notably, Vostretsov was admitted to the country nine separate times on an FBI Informant’s visa,” Smith writes on Stone’s behalf.

What is an FBI informants visa? I can think of so many ways that stamping the equivalent of FBI Narc on a passport would cut short such endeavors.

I suppose there are mechanisms for the FBI to request normal visas from State. Even that mechanism would pose a discovery risk.

POTUS did not say: “The decision not to prosecute Andy McCabe is utterly inexplicable.”

Judge Nap did. So Barr’s job is no longer impossible. Trump is allowing Barr to do his job. (Which is to protect DOJ and those criminals who engaged in a soft coup of our president.)

Barr should be ashamed of himself. He is a disgrace to the DOJ and to patriots who have way more courage than he has.

I understand he has done some positive things, (hold your powder dry Treepers), but the Dems roll out impeachment and Barr does NOTHING). Making Durham a criminal probe means nothing without indictments. Where are they? Late Spring? Barr is STALLING for time. Anyone here expect the perpetrators, McCabe, Comey, Brennon, Clapper, Page and Strock to go to jail?

All I can say is that I ain’t holding my breath!

Sundance didn’t cover it today but I wanted to be sure that everyone was aware that Grenell has tapped Kash Patel to serve as senior adviser at the ODNI.

    https://www.politico.com/news/2020/02/20/kash-patel-odni-post-116546

Patel was a senior staffer for Devin Nunes and helped craft the Nunes memo about FISA abuse. Remember that classified information is compartmentalized in each branch (Sundance has covered this extensively). Patel would therefore be one of the very few people who would have information of the Coup plot from both the Legislative and Executive branches. The DNI is in a position to roll up all information from the Executive branch – much of it was mired up and blocked from release by various bad-faith actors (Coats, Rosenstein, etc).

I believe the appointment of Grenell and Patel’s assignment is proof that Trump is moving into an attack phase against the Coup. I believe that Trump’s attack strategy will be at least 2-fold:

    1) Give Barr (Durham) the necessary tools to achieve prosecutions of any crimes committed via the larger coup conspiracy
    2) After the prosecution phase, undergo a maximum sunlight phase to declassify as much info as possible and let the non-prosecutable crimes be punished in the public sphere.

    Interesting times ahead…

      chojun,
I appreciate your posting this, I agree it bodes well for moving to declass, formerly known as “Release the Kraken!”

However, my ‘take’would be different than yours, I think PDJT is either using declass to put pressure on Barr, or has detirmined that Barr isn’t going to do the right thing, and,so he is bypassing Barr.

Either way, this appointment of Grinnell and Patel is great news, and again thanks for posting it.

We’ll see what happens, but I think the declass will happen, before November, and not come from Barr.

Looks like a great plan to me – I LOVE it when a plan comes together! Whatever the roadblocks, POTUS finds a legitimate way around it, as it were, ‘by the book’. 64d chess indeed.

        Dutch,

        I agree.
The President had already given Barr all the tools and support to do his job. I.E. The power to De-Classify, the time, etc

But Barr did nothing. Not one arrest.
Then for Barr to have the temerity to claim the Presidents “Tweets” were keeping him from doing his job was the end.
        In my opinion, childish….

Barr could have defended the President in various ways, especially during Impeachment by calling out the “Bogus” charges “invented” against him.

No…..Barr needs to go or be by passed. He, and others made the same mistake most of the Trump haters made during the election.

        “Hubris”…….They thought she would win……
And for 3 years they thought the Special Council and Impeachment would take our President out.

So they (Barr) did nothing……but he won…..won again…..

Now it’s pay back time. It’s our President’s turn.

        He’s coming……and hell is coming with him…..

I think Barr’s involvement is probably limited to the DOJ. That’s his “lane”. I believe Durham is looking at the DOJ and CIA but I don’t see Barr/Durham going outside of that. We know, however, that the coup goes outside of those lanes (for example, the former White House was involved). Trump will eventually declas to provide maximum sunlight and embarrassment.

Yep – although I didn’t mention them because it appears that Wray is foolishly taking the “disciplinary” route. I predict we might see 1 or 2 prosecutions from the Durham investigation but nothing substantial beyond that on the FBI side. It’s just a broken institution that will hopefully recover with better leadership since I think it’s true that we can trust the FBI rank-n-file.

Would that it ONLY went to ‘former WH officials’; reality is, as Sundance has recently pointed out, it (the coup attempt) goes to ALL 3 BRANCHES if our Government; Legislative (Both R’s and D’s) Executive (with both ‘political employees AND “Career” buerocrats) AND Judicial, with a series of Unconstitutional “National Temporary Restraining orders” issued by Judges to block implementing PDJT initiatives, each of which was eventually overturned.

And yes, PDJT will continue to Expose, Discredit and by Discredit, take away the power of his enemies, and acrue more credibility, and therefore power, to himself.

I do believe he has now, having set his worldwide “trade reset” in motion, rebuilt the military and the Judiciary, etc. detirmined it is now time to address this matter directly.

He has shown inhuman patience, gotten all of his ducks in a row, and now we are approaching the time to release the kracken.

The Ric Grenell and subsequent Kash Patel appointments are the best news I’ve heard for a while. No one will ever be able to say that POTUS Trump refused to give the entrenched DSers lots of time and endless opportunities to clean up their act – before firing the entire Borg. Time’s up. These new gentlemen will clean house. Let’s pray for successful prosecutions, on the heels of those firings.

Now WE, in November, must elect so many Republicans – not “cons” – into both Chambers that Mitch will have no choice other than TO CONFIRM PDJT’s NOMS in the Senate. I’m less worried about Kevin in the House because he’s showing himself to be a substantial improvement over both previous GOPe Speakers: treacherous Ryan and Mary Jane Boehner.

Let us hope that Mitch has seen the national handwriting on the wall and that he has utilized these last three years to clean out his own compromising entanglements. We must legally, electorally, and finally, force him into the position where he has no choice but to perform his Constitutional duty as Senate Majority Leader, to confirm President Trump’s nominees, or lose the Senate Majority Leader position to a far more worthy, true Republican US Senator. Since they’re ramping up again and the info is fresh so too is their trail. Two birds with one stone 😉

Trump: making it no fun for Obama people to work for the federal government. One of Obama’s lasting legacy projects was to systematically politicize every department of the executive branch and install his own worshipers broad and deep in the federal government. The Senate continues to make it impossible for the administration to clean house in a timely manner.

Colorado Springs and Pueblo, the city to the south, are key to President Trump winning the state. Pueblo is a union/blue collar/Latino city with a big steel mill as its largest employer. The region voted for Hillary last time, but I think he can turn it this time. Kind of like Duluth, Minnesota. If he takes Duluth this time, he can take Minnesota.

A little anecdotal good news. Near the Port of Oakland a new Class A 460,000 square foot warehouse – Seaport Logistics Complex – is under construction. It’s 27 acres in size. The total “logistics campus’ is about 270 acres.

Oakland is a city which struggles, public services lacking, roads in disrepair, but has the busiest port in Northern California.

I know its not the size of the Westinghouse complex in Buffalo (massive), but it seems like large complex to me.

Great President Trump rally this evening. Tried to watch on RSBN but they again crashed and burned before President Trump got to speak. Fox 10 Phoenix doesn’t start coverage until the main speakers, such as VP Pence. They are not usfull for seeing the state people, which to me, is valuable info as to what is going on in the state.

The earlier speeches from the state people were good. One of the CO Congressman had one line in his speech which was a hoot. He said: “If you find somebody that feels the Bern, tell them we have antibiotics for that now!” LOL President Trump always gives professional level standup routines and some of these other pols are taking notes.

President Trump appeared to be in a good mood and was just rapping with the massive crowd and making jokes right and left. When he was talking about repealing the estate tax, he said what he usually does that if you don’t like your children, don’t leave them anything and then he said if your children don’t treat you nice, don’t leave them anything. And then he said, “Hear that, Donny?” It was funny.

I watched most of the rally since Jan of 2016. These latest rallies, the crowds are larger and more enthusiastic. As always, the majority of the attendees are first timers. That only happens when a President is wildly popular. President Trump has been on the job for a bit over three years and his following is larger, stronger and more loyal than in 2016, IMHO.

I like how most of the Rs that President Trump brings up to speak are copying President Trump’s style and attitude. He is truly teaching them how to WIN! WIN! WIN!!!!!!!!!

I also believe that President Trump has started the invasion of Fortress Deep State and he is in it for total victory. JMHO.

    Fl_GUY,
Strange about RSBN, I have tried to watch on their channel over a dozen rallies through the years, and you are correct they crash and burn often. They freeze, video quality suffers, audio is choppy, etc. I hope they can fix this problem, but to me after 3 years of covering rallies its still the same issue.

Can’t they get their own satellite as a gift from DOD? I mean, its ridiculous and sad because their pre-rally coverage is the best in the country! People do not realize this, but RSBN is live on youtube many many hours before any particular rally. Truly insightful and informative. The energy of their reporters is truly remarkable.

With RSBN everything is great until POTUS starts talking then the video starts to snag, freeze and I switch out to something else. A pity because I love RSBN.

One more thing, they are the only network that actually moves the cameras to show the entire crowd. After three years how come no one at the WH has mentioned that to POTUS?

I feel that President Trump does this to protect them. If he highlighted their good work, they would be attacked worse than they already are. In the early days, they actually had their equipment and cables vandalized and youtube constantly messes with them because they are small and have no pull. If President Trump officially acknowledged them, the rabid lefties and commies at youtube would shut them down; youtube already did that once.

Right now, we live in a country that the left tries to shut down free speech. When President Trump gets another term, I believe that will change. But for now, RSBN has to fly under the radar. I watch them until they go down because they give info that no one else does. All of them cover the main speeches although I have to ignore the propaganda scroll at the bottom of Fox 10 Phoenix.

President Trump also applies this same strategy with his people, such as what has been going on with AG Barr. He cannot align with anyone because they immediately will be attacked and crucified. And we must remember, very few men…like only ONE, himself…can stand up to the vicious assaults being carried out on an everyday basis with respect to any and everyone in Trump’s camp. Therefore, when he [intentionally] gets crossed up with folks, they immediately become fake news media darling sweethearts. President Trump is a MASTER manipulator, and he knows this good and well. He’s not a step ahead, he’s ten steps ahead, just like road runner and wile coyote..so therefore why wouldn’t he manipulate the fake news media in this way to keep the pressure off his people?

Absolutely right this country is all about redemption and second chances, which is exactly what the President has been given since coming from the days of playboy lifestyle, etc. And he’s met the challenge with flying colors. I truly believe that wherever his faith was when he decided to run for president, our Lord has been orchestrating a masterful evolution in President Trump as a man and as a human being. He’s not the same person. Take for example his position on Pro Life. Formerly he was Pro Choice, but now he’s genuinely all in with Pro Life! We can never sleep on the redemptive powers of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. With only the faith of a mustard seed, He can move mountains. If God can set in motion the events that led to President Trump’s miraculous election, it’s simply small potatoes to consider that he may be doing some major work on President Trump’s soul these last 4 years. We couldn’t ask for a more sympathetic, loving human being. He loves people, ALL PEOPLE, and even more importantly, he loves this nation, under God, with liberty and justice for ALL!

Every person who sits out the 2020 election because they believe that President Trump is a shoe-in or maybe they are too busy, or maybe they don’t like the person that President Trump is asking you to vote for is not only letting President Trump down, the Country down but also….well, I personally don’t want to be counted as one who did not serve my Lord in Heaven.

I’m a longtime Gorsuch skeptic, but this would certainly be an unprecedented betrayal.

No need to hope because hope is not a strategy.

Instead, you just have to remember that the Rumor Of The Day is created to gaslight Trump supporters. Remember the rumor at the beginning of the week? Bill Barr did not submit his resignation.

Always keep in mind that every YSM (Yellow Stream Media) source and every YSM jurinalist (Swedish pronunciation) will push any half-truth, lie of omission, and outright fabrication they can to smear President Trump and attempt to get his supporters to abandon him.

The YSM’s job is to produce FUD (Fear Uncertainty Doubt) to demoralize the opposition. Since the YSM is America’s greatest threat, the opposition is us, all Americans.

A good strategy is to inoculate yourself against the YSM gaslighting. Since when has the YSM ever been right?
