Army Announces They Will Not Investigate Lt. Col Alexander Vindman…

President Trump mentioned the likelihood the military would take a look at the conduct of Lt. Col Alexander Vindman in the wake of his leaking classified information to construct a fraudulent whistle-blower complaint with CIA ally Eric Ciaramella.

Today Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy said Vindman will not be investigated for his role in breaching national security protocol, fabricating claims and breaking chain of command.

WASHINGTON DC – The Army will not investigate Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the former National Security Council staffer who testified in the president’s impeachment investigation, the service’s top civilian said Friday.

Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy made the announcement at an event just days after President Donald Trump said he imagined the military would “take a look at” whether Vindman should face disciplinary action for the “horrible things” he told House investigators about the president’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last July. (link)

When we consider that Lt. Col. Vindman was carrying out what he believed to be his role; and when you overlay his military purpose; and when we accept Vindman was assisting CIA agent Eric Ciaramella in constructing his dossier to remove President Trump; and when we stand back and look at the aggregate interests involved; and when we consider there was ZERO push-back from the ranks of military leadership, specifically the Joint Chiefs of Staff; and when you accept Vindman was simply allowed to return to his post inside the White House – where he remains today; well, the alarming aspect increases in direct proportion to the definition of the word: “coup”.

Beyond the debate about the optics of the “coup“, within the testimony of Lt. Col Vindman, the NSC witness readily admits to understanding the officially established policy of the President of The United States (an agreement between President Trump and President Zelenskyy), and stunningly admits that two weeks later he was giving countermanding instructions to his Ukrainian counterpart to ignore President Trump’s policies.

The coup against President Donald Trump went from soft, to hard. Consider…

The testimony from Lt. Col. Vindman is available here. [SCRIBD pdf below]

Borrowing from Roscoe B Davis, here are some highlights:

Representative John Ratcliffe begins deconstructing Lt. Col Vindman, while his arrogant attorneys begin trying to interfere with the questioning.

This next section is very interesting, and very important.

Congressman John Ratcliffe begins questioning Vindman from the perspective of an Article 92 violation {READ IT}, coupled with an Article 88 violation {READ IT}. President Trump, is Lt. Col Vindman’s superior. President Trump sets the foreign policy.

Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. [Article 88, UCMJ]

Two weeks after President Trump has established an agreement with Ukraine President Zelenskyy, and established the policy direction therein, Lt. Col. Vindman is now giving contrary instructions to the Ukranian government. Vindman’s lawyer recognizes where the questioning is going and goes absolutely bananas:

We’ve survived depressing days before…no doubt more are on the way. Michael Moore said electing Trump would be the biggest FU and would feel good for about a day. Well…it still feels great and come November 3rd, when it’s an even bigger FU cause of all this crap…it’ll be our turn to shove their faces in 💩.

McCarthy is HSBC (China) and Lockheed-Martin alum. So is Comey. They comprise effete, elite membership in the emerging nation,: The United States of Washington D.C.

They and their cohorts would enjoy near total control by now were it not for interference by those damn Americans, who don’t know their place, do not listen to their betters, and who dare to elect inferiors to public office. Inferiors like Donald Trump, Devin Nunez, Jim Jordan, John Radcliffe, and others like them.

The great majestic intellects like James Comey, Ryan McCarthy and the Vindmans, our predetermined moral superiors, carry a great burden upon them building the new one-world nation, The United World of Washington D.C.

This malignant new species of post modern government effetes know no bounds, and who, as feared by the founders of our yet enduring American nation, will eventually kill the American host nation with the pathologies of their ambition and insatiable vanity.

They are not the cure. They are the disease.

They haven’t even learned the first rule of parasitology: only a dysfunctional, incompetent parasite kills its host.

Yes, a thousand times yes. They have been so for decades.

Don’t believe me? Think about this: the federal bureaucracy pays the majority of their workers to either do no work or busy work or unnecessary work. The money they pay them comes from hardworking Americans who make less, work a hell of a lot more, can’t retire at 55 with a cushy taxpayer provided pension, and who often can’t afford the healthcare etc. their taxes supply to the federal employees.

And that’s just one example – probably the least appalling if we really want to look honestly at how bad the corruption is.

When government gets too big, talent and virtuosity are in short supply; they fail to scale proportionately with bureaucratic sprawl. The bigger the government gets, the scarcer talent and virtuosity become leaving the what wiser men have called “a tyranny of the scribes.”

The more insane the organizations become, the more same employees find ways to leave. As the insanity and duplicity increase, the stupiosity grows, exponentially. The growing psychopathy selects for sociopaths in positions of authority who in turn select for psychopaths in positions of executive authority. Fund it all with Trillions in USD for a decade or two and you have created the Washington D.C. of today and the sycophant University/Education complex that feeds gluttonously upon the culture of sloth and duplicity that dominates the arrogance that typifies the most illustrious of the ignoratti.

Retired officers live quite high on the hog. Big pensions, benefits, high-paying contractor gigs. Around me they all drive very expensive cars, take very expensive, vacations, and live in very large houses.

Retired generals and admirals have extremely large pensions and get nice gigs sitting on company boards – pulling in big checks for doing nothing. They also get very high paid ‘jobs’ with defense contractors where there only job is to use their connections to get government contracts.

Meanwhile enlisted do all the work (At least in operational ratings / MOS’s) and get $25,000 a year pensions. It’s the nature of the beast.

Not all “officers” I assure you. Many flag rank officers do leverage their stars to get big bucks but mere mortal officers (like me 😀) live off a modest retirement (less than 6 figures a year) supplemented by social security and possibly some VA disability—all totaling less than $80k per year. And that is after 33 years’ service, including 2 wars and 3PHs.

Yep. It was a warning shot across the President’s bow.

My patriot friend in the House told me the chatter on the Hill prior to the arguments at the trial was that the President was at “significant” risk of being removed.

However, when the House Managers proved their ineptitude and the President’s defense team shredded them and the bogus Articles, the RINOS being whipped by Murkowski, Collins, and Romney backed away from them.

That the entire impeachment foundation was known by all to be unconstitutional, yet it was allowed, unchallenged, to happen, sends a clear message to the President that he is on a short leash.

  16. I read what John Kelly had to say about Vindman and, if I ignored all we KNOW about the COUP, I could agree with the possible validity of SOME of his points.

    BUT

One thing Kelly totally ignored was Vindman‘s “Back Channel” instructions to Ukrainian officials. He basically told them to IGNORE the President’s inquiries and requests. THAT was something Kelly CAN’T support, so he just acts like he doesn’t KNOW about it.

THAT is how I know Kelly is just another back-stabbing #Resister who deserves the contempt of the American people.

And THIS announcement from the Pentagon confirms what I have already said: The Joint Chiefs of Staff are PART AND PARCEL of the COUP attempt.

Our government only governs through the will of the people, provided however, the government abides by the rules the people put in place to restrain the government (ie the Constitution) witch also serves to protect the people empowering the government.

Once the government refuses to follow the constitution, it loses its legitimacy and the right to govern the people who had empowered it.

It is clear the corrupted branches of government no longer abide by the restrictions put upon it by refusing to apply the laws equally to itself and it’s operatives as it applies the laws to the people, and therefore cannot be fixed.

The America we thought we grew up in is already dead, most haven’t realized this yet.

With today’s news, many more are now aware of this fact, and more will follow.

Once enough people figure this out, that the government no longer governs with the consent of the people, that’s when things get dangerous with widespread violent lawlessness.

    Stay safe fellow patriots!

President Trump seems to have struck a deal, keeping them flush with cash to keep them on the sidelines of the coup efforts. They fight him at nearly every turn of policy. But Vindman aside, the military seems to have kept their claws retracted. One swamp at a time.

Just look at Kelly and McMaster. How many more of them pollute the ranks of the military?

Ever wonder why Seth Rich’s family desperately tried to stop all investigations?

That would be great, but don’t count on anything like that until after the election. Personally, I think if he wins he should, during his victory speech, pardon them then. But to do so beforehand would be too damaging to his reelection. He has to wait until he’s past the election.

    • This is retribution for cleaning house at National Security.
In the article, SD states Vindman still has his position. Did I miss something?
I view it as tit for tat plus an impeachment trap. We deplorables were getting too big for our britches (after the house cleaning) so they tried to spring a big time outrage trap. Screw ‘em and plow forward leaving the soulless coup plotters exposed for who they are.
The mountains of evidence regarding the century long corruption of our govt will not be forgotten. People are learning how bad FDR was and the majority of POTUS since then. When Bernie gets screwed again this time, virtually everyone will unite against the uniparty.

Welcome to “Peach 45, the second sequel, all choreographed, planned and now being rolled out, by the same cast of characters, and notice, just as in the original movie, the AG is ‘in’ on it, and plays a crucial role.

Announcement of rediculous sentence reccomendation for Stone, for lieing to Congress.

Barr publicly states “PDJT’s tweets make it impossible for me to do my job”

McConnell sticks his head out of his shell, to publically support Barr.

DOJ (Barr) announces NO indictment for McCabe, despite his lieing to FBI.

Military announces no punishment of Vindman.

    And such announcements will continue.
The GOAL is to ‘trigger’ PDJT into actions that they can construe as “Obstruction of Justice” (sound familiar?).

Specifically, FIRING Barr, and taking over directly the operation of DOJ, which PDJT is legally within his, authority to do, and is Constitutionally OBLIGATED to do.

    Its Peach 45, 3.0.

And Barr and McConnell are IN ON IT!
They can NOT allow PDJT to run for reelection, as it will destroy the narrative that we are a 50/50 nation.

Any means necesary. Buckle up, stay CALM, keep your powder dry, and one eye on your 6.

We already know they are willing to risk civil war, willing to risk exposure of themselves of their true nature, in short risk EVERYTHING, in order to drive PDJT from office, and DESTROY all of us.

    We must not let them.

It may be, but in that case, the GOP will be toast. None of us will show to vote for anyone other than Trump. If he is gone, Dems can have the House, Senate and everything because I will not show up to vote for Pence or anyone else. I will stay home.

I will vote for Trump only and in that case I want him to have the House and Senate, so I will vote straight ticket Republican.

Well, you can stay home, and “give” the House and Senate to dems, etc as you say.
In that scenario, i.e. if Trump is gone, I won’t stay home, but I won’t vote for Pence or anyone else.

I will burn the House, and the Senate building to the ground, but only after dragging every congressman, regardless of party, and every staffer, out to the nearest lamp post, to dance the hemp fandango, or the Sisal two step.

Maybe not the janitorial or maintenance staff, but they will probably be HELPING us.

You couldn’t get a 1000 people to get out and protest much less “to burn the house down”

The only ones showing up to riot are *paid* anarchists on the left.

But I do hope you succeed. I really do.

I have studied, somewhat the nature of truly spontaneous,…revolutions.

In a nutshell, the people take it, and take it, and take it. What Sundance describes well as “Cold Anger”.

Some, voices in the wilderness, cry out for Justice, and overthrow of the regime, but as you say they have no mass.

Then, the people reach collectively a tipping point. You can’t see it coming, and often the, actual event that,is the, flash point is not as bad, or no worse than previous acts by the regime.
But this point, what my dad called the “there is SOME sh*t, up with which I will NOT PUT!” moment, or if you prefer the “I’m MAD as Hell, and I’m NOT going to TAKE it, ANYMORE!” moment.

In HK, it was proposing a law. In the,Velvet revolution, it was the attacking of a radio station.
In ME, a video of police killing a 14 y.o. boy that was selling fruit out of a fruit stand, without a licence.

You never know whats going to trigger it. I suggest you read up on the Velvet, or “singing” revolution.

Its a heartwarming, beautiful story. It was “the beginning of the end” for the USSR.

Yup, that was the opening move, then comes the aligning of pieces.
Nunes said EXACTLY the same thing PDJT tweeted, that set this up.
Comparing the sentence reccomendation of Stone, to the actual sentence of Wolfe. So, Nunes is doing a LOT of talking, even his own podcast.

Barr is exposing himself. More pieces to align, some pawns to be sacrificed, ….important to remember we are at the BEGINNING of this one, and things that may, initially seem like bad for us, may turn out GOOD. (Fog of War).

I am not worried about this. Don’t you understand that Vindman and McCabe are not leaders. They are just followers who work for other people, who are there to protect their real masters. i mean…look at them. Do either struck you as men of merit and will who rose through the ranks because they are the best? Of course not. They are figureheads and placeholders, even when they are on the NSC or heading the FBI.

The DOJ knows that the jury pool and the federal judges are compromised. Charges of obstruction or violation of the UCoMJ is not going to go anywhere.

Guys like Vindman and McCabe are not prosecuted. They are Epsteined. And there is plenty of time for that.

As I continue to assert, after the “Cultural Revolution” purge of the military senior ranks by Barack Hussein Obama the Deep State was further entrenched such that I would be very leery of anyone with 3 or 4 stars today. This most recent example is no great surprise to me as there has been no push back against the disastrous and dangerous social re-engineering of Barack Hussein Obama even after 3 years under Trump. And this silence is deafening given the recognized damage these changes has already done, not merely to morale, unit cohesion, discipline and recruiting/retention but even more important, to the ability of our military to accomplish its myriad missions quickly and with the least casualties. This is the sine qua non of a military force—not the touchy feely things shown in recruiting commercials—-but rather defeating our enemies through close combat, fire support and maneuver.

Consider, however, that there are many weak-kneed citizens who are happy with the economy but unhappy that “every day there’s conflict with this man.”

My fear is that they’ll see Bloomberg as Trump’s “economic match” (because they’re stupid–“they’re both rich guys”) and say to themselves, “Bloomberg doesn’t cause all this chaos.”

The campaign hasn’t begun yet. If Bloomberg is the last midget standing, the campaign ads against him will introduce mini mike to the electorate in all his gun-grabbing, Big Gulp and salt bans, and “throw them against the wall!” glory.

And unlike Trump, he doesn’t have a lovely family to stand with him on the stage. He is divorced with a long-term lib girlfriend, and two daughters, one of which has a child without benefit of marriage. Apparently in the Bloomberg clan, marriage is for the peons.

Crooked judges everywhere. Tainted juries. Uncooperative/hostile military brass. Rabid congressional enemies. Traitorous MSM and pop culture big mouths.

Even if charges are brought to key plotters, the odds are that little punishment will result. And they become bigger heroes with higher media profiles.

Against this backdrop, is it realistic to think Barr charges into the swamp on his white horse to confront the criminals? And earn a lifetime of hate and revenge?

At most I expect a Horowitz type soft rebuking.

Nothing so far indicates Barr is going to pursue this to the degree it requires. And Durham may focus on some low hanging fruit and stop there.

It boils down to fear and self preservation. They aren’t heroes, idealists or patriots. They are executive bureaucrats who have spent their lives climbing the ladder to higher status. Not likely they want to stand on principles, law or the constitution when they recognize how uncomfortable it will be for them the rest of their lives.

They have reached the pinnacle of their upward career mobility and don’t seem willing to get deep into an existential war that may shake the foundations of their comfort zone.

Possibly there may be a quiet resolve to pursue this to it’s conclusion, but that would surprise me.

It really is starting to look like absolutely nobody involved in the seditious conspiracy will be held accountable in any way. I mean, absolutely nobody is being charged with any crimes. I mean, you couldn’t convict a democrat of murder while anyone close to the Trump campaign gets thrown in jail for spitting on the sidewalk. Unbelievable. After three years, nothing. Well, like an infamous person said, who I keep quoting, “at this point, what difference does it make?” And all the conspirators laugh all the way to the bank, all day, everyday.
