AP Report: Chris Wray FBI Wanted to Interview Whistleblower Last Month – Interview Never Happened…

Attorney General Bill Barr has vociferous praise for FBI Director Christopher Wray and his team at the premier investigative agency in the world.  The FBI previously dispatched seven agents, three snipers, a full SWAT unit, two MRAP armored vehicles and an amphibious assault unit for a 5:00am raid on the home of Roger Stone.

Meanwhile the AP is reporting today how the FBI politely requested an interview through CIA agent/whistle-blower Eric Ciaramella’s lawyers last month, and the interview never happened:

WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI last month requested an interview with the whistleblower whose complaint fueled the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump and Ukraine, a person familiar with the situation said Wednesday.

An agent from the FBI’s Washington field office reached out to the whistleblower’s lawyers last month to seek an interview about the substance of the complaint, according to this person, who insisted on anonymity to discuss the request with The Associated Press.

The person said it was clear from the FBI that the whistleblower was not regarded as the target of any investigation but rather a potential witness. It was not immediately clear what specifically the FBI might be looking into. The requested interview has not taken place.  (read more)

Paul Manafort received a no-knock FBI raid at 2:00am for unregistered lobbying.  The law offices of Michael Cohen were raided for Taxi medallion abuse.  Roger Stone got the SWAT treatment for bragging to congress…. and the Deep State CIA “whistleblower” gets a politely worded letter that can be ignored.

Imagine that?

They’re laughing at us now…

Sorry to burst your bubble but the swamp isn’t going to drain itself just because Trump gets reelected. If Bill Barr really thinks that highly of a swamp rat like Chris Wray then he is just another slimey swamp rat himself. Think about what that means for Trumps second term if he actually gets one.

      • In 2017, in 2018 and again in 2019 the RINO controlled Senate held voice (no record) vote on the unprecedented act of denying outsider PDJT the right to recess appointments, retaining swamp control over the Executive and Judicial branches. Trump has been forced to appoint swamp rats like Sessions, Rosenstein, Barr, Wray, or get a MAGA man like Ratcliff blackballed without even a hearing. America, we have a RINO problem.

Yes, we do.and it starts w/Ronna McDaniels & the RNC giving too much money to incumbents & no support for first-runs, refusal to find new candidates, especially in blue states like California & now Colorado, & candidates for retiring incumbents. And then there’s McConnell & Ryan-clone McCarthy.

IMHAO McDaniels is too closely related to Romney & her true colors are showing.

We can get Pres. Trump re-elected but we need new Republicans if he’s going to get anywhere in next 4 years. And that applies to ANY Republican running for ANY office except for some of the Freedom Caucus.

In last months “DEMOCRAT” election in Virginia, a woman called Rush livid over the lack of GOP presence in VA. She said there were 30 races with dems running unopposed. Later that day, a man from NC called and said the same thing was happening there. My first thought was Roma McDaniels and was she tanking this thing on purpose? We get Trump elected but there is a democrat run house and senate next time? Just a thought but I trust no one but a small group of GOP people.

Why am I not surprised that the FBI would view EC as the witness and President Trump as the target? Remember that the FBI would not have dared to approach the whistle-blower’s lawyer without the approval of Washington DC US Attorney’s Office (Jessie Liu)! So, automatically President Trump is the criminal and the real coup criminals are the victims!

Since the Vindman brothers will soon be relocating back to Ukraine to head up Ukraine’s military, let’s look at what is that Ukrainian military aid package, ’cause soon these brothers are going to start WW III:

The U.S. has committed more than $1.5 billion in security assistance to Ukraine since 2014, when Russian-backed separatists began driving tanks through eastern Ukraine. The latest equipment was largely more of the same aid the U.S. previously supplied, aimed at helping Ukraine monitor and secure its borders, deploy its forces more safely and effectively, and make progress toward NATO interoperability.
The Defense Department’s tranche was set to include sniper rifles, rocket-propelled grenade launchers, counter-artillery radars, electronic warfare detection and secure communications, night vision equipment, and military medical supplies and treatment. The department previously included counter-sniper equipment, Humvees and tactical drones as well.
The State Department funding included $115 million for a broad array of purposes, to buy American-produced weapons through the Foreign Military Financing program, but also to provide advisers and training to boost Ukraine’s NATO interoperability: English language labs, medical equipment and improvised bomb simulators. The funds could also pay for spare parts, sustainment and training for previously purchased U.S. gear.
      https://www.defensenews.com/congress/2019/09/25/what-you-need-to-know-about-the-us-aid-package-to-ukraine-that-trump-delayed/

Since the deep state wants war with Russia (aid to Ukraine) and they want to remove Trump (he bribed Ukraine) Trump should CANCEL on the “aid” to Ukraine until this whole matter of Vindman heading up Ukraine’s military is sorted out. Seems to me that Trump was forced into a corner to release “aid” to Ukraine to get out of the quid pro quo corner and it didn’t help him at all.

Once again, Christopher Wray proves to be the empty suit hack that we have all known him to be…. If memory serves, Wray is the “gift” of Chris Christie for some God-forsaken reason. Why is AG Barr heaping praise on Wray? Is it the same reason he kept Rod ‘Redactinstein’ close at hand? To use him to accomplish the ‘no obstruction’ answer to the Mueller cop-out? Is Barr just keeping Wray close in case he needs to use him? I am worried. Very worried. Barr will be the most consequential AG in American History whether he simply upholds his oath and does his job — or not.

Prince andrew is now known publicly as a child rapist. The lefts private vs public agenda is no more. Their extreme plans for the US are all they can talk about. It used to be well hidden, like the hope and change lie and hilliarys globalist agenda. Their compromised, lawless and ungovernable positions make them giddy with the prospect of having the power of the presidency to even the score against everyone they percieve to not be not them. The protection hilliary and the swamp are used to having is hanging by a thread. These people are being researched, watched and discussed in the public domain and it now striking one level below obama. It’s getting awfully close, isn’t it? There’s no turning back, it will all come out and be dealt with one way or another. Whether by rule of law or by an uprising, I dont know.

Barr’s Federalist Society speech was important because it exposed a weakness that the Deep State has been exploiting from day one with Barr.

Barr sees the Executive Branch under attack and increasingly diminished by the courts and Congress. You could argue the point – but that it what he sees.

Any action that weakens the Executive – like, exposing Executive branch misconduct – allows the congress greater leeway for further limits and encroachments on Executive Branch power. Therefore, it logically follows that covering up Executive Branch scandal serves a constitutional purpose.

Given that, Barr’s institutional protection mode is not just a Swamp preservation move, it has a consistent intellectual rationale. I don’t agree with it, but I think I understand and appreciate it better.

The AG does not issue or decline to make individual indictments. There is a department organization that dictates who has responsibility for these things. The biggest honey pot that is being hijacked in this country is the U.S. healthcare system, diverting 2.5 Trillion dollars (of the 4 Trillion we spend on health care) away from our health care and into other entities, making it impossible for our most highly trained group of professionals (physicians) to earn the value of their education.

There are other honey pots to expose, but he cannot make them mad and not remove them from power or they will impeach him.

The democrats are willing to look like fools in this clown show, but the RINOs are blackmailing the President.

Between Kanye, Chik Fil A, and this impeachment farce I’m all tapped out about giving any unsolicited advice. Were in a real pickle…

The only thing Kanye has right is Jesus is King. It really is the late hour in terms of Heaven. We really have missed a golden opportunity the last three years…but standing by while evil permeates its odious sulfur is not giving us a better future. Its causing us to lose ground. Where there is no vision the people will perish…

Its really Trump or bust this time around…go and tell one person about Jesus everyday! You’ll be glad you did…and the Kingdom will be much happier…

All of this is worthless..its been spent in vanity and pride thinking this couldn’t happen to the most blessed country on the planet.

I was doing good till I learned of Chik Fil A success today was taking all money’s they recieved from every dollar in sales and converting over to their foundation to not have to pay corporate taxes a sweetheart deal the founder explicitly recieved while we gripe about Hillary’s Pay For Play. I’m over it..

Several possibilities here. Some mixed, some good. I’ll start with the bad:

    1) The FBI, ridiculously, took the complaint seriously, and wanted to see if they could use it to penetrate and take down the White House.

    The mixed and good:

    1) The FBI knew that whoever filed this complaint had access to the same kind of information that had previously been leaked. They got suspicious, wanted a friendly interview, were turned down and they have focused resources at a different angle, or are waiting for the brouhaha to calm down.

    2) The FBI has been watching our friend Eric, and recognized this as his work. Decided it would be a bad look for an executive agency to immediately interfere in an obviously bogus whistleblower complaint against the chief executive, so decided to back off and re-approach later.

    3) The FBI has been scrutinizing ICIG Atkinson, and his previous work as Carlins DOJ attorney, and recognized he was up to some funny business in the way Eric Ciaramella’s complaint was handled. Carlin is certainly named in the IG report, and Atkinson was advising him at the time.

    4) The FBI has been investigating the leak of Presidential phone calls with foreign heads of State, and is on to Vindman. They had not seen Ciaramella involvement before, so they approached him for cooperation to nab Vindman. Vindman is vile. Ciaramella is getting a deserved bad rap, but we don’t know if he projects the same prissy, entitled, whiny, jerkface image that Vindman does.

    5) The FBI has been investigates leaks eminating from the NSC as a whole, and is trying to secure cooperation from one of the minor participants to take down the others,

I’m just presenting these. Not trying to indicate any are more probable than others, but I do have a strong belief that past performance indicates future results, which makes me agree with the sentiment in SD’s post. Not a good omen.

Another possibility is that this is a Fusion/GPS type AP planted story containing just a grain of truth.

Viewed from the right it makes the FBI look the way Sundance describes it, while viewed from the left it makes it look like the FBI is intimidating the whistleblower on behalf of PDJT.

Neither view makes the FBI look good, so what purpose does it play and who does it benefit the most?

I feel like Mr. Justice wants to know more about Eric’s concerns and who shares them and how he came to know about the confidential Presidential phone call? The FBI wants to help Eric get to the bottom of things and maybe he has some friends who can help. That;s what I think.

The DOJ is currently building a case against Giuliani. Perhaps the FBI seeks the whistleblower’s cooperation in that effort. There is a very good chance that Giuliani will be indicted. If they can convince Giuliani to testify that Trump personally ordered a quid pro quo, than the Senate will convict. This isn’t all for show. Their goal is removal.

So let me get this straight. The FBI should have arrested the “whistleblower” by force for questioning prior to the news breaking of the “Ukrainian Phone Call Coup” ?

How could the media have spun that story against President Trump as grounds for impeachment ?

Maybe they could have included AG Barr and Directory Wray for an impeachment Trifecta buy suggesting the President along with Wray and Barr violently seized the precious “whistleblower” in order to intimidate and terrorize him into changing his story or dropping his complaint against the administration ?

The Democrats and their Leftist media allies could craft quite a narrative of abuse of power and obstruction of justice out of that scenario.

I think depending on how the FISA thing turns out, we’ll know how expansive Durham’s probe is. Since his scope is extended out to May 2017, we can assume he is now investigating how that illicit counterintelligence investigation was weaponized against President Trump.

Since that all links to a lot of the same people – Ciaramella appears in the Mueller Report for example – and the same strategy and tactics are being used on impeachment, there’s a lot of logic to expanding Durham’s probe to see how a leaked phone call has been weaponized by the CIA/ICIG/Ciaramella to try to take out Trump.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
