As long as Bill Hemmer stays away from Paul Ryan’s liberal influence he might be ok. Ryan had a modest Midwestern upbringing too, but once he built that wall around his house because he wanted to keep his family safe, but criticized us for wanting the same, he forgot what he’d been taught.

Good luck to Hemmer–no doubt he’s looking forward to being surrounded with those gigantic computer screens. Go and do good, Bill. At this point, we give you benefit of the doubt. It’s up to you to keep good standing.

***Praise: 🧱🧱🧱 Fisher Sand & Gravel has been awarded “mammoth” border wall contract (receiving 268M of this 400M project) to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona. Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020. (12/2/19) (2 days of posts here & here.)
***Praise: Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House. (12/4/19) (RSVP Confirmation from WH & 2 photos; 2 photos)

    Prayer for the work crews.
    Pray:
    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction for the work crews, security personnel, legal team, CBP, DHS, Army and all involved in Project’s 2, 3, and other projects
    – that work would go smoothly with quality construction; with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)
    – that any Temporary Restraining Orders that may have been put in place this week to halt construction would be resolved/dropped and work will continue so that the 3.5 mile project would be completed by WBTW’s January 15 goal (Date may be pushed further as video was made a few days before Fisher Industries was ordered not to build wall.).

    – that Project 2’s wall demonstration will provide the evidence necessary to overcome any objections and show that WBTW/Fisher Industries can rapidly complete large sections of wall, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that this demonstration of the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain would provide undeniable proof that the design is sound and they are able to safely and effectively build it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley

    – that the Government would purchase all projects that WBTW builds so the funds can be rolled into new &/or larger projects in the future and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.
(This, in addition to ongoing fundraising, will allow WBTW/Fisher to continue to self fund projects, build their reputation/resume, while they continue to pursue other avenues which could lead to government contracts down the road.)

Lots of work to do to rescue our limited-government Republic.

Just got back from the President’s rally in Hershey – “the sweetest place on earth”. What a barn-burner address he gave to the packed house at the Giant Center.

I had the privilege to work as a Rally Volunteer and assist with crowd direction for the day.

The weather was awful but the thousands of supporters were in wonderful holiday AND CAMPAIGN spirits – wet from the cold rain, but jovial, patient, extremely courteous, and excited to there.

President Trump is larger than life. He owns both the stage and the crowd. If you have not yet attended one of these rallies, do whatever you can to make it happen. I would do it all over again tomorrow!

“They” – the communists who have infested/infected one of our parties — must never be allowed to come anywhere near the word “democrat.”

If we don’t clear our thinking, we will go down that slippery slope of losing “classical liberalism” — the philosophy of our founders with all its limits on governmental powers and which we conserve — to lying communists.

Obstruction of justice by the Impeachment Squad? No. Bill Barr is Attorney General. He is in the executive branch. Bill Barr needs to do the firing. We have separate but equal branches of government. I don’t give a rat$ a$$ what one chamber of the Congress wants to do that is completely political, partisan, and unconstitutional. No branch is tyrannical against another. This ridiculous impeachment charade is clouding your thinking and probably others about the actual powers they have. It is NOT a good sign Barr has not fired Wray and others. If this is not dealt with when we have a President and Attorney General in control – it never will be.

The strategy is to delay and delay and then delay some more. There is no intention of doing anything because they are not going to prosecute their own. It is as simple as that and always has been. I know Rush Limbaugh indicated it takes time – but that is also wishful thinking. The AG must be an outsider like Trump. Best everyone understands this NOW and go out and vote the House, Senate, and Presidency into Republican control to start to begin – yes, that’s right, begin – bringing about justice. GO VOTE next year and get every single person you can think of that has half a brain to vote Republican as well. We are now in a situation that our country depends on that very thing.

The other day I had a brief conversation with a US Government attorney. I made him uncomfortable when I asked if he thought there was a Deep State. Of late I’ve been asking this question a lot and it’s has become increasingly clear that, yes Virginia (we are close to Christmas, after all) there is indeed a Deep State and it is every bit as aggressive and dangerous as we think it is. The Deep State is characterized by an “insider culture” that sees itself as the protector of not only the nation’s secrets but of the nation itself. Those insiders actually believe that THEY are the nation and not us. It is a natural extension of this insider culture that, despite rather obvious compelling evidence, the foot-dragging of the sundry “investigations” serves the purpose of running out the clock so that the guilty actors in the Deep State effort to destroy a popularly elected president will go free. This is what happens when the very bureaucracy that spawned the Deep State investigates itself. From top to bottom, The Deep State protects it’s own.

The Deep State cannot cloak itself in the American flag. The Deep State, as defined above, is quite simply a Mafia.

Lawlessness, corruption, and immorality do not equate with patriotism, protection the nation, or a Grateful Nation’s secret. It equates to the Mob.

At best, members of the Deep State are delusional. At worst, they are evil, corrupted men who hide their deeds in a conspiracy of silence while professing altruistic motives.

This is the same as what the Senate has done to the FEC (Federal Elections Commission). It takes 4 members to vote on investigating or making decisions/rulings on election fraud cases.

The Senate will not bring up President Trump’s nomination, so the Committee can do nothing about election fraud or abuse. Rather handy, that, during an election year, eh!?!

Now you know why you are not hearing any news about voter fraud, or hinky campaign donations, or what have you! The cases are just sitting there waiting for the 4th member to be appointed.

I saw the phrase ‘serial impeachers’ describing Schiff and Co. I like it but am thinking ‘ serial sisypheans’ has a better ring to it. It is from the Greek mythology of Sisyphus always rolling a rock up a mountain just for it to roll back down

” Student says teacher pulled off her ‘Women For Trump’ pin

A Mason High School student turned to the police alleging a teacher assaulted her during school hours because she supports President Donald Trump.

She was assaulted by [her teacher] Paul Kato when he ripped her “Women For Trump” pin from her shirt.

The teacher Paul Kato is originally from Nigeria.”

Is the teacher Islamic Nigerian ?

That’s a great article, lots of important details including that her button doesn’t seem to violate any of the school rules.

Here’s Kato. Imagine being a 16 year old girl having this guy struggling with you to rip something off of your shirt. Some of these third worlders have zero respect for women and girls.

And look, this guy has set up a class at the Mason MI high school to help Nigerians. And he has some kind of soccer school there. Doesn’t seem like the dude is really interested in being an American. https://news.jrn.msu.edu/2012/04/international-outreach-a-new-goal-for-mason-high-school/

    • I really don’t find that article to be credible. I do think that Horowitz did a fair and conscientious job – but I also think that authors such as this one do not understand what his role is … and isn’t. This is why Bill Barr (and John Durham) have made public statements. Listen to Barr’s two interviews posted yesterday.

Horowitz is a process-oriented, non-criminal investigator with limited power and targeted scope. He only works within the halls of Government. He cannot compel testimony. He couldn’t interview Comey because Comey shrewdly decided not to renew his own security clearance, so that “classified materials could not be discussed with him.” He has to interview sources, and report what they said, and accept what they said unless he encounters clearly-conflicting testimony. The matters that might be the subject of his investigations might be “inefficiency” or “waste” or other equally-mundane things.

His statements, “we did not find,” are not conclusions that these things do not in fact exist. He must scrupulously follow the charter that his office is given, and I believe that he did.

But I can’t help but notice the breadth of the net that he cast. I think that was quite purposeful. He exposed a great many things which prosecutors can now run with. Although “what he is allowed to say about them” is as muzzled as “what he is allowed to see,” he dredged deeply through these foul waters and threw many things up on the shore to see the light of day.

Prosecutors, who do have the power to compel testimony and to convene grand juries, and, through Bill Barr, to compel agency cooperation and unclassify documents (for use by those Grand Juries …), can move these findings to their correct conclusions. Conclusions which Horowitz perfectly well knows, but is not allowed to say.

Trump had another judge confirmed for the 9th circuit on Tuesday and another judge for the 9th is being voted on today. If confirmed it will be Trumps 10th Judge for the 9th circuit giving it only a 16 to 14 liberal majority (on the verge of flipping ).

Think about why dems chose “obstruction of Congress” v “obstruction of Justice”. They are admitting that PDJT didn’t break any laws because there weren’t any crimes “obstruction of Justice” v ignoring their scampeachment as an co-equal branch of government exercising executive privilege.

    dems are pathetic.

There is NO such thing as co-equal in the constitution. The words are NOT used. There is “separation of powers” between the constitutionally defined branches and elements of the government.

Point well taken. It was early. My point is that Team Schiff dosen’t have an investigation of a crime that PDJT can obstruct.

On that point we agree. The constitution sets out enumerated powers for each part of the government it defines, which ensures “separation of powers” and enables “checks and balances”. If one actually listed to Professor Turley, he clearly stated the democrats are attempting to impeach the president for exercising his assigned constitutional powers as well as exercising his rights to use the courts to counter the legislative branch. He also clearly states that all the evidence provided by the democrats is just evidence of a President operating within his authority.

      • Yes, and that Separation of Powers purposely states that “the Judicial powers are vested in a Supreme Court.” Not in the Congress. Against what the Congress is right now trying to do they said, “No Bill of Attainder […] shall be passed.” The President cannot be removed for maladministration – only for a real crime. The Executive and Judicial Branches do not serve at the pleasure of Congress. Impeachment is meant to be a grave and extraordinary process resulting from an actual or imminent criminal indictment which will be followed by “trial, conviction, and punishment” in the Courts of Law. No such thing exists – Congress simply seeks to become “judge, jury, and executioner,” and to deny the entire Executive Branch the legal rights we’d grant a common two-bit thief. (What did they say on every episode of Dragnet?)

Nope, until they actually legislate (create law) that the President actions are illegal you are flat wrong. Impeachment is not legislation.

Two things have really come to the front for me in the last few days……..

    1) If I get on a jury that the FBI or DOJ provides “evidence” —– Yeah, right…………..

    2) Mitch not allowing recess appointments ——-somebody like Rudy as AG would go after both sides that got the kickbacks, book deals, netflix deals

Board memberships, Book & Movie “deals”, Kickbacks from “Aid” to other countries……

A Rudy type AG would have years of pursuing criminal charges, way more than the “five families” against the criminals of both parties and their kingdoms

I think they wanted to tie Trumps hand in hopes that Mueller would find a way to get rid of him. I also will never forget Linsey Grahm trying to pass a law that would prevent Trump from firing Mueller.

FTA – Real Clear Politics, a non-partisan (and indispensable) site that tracks countless polls and averages them, also tracks the job approval numbers for President Trump and former (thank heaven) President Obama in a way that allows us to see how the two presidents compare on this same day during their respective presidencies. On the very same day the deranged media and demented Democrats announced two articles of impeachment against Trump, his average job approval rating is higher than Obama’s was on this same day during his first (failed) term as president. On this same day during his (failed) presidency, Obama averaged just a 43.5 approval rating.
