Judge angry with DOJ delays in McCabe prosecution decision: ‘This is not a hard case!’

    https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/judge-angry-with-dojs-delays-in-mccabe-prosecution-decision-this-is-not-a-hard-case

The Justice Department’s continued delays in making a decision about whether or not it will charge fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe with any crimes related to allegations that he misled investigators frustrated the federal judge overseeing a freedom of information lawsuit.

“I don’t care what y’all do with McCabe,” Judge Reggie Walton said from the bench in the District Court for the District of Columbia on Thursday afternoon. “But this is not a hard case!”

“Deciding whether you’re going to charge someone with false statements is not a hard case … not factually, not legally, but maybe politically,” he said.

if there were no repeated calls to “trust the plan” how would conservatives actions be changed? The most dedicated, aware, informed are often distracted by current events by rabbit trails that do not help President Trump in the present.

Many of the strongest supporters, the most ardent researchers, are the most distracted, looking forward to future events, mollified, passified, disengaged from the reality of Now.

They have been neutralized and disengaged from current action and from focus on reality of what is literally happening right now and doing work that will be effective now and actually aff3ct reality and current events.

President Trump needs our help and support. Please dont be so easily lead to the sidelines and distracted.

How many passed predictions have come true as far as major events? How many of the deep state have actually been charged and convicted?

Katherine, all respect for your grass roots efforts. In response, I agree that POTUS needs our support in many way.

AS a basic ground rule for human behavior, obtaining a desired outcome in any manner possible may be against the law and display bad etiquette. If the lawless activity renders me closer to my goal and even though some one tells me to desist from the lawlessness, I will persist in the lawlessness. Until I am deterred in a manner that brings personal pain, through loss of status, monetary or physical consequences, I will maintain the lawless behavior.

Our legal system is currently two tiered ad the persistent criminal behavior has yet to meet the inside of a courthouse. This remains and important effort until the indictments become a reality.

Somehow a concerted campaign must be made at stopping the cultural marxists in the judicial system bureaucracy from being able to steer all the critical cases to cultural marxist activist judges. This is a huge miscarriage of justice. The assignment of cases is clearly not random, as it is supposed to be.

Is it possible to turn off “meaning correct”? Everything I write these days comes out sounding like I’m a 3rd grade kid, because of auto-correct, if I don’t take the time to slowly read what I just typed. I’m beginning to think that Microsoft, etc. have done this on purpose. Auto-correct was fine, but then they added something to try to predict what you are thinking and turned writing into babble.

Find out what office assigns cases to judges. Find out who is working there, it’s public record. Dig into them, find their political contributions, social media, etc. Then apply Alinsky rules.

In this day and age there is no excuse for a human to be involved. The schedules should be loaded into a computer program and based on availability the computer should make the assignment. Then if there is a conflict of interest the attorneys present that, if decided there is a conflict that judge is removed and another randomly assigned.

Such programs already exist in federal government. They use a similar program for employee drug tests for public safety employees. I’m sure it could be adapted for case assignments.

Wonder how the massive exports of our chicken and pork are going to impact our domestic prices for those products? Good thing this household is experimenting with vegetarian dishes, but then aren’t we also selling a big portion of our soybeans overseas as well? Tofu these days doesn’t taste as bad as it did when it first came onto the American market decades ago.

In past years I used to eat more than a little tofu. Properly prepared it’s quite good. No argument there.

Unfortunately for me (and many others) tofu and similar products cause health problems. So it’s permanently off my shopping list. However there are numerous alternative (and inexpensive) products worth trying out.

One thing about American producers of pork, poultry, soybeans, etc., is their flexibility. For example I’m constantly amazed at the vast array of quality poultry items for sale at our local grocery stores, with several brands and competitive prices to boot.

Under current conditions it seems likely that our food prices will increase minimally if at all on account of selling to China. Tofu and the like are great, but my hunch is you won’t have to go there if you really don’t want to.

I keep seeing stories about “historic” flooding in Venice Italy, and of course propaganda media is linking it to climate change. So I finally hunted for info online. I ready that it’s the worst flooding “in 50 years”, which tells me that 50 years ago there was flooding that was just as bad. Was that due to climate change too? 🙂 Digging a bit more I found out flooding was occurring in the 1st century.

The first record of a large flood in the Venetian lagoon dates back to the so-called Rotta della Cucca, reported by Paul the Deacon as having occurred on October 17, 589. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acqua_alta

    If you continue reading that wikipedia info you find out Venice was also flooded in 782, 840, 885, 1102, 1110, 1240, 1268, 1280, 1282, 1283, 1286, 1297, 1314, 1340, 1341, 1386, 1410, 1419, 1423, 1428, 1430, 1444, 1445,1511, 1517, 1521, 1535, 1543, 1550, 1559, 1599, 1600, 1686, 1727, 1729. 1742, 1746, 1748, 1749, 1750, 1792, 1794, 1839, 1848, 1867 … and there’s more.

But despite all of this flooding in past centuries, THIS year it’s because of climate change. Right? 🙂

For the longest time I wondered just how deep is the swamp. At first I thought this was a small group contained in the FIB, C_A and DOJ as they were the ones doing the plotting and all the early take downs.

But after listening to the entire Glen Beck video from two nights ago, I now see that the DS is literally everywhere, embedded in our federal government and specifically deeply embedded within and funded by the state department and us.

Then you look around and see what happened in Egypt, ME, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, Turkey, Chile and others and you see that this is a massive global organization bent on undermining countries, moving their ideology far left, rewriting their constitutions and inserting their own hand picked leaders all for the purpose of power, control and money.

This video should be mandatory for ALL Americans to see and you realize just how massive the DS has become globally and you see how their open society ploys coupled with NGO’s are their seed tools used to undermine a country’s culture, values and government.

You see these same seeds popping up in America right now.

Education and the truth are the tools to begin to fight this which is why I hope everyone at CTH will view this and refer your friends and family to view it too as it absolutely provides the basic understanding of the DS and how they work today.

You come away from the video screaming and hoping that Barr and Pompeo are pure white hats or this battle in front of us is going to be very, very long and brutal one if it is just PT and us.

I never realized just how important of a role Pompeo plays in taking down the DS from within. We don’t talk about him like we do Barr but frankly much of the heavy lifting IMO rests with him in exposing the DS from within his department and then halting the open society programs and funding to NGO’s who undermine so many countries.

I wish Sundance might take Beck’s video and do a dedicated thread on it not because any of this is new to him and many here but it would be a great leaning tool and thread for those like me who thought early on this was just a bunch of rogue left extremist in a few of our agencies and that if PT cuffed them they, this would all go away.

This is truly a World War we are in and the DS roots, ideology, obsessions are far and wide and if America, this Republic falls then there is no doubt in my mind that all the generations that follow will be destined for a life of total misery, unrest, wickedness and evil.

PT and his MAGA supporters are all that stands in their way. It is US that must rise up and become the 2nd Greatest Generation like our fathers or grandfathers before us did in WW2.

MAGA is the last bastion of hope and this is why this truth, this knowledge and real understanding how the DS works is so important If we are going to overcome this true evil!

Different people, different groups, all have their own motivations. And sometimes apparently opposing groups can form alliances to push for something that benefits them both. Perfect example is the unholy alliance between leftists and business to keep America’s southern border open, each for their own purposes. But underlying all of them you will always find one source that is controlling it, maneuvering it, channeling it.

So too the “get Trump” effort is comprised of many groups and interests, all coming at him from their own directions and with their own motivations. For some it is money, or power, or ideology, or plain old politics. However, all of it, all of them, trace back to a single source with a single world view that drives it. Whichever thread you want to pull on, whatever twists and turns and holdups you encounter as you follow it through the fabric of the conspiracy, ALL of them will eventually lead you back to that single source.

The obsolete world view of the foreign/clandestine service. It’s what’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, break time, snack time, Sunday dinner, Thanksgiving dinner, the food stand on the corner, the lunch truck, the vending machine …..

The lower tier of the “justice” system:

A Michigan Man Underpaid His Property Taxes By $8.41. The County Seized His Property, Sold It—and Kept the Profits.
    6 Nov 2019

A state law allows counties to effectively steal homes over unpaid taxes and keep the excess revenue for their own budgets.

    https://reason.com/2019/11/06/a-michigan-man-underpaid-his-property-taxes-by-8-41-the-county-seized-his-property-sold-it-and-kept-the-profits/

Rafaeli’s case—which has the potential to stop the predatory behavior of county treasurers across the state—began with a simple mistake.

In August 2011, Rafaeli purchased a three-bedroom, 1,500-square-foot home in the predominantly African American community of Southfield, Michigan, a lower-middle-class suburb just north of Detroit. “The investment was good to the state economy, and [at] the same time, it may produce a good rent for my retirement. A ‘win-win’ situation,” says Rafaeli, who lived in neighboring Macomb County at the time. (He no longer lives in Michigan.)

The $60,000 purchase was recorded by the Oakland County Register of Deeds on January 6, 2012. About six months later, in June 2012, Rafaeli was notified that he had underpaid his 2011 property tax bill by $496. Rafaeli made subsequent property tax payments on time and in full—and, in January 2013, he attempted to settle the unpaid tax debt, according to court documents.

But he made a mistake in calculating the interest owed, resulting in another underpayment of $8.41.

A little more than a year later, in February 2014, Rafaeli’s rental property was one of 11,000 properties put up for auction by Oakland County. It was sold for $24,500 in August of the same year—far less than what Rafaeli had paid for the property just three years earlier.

Today, real estate service Zillow, which rates the Southfield region as a “hot” market in the Detroit region, estimates the property is worth $128,000, But Rafaeli has missed out on reaping a financial reward for being an early investor in the area.

“I believed in the power of the U.S. to withstand the difficulties,” says Rafaeli, “and I believed in its fairness and dignity in doing business there.” Now, he says, he thinks differently.

NYT insists on calling President Trump “Mr.”. Did they do that with any other president or just one more sign of their bias? It triggers me! 😉

As much as I dislike the NYT, the answer is yes, this has been an established editorial standard there for many decades. They’ve done it with everyone. Sometimes to a comical extreme.

I recall one column in the NYT in the 1980s about the rock singer Meat Loaf, where they hilariously referred to him as “Mr. Loaf” throughout the article.

Will attend a reception held by Queen at Buckingham Palace with other leaders
Visit will start ten days before Britain goes to the polls for December 12 election ”

    Excerpt:
Donald Trump is returning to Britain in less than three weeks’ time for his third visit to the UK in just over a year, the White House revealed today.

The US President and his First Lady Melania – as well as their huge security entourage – will land on December 2 and stay until December 4 for a NATO meeting near London.

He will be received by the Queen at Buckingham Palace, having lavished praised on the monarch after previous meetings, calling her an ‘incredible, sharp and beautiful’ woman.”
