Decline to Prosecute was the DOJ decision when they uncovered Agents accepting tickets to games.

Rules don’t apply to DOJ or FIB only the little people.

This is why over half of the country does not trust these agencies.

Personally every American who may sit on a jury where the FIB is introducing evidence via a 302 should vote to dismiss IMO until the FIB begins to use video recording methods vs #2 pencil and eraser!

Alexander Vindman is the Ukrainian-born Purple Heart recipient and U.S. Army lieutenant colonel who is testifying about his concerns regarding President Donald Trump’s interactions with Ukraine. Vindman is from a family of immigrants who was raised in Brooklyn’s “Little Odessa.” He was 3 years old when his family left Ukraine for America.

He has a twin brother, a wife with Oklahoma ties, and an older brother in investment banking. His full name is Alexander Semyon Vindman, with the middle name coming from his father. As for his politics, campaign finance records do not show any federal donations for him, and his social media page does not contain anything visibly political.

The Jewish Telegraph Agency describes Alexander Vindman, 44, as “a Jewish refugee from that country (Ukraine) when it was part of the Soviet Union.”

Fierce confrontation between student protesters and riot police at campus of Chinese University of Hong Kong this afternoon. It continued into the night, protesters go back and forth and try to advance towards the police. Officers fired tear gas while @CUHKofficial ‘s principal Rocky Tuan was leaving campus. Hard to believe that this is one of the most violent moments in #HongKongProtests.

I think this is probably a win-win for the President.

It gives him the opportunity to be the good guy by honoring the efforts of the tiny fraction of DACA beneficiaries who have followed through in good faith and persued DACA requirements. It’s fair to the ones who did the right thing, and it gives the President a good negotiation tool.

But the other facet to the win is the political and educational value to be gained from the fact that each and every time it’s discussed, it obligates POTUS to remind everyone that the vast majority of those eligible for DACA chose to remain illegal and did nothing to right their status and earn their spot in the US.

The President will shame them without mercy.

I completely disagree people should tune out. If you tune out then you are left relying on other people’s opinion, or watching clips carefully selected. Again, I fail to understand encouraging people to tune out of history. To tune out a coup attempt. Should we all bury our heads in the sand too?

The US will not be able to stop this invasion of Hong Kong but PRC must be made to bear the consequences for its actions. They pledged by international treaty, and the US backed that treaty with the Hong Kong Act, to uphold the one country, two systems that guaranteed freedom and the rule of law in Hong Kong.

The student newspaper at my son’s Catholic all boy high school put out a survey yesterday about the election. Since both faculty and students had responded in equal numbers as of last evening, the results were an even split of Trump supporters and raving libs (with fewer than 100 total responses). I expect as the student responses begin to outnumber the teachers, Trump will be a clear favorite as he was in 2016 when my oldest son was there. But the big surprise in the results was that Andrew Yang was far and away the Dem that most respondents most wanted to see get the nod from his party.

No one in the Swamp wanted Trump. Practically everyone was willing to believe the story that was spun by the Obama Admin (collectively), Hillary et al, and the Deep State. It was like wish fulfillment, and they lapped it up.

How many actually KNEW it was all made up? Who knows. I’m sure they all have their “just following orders” excuses lined up for when (if?) they will be needed.

I don’t entirely blame the many who were conned (cough, Rubio?, cough).

After all, if you can’t believe all 17 Deep State investigative Agencies, just who CAN you believe? All 17. My goodness, that’s convincing, right?

But we’re in an entirely different place now. And many of the GOP House members may still not love our VSGPDJT, but they either know enough to recognize which way the wind is blowing, or they are on board to save the GOP itself, or whatever. It doesn’t matter now.

We may belittle the GOP House members, but having every single member vote against this charade shows how far we have come.

I don’t think the elites CAN crash the US economy… Main Street is still too far removed from Wall Street for the places they can meddle to impact the areas of growth that President Trump is focused on.

That tactic only worked on GOPe candidates because the only growth they focused on was the Wall Street growth that lined their pockets and that the elites could control.

President Trump’s Main Street focus means that the jobs being created and the growing paychecks aren’t a part of the Wall Street economy. Crashing the stock market doesn’t stop a furniture manufacturer in Indiana from selling to new home owners who can afford that home because of their full time job at a production plant… nor does it stop that furniture company from buying custom parts from a local machine shop or the people making good money in both of those places from going out to a nice local restaurant.

They almost did last fall. All they need do is reduce money supply and raise interest rates as the have done before every recession in my lifetime. We have a debt based economy once the cost of debt goes up heavily indebted companies go bust.
Whether they dare do it with president why is prepared to put the blame on the people who deserves it remains to be seen.

3/1/2019 Inside the Chaotic Early Days of Trump’s Foreign Policy

    Lengthy

Wasn’t there talk of a leak that caused this to go sideways?

“Trump’s dinnertime decision laid the groundwork for a U.S. special operations forces raid against an Al Qaeda terrorist affiliate in Yemen in the immediate days after the deputies’ meeting, on Jan. 29, 2017. The raid went badly, from the crash-landing of one of the U.S. aircraft involved to the lengthy firefight with militants that killed a Navy SEAL and at least a dozen civilians. Looking back, no one is arguing that the raid would have gone any differently had the proper NSC process been followed. But the out-of-whack sequence on a topic of such gravity left many NSC staffers deeply uneasy.”

      From that video:

Scott says [in a message to Mark Steyn]:

Since the world’s elites are trying to replace their populace with a more compliant population is there any way we can replace our elites? What will it take? A revolution, evolution or must we slowly watch Western civilization decline into totalitarianism.

Trump’s time in office will be looked on as a moderate success. I think he has been fighting the administrative state for the past three years and I think Schiff’s impeachment and the New York Times show that the deep state is real and doing everything it can do to stop every part of Trump’s agenda.

Our government has moved so far away from its founding and is now just a massive bureaucracy that wants to stay in power and control every aspect of our lives.

Mark Steyn: A lot of truth to that… If elections matter then obviously the views of millions and millions and millions of voters matter more than the views of a few thousand high-rolling donors. The lesson we’ve learned from the last three years in America and Britain and elsewhere is that as far as the elite is concerned elections don’t matter and the problem facing a chap like Donald Trump or any outsider really because the same can be said of outsiders in other parts of the world is you can elect an outsider to sit atop the government but all the insiders are gonna do then is try and screw him over, take him captive, make the outsider the prisoner of the insiders. So, the lesson I think from the impeachment fight, the Russia investigation, and all the rest is you’ve got to have more than one outsider. You can have the biggest larger-than-life outsider in the world and he will be Gulliver, snared by a thousand Adam Schiff sized Lilliputians

I haven’t seen her on any of the talk-shows for a long while. I assumed she was either in long-term rehab somewhere or getting some extensive cosmetic surgery done, perhaps both.

Bottom line….nobody cares about her anymore and she knows it. Therefore, expect even more outrageous trash talk from her just to grab a headline.

As we wait for the IG report remember: it relates to internal DOJ malfeasance. The FISA abuse and other corruption are all internal to the DOJ, nothing is external to the DOJ.

When will DOJ ever focus on the external crimes the internal crimes conceal?

DOJ will never investigate the external crimes. They are completely consumed with instituting the most time consuming methods of investigation possible, and tying processes in knots with repeated delays and obfuscations. It may never be untangled. There’s no chance they’ll ever get to the external crimes prior to expiration of statutes of limitations, some of which have already expired.

It’s to the point where the States may need to invoke Article V for the sole purposes of abolishing the DOJ & FISC and instituting tribunals to prosecute these criminals.

    Clueless Cavuto doesn’t challenge it.
Khashoggi was NOT a US Citizen.
I’m not justifying the murder of Khashoggi, but I hated the anti-POTUS narratives that go unchallenged..

I’m so sick of hearing about that Muslim Brotherhood Intelligence Operative Khashoggi. The guy was hired by the CIA Times aka Washington Post simply to provide him cover as a ‘journalist’. A journalist didn’t get killed. A spy did. And spies do things that have those consequences.

Regardless of whether the latest whistleblower violated federal law or not, he or she is maintaining the murky tradition of turning anti-Trump sentiment into cold, hard cash. Former FBI Director Andrew McCabe and former agent Peter Strzok have both used GoFundMe to raise over a million dollars combined.

More audaciously, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen used the crowdfunding site last year to pull in $217,144 after he publicly severed his ties with the president and promised to dish dirt on his former employer. What eager #resistance donors weren’t told, however, was that Cohen had splashed out $6.7 million on a luxury New York City apartment four months earlier.

A federal judge has given the Justice Department about six weeks to either charge former FBI No. 2 Andrew McCabe or drop its investigation into whether he lied to investigators about a media disclosure, criticizing prosecutors for leaving the decision “in limbo.”

You be sure that President Trump’s No. 1 Swamp Drainer AG Barr will not want to let dirty Andy McCabe slide when it’s so important to indict McCabe for his criminality and at the very least get him to squeal and flip on his “higher ups”.

That means AG Barr is CERTAIN to DROP THE HAMMER on McCabe in the next 3 days.

GO AG BARR!! Swamp Drainer in Action!!!

Time to pay the BARR TAB Andy!!!!!

Not that I have any special love for McCabe, but it is b.s. to investigate for a year of so before charging with a crime (or not).

I’ve been helping a family member with a frivolous lawsuit that will almost certainly soon be thrown out of court, but has taken 5 years to get to this point.

Justice delayed is justice denied. The legal system will destroy most people financially, if they are ever unfortunate enough to get caught up in it, even for simple, petty issues. The judges don’t seem to recognize this fact or care about it.

The US legal system is beyond FUBAR.

I question whether or not a judge can set an arbitrary deadline for prosecution when the statute of limitations has not fully run its course. New evidence can be uncovered which can be relevant to a prosecution. What other American has EVER been given such a sweeping right by a judge?

As I understand it, the judge’s ruling is in response to a FOIA case where the government denied the request due to impending indictment. The judge is merely telling DOJ to either indict or he’s going to allow the FOIA request. This has nothing to do with the actual indictment which can occur any time within the statute of limitations.
