If I were Trump (I’m not, so I won’t question his judgement) I’d fire hundreds, perhaps thousands of them publicly in the most shameful, insulting way possible. If it crashes the Stock market so be it. We’re told these people are working for the American people, that’s insulting as hell, they’re not working for anybody but Satan.

True, but wouldn’t it be better for AG Barr to give a preser OR at least put out a statement as to why there is no charge. Couldn’t he address the concerns of many law abiding Americans (doesn’t matter if they are Trump supporters or NOT) that HIS DOJ metes out justice as though someone had a foot on the scale?

        • treehouseron says:

That’s the rub. He can’t. If he gives a press conference, he’s basically trying McCabe without a chance of a jury trial, he can’t give a press conference and lay out their evidence against McCabe, and explain why it’s not sufficient.

Now, of course that’s exactly what Comey did against Hillary, but that’s because Comey is a moron.

Bill Barr is just a coverup artist, like all the employees of the Justice Department and associated criminal organizations within our government. so he gets to hide, like a coward, behind that ‘rule’ and just release a paper saying nothing to see here folks.

From bottom to top, nothing but cowards. As un American as it gets. They like their posh jobs and “justice” is a joke to them. Absolutely shameful, this is type of stuff people burn in hell for. I’d hate to have to explain to my Lord why I did what Barr & his cohorts are doing.

We’re better with no AG then one who turns his eye to democrat injustice while employed by the government but prosecutes private US citizens for process crimes. That’s not America, that’s a banana republic, fire Bill Barr’s ass, he’s useless and a coward.

        • Somebody says:

Well let’s think about this for a minute. If Trump fires 90% of DOJ then there would be enough votes in the senate to remove him. Even if there wasn’t it would put 2020 in jeopardy, not with us here but with moderates and swing voters.

So McCabe supposedly got off on the IG referral, maybe he did and maybe he didn’t. Mueller reached back to 2005 to charge Manafort, anything is possible if there is a will. What are the statute of limitations? Until those are up McCabe didn’t get away with anything.

Does DOJ need to be cleaned out? Absolutely, but can it wait a few months? I think it can.

I was friends for years with an old school politician, worked for him from time to time. He was very tactical, always 3-5 steps ahead of everybody, saw around corners. When things would get intense and it seemed like we were losing, he always remained calm. He’d tell us “Steady as you go”. With the election so close we need to be steady as we go.

I’m no big Roger Stone apologist or defender, but he’s just an example. A citizen? Sure, if you’re on the wrong side of the aisle, or on the outs, or a nobody, they prosecute the shit out of them (remember Reality Winner?)…. but if you’re a big dog, you can do whatever you want.
Hell the Investigator can say you broke the law, and refer you for prosecution, but when it comes down to brass tacks nothing’s going to happen because you’re protected.

Bill Barr and the deep state he currently heads have done more damage to this country than OBAMA. Period. there’s not even an argument.

I’m retiring the US Flag, and will never wave it again after President Trump retires. This country doesn’t stand for a damn thing anymore, except injustice to those who aren’t in with the in crowd, I would be ashamed to fly that flag with anybody but President Trump in office.

    • It’s not Barr’s mistake, it is ours. He’s part of the swamp.

He worked for the CIA and the Senate approved him as AG. They would not appoint Ratcliffe. Pretty clear cut.

Barr served his main purpose: He got Mueller investigation off of President Trump.

Now we need a landslide win on Nov 3 for President Trump and Republican in House and Senate.

And then appoint someone like Judge Jeanine for AG. Then things will change.

In hindsight, I’m not sure that ending the Mueller investigation is even a credit to Barr. The DS needed a graceful way to disengage from the Mueller failure, and Barr coming in making vaguely partisan statements (spying comments etc.), and then shutting down the investigation gave them that disengagement they needed so that they could go on to the next thing. Ukraine.

In addition to the intel, Steele was compensated $15,000 by the FBI for attending the three-hour meeting.

The FBI had every reason to expect Steele to share information with Glenn Simpson, whose client was the Clinton campaign. Steele claims to have been “candid” with Gaeta about who was writing the checks for his Trump-Russia research. Steele took notes of the July 5 meeting he had with the “handling agent.” According to the Horowitz report, those notes state that Steele told Gaeta “Democratic Party associates” were funding his Fusion GPS work, that the “ultimate client” was the Clinton campaign, and that “the candidate,” as the IG report puts it, “was aware of Steele’s reporting.”

I am sad to say, at this point, I am done. This was the final straw that broke the back for me. Our country is lost and even our greatest president in our history cannot save this dying nation. Time and time and time again, deep state criminals go free or the political elite has law enforcement look the other way while the peons of the country are held to a much higher standard. We have seen this go on for decades. Matter of fact, this is one of the reasons I was driven to vote for DJT. I held out hope that for once in our sad and sorry history, that we would have a level playing field for everyone and just those that are well connected.

I had always imagined that if our country ever stooped to this level that a second civil war would be needed to cleanse our country of the vile and corrupt politicians and their ignorant base to save our great country. At this. juncture, I don’t think there is any act other than God himself smiting down this country and rebuilding it from the ground up that can save our Republic.

And to be honest. If there was a call to arms, there is no way in blue hell I am willing to shed my own blood any damn longer. For what? So we can repeat this same corrupt crap in another decade or shortly after? The only way accomplish is to stomp out evil and if God hasn’t stomped out at this point, I don’t have much faith that it ever will be.

I am done hoping we can save our Republic. I hope POTUS burns the whole f’n thing down so we can start fresh and new. I am ashamed more than ever to be an American which is hard to believe considering how low I felt under the Kenyan in the White House.

There are no scales of justice. It’s all bullshit we are fed since birth to brainwash our asses to believe we are all treated fairly. Anyone with a brain can see through this crap. I have faith in God and God alone. The rest can just kiss my ass and I’ll sit here and watch it all burn without a care in the world. I am done trying to do my part to save it while a corrupt government does everything it can to destroy it.

I am not wallowing or whining. I no longer give a f*ck about this country and its corruption. And why don’t I keep my opinions to myself? Because I have the right to express whatever the f*ck I want. I am not depressed. I am no longer angry because I NO LONGER CARE. Care and hope is for suckers that still hold out hope. Obviously you enjoy watching the deep state and the politically connected continually get away with ACTUAL CRIMES while others have their entire lives destroyed and forced into bankruptcy. So, please, Booger, take your psychoanalysis and shove it straight up your ass. Then after, pull your head out of the sand. Moron.

How is that vote by the House then the Senate stifling the actions a President needs to make in order to protect this nation from an enemy that declared war on us when Carter was still President NOT an open invitation for Iran to initiate a major attack against our forces in Iraq or anywhere else for that matter?

Am sure that our VSG-PDJT will veto that measure, but then, if Iran attacks and our President orders the military to act – will that set the stage for a new round of impeachment?

Has anyone seen anything come from a Horowitz referral? I sure as hell haven’t. Horowitz is an Obama holdover, and he needs to be sent packing. I think there are better things to charge McCabe with, and they’ll stick.

Not on these matters. At least Horowitz made these referrals. There were a lot of crimes Horowitz let slide. But these were referred. And the DOJ and the swamp were discomforted. Despite a little indigestion, they bravely rose to the occasion and stood up to protect their co-conspirators.

If I were Horowitz, I would be worried about my back right about now. If the guy who altered documents gets off scot-free, Horowitz should take early retirement. It will save them from having to frame him.

  37. Alert: If you are a Verizon Wireless customer and you are “suddenly” being hit with “over data limit” charges that you know are not justified …

… then you should know that you are not alone. Shortly after signing a promotional deal with Disney, it is clear that Verizon purposely began over-stating the amount of data its customers were said to have used, in order to attempt to drive them to “unlimited data” plans which c-o-i-n-c-i-d-e-n-t-a-l-l-y also included Disney.

Your phone has internal counters which show the actual amount of data you have used and which applications used it. Compare these numbers to your monthly bill – I hope you had the foresight to be getting these on paper.

If you find this to be the case, as I have, immediately place an (on-line, of course …) complaint with both the US Federal Trade Commission and the appropriate regulatory commission in your State.

    “You are not alone.”

    • P.S. In my particular case, I am seeing over-statements of 200% to 350% depending on the month, and a clear and consistent pattern of over-statement beginning approximately November 2019. (The deal with Disney was signed in October.)

This is consumer fraud and you will need to have evidence.

Cooney likewise half-assed the prosecution of Dem Senator Menendez, who ended up acquitted.

And couldn’t get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich:
    https://www.rawstory.com/2019/09/lawyers-say-it-is-clear-grand-jury-has-not-indicted-andrew-mccabe/

Grand jury was of course full of DC partisan Democrats who claim to not follow the news at all.

And who is Cooney’s Deputy Chief? Why, it’s none other than Jonathan Kravis, one of Mueller’s 13 angry Democrats.

Also involved in the case? Of course, Jessie Liu.

And who is Molly Gaston? Lol, a Democrat staffer, of course:

Sorry, I am usually optimistic. The letting go of one of the central conspirators in the coup has changed my mind completely. I now expect the outspoken Representatives (Jordan, Nunes, etc.) to all end up with some charge against them as well. Charged and removed from office for J-walking.

      • “Actually, probably not.” In this Department, Barr is the CEO. He has many thousands of people who indirectly report to him concerning a plethora of cases which are simultaneously active. He has to delegate. He can’t reasonably dumpster-dive into the particulars of any one case.

He delegated to someone who is accountable to him who is outside of Washington, DC and appears to have spent the majority of career in flyover country. Hooray for flyover country!

AG Barr delegated to a DOJ US. Attorney appointed by POTUS, Jeffrey Jensen, U tied States Attorney Of the Eastern District of Missouri. See my comments and links down thread.
