trapper is 100% right. The FBI is no different than any secret police in any totalitarian government. They are there to protect the government. Stone’s conviction is to warn people to distance themselves from Donald Trump else they end up in jail. Manafort, Flynn, Papdopoulos, now Stone. The FBI couldn’t find the federal building in DC with a map and a GPS, but it CAN put anyone who supports Donald Trump in the slammer. It’s up to Trump to pardon Stone which he will do. When is the issue.

I’m going to be a broken record on this one, but the SAME set up was done to Scooter Libby. For those who forgot or never knew.

During the last Republican presidency ( George W. Bush)
Richard Armitage (State Dept) OUTED Valerie Plame (now running as a Democrat) as a CIA Agent to Robert Novak

      Robert Novak published Plame’s name

      All hell broke loose

Media and other Democrats demanded a special counsel, of course. Every Republican president since Ike save George H. W. Bush has had a special counsel sicced on him

AG John Ashcroft was “encouraged” to recuse himself (hear that, Jeff Sessions)

Deputy AG James Comey (yes THAT James Comey) appointed his friend Patrick Fitzgerald Special Counsel. Sound familiar, Rod Rosenstein?

Fitzgerald found out within a week that Armitage was the leaker. Armitage told him.

Fitzgerald told Armitage to keep quiet and kept investigating
He couldn’t get Cheney or Bush, so settled for Lewis (Scooter) Libby

Libby was sentenced to 30 months in jail for lying to the FBI, obstruction of justice, etc. the usual. Bush commuted his sentence but didn’t pardon him. (Donald Trump did that in 2017)

In 2016, Libby went to court and asked to get his law license back. By then one of the journalists who had testified against him had recanted, saying Fitzgerald had manipulated and been dishonest with her, that she no longer believed it was Libby who outed Plame

The judge reinstated Libby’s law license.

By the way, Fitzgerald now is Comey’s lawyer (and godfather to one of his kids).
Robert Mueller was the FBI director when all the above was going on
Fitzgerald also was the DOJ prosecutor in IL who put IL gov Rod Blagojevitch (sp) in the slammer for trying to sell Obama’s senate seat — a fishy proposition since Fitzgerald pulled the wire tap prematurely (wondering if things were getting too close to “the protected” for comfort).

Blago has remained silent while in prison. Maybe he didn’t want to Epstein himself.

QUESTION: Why hasn’t POTUS hired Scooter Libby as a lawyer on his team. Libby certainly knows the tricks the Democrats play on those working for a Republican

And remember that anyone who is an associate or supporter of Donald Trump will be convicted of whatever charges they bring them up on in DC. The DC jury pool would send any known Trump supporter to prison with not one bit of evidence and even if they had clear evidence they were innocent.

People in the DC metro area hate the President and his supporters so much that you could have evidence you were in another country when the supposed crime was committed and a DC jury would convict you and send you to prison for the rest of your life.

They hate us and we don’t seem to understand that or know how to fight this.

You are never going to get a fair trial with “Judge” Amy Berman if you are not a Leftist hack, Stone was “guilty” as soon as she was put in charge of his trial — no Change of Venue is going to be granted by her for any Republican and it is clear she did what she could to prejudice the Jury, and allow prejudiced Jurors, from what I read she did the “eye rolling” bit and worse and basically he lost in Jury Selection by how she ran it — (the Chief Judge sent this case to her as is done with other Republicans so she can do her “magic” against them– she was not blindly assigned the case nor the Manafort case, the Catholic Nuns etc. — she was specifically selected as a Leftist Activist Judge to make sure of the outcome desired obviously.) — which doesn’t take much because in DC if you’re a Republican on Trial these days you are in front of a bunch of far Leftists in that Jury Pool and you will be found Guilty regardless of the facts.

She gagged Stone and destroyed his 1st Am Rights while the Mainslime Media was allowed to slime him daily without response from him.

The Federal Courts are a putrid joke for the most part now, if you are targeted they will pile charges on you to force a plea or to make you look like John Dillinger for the Jury–you have no Rights anymore in that system, you will be bankrupt by being charged alone, and Federal Prosecutors can operate unethically and illegally with no downside–they will be promoted for doing so…. — the FBI is allowed to lie and commit perjury against you also with no downside (the FBI Lab was found to have framed people for multiple years with fake/garbage/made up “evidence” basically giving Agents what they wanted to “make” cases, even in Death Penalty cases, and basically nothing was done as a result of this being discovered– it happened, most people don’t even know about it–this is the FBI now after Mueller and Comey, enjoy if you or your family ever have to deal with them–KGB in the USA….)

–The Federal Courts are full of Leftist Activist Judges like Berman who were put there just for that reason by Clinton and Obama– Berman is doing exactly what they put her there for– any Appeals will head to more of the same type “above” — there is no Justice to be found in that “system”– the USA is basically now much the same as the old USSR in Courts, Media and “Academia”– except people in the USSR knew these institutions were frauds and corrupt, most in the USA have not caught on…yet….

Is that true? I thought all the grand juries in Spygate would be in the same jurisdiction as those in the Mueller investigation, i.e., the DC area. With luck, some components of the case might be in Eastern Virginia, which I suppose is marginally better, but frankly, I’m not optimistic.

We need a supreme court ruling saying that defendants in politically charged cases have an automatic right to a change of venue.

Everyone involved in the Coup has perjured themselves over the last 3-years to easily be convicted of perjury. All combined would equal at least 1,000 years…

PDJT knows if MAGA nets each person in the U.S. an Extra $100,000 a year and PDJT cures Cancer; this will not stop the Coup/Criminal/Globalist from implementing their plan to replace the U.S. Constitution with a Globalist Constitution.

Now, we are hearing that the Manafort money laundering conviction may have been based on false documents, no doubt created at the behest of the US government. Maybe some indictments. But indictments alone mean basically nothing. Pravda will clear them of any wrongdoing.

After that, the crooks will fall into their loyal judges’ court.

If any conviction will be minimal and some community service.

If Trump cannot get any Democrat indicted, much less tried, convicted and punished, he will have to play his ace in the hole: lay out his case in detail to the American public, and ask them to try at the ballot box those who are engaging in corruption and committing treason from a cloak of immunity: Congress.

Declare war FOR America. Let the people know that everything he has accomplished has been in spite of thousands of crooks and traitors in DC, from both parties, and name names.

State that he expects it to continue and even get worse, since he has but a handful of decent patriots willing to stand with him, and name those names too. Ask the people to help him resist the criminal conspiracy until next November, and then to let their judgement ring, a judgement from which there can be no appeal.

He has never has control over any of the branches, dont forget they are all minus a few who have worked against him from day one. He does the best he can with what he has to work with. Have you not figured this out after 3 years of the constant impeach remove campaign?

It is this particular judge who is a problem. At a minimum, she’s a liberal idealogue. I have my beliefs that she’s part of the Deep State. Team Mueller tried to funnel every case it could to her. But, I’ve got no proof of any Deep State connection other than this: I suspect there’s a reason Mueller and his evil acolytes wanted all cases to go her way.

Trump can’t pardon anyone until we replace enough Senate critters with REAL CONSERVATIVES. He’s in a political pickle.

Truth, Justice and morals are no longer in effect with Senators like Mr. Delecto, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski. The Presidency and our republic are hanging by a thread.

What the hell is wrong with Kentucky!? Why do so many vote for rinos, or devil worshipping dems? Wake up, america! NEVER vote for candidates promoted by the Mainstream media!

Abandon google like the plague and research your candidates on Duck Duck Go, or even Bing.

Our entire republic lies in the hands of a drug induced nation.

All of this is relevant to Roger Stone, Lt. General Flynn, Paul Manifort, PapD et al. Trump would have pardoned them all if he had the backing of real conservatives, who see this take down for what it is.

Sadly Rudy is next up. Unless PDT declassifies and Barr does his job this will not end until PDT is impeached, convicted and then the state of NY takes him and his family down. Its time he goes on a major offense and that may include firing Barr. Honestly at this point he is not doing himself any favors. Time is running out:(

Since nearly all bureaucrats are democrats, it is impossible for Conservatives to get fair trials in DC, and just as impossible to get convictions against Dems or their criminal deep state allies. Since Federal employees work for the entire USA, court cases involving them need to be away from the DC Swamp.

WHEN will the Dems be ARRESTED, much less convicted. DOJ, GOP cannot arrest one slngle guilty party that is guilty? This is tiresome and disgusting.

Hanging judges and juries get ‘er done fast. The process was only part of the punishment. They impoverished him. Now they humiliate him. Then they jail him.

  43. The MAGA/Patriot community is imo grossly ill-prepared for this Bolshevik ‘extra-constitutional’ Beast that never sleeps. Maybe it went into hibernation in 1989. But after a historical nap it’s migrated to American shores fully refreshed. It’s questionable whether our institutions possess the imagination and flexibility to withstand this kind of withering onslaught.

    Here’s Barr:

“No society can exist without some means for restraining individual rapacity.

But, if you rely on the coercive power of government to impose restraints, this will inevitably lead to a government that is too controlling, and you will end up with no liberty, just tyranny.

On the other hand, unless you have some effective restraint, you end up with something equally dangerous – licentiousness – the unbridled pursuit of personal appetites at the expense of the common good. This is just another form of tyranny – where the individual is enslaved by his appetites, and the possibility of any healthy community life crumbles.” –AG Bill Barr, Notre Dame speech

“Something happened recently that crystallized the difference between these moral systems. I was attending Mass at a parish I did not usually go to in Washington, D.C. At the end of Mass, the Chairman of the Social Justice Committee got up to give his report to the parish. He pointed to the growing homeless problem in D.C. and explained that more mobile soup kitchens were needed to feed them. This being a Catholic church, I expected him to call for volunteers to go out and provide this need. Instead, he recounted all the visits that the Committee had made to the D.C. government to lobby for higher taxes and more spending to fund mobile soup kitchen.” –AG Bill Barr, Notre Dame speech

We’re attending all the right blogs and following all the right twitter feeds. However this should not be mistaken for staffing a soup kitchen. I’m guilty of exactly this myself. Internet activity is NOT a substitute for action. Nor is a spirited rally anything more than a cheer-leading event. Maybe it charges POTUS’ batteries a bit, so there’s that. I see Sen. Johnson is ‘opening the doors’ to subpoenas. I suppose that’s what we have to call ‘Republican proactivity’, knowing that Lawfare would have had this story-booked out months ago. I guess you go to war with what you have.

As I wrote yesterday my friends on FB have been dead quiet about the Impeachment Hearings, no comments, no chortling, nothing.

Roger Stone? They are over the top and doing virtual high fives. They don’t have a clue that what the deep State has done against Trump is a zillion times worse. I just see a gut level hatred for Trump and his family from many of these people and I don’t understand it.

I couldn’t stand Obama and I could list all the reasons, but I didn’t hate him and wish him dead or in jail for some made up crime. If BHO has done something prison worthy, like if someone is able to tie him into trying to take down an elected President, I’d be fine with jail time. Do I think that will happen, nope.

You do understand it, it’s the media who have become Dem activists not journalists. They are brainwashing the masses and very well I might add. My best childhood friend is a die hard Dem I send her PDF’s with the actual statements and she still denies the dems are doing anything wrong. Our friendship is on a very short string.

Unless it is an emergency (speak / act in a hurry) that could save the life of another….

even if facing false arrest (to which you know the truth of what occurred),
    – avoid the spin / telephone game that could be played with your words (truth) as what you say gets (mis)interpreted by others,

    – go ahead and be arrested, [ yes, that is a very difficult self sacrifice…but, you are temporarily going to a safe place… unless you are an Epstein loaded with information on others (mis)behaviors. ]

    – go through the months of adjudication,

    – then, when your turn, present your case when you think that there is an impartial judge and let the whole truth arise to the top.

Once again, Donald Trump is ALLOWING this to happen. When is he going to release all the information on corruption? The Dems and The Deep State are LAUGHING at him. All the while, PappaD, Stone and Manafort go to jail, many people, including General Flynn go bankrupt paying for attorneys and all the dems lie, cheat and steal and just walk away. If President Trump thinks people are going to show up in 2020 for this he is clueless. Also, if he doesn’t wake up, the Senate WILL convict him. What he FAILS to realize, IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT THE EVIDENCE IS. 50% don’t care. They are ok with locking up conservatives and impeaching the President.

  48. J.Thomas says:

We live in Russia now, people. Our landscape is littered with political prisoners.

When you selectively prosecute people based on their political affiliation, that is what you create. Our intelligence services and justice system are all politically motivated now.

We are the world’s corruption center.

We are the dark force killing people for money and propagandizing the people who are left into following leaders who are accountable to the Globalist Deep State and not their own people. We are the ones who bomb them from drones, infiltrate their leadership, and overturn their governments.

I used to think that this kind of foreign policy was the spread of “democracy” and intended to free people. I was wrong. This is the destruction of nations to steal their wealth so that people like Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, George Soros, Mitt Romney, and the Bushes can sit on their own thrones over subjugated peoples who were once free to live as they chose.

It’s time to wake up, people. The same weapon of Globalist Deep State government that destroys people, plunders them, kills their leadership, and propagandizes the remainder is now pointed at YOU. YOU are the next political prisoner.

I DID vote in 2018. Got a “Republican”. New guy. Francis Rooney (Lee County,SWFL). A very very red district. And what does he do? Complains about Pres Trump all the time. Ticks me off. The dummy is not running again. Good! But why on earth did the local Repubs select this RINO when they should have had a number of good Trumpians available??? Calling on all good CTH’ers to let him know he’d better not vote for impeachment. He lives in Ave Maria with a lot of good conservatives.

  50. The Mensheviks were the MAGA’s of their day: polite, decorous, protocol-conscious. They won the revolution, then lost to a Bolshevik coup by a tiny number of Lawfare-ites in the middle of the night. Within 50 years, as many as 20 million Russian Christians were dead. We are in the very early stages of the self-same battle buy the self-same foe. Barr at Notre Dame is showing he grasps this. Who else is coming to terms with this?
