Regardless of whether the latest whistleblower violated federal law or not, he or she is maintaining the murky tradition of turning anti-Trump sentiment into cold, hard cash. Former FBI Director Andrew McCabe and former agent Peter Strzok have both used GoFundMe to raise over a million dollars combined.

More audaciously, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen used the crowdfunding site last year to pull in $217,144 after he publicly severed his ties with the president and promised to dish dirt on his former employer. What eager #resistance donors weren’t told, however, was that Cohen had splashed out $6.7 million on a luxury New York City apartment four months earlier.

Grand jury met but former FBI deputy director hasn’t been charged

A federal judge has given the Justice Department about six weeks to either charge former FBI No. 2 Andrew McCabe or drop its investigation into whether he lied to investigators about a media disclosure, criticizing prosecutors for leaving the decision “in limbo.”

You be sure that President Trump’s No. 1 Swamp Drainer AG Barr will not want to let dirty Andy McCabe slide when it’s so important to indict McCabe for his criminality and at the very least get him to squeal and flip on his “higher ups”.

That means AG Barr is CERTAIN to DROP THE HAMMER on McCabe in the next 3 days.

GO AG BARR!! Swamp Drainer in Action!!!

Time to pay the BARR TAB Andy!!!!!

Not that I have any special love for McCabe, but it is b.s. to investigate for a year of so before charging with a crime (or not).

I’ve been helping a family member with a frivolous lawsuit that will almost certainly soon be thrown out of court, but has taken 5 years to get to this point.

Justice delayed is justice denied. The legal system will destroy most people financially, if they are ever unfortunate enough to get caught up in it, even for simple, petty issues. The judges don’t seem to recognize this fact or care about it.

The US legal system is beyond FUBAR.

I question whether or not a judge can set an arbitrary deadline for prosecution when the statute of limitations has not fully run its course. New evidence can be uncovered which can be relevant to a prosecution. What other American has EVER been given such a sweeping right by a judge?

      Like

      • Rhoda R says:

As I understand it, the judge’s ruling is in response to a FOIA case where the government denied the request due to impending indictment. The judge is merely telling DOJ to either indict or he’s going to allow the FOIA request. This has nothing to do with the actual indictment which can occur any time within the statute of limitations.

So, (per Sundance), the Senate ‘trial’ is set – 6 to 8 weeks with the Evil Burr being the sock puppet of the Evil Warner and coordinating things.

Annoying, if it comes to pass (I still have my doubts). But please someone tell me why our President should be concerned?

Will this not be the greatest reality show EVER!? And who’s your daddy when it comes to reality shows?

Will this not expose ALL the dirty laundry of Ukraine? If not, please advise why not.

If not one House member defected, will 21 GOP Senators defect? If so, please advise who and provide a convincing explanation of why.

And no, I don’t believe people like Rubio, who was conned up front by the Deep State, are in any danger of “exposure”, so I don’t buy defection from those quarters. Even Pierre Delecto will be too cowardly.

So, exoneration by the Senate and the first President to be impeached and win reelection – glorious!

Of course, I could just be extremely naive.

Just keep in mind that Sundance is doing this day after day after day. There must be times he gets depressed as any normal person would. What’s going on in his personal life? Maybe someone he loves dearly is deathly sick? Maybe he was sued and lost? Maybe his cat died? Maybe he wrote a novel and can’t get it published. Maybe he found out he has a year to live? Maybe his wife crashed his ’66 Shelby Mustang? He’s performing a Herculean task and I don’t see him getting the credit he deserves. He should at the very least be considered for a Pulitzer Prize and if he was a Democrat he’d already be using older ones as door stops. His work is head and shoulders above the vast majority in his field.

Gillibrand wants Clean Water Act to cover PFAS

My problem with this is she says this:
“This is our response to what President Trump is doing,” said Gillibrand, a Brunswick Democrat.”

President Trump hasn’t done anything yet. The EPA is coming up with a proposal on how much PFAs to allow in drinking water by the end of the year.
The EPA has been criticized for being slow to respond, and for allowing levels that are too high.
However, the problem in Hoosick she’s referring to happened during the Obama administration, Cuomo’s governorship, her Senate term as well as Chuck Schumer’s.
So she’s acting now because of President Trump?
    Hardly.

On Nov. 5, former Attorney General Jeff Sessions spoke on campus at a Northwestern University College Republicans event. The Daily sent a reporter to cover that talk and another to cover the students protesting his invitation to campus, along with a photographer. We recognize that we contributed to the harm students experienced, and we wanted to apologize for and address the mistakes that we made that night — along with how we plan to move forward.

One area of our reporting that harmed many students was our photo coverage of the event. Some protesters found photos posted to reporters’ Twitter accounts retraumatizing and invasive. Those photos have since been taken down.

DOJ Nailed another PRC thief and spy.

“ Chinese National Pleads Guilty to Committing Theft of Trade Secrets

Hongjin Tan, a 35 year old Chinese national and U.S. legal permanent resident, pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to committing theft of trade secrets from his employer, a U.S. petroleum company.

Tan pleaded guilty to theft of a trade secret, unauthorized transmission of a trade secret, and unauthorized possession of a trade secret. The defendant stole the information from a U.S.-based petroleum company regarding the manufacture of a “research and development downstream energy market product” that is worth more than $1 billion.

“Tan’s guilty plea continues to fill in the picture of China’s theft of American intellectual property,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers. “The Department launched its China Initiative to battle precisely the type of behavior reflected in today’s plea —illegal behavior that costs Americans their jobs — and we will continue to do so.”

I was watching an old 2005 Larry King interview of the Trumps. It was shortly after their wedding. Melania spoke about going to Paris with Andre Leon Talley and Anna Wintour of Vogue magazine to see the fashion shows. She said she had a great time. Anna put Melania on the cover of Vogue for the Feb 2005 issue because she knew the photo of Melania in her wedding dress (and the story inside about the wedding) would sell magazines. But ever since Trump won the election Anna has refused to put Melania on or in the magazine. Anna is a brainwashed libtard b. The Trumps had gone to several of Anna’s Met Galas, helped Anna rake in big bucks for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but are now allegedly banned. This is the thanks they got for being generous.

The entire Trump family must have been so disgusted when people they thought were their friends turned on them and became their enemies, or became coward closeted friends too afraid to be publicly associated with the Trumps any longer.

Has anyone read Don Jr’s book yet? I wonder if he addresses the issue in his book. I haven’t ordered mine yet.

So the woman who took over after Snipes was also corrupt, it appears. Another corrupt Democrat. Thank God Florida elected Ron DeSantis. Everyone, Governors matter for federal elections. Vote straight GOP from now on. Don’t ever vote for a Democrat ever again.

The county’s then-elections chief, Susan Bucher, was rebuked by a judge for allowing her staff to duplicate improperly completed ballots. By state law, the task can only be entrusted to the canvassing board, which must include a county court judge. The new governor, Republican Ron DeSantis, suspended Bucher and appointed West Palm Beach attorney Wendy Link. Link obtained more than $15 million from the county commission to get new voting machines, vote scanners, and other equipment that should be ready for the 2020 election, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported.

The PILF report, however, suggested that weaknesses already “baked into the voter registry” need to be addressed.

        Here’s lovely Susan Bucher.
