Thank you, Grandma. Much praise indeed for the large and PEACEFUL 2A rally yesterday! You could feel the disappointment from FakeMedia that some of those “White SUPREMACISTS” didn’t get injured, shot or arrested. Instead the VA governor got sent a big message…don’t mess with Patriots.

The 2A is a God given right, enshrined in the Constitution, to PROTECT the people from government tyranny.

Events today in Virginia reminded me of the battle for Stalingrad; a cabalof petty wannabes got themselves surrounded by superior armed forces . Some pundits opined
Governor Ralphie ” two gun ” Northam had created a” killing ground ” for his pro-gun opposition inside a chain-link barrier . He didn’t reckon with a reported 20,000 armed citizens surrounding the capitol and his ” killing ground ” . Apparently antifa had a better strategic appreciation as they were mostly quiet and unable to incite those inside or outside Northam’s Wall into testing it . Net result ? No Charlottesville; just a peaceful demonstration by armed citizens seeking redress from their government by a unified multi-racial, multi-gendered crowd giving lie to the fake news media hype .

    – – – – – –
    Monday night update – 1/20/20

    – Tweet with 2 photos of the wall at Project 2.
    – Tweet with drone video at Project 1 of Mexican marines illuminated by wall stadium lights.
    – Posted 2 older videos of the connex hut from which the security cameras are monitored at Project 1.

    – Misc. content.

    – – – – – –
***Praise: 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to WeBuildTheWall while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.
***Praise: 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.
(Fisher receives $268M of this $400M project)(Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020.) (2 days of posts here & here.)
***Praise: (12/4/19)… Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House.

***Praise: Althouth the Temporary Restraining Order(s) we in place, Fisher Industries and crews were still able to keep working on some aspects of Project 2 from the Dec. 5th hearing to Dec 12th (off for the holidays), after which they agreed to stop until Jan 4th, the day after the amended TRO expired.
***Praise: (Jan 3)… Although he extended the TRO for another week, Judge Crane lifted/removed section 8b from the TRO so that Fisher may now continue to shave, grade, or cut the riverbank.
***Praise: (Jan 9)… Judge Randy Crane lifted/removed the TROs from both the Federal government’s lawsuit (on behalf of the IBWC) and the North American Butterfly Association’s lawsuit (on behalf of Marianna Trevino-Wright’s National Butterfly Center) against Fisher Sand and Gravel Co.
***Praise: 🧱 Fisher was able to begin installing bollards on Sunday (Jan 12) and work is progressing well. Approx. 1,500ft. completed as of Tuesday (Jan 14) evening. (To be completed 8 to 10 days later, depending on weather.)

***Praise: (Reported on 12/11/19)… Although WBTW doesn’t have $50 million for Project 2, as a result of the success on Project 1, investors have united to come together to secure that stretch of the border on Project 2.
(Update)… Fisher is taking the lead on Project 2 and is covering most of the money for the wall costing ~$42 million. (Haven’t heard any more about other investors with the exception of WBTW as a minor investor. Not sure what the discrepancy is between 40M and 50M; perhaps it’s because Fisher plans to sell Project 2 back to the government for $14M per mile ~ $49M for 3.5mi.)
***Praise: 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.
***Praise:🇺🇸 (12/22/19)… Brian Kolfage was awarded Patriot of the Year award by Turning Point USA at their Student Action Summit for his work with WBTW in helping to securing our border.

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name:
    – for safety and good weather for the work crews as they work on Project 2; that they would be able to continue uninterrupted (w/ no new TROs) until completion (~ 8 to 10 days later).

    – that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned.
    – that Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill,HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona would get passed.
    – for the bi-national summit with the Mexican IBWC and American politicians that WBTW will be hosting; for open lines of communication/understanding; and that WBTW/Fisher Industries would learn what they need to know to facilitate the sign off and approval of their projects by the Mexican IBWC.

    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction for the work crews, security personnel, legal team, CBP, DHS, Army and all involved in Project’s 2, 3, 4, and other projects; and for WBTW/Fisher Industries as they work with private landowners to secure more property to build on
    – that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)

    – that Project 2’s wall will prove that WBTW/Fisher Industries can rapidly complete large sections of wall, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that this wall would prove that the design is sound and they are able to safely and effectively build it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley (Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain)
    – that the federal government would provide funding for WBTW/Fisher Industries to build 250 miles on Private Property in Texas

    – that the Government would purchase all of WBTW/Fisher Industries projects so the funds can be rolled into future projects and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.
(This, in addition to ongoing fundraising from public/investors, will allow WBTW/Fisher Industries to continue to self fund projects, build their reputation/resume, while they continue to pursue other avenues which could lead to government contracts down the road.)

Q: I don’t know why existing contractors building the wall for the government are so **** slow. They take months building a mile

Good morning Stillwater:. Guessing as of Monday WBTW has 4500 feet of wall done!

I am guessing Fisher is only building 2 shifts hi a day between 6 AM to 9 PM. An easy “eight” as we used to call it!

This might have something to do with cold night time temperatures during the winter months.

When I worked near Gallup, New Mexico, at a coal mine near Window Rock, Arizona, on the Navaho Indian Reservation, daytime temperatures would get above freezing, say 40 plus degrees but at night the temperatures can get well below freezing! This wouldn’t be good for the concrete to freeze.

Now I will admit I was working farther north and also at a higher elevation so temperature swings were much greater. Sometimes I would have 6 inches of snow on my car and when I drove into Gallup, it would merely be raining! Everybody would stare at me wondering where the hell I had come from!

I loved my time in New Mexico!

I was supposed to spend the winter working in coal mine near Estavan, in southen Saskatchewan. In early October I was transferred down to Gallup and the guy who was going to Gallup ended up in Estavan instead! I can tell you he never forgave me for that! Winters in Saskatchewan are brutally cold due to never ending winds!

One of a few wonderful blessing in my life!

When Brian uses the phrase “inching closer”, it sounds like they are working at a slower pace as you’ve been saying.

I suppose at some of those places up far north you have to worry about your equipment getting damaged due to extreme cold as well.

Stillwater:. Generally equipment operators know to idle their equipment after start up until it has had a chance to warm up. Also they want the hot air heater working to warm them up along side their morning coffee!

So really cold temperatures are not much of a problem! The machines and their operators have a vested interest in getting warm together!

Let’s face it nobody enjoys working the graveyard shift! Not the workers and most definitely not the supervisors! Supervisors often end up having to cover all 3 shifts!

That means coming in several hours before the graveyard shift ends, say 5 Am, to find out what was done and what if any problems occurred. Then you supervise the start of the day shift at 7 AM to fix all of graveyard shift f**k-ups! After the day shift ends, you then supervise the start of the evening shift advising what day shift did. Then after evening shift appears to be going smoothly you get to go home, find something to eat and crash for a short night’s sleep! Known as long 12 or 16 hours days verses easy eight!

Then you get to repeat this 24/7 until you can’t take it anymore! And no you don’t get paid overtime like the workers! No double pay nor triple pay days either! No time off for hours worked either! Any nobody says thanks for the good job either!

Now you know why I like Foreman Mike so much!

If their equipment is diesel powered, they will have less of a problem once engines are started. I was trained in diesel / multi fuel engine heavy truck operation in the US Army.
Diesels love to idle; a very want engine makes a diesel run more efficiently and it does not build up carbon by idling, as does a gasoline engine. That’s why pro drivers often leave their 5th wheel tractor engines idle for hours in truck stops.

Just a reminder; when you see Presidential approval rating of, for example 51%, that DOES NOT mean 51% of respondents said the approve of the POTUS. Thats NOT how it works.

To get a better understanding, political wisdom says any first term POTUS, who a year before reelection, has a rating above 40% has a decent chance of being reelected, low to mid 40’s is comfortable, and high 40’s, (48-49) a shoe-in.

So, 51 is yuge, even if you don’t add 7-10 pts. FYI

AIUI that’s the conventional wisdom among the political establishment. When it comes to PT I don’t know how much of a “fudge factor” applies given the manipulation of poll data that’s been directed against the President. But like you say, the 51% number is outstanding, well maybe doubly outstanding considering everything working against it.

Not just the size of PT’s victory will flummox the “experts”, but its breadth will be breathtaking. The level of support from blacks, Hispanics, women, Asians, and Democrats in general truly will be unprecedented. Much to the despair of the “elites” that reality will force the reevaluation of all kinds of assumed “wisdom” about political alignments and what Americans really care about.

The talking heads are gonna have to get a whole new set of scripts to natter on about. If you thought they were deranged after the 2016 election, they’ll reach a whole new level of discombobulation this time around.

BUT, I don’t think you are taking into consideration the massive FRAUD that is being perpetrated by Google and Big Tech when it comes to manipulating social media and search results.

I wonder if you saw the interview with Ted Cruz that appeared here a few days ago wherein he mentions Dr. Robert Epstein who claims that Google alone was able to influence over 2 million votes in the last election and that they are capable of doing the same thing in 2020 with 15 million potential votes.

Also- this is the same Dr. Epstein (no relation to you know who) whose wife was just killed in a very sketchy car crash.

We cannot sit on our laurels for even one second. Every vote is going to count. The only way we can assure victory is to have such a huge majority that they can’t cheat.

Many people, I believe abhor the constant beat down the Democrats, their press, Lawfare, big money interests in big tech, billionaires Bloomberg, Soros, Steyer, and Hollywood rain down on President Trump. The aforementioned depise those of us who voted for MAGA.

I agree, and thats the thing. With a near 50-50 split, things like ballot fraud and manipulating search results, as ‘cheating’ CAN be effective enough to change results.

When you have a MASSIVELY disproportionate vote going one way, its simply not practical or possible to cheat ‘enough’ to effect the outcome.

They, of all know the limits of their capabilities. Their own actions make it pretty clear they KNOW,they can’t beat him in November, even with cheating.

Agree completely – the old adage applies:

Vote, work, and fight as if you’re down 20% every moment until election day even if you are sure you are up 20%.

And I certainly hope Brad Parsquale and VSGPDJT have something up their sleeves when it comes to Scroogle. Perhaps finally designating them as a publisher with rules to follow instead of an independent platform, which they plainly are not.

FakeBook too, though I think more and more people see the fraud on there.

It also helps when we educate one and all to switch to duckduckgo instead of Scroogle for searches – it’s very easy to do.

But, I just wanted to clarify an “approval rating of 51%” does NOT equate with 51% would vote for him, or anything like that.
The approval rating # is the result of mathematical calculations, not a simple ask 100 people “Do you approve of the POTUS?” and 51 say “yes”.

The SBA List ground team has already visited more than 460,000 homes across battleground states this election cycle and is currently visiting voters in Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina. The team will expand in phases to Iowa, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin and will make four million visits to voters overall before Election Day.

‘ That China’s real GDP growth for the fourth quarter last year came in at 6% surprised absolutely no one.(🤣🤣🤣)

That took full-year growth to 6.1%. This was the lowest figure in 29 years but above the magic 6% level that represents a psychological barrier for Beijing but nothing much in reality. There was no way the reported rate would have been allowed to fall below 6%.

Still, concealed within those figures was a bleak, worrying outlook for the Chinese economy which seems much weaker than headline data indicate.’

Rogers begins roll out of 5G network in major Canadian cities

‘ TORONTO (Reuters) – Rogers Communications Inc said on Wednesday it has started rolling out the fifth-generation (5G) telecoms network in some Canadian cities, becoming the country’s first cellphone provider to offer the super-fast telecom services.

Rogers, one of Canada’s largest wireless carriers, will launch first in downtown Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, before expanding into over 20 more markets by the end of the year, in advance of 5G-enabled devices becoming available this year, the statement added.

“5G is the biggest technological evolution since the launch of wireless in Canada. We are making the right investments, building the right partnerships and deploying the right technology to bring Canadians the very best of 5G,” said Joe Natale, chief executive of Rogers Communications.

The 5G networks will have speeds fast enough to download a movie to a smartphone in seconds, while allowing businesses to run ‘smart’ factories using connected robots, devices and sensors.

Rogers has partnered with Sweden’s Ericsson to provide the technology needed to build the network.

Canada is reviewing the security implications of 5G networks, including whether to allow China’s Huawei Technologies to supply 5G network equipment.‘

And Forbes? Gimme a break. Their suggestion that one look to the construction workers installing 5G in the UK is useless as the radiation damage, unless a direct hit as seen in the devastation of WWII Japan, doesn’t reveal itself for many years — 15 to 20 for those patients radiated for infections when it was used for such purposes between the late 1930s through the 1960s.

As for “experts” judging 5G safe for 24/7 exposure, I don’t trust “experts” any more than I trust politicians or our social media giants or our media or any one who tries to rush through a new technology “for your own good!” I believe Alice Miller wrote a book about these consequences per “The Hidden Cruelty of Child-Rearing and the Roots of Violence” we have yet to address.

    • The Senate is no place for a “do-over.” This is not another venue for Lawfare, Inc. performances. The pivotal question before the Senate is: “Do these Articles meet the requirements set forth in the supreme law of the land?” The answer is No. These are a haphazard smörgåsbord of purely-political charges, none of which exist in the United States Code or could ever lead to “indictment, trial, conviction and punishment, according to Law.” These are a Bill of Attainder. And that is the only – but the most important – legal conclusion for the Senate to reach.

“We will listen to both sides. We will cross-examine. Then, we will hand you your head on a platter.”

It’s very important that the House be dealt a humiliating defeat – “don’t come back here no more.” And especially: “because these Articles are unconstitutional, President Trump has not been lawfully Impeached.” Let the foolish Representatives who broke out in applause now be made to “put that into their pipes and smoke it.” You may not trivialize nor politicize the process of removing any public official from his or her post.

      • P.S.: I will now hasten to add that these are the first Articles ever used in any impeachment case which did not meet the Constitutional standard. Even Johnson was accused of violating an actual Federal law, although that law was later overturned as being unconstitutional. Nixon and Bill Clinton unquestionably obstructed justice, as any Grand Jury would duly find by applying the law as it is actually writ. (So did Hillary, by the way.)

These Articles are different. These Articles are unconstitutional. This attempt by the House is exactly what our Founders anticipated … and specifically outlawed. (If you want to read one founder’s thoughts, simply read Federalist 65.) Here you go: http://www.teaparty911.com/federalist-papers/federalist-65/

What Gaetz did by voting with the senile wicked witch of the west was amazingly stupid.
I live in Gaetz district. It has been solidly R for over 25 yrs. It is a safe R district, yet he’s been whining about how outside money is coming in to defeat him, “Because he’s such a strong Defender of President Trump”. Well, that stupid vote may just cause him to lose a primary.

Here is how I see it. NW FL is strongly behind President Trump. Before the vote on that stupid Pelousy resolution, President Trump asked ALL Rs to vote against it to show party unity. Now, I’m not surprised at the clown from S FL voting for it. S FL has sent a bunch of phony Rs to the state legislature and they are marching lockstep with the D-rats trying to screw the people of FL. But Gaetz? He went against a direct request from President Trump at a time when the D-rats are trying to destroy his Presidency and on something that was only a symbolic smear against President Trump. Not smart.

Then, Gaetz gets out and doubles down on stupid rationalizing his stupid vote when he should have been apologizing to our district for making a big mistake. So, the D-rats are already capitalizing on it and I’m sure they will run phony “conservatives” like they did the last time in 2018. However, because of Gaetz stupidity and refusal to apologize, some of them may get traction.

The wife was saying tonight, “But Gaetz has been a strong defender of President Trump.” My reply was that Benedict Arnold was a decorated American war hero until he betrayed his country because he got passed over for a promotion. Gaetz better change his attitude and apologize to President Trump and people like me who voted for him or he will be back in Ft. Walton permanently come 2021. JMHO.

It seems there’s a good chance that the vote to dismiss, after each side has their 12 hour prosecution charade and valid, aggressive defense, will fail due to the Romney Caucus’s demand to hear more witnesses. If this happens, it will be the present 2020 Senate that permanently weakens the Office of the Presidency for all future POTUS’s and validates frivolous political impeachments based on which party has the House majority. It will be the 1st time in over 2 centuries that this perilous path was taken and Romney and his weak Romneyite followers will be remembered as the fools that caused it.

    • That’s really what it comes down to – “Will you listen? Will you let us Lawfare you?”

As White House counsel said in their response document, this is a wholly unconstitutional affair that was very clearly anticipated by our Founders. They knew that one day a majority in the House would attempt to use Impeachment for purely political means, and as a way to usurp their system of checks and balances. And, that they would intend to use it not only against the President, but Supreme Court justices as well.

All that Lawfare needs is not to be told that the Articles are Unconstitutional and won’t be accepted for that reason. If they get that, then they can endlessly go back and write more Bills of Attainder – as the cartoonist above observed, not only against this political opponent, but also against any Justice they don’t care for. But, I believe that the Senate clearly understands this.

“Give both parties equal time to speak. Give Senators a chance to cross-examine. Then, vote to acquit on the basis of unconstitutionality.”
