Its all about arms and reCONstruction, imo, both overt and off the books(CIA). There are trillions at stake.

I wonder if this interdiction has any connection to George Nader’s indictment. Why was Nader brokering a weapons deal between Russia and Iraq in 2012?

He perfectly describes, although not in these terms, the perceptual divide between Progressives and Conservatives as being that: Progs have a misunderstanding of ’cause and effect,’ and generally mistake one for the other, or misapply the logical relationships that inter-relate them.
    Great interview!!

It is interesting when he says that the ‘conservatives’ are the only ones willing to forgive. Notice ‘us’ finding what a gang member who admits to doing ‘bad things’ is interesting and on point. He also correctly identifies that the Demonrats are all in on abortion killing millions of ‘black’ babies. It gives me a pit in my stomach whenever I hear a Demonrat espouse their ‘talking points’ these days. Truth is freedom.

If Congress impeaches, this unconstitutional garbage should not go directly to the Senate.

IMHO, injunctive relief should be requested from SCOTUS.

Any impeachment is procedurally and substantively unconstitutional.

Politically, seeking injunctive relief, is a no lose situation. It slows things down in the VSGPDJT’s favor.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the SCOTUS would send this mess back to Congress for further hearings in order to comply with the Constitution, which would be a big win for POTUS.

I have several issues with that. The House has sole power of impeachment. Nothing grants the courts supervision over impeachment.

Not that I would mind having the courts insist that the House play by standard court practices and constitutional due process.

But strict constructionists or originalists will be just as likely to rule against us as the bigoted, biased, vote as a bloc, liberals are to vote against conservatives.

Also, the sooner Trump wins the better. I don’t want this stuff going on in September, or worse, still hanging over his head in November.

        Not sure.
One of the issues that will likely show up in the articles of impeachment will be “obstruction of congress.” Congress will make the claim that exerting executive privilege in an impeachment inquiry is grounds for impeachment.

The executive exercising his/her right to executive privilege is sacrosanct—and asking for judicial review prior to complying with a questionable subpoena hardly seems worthy of impeachment. If the legislative branch can simply impeach anytime the executive wants judicial review then why have a judiciary branch. What Congress is doing is neutering the judiciary branch. The legislative branch is demanding compliance from the executive. The executive believes it does not have to comply due to “executive privilege”. The correct way to settle this is judicial review. The house, however, does not want to go to court and just impeach instead. I don’t believe the courts will sit idly by allowing the legislative branch to impeach the president because the president asked for judicial review before complying with a questionable subpoena.

I disagree! The Constitution covers all three branches of government including Congress. If Congress passes a law that violates the Constitution it can be thrown out. If the Executive branch takes any action that violates the Constitution it can stopped. Even a decision by a lower court Federal judge can be reversed. So, an impeachment process that violates the due process requirements of the Constitution would be voided.

Either way, the parasites will die. Everybody else needs to rebuild their own self sufficiency.

Hillary allegedly planned and motivated since July 2016, all the alleged Corruption of this Coup to frame the President of criminal acts that they actually did. Hillary emails was the alleged communicator to the Clinton Foundation, a large subsidiary of the Globalist who were partnered for many years to bring the United States to a 3rd world status for “More” power/money. IMO; everyone involved in the Coup are all Traitors to the Constitution and the American People and the punishment should be Extremely Harsh.

    PDJT Retweeted: Tom Fitton

PDJT Retweeted: JudicialWatch@TomFitton Pelosi/Schiff Abuse Worsens, FBI “Finds” Clinton Emails, PLUS 5 NEW JW Lawsuits against DeepState.

PDJT continues to “Acknowledge” for over 3-years thousands of threads of Criminal Acts against the Constitution and the American People. PDJT will and is duty bound to implement Justice. PDJT is 100% responsible for Justice.

Globalist, Media, Rinos, Liberals, and Business Community etc. is directing the attacks against PDJT to mislead their “true” plan/motive; when they are really attacking the Constitution and the American People. They are all traitors and on Nov. 8th 2016 were seconds away from finalizing their 20 years plan to sale (destroy) this country for their own power/money. PDJT temporally delayed their evil plan. The Coup has tried to stop PDJT from implementing Justice for over 3-years because they would all face jail time and their 20-year plan would be stopped forever.

This impeachment process (hearings) showed the people (independents) “more clearly” the two motives for destroying the Rule of Law, the shield that protect the Constitution so it can be replaced with a Globalist Constitution (1) the Elitist, Globalist, Business Round Table, Chamber of Commerce betrayed this Country and the American People for more power/money (2) liberals have an inner core belief that the Constitution is evil; they are insane and just hates the United States and everything it represents.

These liberals have become dangerously insane. There is something wrong with their brains. Rational people do not behave as they are. They are angry.

Impeachment Rule of Law (Policies and Procedures) is being ignored by the coup daily creating criminal acts. IMO; One of many examples of perjury for Karlan is motivated by her liberal beliefs. The accumulation and consistent misstatements, distortion of the facts and ignoring the laws and Constitution as written and being a Constitutional Scholar passes the test for intentional multiple counts of perjury and disbarment.
    1. Isn’t Karlan testifying that Trump demanded foreign involvement in our elections perjury and lying to congress when the facts do not support her statement?
    2. Karlan stated; Everything I read about our Constitution and its values, and my review of the evidentiary record, tells me that when President Trump invited—indeed, demanded—foreign involvement in our upcoming election…is this a false statement? Does the facts and the Constitution not support her statement? Is Karlan being an expert on the Constitution shows she is intentionally creating false statements?
    3. These Democrat witnesses such as Karlan who insults us all by presenting herself as a Constitutional Scholar when she is, in fact, a liberal who IMO believes the Constitution was written incorrectly and everyone who gave their life for the over two hundred years be dammed.
    4. Is Karlan reading words into the record as Trump’s which he never said, knowingly?
    5. Karlan stated President Trump demanded foreign involvement in our elections. Is Karlan lying and making false statements under oath? President Trump demanded nothing from anyone.

The list of corruption and perjury is “Acknowledged” and backed up mountains of paper/digital trails of evidence along with libraries of conflicting statements by PDJT and the America People for over 3-years. These criminal acts can’t just stand; they will/must be prosecuted.

Constitution is being eliminated and rewritten to merge with a Globalist Constitution.
    1. The Constitution says that a President must be guilty of “high crimes and misdemeanors” to be impeached. Today, Law Professor Gephardt said impeachable offenses “don’t have to be criminal offenses.” Um, so we’re just throwing out the Constitution completely then?
    2. Turley stated; this is the first impeachment in history without the establishment of evidence of a commission of a crime. IMO; the American People will/are being accused of criminal acts without evidence.
    3. Law Professor Gephardt said impeachable offenses “don’t have to be criminal offenses.
    4. Etc.

These are 3rd world country tactics used by the Elitist/Globalist and Liberals.

The impeachment and the coup don’t follow laws or the Constitution.

PDJT is 100% Responsible for implementing Justice. Barr works for PDJT who gave orders to Barr during the interview process (his duty) to do his sworn duty or he will be fired etc.

PDJT has many paths to implement Justice and if Barr doesn’t do his duty to the Rule of Law, Constitution and the American People; PDJT is 100% responsible and must/will (bound duty) implement Justice directly.

Every second of the day there are many battles with the rule of law; fake laws, policies and procedures verses real laws, policies and procedures. This is definitely a legal civil war.

Just like the mountains of paper and digital trails of evidence allegedly showing the FBI and DOJ did not follow investigative, prosecutorial policies and procedures in investigation Hillary’s emails or the Clinton Foundation for political reason; volumes of criminal acts.

The globalist and liberals wants to just eliminate the rule of law and the Constitution…they are citing/writing laws (policies/procedures) that do not exist and falsely quoting and acting like they are following the Constitution.

P/T strategy from Nov 2016 is unbeatable and simple; apply the criminal codes as written and destroy the Liberals/Globalist and at the same time expose and drill deep into the deep state.

The coup and liberals tactics of delaying P/T plan of Justice for 3-years was strategically used against them by P/T, using the 3-years to add additional mountains of paper and digital trails of evidence with volumes of conflicting statements, allowing the coup to destroy each other (themselves) and educating the American People.

President Trump has an unbeatable hand to win this legal civil war by just implementing the criminal codes. These criminal cases are easy to prosecute.

I agree this is not about President Trump; it is about the Constitution and the American People and should be stated more clearly to the American People.

MAGA will be short lived without the rule of law; this should be stated more clearly to the America People daily. Many are starting to understand how important Justice is and the 3rd world tactic used to destroy the American People by these globalist and liberals.

      Here is the current of many examples of not following legal policies and procedures;
      P/T Retweeted-Jay Sekulow tweet;
I am at the #ICC with members of the @ACLJ & @ECLJ’s legal team to defend the interests of #American soldiers. Our heroes are being attacked – not with weapons, but with threats of legal action from a body with no jurisdiction over them. (NO JURISDICTION)

We the American People should be very scared of these 3rd world tactics and demand Justice (harsh punishment) immediately.

The main topic of the news and everyone’s is discussing the degree of corruption. There are many books and on-line documents showing the evidence of corruption since 2016. The coup left many trails of their criminal acts.

P/T will win the next election by a landslide in both the Electoral College and the popular vote.

MAGA comes easy to P/T and will become greater than anyone can imagine in the next 5 years.

It is easy to see that MAGA will be easily reversed without Justice and the Rule of Law. The liberals is showing and telling us this every second of the day.

There were only a few people (my guess is 1%) here who believed in Nov 2016 Justice was going to happen. Today there is probably more (my guess 10%). I have known since July 2016, if P/T becomes President, Justice would happen. No doubt.

Look at the criminal acts and the evidence we all clearly have seen in July 2016, Nov. 2016 through today. If the Constitution is to continue (our way of life) Justice has to happen. And if you studied P/T business strategies and how he battles you would have enjoyed the last 3-years. IMO; we should be thank-full that the coup/criminals have shown their true colors and their plan over the last 3 years…and common sense people are still in the majority.

P/T has given 100’s of hints over the last 3-years in what he has to do (sworn duty).

Presidents have had to deal with the revolutionary war, civil war and world wars and they did what was needed, doing the impossible. This is what makes great/courageous leaders. They marched forward never losing sight of winning the war. President Trump has the power of the Constitution and is starting to surround himself with a few great courageous people, who will march forward and implement the rule of law. There were only a few great/courageous men who risked everything for the Constitution; P/T is one of those great/courageous leaders.

There are many paths P/T could take to implement Justice; one being he can micro-manage the FBI/DOJ if needed.

What the criminals has done and will continue to do is the unimaginable. We the People also expect P/T to use many other paths (anything goes) if necessary, powers given to the President by the Constitution, as P/T insurance policy.

Grand Juries to compel a witness to testify are very powerful. What is really powerful; Grand Jury may subpoena physical evidence, use your imagination and think about that power (Hidden Evidence). There will be many plea deals as a result of Grand Juries.

The criminal process will destroy most of the criminals financially and their health.

There is no reason for me to continue, you will never be convinced because you must have read a few people historical post since 2016; detailing what will happen, what has to happen and the powers and duties of the President to implement Justice. You and I just think differently.

When countries have no great/courageous (hero’s) leaders; they become a 3rd world country. Such is life.

If this republic, a self-correcting country does not correct itself by implementing Justice because of all the reasons you stated; we are by definition in process of becoming a 3rd world country.

Mexico is controlled by criminals (cartels) and the United States will be control by the criminal globalist and eventually the cartels (criminals) will infiltrate into every city in this country.

Over 300 million United States citizens did nothing for over 20 years and nothing would have been done if it weren’t for PDJT. The People were blindsided or scared or just too busy with life. I believe the majority of the people felt something was wrong with our country; we did nothing about it.

Do we really believe without implementing this one-time opportunity of Justice, to destroy every element of this coup; the globalist is just going to give up on their 20-year plan of power and money when PDJT leaves office? That is just being nonsensical.

David you are exactly correct in your assessment of the severity of our situation. Many including some on this site are in denial of this for many reasons I guess . One would be if “you pretend not to know things” then you are not responsible for the resulting consequences of non action. It will be quite the dilemma if Barr and Durham try to white wash….not only for us but for our President. We have to mobilize because if he truly comes at them with the truth it will be a mob reaction. I am really concerned about the Senate because if a true defense is conducted….it will implicate some big players in the Senate……I think Pelosi is truly fighting for their lives and freedom from prosecution ( unbeknown to many in the House who have been brain washed) Punting it to the Seante is now the problem of the criminals there as to how they railroad the President.

Rush has done great work during his career. I find myself these days preferring Bongino to Rush if there’s a choice, as just one example. There’s a lot of money in conservative media, and Rush captures a large share of that. Lots of people will be willing to fill that void, so I’m not worried.

Conservatives who want to keep up with the actual news and rational opinion will flock to rational conservative voices. For now, and the next decade, there will be great conservative voices.

        I don’t quite agree.

My read on Rush is that he is VERY careful not to attack anyone who he honestly thinks is or can contribute to his beliefs. This is ESPECIALLY true of R Presidents (like Bush Jr.).
He will say when he disagrees with them but won’t “out” them as being part of the swamp if they are because he feels the alternative is so much worse. He will also laud RINOs when they take positions that help, while still calling them out when they don’t.

In some ways, his not bagging on someone who he thinks can help his cause is very similar to how Trump works. From some of his comments about giving advice to famous people who want to get into politics, I suspect he has even given advise to Trump before he ran.

        He’s not perfect but I don’t think he’s a purposeful DECEPTICON.

I didn’t bother researching all the people mentioned, but Rush disclosed to his audience that he had been lobbied on the matter. The following is a comment by a CTH poster with Limbaugh quoted:

These people are all influential voices, so of course they got approached. The question is, did they bite, did they want to talk about it on air, and if not, why not. In hindsight, you can see where Rush mentioned this. For example this is from a show transcript from last September:

“…I’ve had emissaries from the White House come to me to try to explain this comprehensive immigration reform. I’ve been invited to dinners with powerful media and congressional figures. I’ve had them come here. They have asked to come here. It’s not been intense pressure. It hasn’t been arm twisting. It has been a legitimate attempt to have me, to get me to see their point of view on it, on comprehensive immigration reform. It goes on and on and on. And, of course, have remained in my principled opposition because I don’t think that what we’re talking about is immigration or reform.

I think we’re dealing with an invasion here. And I know that all it is ultimately, from the Democrats side, is a voter registration drive. And from the Republican side, it’s donors who want cheap labor. So, anyway, the point is, that I am known as a rock solid opponent.”

The problem, as Ayaan Hirsi Ali (a Muslim woman from Somalia) has said, is that the Islamic way of life is incompatible with western liberalism. It is a theocracy. Didn’t 5.3 Billion in US aid to Ukraine go “missing” in 2016 (or thereabouts)? I would hazard to guess that Hunter got more than just the $900,000 for his sage advice on how to run a natural gas monopoly.

I would also hazard to guess that a whole lot of people in congress and other parts of DC got a substantial portion of that missing 5.3 Billion dollars that the US taxpayers so generously provided.

Although the U.S. military is large and robust, we’ve mostly been blessed by the fact that it has a disinclination to involve itself in domestic politics. But the same thing cannot be said of our Intelligence Community (including the FBI)."

We have to continually ask, what are the long term goals of the Left and the Right? Compare and contrast. The Left wants total power over every aspect of human existence. The Left wants to completely cancel the prerogatives of the individual and his or her pursuit of happiness in the name of State control and power. The Right — though only limited members of the Washington Republican Party — wants greater freedom and responsibility for all Americans. This means LESS power to politicians.

A very religious man was once caught in rising floodwaters. He climbed onto the roof of his house and trusted God to rescue him. A neighbour came by in a canoe and said, “The waters will soon be above your house. Hop in and we’ll paddle to safety.”

“No thanks” replied the religious man. “I’ve prayed to God and I’m sure he will save me”

A short time later the police came by in a boat. “The waters will soon be above your house. Hop in and we’ll take you to safety.”

“No thanks” replied the religious man. “I’ve prayed to God and I’m sure he will save me”

A little time later a rescue services helicopter hovered overhead, let down a rope ladder and said. “The waters will soon be above your house. Climb the ladder and we’ll fly you to safety.”

“No thanks” replied the religious man. “I’ve prayed to God and I’m sure he will save me”

All this time the floodwaters continued to rise, until soon they reached above the roof and the religious man drowned. When he arrived at heaven he demanded an audience with God. Ushered into God’s throne room he said, “Lord, why am I here in heaven? I prayed for you to save me, I trusted you to save me from that flood.”

“Yes you did my child” replied the Lord. “And I sent you a canoe, a boat and a helicopter. But you never got in.”

    Barrs Dilemma;
Had some thoughts on something Sundance has repeated, numerous time.
I am paraphrasing here, and introducing my own ‘take’, not trying to put words in Sundances mouth.

Barrs dilemma, is NOT investigating to discover what hapoened, it is RECONCILING what we already know.

Reconciling with his prime directive, which, I submit is NO INDICTMENTS.

Some have posted along the lines of “at some point, some ‘low hanging fruit’ WILL be prosecuted”, but I posit No.

Reason is the same, but I come at it from two angles.
The reason is, you can NOT indict and prosecute ONE, without prosecuting ALL.
To wit, to prosecute ANY of the ‘small group’ for Perjury, Obstruction of Justice, would entail going into WHAT they had lied about/ obstructed, which leads DIRECTLY to “a conspiracy to impeach the POTUS”.

SO, ANY indictment for major crimes is an official aknowledgement of the coup, and Barr can’t DO that.

Secondly and more practically, its obvious to us all, we are seeing the most public example of blackmail and hush money in history.

The small group have obviously made it clear, NONE of them are willing to be thrown under the bus, or ‘take one for the team’. Hence, the ‘pay off’; all but Mccabe retiring with full benefits, book deals, jobs in ‘private sector’, including on networks, or Board if Directors of Networks (Ryan),..and legal representation paid for. And, of coarse there is the ongoing cover up and obsfucation, with the support of TPTB.

So, again as a practical manner, an indictment of even ONE, for serious charges, is an indictment of all.

Whether Barr is ‘just following orders’, or has been convinced the American people just can’t handle the truth’, his motive is really immaterial.

Hence, my conclusion, based on the reasoning of this little thesis, is there will be NO Indictments, or prosecutions, no matter how many referals are sent to DOJ by IG or Nunes.

We just ain’t gonna see perp walks, certainly not so long as Barr is I.G.

It certainly explains the facts, as now observed.
        But, I don’t see it as necesarily ‘sad’;
IF one has their heart set on indictments and perp walks, IF one convinces themselves that without them, “the,Republic is lost”, then yes, its ‘sad’.

PDJT has demonstrated over and over that there, are ‘unconventional’, outside the box ways to achieve goals.

Lets wait and see if he hasn’t figured out a way to resolve or circumvent Barrs Dilemma.

I just think there MAY be more than ONE way, to achieve that goal, and indictments, perp walks and prosecutions MIGHT not be the ONLY way, the BEST way, or might even be counter-productive to the,GOAL.

And, PDJT is a MASTER at finding the unconventional way to achieve his goal. S’all I’m saying,…really.

An equally important point is without prosecution, what is stopping this from happening again? Without the masses seeing what has transpired there will be no generation of outrage and skepticism towards our government. “Faith in our government” is what has put us in this predicament. The Founding Fathers designed our government for the explicit reason one should never have faith that “government” will do the right thing. Unfortunately, over the centuries too many rules they established have been bent or obfuscated.

Well, there ARE alternatives. If, for example those involved, the political party and ideology are,so thoroughly rebuked that they truly end up on the ash heap of History, 100 years from now, people will be talking about it.
If it is seen as the stupidest thing since that soldier said “Hey, a,wooden horse! And its got WHEELS on it! Lets roll it inside the fort, and have a PARTY!”

IF histoey views the coup as being THAT ,…STUPID and AGGREGIOUS, and totally repudiates the Democrat party, and the ideology of leftism, and Globalism,….well that would be a pretty good discouragement.

And, in time, a recognition that the power of the NSA database is sinply TOO great to put in governments hands,..would also go some way towards reducing “it” happening again.

As for punishment, I am very sceptical punishment has a deterent effect in the, abstract.

Like locks only keep honest people honest, punishment only keeps law, abiding on the straight and narrow.
Criminal types RARELY think about consequences, or getting caught.
In fact, THAT may be what makes them criminals; the inability/unwillingness to imagine, much less accept negative consequences for their actions.

Certainly the next crop of McCabes and Comeys, will not be deterred by seeing pictures in history books, of this crop hanging from gallows.

The 52 page report prepared by unknown authors for the House Judiciary Committee (HJC) titled, “Constitutional Grounds for Presidential Impeachment” is available here –

    https://thehill.com/homenews/house/473515-house-judiciary-committee-releases-staff-report-on-constitutional-grounds-for

There are no specific charges in the report. The majority of the report is a history of impeachment as seen through the distorted lens of the HJC.

    My summary is as follows:

The HJC can make any rules that it wants. As long as the HJC abides by those rules, they have done nothing wrong.
The HJC has determined that impeachment need not be restricted to crimes committed. Actions deemed unacceptable by the HJC are sufficient. The definition of unacceptable actions is fluid.
The HJC has determined that they can imply motive by guessing what the President was thinking.

    There are no signatories.

I believe this report could be studied in future law-school courses as a complete and comprehensive definition of a Kangaroo Court.
