House Impeachment Hearings – Day Three – 9:00am Vindman and Williams / 2:30pm Volker and Morrison – Livestream Links…

Today the House Impeachment Committee (HPSCI) begins day three of public hearings toward their goal of removing U.S. President Donald J Trump from office.

The first hearing begins at 9 a.m ET with Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman, the Ukraine usurper on the National Security Council who leaked to Eric Ciaramella for the construction of a fraudulent ‘whistle-blower’ complaint; and Jennifer Williams, the executive usurper/aide to Vice President Mike Pence.  Both were on the phone call between President Trump and Ukraine President Zelensky.

Then at 2:30pm ET Kurt D. Volker, the former United States special envoy to Ukraine, and Timothy Morrison, a Europe and Russia expert for the NatSec Council will testify.

Looks like it was an invite to visit DC was the reward for Ukraine digging into Burisma-Biden, not funding to Ukraine.

No, the mutual invitations to visit one another’s countries as honored guests was simply diplomatic courtesy.

Zelenskyy was himself elected to “drain the swamp.” He needs no inducements to do that vigorously.

And that is what has now got these people scared shitless: all of them have committed crimes in Ukraine, and this POTUS won’t give them six hours. They’re not afraid that Trump is a criminal … they’re afraid because he isn’t! 😱

Well, my point is that Zelensky only referred to the visit to DC, not the release of funds.

Trump started quietly cleaning up his wild and crazy act over a day ago. Because IMO he was watching DC slide into a complete swamp of entangled corruption that would destroy the country and didn’t like it. And knew from his experience in NYC and with the NY press and politicians his future national opponents would come after him with everything they could. Look at him before and after the first time he joked about running for President.

  16. Mike Robinson says:

I suppose that “Lawfare” hasn’t told them yet, but the House is hurling itself headlong into a Constitutional “Epic Fail.”

Because, no matter what they decide to do leading up to it, their action will be to pass a Bill of Attainder as a way of declaring “high crimes.” The Legislature assumes to itself Judicial powers that it does not have, declares on its own authority that someone is guilty, and punishes that person by removal from office, all without benefit of trial nor any legal rights guaranteed by the 5th, 6th and 14th. Its motivation to do so was clearly stated before the inauguration. But:

“No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.” (sec

Their adversary faces no judicial indictment at all, and Congress has no power to bring one. Their powers are limited to removal, for specific reasons, but they can’t find those reasons.

And so the SCOTUS must declare, to end this Constitutional crisis.

Might I suggest you test your theory by calling into the Jay Sekulow radio show at noon ET M-F.

I can’t call in to his show but you are invited to do so on my behalf.

But, most of these Congressmen are attorneys themselves, and Attainder is a basic legal topic. They’re playing dumb, but they all know this. Inexplicably, they seem to think that they can bullsh*t their way right past it.

They were just trying to bide time while they could get enough donor$$$ lined up for Day 1 to make it look legit.

Since then it’s been pretty much ZERO. Even before they started the fake impeachment Sugar Pop Corn King Joe was already conceding IA & NH. They had to pull the trigger fast before he went completely limp. It’s way past his expiration date, that is why they activated the DIM rescue team.

… the thing that’s got these people running crazy is that all of them, each in their own way, committed high crimes in Ukraine. For example: why didn’t Obama provide weapons? So Pelosi and Schiff could be involved in a gun-running scheme! 😲 None of these people are really worried that Trump committed a crime: they’re worried that the Ukrainians(!) are pursuing them, and that Trump won’t give them six hours.

In my humble opinion, I don’t think it would be a good optic to have a tough, killer lawyer to interview this very insecure, little boy. It would look too aggressive and the Republicans must always be aware of how they are conducting themselves due to the Democrat’s constant attacks. Nothing they do should deflect from the facts at hand – that this impeachment hoax is just that – a cruel, vicious hoax.

So they just showed a picture of a text from Volker…. “….assuming President Z convinces trump he will investigate…..”

The pic of the text shows the ellipses or the three dots that come up when someone is replying to your text.

So that would suggest that a screen shot of that text was taken while the recipient was responding. Just seems like the text was purposely written and concocted with the intention to be used as “evidence” later.

Another thing, maybe nothing, but Volker takes the time to type out “President Z” with capitalization but just types “trump” when referring to POTUS.

I would sure like to know the specifics of how Vindman was wounded in Iraq. Being a Lt Col. , he almost surely was in command of this mission. What were the circumstances of the IED attack? Were other soldiers under him wounded or killed? What were the extent of his injuries? Did Col. Vindman put the lives of our brave soldiers in peril?

For the most part, he doesn’t seem to be a very decisive fellow. Nor does he seem like the kind of man everyday “grunts” would be excited about serving with on a dangerous mission in Iraq.
