The IG Report Documentary: “FISA and Spying on Team Trump” – OAN Broadcast 7:00pm ET Tonight….

Few people have read the entire inspector general report on the FBI’s FISA misconduct, and fewer still have an understanding of the depth of troubling findings within it.  In an effort to provide information about the content, John Spiropoulos has produced a documentary going over many of the reports’ more important findings.

The exceptionally well produced documentary called “FISA, Spying on Team Trump” is an hour long broadcast created by John Spiropoulos, a former MSM journalist and producer for Channel 7 in Washington DC (1979 – 1989).  John spent a month going through every page of the report, pulling out some of the key details and overlaying information from IG Michael Horowitz congressional testimony.

The investigative report will premier tonight at 7:00pm EST / 4:00pm PST on One America News (OAN).  Here’s an exclusive preview:

.

There are new revelations within the documentary, and the report will rebroadcast on Saturday January 18th, and Sunday January 19th at 11am Eastern / 8am Pacific time.

    The Constitution never imagined a Bureaucratic State that would ever challenge the President’s executive powers. Congress sure might, but never the public service management desk clerks…….

    This tide will not turn until prosecutions of elite FBI / DoJ happen.
    Otherwise you know they’re laughing.

        I think it was CBS that was beaten into “admission” that they had to start changing or they would continue to hemorrhage viewership like there was no tomorrow. The traditional broadcast media is in a world of hurt. It’s a world they created for themselves. My sense is that CBS is trying to build a better world for themselves by experimenting with honesty.

          You can bet the stockholders of the big 3 are watching CNN and MSNBC ratings tank and are paying attention. Leftists who use capitalism to make money are the biggest hypocrites.

        Saw her report today about the new Comey leak investigation (she tweeted a link) and the in studio reporter she was reporting to spewed the party line about that leak being “so many years ago”.
        Katherine slapped that back in a thoughtful & polite manner, citing how a couple years is not unusual for fed investigations and we are now seeing some of the leak investigations ripening.

      FTA “Wray told the court in a recent filing that he was taking 40 corrective actions to address the judges’ concerns, 12 of which relate directly to the FISA application process…
      Further, Attorney General William Barr said Monday that that he and Wray have agreed to establish stricter procedures for opening counterintelligence probes into presidential campaigns. Investigators will be required to obtain approval of both the attorney general and FBI director before moving forward with future investigations.”

      Wow ” corrective actions” and “stricter procedures” that ought to do it!!!! It wasn’t “flawed” applications, or “bad information” provided to the FBI, it was multiple illegal applications and all of them intentional! There was criminal intent! There was no good intent mislead by bad information! They all knew the Steele dossier was bogus but used it anyway! “Accountability”,”Disciplinary action” hell I want massive fines, indictments, convictions and prison sentences! This make me want to scream it sounds so casual, so nonplussed so get a ruler and slap the perps on the back of the hand and tell them don’t do it again! Every single person spied upon using these illegal FISA warrants is a violation of their 4th Amendment right! So there are hundreds of violations of the 4th Amendment yet Pelosi says impeachment is being done “with allegiance to our founders” and necessary to save the Constitution makes me want to puke! The Democrats hate our Founders!!! I’m done ranting. Godspeed President Trump!

        Letters and corrective procedures are like putting a band aid on an amputation. So much more needs to be done to put a stop to the abuses committed by the DC crowd. The evidence is clear but there is no one yet willing and able to prosecute the guilty parties. It’s obvious that the ending we wish would come about is not going to. So carry on even knowing the bad guys are getting away with their unethical scams while trying to change our Constitution and country.

        Our solution is to carry the President into reelection and fire as many of the bad guys as we can via our OVERWHELMING votes in November. Take back the House with better reps and hold the Senate and WH. We might have a glimmer of a better chance if we can pull that off. Fight on Patriots. We can do it. We are our own best hope of saving our America.

            For one thing, equating LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigration as being the same is, I believe, an error.

            Every LEGAL Immigrant I have talked with is very “pro-Trump”.

            As for “X-box”, look at the video, on the home page, of the sighning of Executive order on religious liberty in schools.

            And earlier events with PDJT and youths on free speach on campuses.

            Point is, not ALL kids succumb to the indoctrination.

            So, I remain cautiously optimistic. Like every plan the enemy has tried, for the last 3 years, I don’t think any plan going forward will work.

                Who invited these people here – and for what purpose?

                Ever since the 1960’s the goals of immigration changed. Both political parties supported it, but for somewhat different goals. This country is now flooded with immigrants, both legal and illegal. As has happened before, after immigration in the early decades of the twentieth century it will be time once again to slam the door shut. Katie bar the door! “Oh, how cruel! Let everyone from everywhere come!” wails the left.

                Why not invite every man, woman and child on earth to come here, by crashing the border or even paying their fare to arrive? If uncontrolled, unlimited immigration is such a great idea, WHY NOT? Want cheap labor? Want permanent welfare dependents perpetually voting for more benefits? Both the R and the D parties supported those things. It’s a very effective way to decimate the existing, working middle class.

                Assimilation? Who are we kidding? This is not 1900 when most arrivals wanted to become Americans. There was no welfare state then, as there is now, The goals of immigrants arriving now are not the same as they once were. Once each new immigrant produces many children born on US soil, you don’t need to be Einstein to do the math. It’s all about radically changing the demographics exponentially – particularly changing the landscape of race, culture and politics. That is the unstated agenda. Even if you might not agree that that is the goal, at least it will be the inevitable result.

          Fixing this is repenting as a nation. Won’t happen. The hearts of many in our nation are hard and there is no meekness. “The meek shall inherit” not the proud.
          There is a story about pharaoh and mosses exodus 7:13 and it says “God hardened pharaoh’s heart” it was for a purpose, to show Gods power and miracles in deliverance of his people.
          I suspect Israel will be all alone after we fall and that will be to Gods glory to deliver them. His people are in the Bible just not America.
          America was a people of ‘God’ first, not a people of ‘America’. Under God we are in humility, as Americans we are a prideful nation. There is a very important distinction.
          God will protect his people, as Christians we are his. ‘America’ became an ‘idol’ and it has no place in his kingdom.

              RVSue and Pale Rider, thanks. This train of thought runs thru me often. Let me suggest another heart stance found in our people.

              America-loving Christians are proud of America under God and believe that good counts even if found in the bad. We are proud because our social/ political experiment is a step beyond European Christendom as a reflection of government, of/by/for people governed in their hearts by God. We have a high calling. We are still responding to it.

              Can America be an Idol to some? Of course. We’re not in conflict here. I hope to encourage. Let’s hope you are a prophet like some in the Old Testament. They told the judgement prediction God put in their hearts. When it did not come to pass, God was pleased.

              “America” can also be an Icon (not an Idol) to convey a person into the realm of experiencing God, and considering “What then shall we do?”

    St. Crispen’s Day Speech
    William Shakespeare, 1599
    Enter the KING
    WESTMORELAND. O that we now had here
    But one ten thousand of those men in England
    That do no work to-day!

    KING. What’s he that wishes so?
    My cousin Westmoreland? No, my fair cousin;
    If we are mark’d to die, we are enow
    To do our country loss; and if to live,
    The fewer men, the greater share of honour.
    God’s will! I pray thee, wish not one man more.
    By Jove, I am not covetous for gold,
    Nor care I who doth feed upon my cost;
    It yearns me not if men my garments wear;
    Such outward things dwell not in my desires.
    But if it be a sin to covet honour,
    I am the most offending soul alive.
    No, faith, my coz, wish not a man from England.
    God’s peace! I would not lose so great an honour
    As one man more methinks would share from me
    For the best hope I have. O, do not wish one more!
    Rather proclaim it, Westmoreland, through my host,
    That he which hath no stomach to this fight,
    Let him depart; his passport shall be made,
    And crowns for convoy put into his purse;
    We would not die in that man’s company
    That fears his fellowship to die with us.
    This day is call’d the feast of Crispian.
    He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
    Will stand a tip-toe when this day is nam’d,
    And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
    He that shall live this day, and see old age,
    Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
    And say ‘To-morrow is Saint Crispian.’
    Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars,
    And say ‘These wounds I had on Crispian’s day.’
    Old men forget; yet all shall be forgot,
    But he’ll remember, with advantages,
    What feats he did that day. Then shall our names,
    Familiar in his mouth as household words-
    Harry the King, Bedford and Exeter,
    Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester-
    Be in their flowing cups freshly rememb’red.
    This story shall the good man teach his son;
    And Crispin Crispian shall ne’er go by,
    From this day to the ending of the world,
    But we in it shall be remembered-
    We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
    For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
    Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile,
    This day shall gentle his condition;
    And gentlemen in England now-a-bed
    Shall think themselves accurs’d they were not here,
    And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
    That fought with us upon Saint Crispin’s day.

      “wouldn’t come out”

      It wasn’t JUST because they thought a potential Trump scandal would cover their tracks. They were sure the Hildabeast would win and it would never come out because of THAT.

      Also, the spying operation DID NOT start with Trump. Flynn was being spied on long before Trump. Why? Because it was an ongoing enemies list operation of the BHO regime using the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, State Dept., etc. Trump was simply added to an ongoing operation. This can be learned from reading past proof found here and in Dan Bongino’s books.

  25. Maybe I am just too dumb to understand why everyone seems to focus only on the dossier. I had and still have a big problem way before we get to the support for the application like the start of the first application.
    Identity of the target: “The target of this application is Carter W. Page, a US person and an agent of a foreign power”
    That is word for word from the original and all renewals. It does not say he is a suspected or possible agent, it is a statement of fact, “and an agent of a foreign power”.
    It is a lie under oath to the court and set the tone for the entire bogus application.
    I have heard no one, with a bully pulpit, in front of cameras make this point, when you start with a lie, it does not matter what follows it, you will always end up with a lie.
    If I was a FISA judge, I would already have a bias for the FBI knowing that I am dealing with a proven foreign spy.
    To steal a quote from the Obama Bible aka Mein Kampf, I would beat this one simple, easily proven fact “like a hammer to an anvil” until the masses got the message.
    Do any of you much smarter folks, which would be most, see this as an important issue or am I just whistling in the wind.

        My point is why skip over the low hanging fruit. The dossier is far more important and far more complicated. I do not know how one can verify and disprove its many sources, methods and lies. Carter Page was a CIA/FBI asset, not an agent of a foreign power. So simple even a Democrat could understand it.
        Thanks for the catch.

      Like so much of what we read and hear about Spygate, the dossier takes up most of the oxygen in the room. Yeah, it’s important in that it’s one more connection to Hillary, but it’s just one small thread in this web of lies and deceit. It’s been so long ago that I don’t even remember when I realized that the statement about CP being a spy was an intentional misstatement meant to deceive the court. They knew CP wasn’t a spy long before they went to the court, they were running OPS on and surveillance of all sorts of political opponents in the run up to the campaign itself. From Sharyl Attkisson to Congressional members to Tea Party groups, there was a massive spying operation going on to take them out of the picture if and when they posed a threat. Flynn was just one of a number of casualties along the way and CP was nothing more then collateral damage.

      John Adams wrote “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” And that same principle applies to our Law Enforcement and Intel Agencies. Over and over again we’ve seen examples of corrupt people willing to use the powers of their office to effect an outcome wholly inconsistent with the law. It’s not so much the Government is corrupt it’s the tens of thousands of people in it that have no morality that corrupt it from within.

      A time is coming for this country when we can no longer stand by and watch, we will have to stand and be counted as freedom loving Americans and fight for what we believe in, or live in chains.

      Accept first that the Chief Justice is corrupt. Something agreed upon several articles back. Now, it should be clear that the FISC court members (judges) were selected by the Chief Justice . Little wonder then that the Carter Page warrant was issued. This should helped you to understand “If I was a FISA judge, I would already have a bias for the FBI knowing that I am dealing with a proven foreign spy.”. Yes, they are bias, but bias in the wrong direction.

      Allot of people knew that Carter Page was CIA. To start with – all the members of the Gang-Of-Eight knew when the warrant was issued. It’s a matter of law.

      John Brennan, knew Carter Page was CIA.

      Now, rap your head around this: Peter Strzok, occupied a special position, he was both CIA and FBI at the same time. And, hand picked by Brennan – so it’s not a stretch to believe he knew all about Carter Page.

    Great explanation in that intro video.

    I know I’m stating the obvious here, but what gets me is that they started under Obama, with his consent and maybe by his orders, but they continued even after Pres, Trump was elected and inaugurated.

    In contrast to what they did secretly, President Trump asked for an investigation in a phone call that was being heard by many others, and that he released a transcript for everyone, and for that he’s impeached.

    Lord, have mercy on us!

    If you haven’t already, you should check out Dan Bongino’s podcast from earlier this week. Full of good analogies, but he insists this isn’t about just Trump (as Sundance has too). He likens Trump to Chapter 7. The topic of the podcast was primarily Mike Flynn, Chapter 6, etc. Chapter 1 certainly must be “Obama/Eric Holder take over”. Of course, DC swamping has been there forever. But Bongino frames this as the Democrat police state, setup to take out any enemy i.e. Flynn, Trump… NOT about Trump… Just another chapter.

    I have written reports like this and had to read many other reports like this; however, this one takes the cake. The report is carefully crafted so as not to deny wrong doing nor accuse anyone “without concrete and documented (written or orally confirmed) acknowledgement. It is so word smith’d that trying to find the true meaning (finding) is painful and hard to follow. I have a timeline I have been maintaining for almost 2.5 years that stretches back to 2012. I map this timeline to the report and out pops lots of side and “minor points”. But, the really big points are largely overlooked.
    1. The investigation of Hillary was a security review as the FBI stated on July 11, 2015.
    2. Closure of this “MYE investigation” coincided with the beginning of the investigation of Trump in April/May 2016. [overlapped into July and finally closed by Trump in November 2016]
    3. The investigation of trump prior to the formal opening of Crossfire Hurricane had 3 components: comprising of 1 – A DNI/USDOJ component; 2- a US Dept of State/ CIA and, 3- White House / CIA investigation.

    The actual smear “Trump is owned by the Russians and colluded with them” started by Hillary’s campaign manager Robert Mook. He and Gov. Terry MacAufflie (VA) have a history of planting false accusations. These plants of disinformation and smears have had some success and some failure.s For example look at the campaign they did against Barbra Comstock (VA-10) in support of Jill McCabe [even gave Ms McCabe $780K while her husband was investigating the governor].
    Secondly, the old accusation of Trump was used to launder mob money through his real estate transactions was a favorite of NY critics. Glenn Simpson’s testimony to the HPSCI clarified his focus and laid out exactly the approach SC Mueller used in pursuing Trump and associates to the letter!! Read it and review the Mueller investigation — point by point; person by person the testimony matches the targets and convictions …

    So while there is little documented proof of bias — no one admitted to the bias; no sane person with 2 functioning brain cells and an understanding of how government works can not miss the political and legal bias that is rampant through the process and IG report.

    Thus the biggest point the IG report makes is the USDOJ IG was stymied in their investigation by direction of some one high up in the food chain. Presumably to preserve institution of justice.

    Just imagine the turmoil and chaos that would be inflicted upon the country if the IG or anyone in authority proves the USDOJ and FBI knowingly lied, committed crimes in an attempt to execute a coup de’ etat. Folks, its just not going to happen…. so manage your expectations….

    And that is what the IG report is all about — tell the truth in a “word smith” form but do not burn down the institution of justice in the process…..

    BTW, for those that do not understand what I mean by ‘word smithing’ — a puppy is “a small young dog” in government-ese….

    Here’s an idea — since the swamp Senate committees will not allow Trump to put “his” people in charge (eg. see Ratliff), the President should create a team of 3 for each agency which ever ones desires, which will sit in very meeting , briefing and read all official communications of the head of each agency. The 3 man crew should be a lawyer, investigator, and auditor. They report only to the President. One has to watch the rodents in order to determine and track their actions.

More or less a computer stick that allows you to load apps (programs) that allow you to get the TV channels that you desire. The intro makes it clear that Candidate, President-Elect and President Trump was very likely within the second hop surveillance group, which means they had rotorooter authority to dump all of his electronic information going back to even before he announced his campaign. Yet, there appears to be no confirmation of any FISA target subject to Title One electronic surveillance OTHER than Page in the OIG’s report. Not even any confirmation that Brannon was was a first hop subject. One would think that, when investigating possible FISA abuse, and finding it, the victims of the abuse would be identified, particularly if they included the sitting President and his family. Was the NSA database being accessed to surveil the White House? The West Wing? The Residence? Trump Tower? Why no disclosure of the extent of the abuse? Even if you think the paper thin predicate for the original application was justifiable, what about all the NSA database access granted by the three renewals filed after Comey knew the dossier was crap? Someone help me out here. Where in the report does it say that, as a result of the improper renewals, the FBI accessed the NSA database and conducted electronics surveillance on President Trump? If not, the cover up continues.

    I think that the CIA plays a critical roll in this discussion. Are the online web sites prevented from revealing the names?

    As Open the Government explains, current law prohibits disclosing the identities of intelligence employees who serve or have served abroad within the previous five-year period. But the CIA’s proposal would expand the provision, making it a crime to disclose the identity of agents regardless of whether they ever served overseas, and apply this broad prohibition indefinitely.

    The provision, which is Section 305 in H.R. 3494 and S. 1589 (S. 1589 has also been added to S. 1790, the National Defense Authorization Act), would permit the prosecution of reporters or any other person who discloses the identity of a current or retired operative, regardless of whether the disclosure is necessary to reveal government misconduct or threats to the intelligence agencies themselves.

    NCAC JOINS CALL TO REMOVE PROVISION FROM INTELLIGENCE AUTHORIZATION ACT
    I don’t know, if this ACT was passed but I think it should go to the question of just how deeply the CIA is involved in this coup. What part did they play in the FISA warrants.
