Fredo’s face is beyond punchable.. his great big humongous smug head would need something much larger.. just cannot imagine how he can look at himself in the mirror everyday or look his children in the face without some scintilla of knowledge of what could happen in your country if his & others’ demonic dreams come true

& who the heck does Joe think he is talking to anyway.. he surely must be aware that cameras are following him, specially when he told the “aide” to not take the mike.. just lends more credence to the theory that he is running for cover.. said it many months ago, HC is lurking under her muumuu.. & as others have mentioned, those voting machines & other means are terrifying to ponder.. this must not be lost.. the consequences are probably beyond some, if not a whole lot of peoples’ minds.. WIN! WIN! WIN! Never back down, never give in.. EVER!!! It’s an existential fight & your President was not kidding!!!

i can’t post a graphic but it doesn’t take too long to see where all the fema camps are located.. the two layer box cars with the wrist holds.. the 4 person black plastic coffins stockpiled by the thousands in massive area (they were moved apparently after Alex Jones found them).. these places are everywhere, one only has to look & actually “see”.. does anybody think that these are places meant for criminals? It doesn’t take much to find all of this..though have not looked in quite awhile.. not to mention the 30,000 guillotines & the 33 billion bullets purchased.. perhaps all of this has been scrubbed by now.. dunno.. if I am wrong about any of this, then good.. but i know what I saw.. & none of it was good

Amen Grandma Covfefe! And for those who love the ‘shooting down with arrows’ Psalm, here it is in all its (prophetic?) glory:

64:1 Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

64:2 Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:

64:3 Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:

64:4 That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

64:5 They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?

64:6 They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.

64:7 But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.

64:8 So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.

64:9 And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.

64:10 The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.

***Today’s WeBuildTheWall / Fisher Industries posts***
    (Previous posts:

    – – – – – –
    As anticipated…
There appears to be two lawsuits this week with 1 or 2 temporary restraining orders to halt wall construction:
    – One brought by The National Butterfly Center against WBTW on Tuesday (11/3/19)
    – and one brought by the federal government against WBTW and Fisher Industries on Thursday (11/5/19). Since then, WBTW has been dropped from the federal TRO. Fisher Industries remains on it.
    – In a 12/4/19 CNN article below Brian mentioned in regard to the first lawsuit that it was fake news and they had not heard anything and had not been served. Later on on Thursday he mentioned that it would unravel soon due to baseless claims.
    – So it appears that there is one TRO on Fisher Industries (WBTW dropped from TRO) resulting from the federal lawsuit and a status conference is scheduled for Dec. 12.

Maybe a legal mind on CTH can clarify/explain this better than I can.

    – So I guess time will tell how much the TRO(s), will delay putting up the bollards. Brian Kolfage seemed to suggest in a Q&A tweet posted below that it might not take that long.
    – Brian also tweeted tonight that “There’s nothing better than dominating the media keeping the border wall front and center which is assisting us to raise more money to fund more walls!”
So even potentially bad news is good news. 😀

    – – – – – –
***Praise: 🧱🧱🧱 Fisher Sand & Gravel has been awarded “mammoth” border wall contract (receiving 268M of this 400M project) to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona. Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020. (12/2/19)
***Praise: Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House. (12/4/19)

Prayer for the week for the work crews.
    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction for the work crews, security personnel, CBP, DHS, Army and all involved in Project 2 and other projects
    – that work would go smoothly with quality construction; with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)
    – that any Temporary Restraining Orders that may have been put in place this week to halt construction would be resolved/dropped and work will continue

    – that the 3.5 mile wall would be completed(to the extent planned) by Friday (12/6/19), in time for the “massive unveiling” mentioned in Brian’s tweet
    – that Project 2’s wall demonstration will provide the evidence necessary to overcome any objections and show that WBTW/Fisher Industries can rapidly complete large sections of wall, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that this demonstration of the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain would provide undeniable proof that the design is sound and they are able to safely and effectively build it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley

    – that the Government would purchase all projects that WBTW builds so the funds can be rolled into new &/or larger projects in the future and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.
(This, in addition to ongoing fundraising, will allow WBTW/Fisher to continue to self fund projects, build their reputation/resume, while they continue to pursue other avenues which could lead to government contracts down the road.)

Tweet with article. Some conflicting info. See excerpts.

      – A Texas judge has temporarily halted the construction of a private wall along the US-Mexico border, delivering a blow to the group that has ardently supported the President Donald Trump’s push for additional border barriers.

Federal judge approves temporary restraining order, stops construction on private border wall – 12/5/19
Dave Hendricks has been tweeting updates on this case. The tweets have been summarized in the article below.

      – At the request of the federal government, a judge on Thursday temporarily stopped a construction company from building a privately owned border wall south of Mission.
U.S. District Judge Randy Crane approved a temporary restraining order against North Dakota-based Fisher Industries, which plans to build more than 3 miles of privately owned border wall near Madero.
      – Thursday marked the second time during the past week that We Build the Wall had been slapped with a lawsuit in Hidalgo County.
The National Butterfly Center filed a lawsuit against We Build the Wall on Tuesday in state district court. While state District Judge Librado “Keno” Vasquez approved a temporary restraining order in that case, the National Butterfly Center lawsuit didn’t mention Fisher Industries.

        • Stillwater says:

There will always be adjustments, delays, detours that have to be made along the way.

As much as I would have liked to see them build a lot of wall by Friday I also don’t mind a little delay while they raise an extra couple million from the media drama. I actually was sort of surprised they didn’t try to sue earlier. Maybe they were timing it to interfere with the “massive unveiling”.

          Liked by 1 person

          • WES says:

Stillwater: Their timing is designed solely to drive up the costs of building the wall.

They deliberately wait until the construction company has fully committed all of it’s resources to the construction project!

Whenever a construction project is delayed, operating costs do not drop to zerro!

The single biggest costs of construction is often equipment rental/lease costs. These costs continue whether the equipment is idle or working.

Then there are general overhead costs such as management. Often construction companies incur on going housing, food costs, for staff staying at local hotels waiting, etc.

Can also apply to all of your general construction crew too! You have to pay them whether they work or not! Especially if they are not local hires.

Many a construction project has been successfully bankrupted by lawyers delaying via legal warfare.

      Observations from a Smaller limb.

Little Marc Rubio has really pissed me off. He put on hold in the Senate the nomination of Katherine MacGregor PDJT’s choice for deputy secretary of the interior department.

      From the article:

“When it comes to offshore drilling and exploration, the Florida delegation is united in opposition to allowing our shores to be subjected to new leases,” Rubio spokesman Nick Iacovella told Reuters by e-mail.

“MacGregor, who is currently “exercising the authority” of the deputy role, has been directly involved in managing the development of the Interior Department’s next five-year oil and gas leasing plan for the outer continental shelf. “

“The Senate energy committee last month voted to advance MacGregor’s nomination, leaving it up to the full Senate to confirm her.”

I’m all for continuing the development of our energy sector.

Florida uniquely has a 12 mile sovereign water limit as a result of its origins as a Spanish colony. Florida also has a constitutional amendment forbidding oil drilling in Florida waters. Rubio is upholding Florida law by scrutinizing offshore leases. Offshore leases must stay out of Florida’s sovereign waters.

Nobody in Florida wants another Deepwater Horizon/Macondo disaster in the Gulf, especially not off our shores. We saw what it did to LA. Heck, Macondo oil is STILL in the backbays in Escambia County, FL.

The fedgov should require off-shore drillers to use acoustic preventers (only $500k) on their projects like the Euros do, or forget it. The environmental cost is too great when the odd accident occurs. (IMNSHO, drillers would include acoustic preventers as a cost of doing business if they gave a damn about anything but getting the oil and gas out as cheaply as they can, the lives of rig workers, coastal creatures, and coastal communities be damned.)

All our institutions are corrupt (intelligence, justice, law enforcement, SEC, IRS and so forth) They do not investigate or arrest any of these obviously corrupt people. If they did we would no longer have to deal with them. They all should be downsized or eliminated. They are protection agencies for corrupt politicians. Time tor the taxpayers to stop funding thme. This is something Jeff Sessions could have made a bit of difference – going after Lois Lerner at the least.

Nancy Pelosi is marching members of her caucus off the plank and into the abyss.

Impeachment is killing her freshman members and polling proves it.

Here’s data on Rep. Kendra Horn (OK-5).

More to come on other members soon.

Say goodbye to your majority, Nancy!

    The GOP impeachment strategy backstory.

FTA – When House Speaker Nancy Pelosi greenlighted the impeachment proceedings in September, Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy made a key tactical decision: He would not to worry about blocking it but focus instead on shaping public opinion and influencing lawmakers poised to sit as jurors in a Senate trial.

“It is our responsibility to ensure the jury and the American people understand how unfair and unprecedented this impeachment has been,” McCarthy said in an interview with the Washington Examiner, explaining his approach.

Pelosi Clarifies She’s Not One Of Those Extremist, Anti-Baby-Murder Catholics

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Pelosi lashed out at a reporter who asked her if she hated President Trump today, invoking her Catholic religion as a basis for her obvious total lack of hate for anyone.

This got her in hot water with progressives, who asked if this meant she now opposes abortion.

“I’m a Catholic, but not one of those fringe, extremist, anti-baby-murder Catholics,” she said. “I’m the more mainstream, kill-your-baby-any-time-you-want kind of Catholic. I base my beliefs on the teachings of Christ, who called us to love everybody except the preborn who can’t protect themselves. Obviously they’re excluded.”

“But other than that, I’m very loving.”

She also clarified that she reserves the right to disavow any teaching of the Catholic Church that contradicts the superior teachings of the church of progressivism.

Prof. Turley gets a taste of being “deplored” by his own.

FTA – In my testimony Wednesday, I lamented that, as in the impeachment of President Clinton from 1998 to 1999, there is an intense “rancor and rage” and “stifling intolerance” that blinds people to opposing views. My call for greater civility and dialogue may have been the least successful argument I made to the committee. Before I finished my testimony, my home and office were inundated with threatening messages and demands that I be fired from George Washington University for arguing that, while a case for impeachment can be made, it has not been made on this record.

House Democrat says he plans to vote against all articles of impeachment

Rep. Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey, one of two Democrats to vote against formalizing the impeachment inquiry, said he plans to vote against all the articles of impeachment “unless there’s something that I haven’t seen, haven’t heard before.”

He warned Democrats to “be careful what you wish for” and he added that impeachment “is tearing the nation apart. … And I want to bring people together.”

Dems’ Impeachment Trickery. By Betsy McCaughey.

“Trick No. 1 is the bait and switch. Dems have already laid the bait. They swear they’re reluctant to drag the nation into impeachment, but their duty to defend the rule of law requires it. “Our job is to follow the facts” and “apply the law,” says committee member Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y. “No one is above the law,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi insists.

Now get ready for the switch: At the hearing, Democrats and their handpicked legal experts will argue that a president can be impeached without breaking a law. Suddenly, impeachment isn’t about upholding the rule of law. The grounds are broader — wide enough to drive a truck through.”

    • No one in Ukraine or in America is going to drop their investigations into what you, Nadler, Schiff, and many others are doing and have long been doing, in Ukraine and elsewhere. “Drain the Swamp™” means the same thing in both places – law enforcement. It means grappling with official corruption, and with those such as yourself who are purposely corrupt, and rooting it out. The American People are determined to do it now. So are the Ukranians. You’re attacking President Trump, but it is your own goose that’s cooked … and you cooked it.

Laura Ingraham: Well my sources tonight told me that what Schiff did and his committee was he went to one of the cell phone companies, ATT, yes… They had some numbers. They didn’t know whose numbers they were. They asked them tell us what these numbers have been engaged in. What calls these numbers have been making and placing. They took that information. They went to the NSA. The NSA aka “Deep State” then gave them the information that it was Rudy and others… That is from extremely reliable sources.

Any remaining democrat passengers with a smidgen of self-preservation instincts will abandon the doomed vessel before the vote.

    ———————————— end logic —————————————

    The logic is straightforward…

The BEST available option for Cocaine Mitch seems to be to KILL the trial before it even gets started. I predict we will see a procedure initiated by the Senate Leadership to dismiss Articles of Impeachment without a trial due to the lack of evidence for an actual crime having been committed by President Trump.

One more observation to add here…

If House impeaches President Trump but Senate kills a trial before it gets started then all the swamp creatures obtain the best possible outcome…

      1. Pelosi accomplishes her assigned (and clearly unwanted) task
      2. Democrat base remains ‘outraged’ (their ONLY hope)
      3. Democrats get to campaign against ‘Impeached’ president (fail)
      4. Mitch ‘looks’ like a hero and gets reelected to continue running his scams
      5. Swamp Creatures avoid the spotlight and continue to slither

This is how Pelosi and Mitch placate both of their bases, while simultaneously doing the Potomac Two-Step

    • rich33y says:

Your logic chart assumes that the Senate cares about a lack of due process and evidence. It also assumes that Mitch McConnell wants to keep President Trump in office.

      Both assumptions are tenuous.

A Senate trial might get more of the Uni-Party Swamp exposed by President Trump, but that doesn’t mean anything will happen to them. The actions taken against the already exposed corruption should be a good bellwether.

This impeachment moving to the Senate is not a guaranteed win for President Trump because the entire process, the people currently controlling it in both sides of Congress, and the DOJ are corrupt.

Sundance has pointed out that neither Pelosi or McConnell care if they loose a majority of seats over this. They want the self-enriching status quo returned to DC at whatever the cost because they know that President Trump will do everything he can to permanently destroy it.
