Russia tries to destroy Ukraine completely all the time. They do Propaganda, Massmurder, Mass starvation, Propaganda war and all the stuff.

Ukrainians went to the USA because they helped – but sadly the US guys where criminal and corrupt AND working together with Putin. Clinton and Co are leftwing Putin hacks.

Ka-Boom: Putin, Barack and Hillary’s Skolkovo.

‘Knowingly or unknowingly, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton presided over the modernization and advance of Russian military, including nuclear, and intelligence capabilities. They did this through their “reset” with Russian which included massive technology transfers from the US and wider West through the establishment of the Kremlin’s Skolkovo “Silicon Valley” project.’

            Biden.

‘Whom, exactly, has Biden been a friend to? Is it a coincidence that this scandal is based around Ukraine, Russia’s neighbor? Who is behind Burisma?

Things are not always as they seem in international geopolitics. The first-glance and facile explanation that this was a simple pay-to-play scheme between Ukraine and Biden doesn’t hold up.

Biden has had a long and public career. If he were an ardent advocate for Ukraine, it would be clear for all to see. But he has not been.

In fact, he has consistently sided with Ukraine’s arch-nemesis, Russia. Biden was the vice president in an administration that pushed for a “reset” with Russia and oversaw Russia’s entry into the WTO. Biden even advocated for a Biden-Putin Commission to bolster ties.

The defining moment came when Russia invaded Ukraine. Obama and Biden did nothing’

So I know these transcripts are often taken out of context but I am not sure how to interpret this one other than literally from Kevin Clinesmith the FBI lawyer alleged to have changed an originating FISA document.

    Start Quote
Attorney 2: “And it’s just hard not to feel like the FBI caused some of this. It was razor thin in some states. Plus my god damned name is all over the legal documents investigating his staff. So who knows if that breaks to him, what he is going to do.”

This is the day after President Donald Trump was elected, and the staff he is referring to is PDJT’s campaign staff.

Also keep in mind that he is the idiot FBI attorney that interviewed Papadopoulos for 11 hours, knowing that Mifsud was intown at or around that time. That is how I knew Mueller’s group was crooked. They blamed P for Mifsud getting away but he was right in D.C. about that time. The public didn’t know who either was at that point

Sorry to keep adding more comments but … that conversation you quoted occurred on Nov 9 2016, the day after Trump won the election. So I’m wondering why this attorney’s name is on legal documents investigating Trump’s staff. Investigating Trump’s staff. While Trump was a candidate. Before the election. It must have been for the counterintelligence investigation unless there was some additional investigation we’re unaware of.

57 years ago President Kennedy was assassinated, a Democrat who – in spite of his personal failings as a husband – would never have supported abortions/infanticide, Communism, Socialism, gutting our national defense, or a mediocre America leading from behind.

The DEMS of today – in league with International Socialist-Globalists like Soros and others – have revealed their agenda by their opposition to President Trump, who has been attempting to gut the Globalist-Socialist goal of a neutered, mediocre America whose wealth is stolen and spread throughout Socialist/Communist slave states to enrich the global leaderships.

The DEMS have also revealed the path to achieving their agenda: impeach President Trump, remove him by buying the corrupt Republicans in the Senate, propagandize the population with massive lies in the media to show why 3% unemployment and the best economy in decades is actually bad, and then massively propagandize for a DEM presidential candidate – a homosexual, or a brown Afro-Indian woman or a fake American Indian woman – to promote them in the 2020 election, which will have an insurance policy of fraud in the election process to guarantee that no Republican candidate can win.

The maniacal energy seen among the DEMS stands in stark contrast to the Republicans, who – with a few exceptions – remain mute, complacent, and thereby complicit in allowing the DEMS to dominate the country. President Trump can only do so much: there are limits, and if he is removed from office early next year, which I fear is increasingly likely, the more I ponder the possible corruption among Senate Republicans, who will rise to lead a challenge to the DEMS?

Because if they succeed in removing President Trump, their energy will increase from maniacal to demonic!

Search warrants and the legal authority to subpoena documents and interrogate people under oath are going to be necessary to determine exactly what was stolen and who took it (and how to restructure security to prevent future burglaries).

Daily Mail, which you know is very widely read all over the world, found out about the document and published a story about it. And it wasn’t pretty. 🙂 I’m sure the two luvvahs wish that they could just disappear from the public eye and try to salvage their careers. 12. We, the People of the United States must demand that our Constitution says what it actually does. Our Founders created the due process of law. They carefully separated the powers they granted to each of three Branches of Government – the President being one of these – in order to create an interlocking system of checks and balances. They specifically forbade Bills of Attainder at both the Federal and the State level. They demanded that impeachment require “high crimes and misdemeanors,” but did not give the Congress the power to declare that such a crime had occurred.

But, if we do not fight this in the Supreme Court, no future President will be able to rule. (S)He will serve at the pleasure of Congress, or may simply be summarily impeached so that the non-elected Speaker of the House may rule in their stead. Supreme Court justices can also be removed merely because Congress does not like them: the Congress simply decides that you are guilty, without a trial, and §1.9.3 be damned.

The Democrats are never going to stop if the only thing facing them are Angry Birds, tweeting, and muzzled Republicans. They must be stopped. And, our Constitution expressly provides the sentences with which to do so.

If the exhaustive Mueller Report had found any evidence of Trump’s wrongdoing and presented it to Congress the Democrats would have had justification for proceeding with their impeachment plans.

      • Exactly: while the Impeachment clause does not require Congress to “have an indictment in hand,” lest the Judicial Branch and/or the Executive Branch thwart them by refusing to grant one, it does say that the accused must be in trouble with the law. Trump isn’t. And Congress has no authority to say otherwise. Therefore, they have no Constitutional basis to approve Articles of Impeachment, because the enabling finding is by definition a Bill of Attainder.

The US Constitution is very carefully designed to provide this protection, and we must never allow that to be usurped. We have hundreds of years of bloody history – many severed heads and forfeited estates – which describe what would happen, if it was.

SorrySounds great. Now try telling the left/Dems/media that. They don’t care and nobody stops them from running the show. Until someone does, we will fight a very biased battle and half the country will base their conclusions on lies and innuendo as they go vote.

Who is going to enforce the very real laws and rules laid out in the Constitution? You think the SC will? They have punted for a hundred years on the natural born citizen clause and it’s interpretation and voila we finally got Obama and a lot of other candidates now who probably do not qualify to run for P or VP. Why would they-SC- step into a political mind field now?

Sorry just venting, but I see no one really defining what is the law and stepping up to make things right. This is a critical stage right before campaign time to scream and shout and make a difference in what exactly our Constitution says. I see no repubs actually taking the offense here and pushing the narrative. They react but never lead the way in taking out some of these Dem agendas that are hurting our country, this fake impeachment being at the top of the list.

Voters will indeed have to decide where we go and with whom, but that is the scary part since so many only hear and see the msm’s distorted and false news to get their information. 2018 was a bell weather possibly for what’s to come if the truth isn’t put forth for more to see and our Constitution protected and followed.

PT deserves a second term, he doesn’t deserve what is being done to prevent him from getting it. Republicans and the people need to make it clear we won’t stand for our Constitution being ripped apart and our rights being ignored.

I disagree Mike. The Constitution does not say that impeachment can only happen if the law is broken. And early on, they impeached some judge for bad behavior.

In fact, the Constitution gives the House the sole authority over impeachment. Only the House can say what it considers to be an impeachable offense. We the voters are the only check on their actions.

The Constitution gives the Senate the sole authority of trying in case of impeachment. This was part of the balance. The Senators were accountable to the state governments. No trial has to be held, they have sole authority to decide. And when trials are held, they determine the rules, they say what is admissible, and they pass judgement, but that requires a 2/3rds vote.

Now the Senators are accountable directly to voters instead of governments, and most of them get to put off that accountability for many more years.

But the most that the Senators can do is remove from office and ban from future office. If there are crimes involved, the Constitution says those crimes can be dealt with in the courts after removal from office.

Finally, the Constitution stipulates that some crimes require removal from office.

Here is a useful copy. http://constitutionus.com/ I like that parts that have been superceded have a different color than still active parts. And it is fully cross linked.

          Like

          • The Constitution says that the House “shall have the sole power of impeachment,” but that does not excuse the other restrictions that were purposely placed elsewhere. In fact, our Founders deliberated this issue very extensively, as did The Federalist. They did not say that “impeachment is anything the House wants it to be.” Quite the opposite.

British law is still vexed by the amorphous term, “maladministration.” Our founders considered including that term, then took it out, and talked extensively about why they did so. They did not want officers to serve at the pleasure of Congress. That’s why they said “high crimes and misdemeanors.” And then specifically did not give Congress judicial power, and further stipulated that no Branch may assume powers not so granted. The determination that a crime might have occurred had to come through the judicial process.

Congress followed the proscribed procedure with Mueller, but after spending $40 million dollars didn’t get the answer that it wanted. Now, now that they’re utterly terrified by the fact that both Ukraine and the United States are sniffing around what’s been happening all these years, they just want to go for Attainder. To become a Court, to declare guilt, and to punish that guilt, all without a trial or any legal rights. And that(!) is what we must not allow.

The House does not have a valid Constitutional basis to issue Articles of Impeachment, because there is no finding (nor even, the expectation of finding …) an actual crime by the only Branches of Government which actually do have the power to do so.

And I feel that we absolutely must not give this even a shred of legitimacy, much less precedent. The situation of President Johnson was very, very bad, and here we are doing the same damned thing again. It wasn’t Constitutional then, and it’s not Constitutional now. And sometimes, if you want to keep a legal right, you’ve got to start kicking other people in the face.

The slow & steady disintegration of the Democrat Party continues as “the squad” and other anti-Trump fanatics keep pulling everyone on the Left further into socialism. News, via American Lookout, from of Pennsylvania shows an elected state Democrat leaving the Party.
A Democrat state senator in Pennsylvania who represents a district that flipped to President Trump in 2016 said he plans to become an Independent and caucus with the state’s Republicans because he’s tired of “purist” politicians and felt a disconnect with an increasingly liberal party.
“As an Independent, I will continue to put people above politics,” said state Sen. John Yudichak, who represents Pennsylvania’s 14th senatorial district in the northeastern part of the state. “I will continue to support Democrat ideas as well as Republican ideas when it is clear that they serve the greater good and help government work for people rather than the narrow interests of partisan purists.”
Senate Minority Leader Jay Costa said Democrats were “extremely disappointed” by Yudichak’s decision to turn away from their “big tent” values. Yudichak responded that the Democrats’ “tent is shrinking every day.”

You must be watching a different show. The hosts (especially Kilmeade) are being rude. The President is dropping news bombs all over the place and each one is going right over the interviewers’ heads. POTUS even implicated Obama in Spygate, and they just tossed that to the side.

Kilmeade is taking questions (from Bolton?) on his cellphone.

What a lost opportunity for Fox. Kilmeade as usual proves he’s in way over his head.

@Jenevive – Funny how two people can be watching the same fox interview, and seeing different things lol!

Each of these host DO know the identity of the whistle blower.

President Trump should talk over any democrat talking point brought up by the host, they should know better.

President Trump has not yet sidestepped ANY question – if you don’t like the answer, or the “running on” simply change the channel.

I’m enjoying hearing my President speak, he just makes sense!

I lost track of the number of news bombs the President dropped, most of which went right over the interviewers’ heads since they had a script to follow.

The biggest news item was POTUS directly implicating Obama in Spygate. Talk about naming names.

Before going to the 9:00 show and AFTER the call ended, Steve Doocy apologized over the air to the President for interrupting so much.

I wrote FOX a scathing email on the conduct of these three interviewers this morning and the opportunities they missed, and caused US to miss, by their rude behavior. I also told them the public is noticing their change to the Left (I couldn’t believe it the other night when there was Swalwell being interviewed, being given a free platform to spew his malicious accusations against the President), especially when they have the MSM at their beck and call constantly. (I thought the remote had somehow switched the TV to CNN!). I am SO ANGRY.

Interesting AT article. The constitution states that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presides over a Senate impeachment trial.

CJ Roberts is called by the PDJT defense as a witness to the FISA abuse, because Roberts oversees the FISA court. Thanks to Fiona Hill’s testimony yesterday re. Steele dossier.

Roberts’ conflict of interest, can’t be both a witness and presiding justice, forces him to resign as Chief Justice so he can testify.

PDJT then gets to appoint the next CJ to preside over the impeachment trial. Clarence Thomas would be my choice.

I thought that was a big reach when I read it. Even reread it to see if I had missed the important connection.

The Chief Justice supervises every court. He even goes to Congress to report and make sure of adequate funding. And it is the job of the Supreme Court to correct errors committed in or by other courts should they choose to accept the appeals.

Jim Jordan’s defense of the president in this “impeachment inquiry” really set off Ohio’s The Plain Dealer, with a vicious article by Brent Larkin (former Editorial Director, of course).

    Among Larkin’s statements:

“the second most contemptible human being in the entire U.S. government,” next only to Trump.

“When Jordan slithers out from under his rock each morning, dons a shirt and tie — sans the jacket, lest he be mistaken for Joe McCarthy — his life’s work is to besmirch everything America stands for in service of Donald Trump,” Larkin writes. “And now it’s fitting that Republicans have given this seven-term sycophant a starring role in the televised House Intelligence Committee impeachment hearings against President Donald Trump.”

“That makes Jordan an ideal candidate to lead the defense of a malignant president who has bragged about physically abusing women and who has been accused by two dozen women of sexual assault or misconduct,” Larkin writes.

If our country can afford to spend trillions of dollars on blowing people up, it can afford to spend a fraction of that amount saving them. But all vestiges of the failed “for profit” model would have to be eliminated… along with two entire entrenched industries.

No one is seriously discussing anything now: it’s empty politicking, nothing more. 🤷‍♂️ The US Senators(!) who are yammering about it have written no bills, held no public hearings … done nothing but tell us all how good it’s going to be when they no longer have the powers that today they do.

        • Well, I don’t think that our “for-profit health care” model is working any better, thanks. The fraud and abuse are both very obvious. I think that the concept has failed shareholders, providers, and patients. “EPIC FAIL.™”

But the present yammering about “socialized medicine” is, to me, nothing more (at this point) than empty politics. No one is seriously looking at the state of health care in this country, nor at what other countries have done (with various degrees of success or failure), and how we might improve the situation, “American Style!”

Because – it’s a damned difficult problem, especially when you scale it up to “330 million people.” Anyone who says they can snap their fingers and come up with the right answer is just casting for your vote without giving you an actual reason to give it to them. And the point in my previous post was, of course, that sitting US Senators have the authority that only 100 people in this entire country have – and that the President does not have. They are right now doing absolutely nothing with that authority. They are wasting the opportunity completely.
