Robert’s imprudent interpretation of the exchange between the intemperate, nasty, nincompoop Nadler and the calm and competent Cipollone on the Senate’s grimy, slimy Presidential Impeachment floor emulated the misguided parenting skills of a deluded liberal.

Nadler was clearly the older, bratty, vile, petulant, provocative brother who unjustly riled his reasonable, intelligent and temperate brother. And just when the gentle brother began to rationally and reasonably object to his brother’s vicious, unprovoked attacks and minimally defend himself, their misguided father John “admonished” and punished both of his sons equally. He’s the Chief Justice?

So sad that this is the Chief of our Supreme Court. The same guy who thought it legally appropriate to reject the Census citizenship question because although he admitted it was Constitutional, he didn’t like the President’s ‘motives’. The equivalent to “No, because I don’t like your attitude.” Not your job, Roberts.

Rynn69, you are right on, but part of the blackmail is that he HAS to stay. The left need a “wolf in sheep’s clothing” on the court to make it look like everything is fair. They really have him by the nads.

That is one reason why we must turn out in record numbers in November. We get one more constitutionalist on the court and Roberts loses his power. We get two more and we have a much greater chance to maintain MAGA even after PT is done in 2024.

The same FISC judges who failed to discipline the DOJ/FBI lawyers and perjurers, and who failed to withdraw their fake FISA on the entire Republican Party and the elected President, via a fake “target” who was actually a CIA/FBI agent, not a russian spy.

By the way, the first time I heard Islam described as the religion of submission, not peace, was in Vienna in the latter months of 83, talking to two college age Iranian Muslim men. They said so. Not only was it their duty to submit, but it was their duty to make everyone else submit too.

It makes clear that PDJT had no continuing leverage with the appropriated funds to commit a crime. There were too many control procedures and reviews by 3rd parties involved. Back then the limited-government constitutionalist Senator Goldwater stood against the GOPe and their globalist President. The globalists’ media destroyed that Senator (turned Presidential candidate) once he fired up the popular support of freemen.

Today the globalist media and Senate, and the GOPe remained united to destroy the limited-government constitutionalism Presidential candidate, but this time freemen saw through it and we remained united in our support to elect him. All attempts to take him down and extinguish our support have only strengthened our resolve. Even the GOPe is paying attention to us now – it really has no choice. We must not be fooled.

At some point when do millions of Americans start looking at ALL of the piles of XXXX that these people have created and direct their questions and disgust begin at Bill Barr and John Durham for potentially allowing these frauds, cover ups and coups to go unscathed??

Seriously, look at just how many possible frauds, frame job, cover ups and ultimately coups do we have so far?

    1) Russia Collusion Fraud

    2) Dossier Fraud

    3) Counter Intelligence Fraud

    4) FISA Abuse Fraud

    5) FIB Contractor Abuse & searching Americans Cover Up

    6) HRC Non Secure Server Fraud & Cover UP

    7) HRC 33K e-mail cover up

    8) DMC Server Hacking Fraud and Cover Up

    9) Seth Rich Murder was it also a Cover up?

    10) Uranium One Sell out and Cover Up

    11) Hammer Program Evidence Cover Up

    12) Mifsud’s phones and known status as ALYWAS being a western agent

    13) Wiener Laptop Cover Up

    14) Millions of FIB and DOJ texts, emails and phone communication cover up

    15) Are they Ignoring first hand witnesses such as Cain and Assange?

    16) Ukraine call and WB fraud that began impeachment

    17) Ukraine video of quid pro quo and no action to date

    18) Ukraine Rudy evidence to State Dept is that another Cover Up?

    19) Ukraine money laundering of US taxpayer monies back into American’s pockets is that too a Cover Up?

    20) Non stop leaking of classified info by government officials

I mean look at this list of what appears to be massive frauds and cover ups, all for the purpose to take down a sitting President and after almost 4 years we have virtually NOTHING from our DOJ.

We are almost at Barr’s one year anniversary and still not a single indictment and nothing has even begun according to Barr himself on Ukraine.

IMO the second this impeachment is over the American people need to direct some of their disgust and frustration directly at AG Barr and the DOJ/FBI

Ask yourself do you really believe it is possible with ALL of the above that there is not one crime in ANY of it???

Where not one person can be indicted and sent to prison and that ALL of this was just an accident and poor policy??

Seriously, is that even statistically possible when you walk down this list?

Come Spring/Summer if we the people don’t have anything other than more BS and cover up mumbo jumbo then IMO the march that needs to happen is the million person march on the DOJ and FIB buildings IMO, demanding answers and full accountability & declassification from AG Barr.

This list of what appears to be massive frauds and cover ups MUST be given full transparency and exposed to the American people otherwise IMO our DOJ and FIB are NO different than what we are seeing from the Dems in the House.

IMO in the end if frauds and cover ups are allowed then that is just as bad as those who have made up these frauds and cover up schemes and the American people should raise holy hell!

Your Corruption List is Right on Point.

PDJT is 100% responsible for Justice.

Barr works for PDJT who gave orders to Barr during the interview process; A/G will do his sworn duty in following normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures and follow the evidence were ever it leads or the A/G will be fired etc.

PDJT has many paths to implement Justice and if Barr doesn’t do his duty to the Rule of Law, Constitution and the American People; PDJT is 100% responsible and must/will (bound duty) implement Justice directly.

WANT TO HELP PDJT (Justice will happen anyway)
      Chant at every PDJT rally for 15 minutes and stop the President from speaking;
      1. Equal Justice.
      2. Lock them All Up
      3. Lock her up.
Then your voices will be heard around the world.

Justice will happen with or without the chant but it will help; PDJT will soon go Nuclear with the Criminal Codes.

PDJT has acknowledged criminal acts for over 3-years along with the American People creating a Bound Duty for PDJT to implement the criminal codes.

PDJT has many paths to implement Justice and has passed on many opportunities to implement Justice to ensure 100% checkmate on all criminals when the time is right.

Barr and Durham knows they must implement PDJT plan of Justice or they will be eliminated and PDJT will directly manage the FBI/DOJ.

PDJT has strategically (3-years) set up an unbeatable Prosecution hand to implement Justice.

PDJT will implement the criminal codes.

Enjoy watching PDJT implement his 3-years strategic plan of Justice.

Never Trumper Jonah Goldberg being interviewed by Hugh Hewitt…and debated against!

Goldberg’s voice actually goes into a manic tone when he says Trump’s “conspiracy theories” about Crowdstrike warrant removal under sanity considerations of the 25th Amendment. Goldberg offered stuttering, strawmen arguments about Giuliani doing things “off the books” for Trump and paid by Trump, which Goldberg claims warrants removal.

Hewitt calmly pointed out that none of that was illegal, and that Goldberg was “jumping all over the place,” and that the president is guilty of nothing, that “stopping the transfer of aid to the Ukraine” was NOT illegal (Goldberg had claimed it was completely illegal), and if it were, the House would be able to quote the law violated by such a stoppage…and they cannot, because it is well within the president’s power to examine where American money is going to and why and to continue it, stop it, or temporarily hold it.

It was interesting to hear how Goldberg falls in line stylistically with all the Leftists whom I have ever heard – and debated against – since the 1960’s. Jabbering wild accusations that hop all over the place, interrupting any attempt to counter-argue the accusations and claims one by one, and finally preventing the opponent from speaking at all by talking even faster, louder, and with anger, as if such techniques by themselves put the truth on the Leftists’ side.

i.e. The Leftists do not want to hear your side. They want to prevent you from speaking at all! Because you do not instantly agree with them, you must be censored, banned, and possibly re-educated in a camp….or worse.

Keep this in mind as the election nears: the unhinged may become even more so. Why anyone would vote for such babbling ninnies is beyond me, but…take a look at Congress right now. A good number of babbling ninnies are trying to remove President Trump and cannot identify a single sentence in any law which he might have violated.

I have no details yet but a couple of thigs struck me:
    1. this was a coordinated release as I usually do not get the same junk from multiple sources
    2. I believe the funds for the inauguration are usually paid for through donations and they are NOT government/campaign finances so hiring someone and paying them means nothing

Okay, there was a suit filed by the Washington DC AG and that is apparently what sparked the news flash.

“Then-President-elect Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka were warned in 2016 that the family business was overcharging the nonprofit presidential inaugural committee — and let it happen anyway, according to a suit filed Wednesday by the Washington, D.C., attorney general.”

    • mi says:

      From NPR.

The funds to rent the hotel space came from the inaugural committee. As a nonprofit, the committee was not legally allowed to use “any portion of its funds to be spent in a way that are designed to benefit private persons or companies,” according to the lawsuit. The committee spent more than a million dollars to rent the hotel space, a cost that D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine says is far above market rate.

The amount that Racine says the nonprofit paid the hotel, $1.03 million, is actually far less than the hotel initially asked for. According to the complaint, the Trump hotel gave the inaugural committee an initial quote of $3.6 million for the use of all event space for eight days.

The event space rented at Trump Tower DC was for 1200 people for 8 days. $1 million was a bargain for DC.

The more Biden talks, and challenges people to push ups or fist-i-cuffs the more he reminds me of my late father who had Alzheimer’s; and was one of those who, with that disease becomes aggressive while others simply fade away. dad would talk for long periods of time and intersperse his conversations with nonsense (thinking of Corn Pop, white hair on his legs type nonsense) and when he was at a loss for appropriate words would challenge us to push up contests. This went on for over five years before it suddenly became apparent there was something very wrong. When he got really frustrated, with similar facial expressions that I see in Biden when reporters shout unplanned questions at him, my dad would turn and challenge my sister or his grandsons to a fist fight. Not unlike Biden’s ‘let’s take it outside’ comments. It was gradual and it took dad breaking one of my sister’s ribs for her to realize that he had a real problem, before then she just figured he was ‘old’. I was living on the other side of the country and she would insist he was alright, just getting old and confused sometimes. I don’t understand why Biden’s wife, supposedly a doctor, has not pulled him from the campaign.

Classic Fake News headline by Bloomberg:
“Pentagon racks up $35 trillion in accounting changes in a year”
They’re analizing the changes as gross amounts instead of the actual changes. An example:
The Pentagon budgeted $125,732,201,447.65 for a major line item, then they realized that amount should be $125,732,201,047.65, so they changed it. The actual change is $400.00, but for the Fake News media it’s over 251 Billion Dollars… Evil. They’re truly the enemy within.

He has so much baggage, so much open corruption, why would they choose him? Surely there are other people within the party (not the current candidates) who don’t have baggage that could have been built up by their propaganda machine.

I suspect it’s because Biden knows too much about what went on in the Obama administration. The best way to keep him quiet is to promise him the presidency.

https://nypost.com/2020/01/22/trump-impeachment-viewers-turned-off-by-tv-rerun-goodwin/ As he stood on the Senate floor at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Rep. Jerry Nadler declared that he and his colleagues “will now attempt to tell you the story” behind their impeachment charges. Immediately, hearts sank and televisions went dark across America.

It was only Day Two of the Senate trial and already Democrats were repeating themselves. In fact, they were repeating their repetitions. What’s left to say?

    • Ellis says:

The democrats will continue to fill time by meaninglessly filibuster for two more days. Not a shred of evidence of any crime has been presented.

Yesterday was a wasted day for the democrats who appear to be losing ground. Their desire for more witnesses can only be achieved if they present a coherent argument that a crime has even been committed which it appears they cannot. Even leftist commentators who still believed there was overwhelming evidence are complaining about the lack of substance.

They have no plan B and are overmatched in every way. The president’s attorneys will wipe the floor with what we have seen so far.

      7 AM CN&N lead.

The President broke his tweet record yesterday, tweeting and retweeting 142 times.

Ladies and germs, that is history making news. Mark the date on your calendars.

Mike Bloomberg is a strategy IMO. The strategy is to infuse the Democrat party with $$$ for the 2020 election through Bloomberg’s phony Presidential run putting out the ads and bypassing campaign restrictions. Democrat Presidential candidate campaigns low on the cash?

During his time as Mayor in NYC. Bloomberg gave a lot of money to organisations, then proposed legislation, then these organisatons would support his legislation. If a dimm wins, Bloomberg will expect a return on his investment. Depending on the amount of money he spends, a dimm president won’t make a decision without consulting him first.

      • BOOM!!
But also this: Communists love chess which teaches that a move with two advantages beats a move with only one; and a move with three advantages beats a move with only two etc. Hence, if needed, Bloomberg could also be the nominee, not just the ‘illegal Dem donor!’

Election donation loophole. Also it’s Mini Mike’s Quid Pro Quo. If the other candidates don’t speak bad of Mini Mike, he’ll financially support their campaigns.

As an ex-USG employee, I don’t think folks truly understand just how enormous the bureaucracy is. It’s no simple task to say “audit current appointees.”

You are absolutely correct, especially when the GOPe is limiting whom the President can actually appoint to leadership positions as they are the ones who have to do the auditing if any is done.

It also goes far deeper than SES positions as those SES “professionals” are the ones hiring and managing the lower level staff. The lower level staff can cause just as much damage via leaks, “reports” and data collection for use by their bosses who go rogue.

    • Roger Duroid says:

DOJ investigating leaks can give polygraph tests to everyone near the president. Barr just doesn’t give a damn. If you were a leaker and knew such tests were being given, you’d be resigning immediately to spend more time with your family.

Maybe it is time AG Barr opens up a Ukraine investigation and the crap is piling up.

Amazing with 113,000 employees in the DOJ and with mounting evidence from Ukraine we have……..

    1) the genesis of a Presidential Impeachment

    2) a video of a former VP in what appears to be a quid pro quo

    3) Evidence provided to the State Dept of corruption and money laundering by Americans

    4) Statements by the current Ukraine President of corruption and money laundering

    5) billions in US aid money missing from Ukraine

And yet the DOJ hasn’t even begun to look into Ukraine??

Do not let our DOJ or AG Barr off the hook as there is MUCH to explain and expose to all Americans IMO.

Fox can’t *independently* confirm the whistleleaker.
Schiffty confirmed in his Congressional record. Mollie Hemingway confirmed on Fox. Louie Gohmert confirmed in a Congressional hearing.

Good stuff despite her hiding the facts.
