Kangaroo Court – Chairman Nadler Stuns House Judiciary, Adjourns Hearing Without Notice – 10:00am Vote on Impeachment Friday…

The fiasco within the House Judiciary Committee assembling articles for impeachment went from partisan bias to unilaterally ridiculous when Chairman Nadler used banana republic tactics to adjourn the committee and simultaneously schedule a vote on the two articles of impeachment for 10:00am tomorrow.

Obviously the House democrats are beginning to panic as each day American voter support is dropping fast.  Combine that political reality with an international earthquake in the U.K. elections, and the reverberations travel into the impeachment debate.  It is clear from their behavior that Pelosi and Nadler need to finish this mess; and fast.

Nadler surprised the committee when he arbitrarily ended the mark-up session, and out of nowhere adjourned the committee shortly before midnight.  The chairman announced the HJC would reconvene at 10:00am on Friday the 13th (apropos all things considered) to vote the two articles out of committee.  There was no discussion with Ranking member Doug Collins and no communication with the minority at all. A unilateral declaration.

Representative Doug Collins was at first surprised, then furious at the shameful and partisan committee rule-breaking by Chairman Nadler.   House democrats are taking a big gamble by manipulating a process in the extreme and hoping Americans will not punish their blood-lust for impeachment, and political abuse of power.  WATCH:

Despite all the public hand wringing about defecting democrats, Pelosi will likely prevail. Is the sudden rush meant to knock the GB election results off the front page and quash awareness of Brexit support, rising anti-globalist sentiment, and Winning?

It’s been pointed out several times, but one undeniable fact put on display during the last few years is the amount of sleazeballs and buffoons that DOJ and Congress has in what are rather important positions. Particularly the Democrats in Congress – dangerous combination of sleazy and stupid with a bit of senior dementia thrown in.

I hope their voters are paying attention.

Yeah, but they know how to vote. They care about how to do that – gimme, gimme, gimme. Gimme my free stuff! (Gimme Shelter? In what famous song was that first heard?)

Maybe, ultimately they are of little threat. Because if these spoiled children are only interested in enjoying themselves, and they don’t have kids, they will become extinct. They will have served their purpose in life. But they still vote. Even the dead still vote, in some places.

Of course those who cross the border illegally and bring with them lots of kids, especially those who were crapped out here on American soil to automatically become US citizens will also want free stuff. That was their purpose of conception. It is why they were created. Will that open borders loophole ever be closed? Probably. Eventually.

Ultimately this all comes down to demographics and time. Time will tell. Enjoy the Trump administration while it is still here.

good article… Im not sure i agree that some were innocent in the beginning of the investigation, but thought this last paragraph interesting.

“The FBI did not conduct an investigation of Donald Trump and his associates that ultimately proved to be based on false information and continue that investigation long past the time it should have been shut down simply because some people made some errors in judgment or some procedures need to be changed. That investigation was simply the most visible piece of a deliberate, covert attempt to overthrow the democratic process. The perpetrators of that crime have yet to be brought to justice and identified. Let’s hope that happens soon.

Who/what, if anything, is behind the CIA pulling the strings? Or are they the ultimate power?

Has the CIA managed to avoid oversight/scrutiny/control by Exec and Congress and Courts because they permit pols to receive kickbacks and bribe money and sexually assault minors, and use drugs, etc. and then blackmail them into silence? Is this how our system works?

The US isn’t the first country to have state secret police. How have other countries avoided having their secret police take control?

In the past the honeypot traps could be women however that tactic became blaze as no cared anymore. So the powers that be had to start using young girls for their blackmail operation.

You can bet the Epstein operations weren’t the only ones either.

The ‘hand’ has never been questioned! Why, because we have no MSM and didn’t see it until Trump. The Shepard has become the wolf.
‘Sloppy and careless’ are more on the lines of ‘in your face’ arrogance. You see it in every coconspirator who sat before congress or witness and congress themselves. They are in on it. There has been a’ free run’ of this going for years and no law enforcement at the highest levels. People with the authority to stop it were complacent instead of adhering to honesty and truth, and now reap destruction to their own country. By default they become part of this coup.
What amazes me is how far these people go with this plot. To the last breath they fight for the deep state. There is no redeemable qualities in that, none.
President Trump has seen this for many years and plotted and planned accordingly. He knows! Every leader in this world knows what is going on. He has gathered them together against this. Thats why congress is going ‘nuts’ over his communications with Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, and especially Israel. Any news that says Trump has doubts is propaganda, that he falters in decisions. Thats a joke!
The arrogance is what is bringing them down not incompetence. When on the McClatchy report they brag ‘thank God for the deep state’. They can’t see mistakes because they are always right, they have made the rules we now live by.
This ‘hand’ is not new, its within our government, and goes to the highest bidder. China, Drug money, Soros, lobbyists. America has toppled governments for many years, we are being ‘used’ as a criminal base of operations, Trump is seen as a threat. But these people are so arrogant and see themselves as a ‘stand alone’ entity in this world that they will destroy their own country to achieve his removal. Our president is currently closing all escape routes for the ‘hand’ and justice will come ‘Trump style’ and my belief is it will far worse than anything law enforcement could bring.

This begs the question of “who knew what when?” So let’s see.. Aside from Mrs Clinton (who began and funded the operation), Messrs Halper, Downer, Mifsud (who hid in fear for his life), and the head of British Intel (who mysteriously resigned immediately following the election) knew it. Two heads of US Intel (who directed it while another who blew the whistle to the President-elect) knew it, the outgoing President and his adoring inner circle (including his Vice President and Secretary of State) knew it. Three AG’s (one acting) and two FBI Directors knew it. Mr Mueller and his fellow Special Counselpersons all knew it. And the news media (who lied about it every day) knew it. Hell, even you and I knew it.

In short, virtually everyone in and outside our Govt (who was paying attention) either knew or had a very good idea of it. But for some reason the FBI agents who were actually carrying out this surveillance (along with the agent provocateurs they’d planted inside the subject’s daily comings and goings) had no knowledge of it..?

Well, sorry, but I’m not buying it!

        A brilliant analysis.

The circuitous maneuver by which the Steele Dossier was created, sent overseas, laundered through a foreign “former intelligence officer”, and back to the FBI in the USA is straight out of Hillary Clinton’s infamous “vast right wing conspiracy” memorandum from the 1990’s.

In the memo (a PDF is on file at the Clinton Presidential Library) Mrs. Clinton’s investigators describe how “non-credible” scurrilous stories about her and President Clinton, which would NEVER pass editorial muster with American media outlets, are first published in the British tabloid press. Then, the fact that BRITISH press has reported the story is what makes it “news” in the US.

Fusion GPS used Christopher Steele as the “British tabloid press” in this instance.

I agree with his final conclusions and suspect the “hand” is George Soros. He certainly seems to still be running our State Dept, in Ukraine and who knows how many other countries.
But I disagree with a few of his minor conclusions:
I believe Steele was ordered to talk to the press the first time but they considered his dossier garbage. Not allowing for failure, he selected specific press to talk to the second time without the hand’s permission so the ties were cut to limit liability.
Nellie Ohr is CIA and was sent to work with Fusion GPS to keep the conduit open thru Bruce.
Finally, the biggest crime is that Fusion,GPS and others are most likely selling access to the NSA database to wealthy individuals and organizations, and not necessarily American. Why do you think Hillary has had long ties with Fusion GPS and George Soros with Crowdstrike? Eric Snowden tried to warn us of this and is now in exile.

I think the “hand” is Brennan, acting on behalf of Hillary Clinton with Obama’s assistance. Remember Brennan is an old Clinton acolyte from way back in the 1990’s. The lack of operational acumen fits Brennan to a T as well: He was never a field agent, he was a desk jockey analyst who made his political chops as President Clinton’s intelligence briefer.

Comey and McCabe are likewise stooges, they were willfully ignorant (plausible deniability) of what Brennan was doing. They both knew they were acting in bad faith on bogus “intelligence” but did their level best to keep up the subterfuge.

The s*** really hit the fan when Trump won. You can imagine the puckers when state after state came in for Trump. Now they were royally screwed.

So this tactic of tying the President up with impeachment and investigation nonsense has raised the acceptable level of political warfare. If our side does not learn to use it we will lose.

Obviously someone would have to make that charge, and would have to prove it, but if any of these yahoos have been under legit surveillance because of the leak traps set back in 2017-2018, or for any other number of FISA/FARA/RICO/Espionage reasons, and if a conspiracy can be found from their communications, then proceeding with impeachment, while knowing it’s all crap and based on a fake ‘whistleblower’ could be construed as an attempt to ‘overthrow the government.’ I don’t know. I realize there is no danger in the Senate, but President Trump’s record should not be besmirched by impeachment, particularly when the premise is a sham.

Remember, beginning with HR1, the DemoncRATs knew the plan and have executed it to date. They weren’t counting on the Republicans to stand up to them much less fight back. Until Donald Trump became their model, Republicans were too polite or too stupid to have a backbone and fight back. They were content to simply whine. Thus, Lawfare knew that HR660 had to be put in place before any public hearings could take place. Imagine for a moment, had Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan or Doug Collins been chosen Speaker in 2016 instead of Rollover Ryan, things would be vastly different. Republicans would still control the House and the highly partisan HR1 and HR660 would not be on the books because legislation would not have been given lock, stock and barrel to Lawfare.
As for NoNads, his little SchittShow was planned for a while because he read his little prayerfully consider statement, word for word off a sheet of paper. If he didn’t plan it, and he likely wasn’t awake long enough to consider the statement, then quite possibly the statement was written by Lawfare and shoved in his face to read per Nazi Piglosi. We’ll know this morning when we see how long before they come to vote time. Any vote that takes place before noon means this was an intimidation tactic at best!
BTW, prayerfully reflect by a Democrat is a joke. Almost like Nazi’s hate “speech”, you can toss out your “Catholic upbringing” but notice she didn’t call herself a practicing Catholic. Remember when Joe Biden was in South Carolina and the priest refused to give him communion because of his abortion advocacy? Sadly, I think he is closer to being a “practicing Catholic” than Nazi! Stalin NoNads has one religion—destroy Trump. He hates Trump and it is blatantly obvious!

Bottom line, if Nadler violated the rules of order, he must be impeached by his fellows and thrown out of the Senate entirely. If he is not thrown out, if they show no signs of throwing him out, then the Senate itself is operating as a rogue entity, having accepted Nadler’s breaking of their system. The same should be said for any individual senator who goes along with him, especially Pelosi who is in charge.

This is a break point; either they throw him out or they are complicit and traitors to their professional responsibility as US Senators. I see it as black and white.

He did say “I caught them all”. Does anyone think that after three years of slander and vilification and stating unequivocally “coup” and “treason” and “this must never happen to another President again” that he will just let bygones be bygones?
      Me neither.

I think he wants his day in court to expose the corrupt swamp creatures to the legitimate usage of criminal justice codes perverted against him and his supporters and rain them down on the seditionists like hellfire M.O.A.B.s. Nuke the swamp Mr. President!

A weekend of agitation in forty Congressional Districts and, all of a sudden, she does not have the votes. So Nadler is told to adjourn, but adjourn tough. Overnight Nancy twists arms and counts heads.

The tell will be if the Committee convenes at 10 and gets to business, if not….Nadler will have been told to sit on the Articles and if there is one thing Nadler is great at it is sitting on things until they die.

He is also a public citizen, with all the same legal rights as any other citizen – rights which have been purposely and gravely trampled. Furthermore, what he now faces is the very thing that was expressly prohibited in §1.9.3 and 1.10.1: a “Bill of Attainder.”

No, this is nothing new. Our Founders foresaw it, and wrote about it, and crafted their Constitution to be proof against it. But it will be nothing more than dried ink on a venerated piece of vellum unless the people of the nation actually respect it, and force it to be “the Supreme Law of the Land.”

If they do not, then the Republicans must have someone standing in the Court Clerk’s office of the Supreme Court, ready to formally file Trump v. US House of Representatives, directly challenging the Constitutionality of this Bill of Attainder.

As you know, “Attainder” happens when (1) the Legislature, (2) with malicious intent, (3) declares someone to be guilty of some crime, and (4) punishes them for it, (5) without a trial or due process. It is not possible for there to be a more-textbook example of this than what the House leadership has now done. They have shamelessly made a mockery of everything that the 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendments hold dear. They have conspired to deny the President of the United States – the Executive Branch of Government – the privileges that we would perfunctorily accord to any common thief. And, in order to stop them, they must be confronted with it in the Supreme Court. Because, if we don’t move decisively to stop this, it will never, ever end.

As a citizen, it’s my right to live in a nation where the three Branches of my Government work cooperatively together as they should. Not where one conspires to topple another – or, one day surely, both of the other two at once.
