The 22nd was only put into status after much of the Congress knew that Roosevelt was a left wing zealot.
The problem we have now is that the deep stae regulars know they can out live a President, so we no longer have three equal branches of government. We have four and the fourth state rules.
Since the President has control over the executive branch, he should be allowed the length os service tney do.
So, equalize it. Maybe the vermin turn over with the Executive.

A Monumental Day for We Build The Wall!
“Today, and every day, we thank our founder, Senior Airman Brian Kolfage, for his service to our country. While he was left severely wounded by fighting for our freedom, he hasn’t stopped since. Buiolding the wall to protect our border has been his mission since and one he’s succeeded at. Now, on THIS Vertans’ Day 2019, we start our second border wall FOR The People BY The People! Thank you, to all the freedom fighters out there, both past and present for your dedication to our country and the sacrifice that comes with defending all that we as citizens hold dear.”

Great video but it’s a bit confusing understanding if they revealed where the 2nd wall is?
Or is it a secret until they build most of it like with the first one?
Hope someone can clarify.
LikeLiked by 1 person
No, they haven’t revealed exactly where in Texas the 2nd wall will be. They said they are breaking ground on Tuesday with the earthmoving equipment. Beyond that I’m not sure when they will reveal. I’d expect not too long after because it will be hard to keep it a secret from people who live in the area.

Or, can Little Adam endure the actual light of day upstairs and not melt in the sunshine that will expose his treacherous lies, plots against the POTUS, corruption and sedition?
America should particulate in a TV blackout tomorrow. No viewing of this horrific miscarriage of justice, abuse of power and endangerment of our nation. Quit feeding the jackals. Who is John Durham?
Who is John Durham the prosecutor leading the investigation into various aspects of the Coup? Read this fairly detailed article: https://www.nationalreview.com/2019/11/john-durham-last-trusted-prosecutor-in-washington/
And this audio from a Thomistic Institute talk at Yale in November 2018 to get a sense of a man who will follow the case and law wherever it may lead. He describes himself as “a truth-seeker and doing justice in all circumstances.” Give some detail into his decisions, obligations in overturning convictions. And some good detail into his pre-Vatican II upbringing and how it affected him.
And listen to this audio from a March 2018 talk at University of St.Joseph, CT on his Mob work. At the beginning of the video specifically mentions his faith:

great interview. Listening to this I heard Durham make several references to his friend and colleague Bill Nardini who he worked several cases with. I’m not sure, but the most recently confirmed judge (Last Thursday) to the 2nd circuit court of appeals is a William Nardini who served in Connecticut and the DOJ criminal division. Must be the same person? The vote was 86-2.

That was my initial thought too. But not after listening to the interview…If you’re law and order, you’re law and order. He may not be a strict constitutionalist by training, but I have more confidence that he’ll decern the right way to rule.
Let’s just say I have more confidence in Nardini after that interview then I did when I watched his Senate vote.

After hearing this, I’m convinced Durham (and Barr like him at Notre Dame), are honorable men who have deep faith, and will search for the truth and act accordingly. Everyone should listen.
Btw…William Nardini replaced Christopher Droney, a 56 yr old 2011 Obama appointee, who took senior status on the 2nd circuit this summer. Droney was mentioned regarding a very compelling case Durham was on, and he too was mentioned in a positive light. Curious that he took senior status so young, opening up the spot for Nardini. Maybe he too is an honorable judge. Not all Obama appointees are necessarily ideologues.

On funding lawfare-ish tactics on the environmental front —
How Bloomberg Embeds Green Warriors in Blue-State Governments
https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2018/10/09/bloomberg_funds_green_work_of_democrat_state_attorneys_offices.html
“A New York University School of Law program funded by billionaire Michael Bloomberg is placing lawyers in the offices of Democratic state attorneys general and paying them to prosecute energy companies and challenge Trump administration policies on energy and the environment.”
“The 14 current fellows in the program report to the attorneys general, but they are paid by NYU’s Bloomberg-funded State Energy & Environmental Impact Center. State AG offices hire these trained lawyers – not students but seasoned professionals with years of experience – as special assistant attorneys general. Under terms of the arrangement, the fellows work solely to advance progressive environmental policy at a time when Democratic state attorneys general have investigated and sued ExxonMobil and other energy companies over alleged damages due to climate change.”
“Although many government agencies have employees funded by outside sources, critics say using special interest money for targeted government action is inappropriate. Christopher Horner, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, who wrote a report on the NYU center, said the fellowships come with specific strings attached. “[AG] offices must agree to use prosecutors to ‘advance progressive clean energy, climate change, and environmental legal positions,’” Horner said.”

I would very much like to see the threatened lawsuit proceed over the public naming of the so-called whistleblower. There is no law protecting his being named and his lawyers cannot sue for defamation without triggering the absolute defense of truth. A lawsuit would run into the brick wall of the First Amendment and require witnesses, including Schiff and his staff, to testify under oath. There would also be the spin-off into leaking of classified information.
That Fox News would shield this witness from being identified for his traitorous role is proof the company is in on the coup. Nobody is going to sue Fox News for revealing the name. The lawsuit would trigger a devastating defense or an immediate judicial rebuke.
That a key witness in a presidential coup attempt would never be publicly identified is ridiculous beyond words.

Interesting point on DACA going to SCOTUS. Have quoted it here to keep you from the pain of reading an entire VOX article:
Let me explain: There’s actually little doubt that the Trump administration may wind down DACA if it wants. Indeed, one of the opinions now under review by the Supreme Court states outright that the administration “indisputably can end the DACA program.” The reason the administration is before the justices is that several lower courts held that the Trump administration acted improperly when it failed to adequately explain why it decided to wind down DACA.
[………..]
The solution to this later mystery may be that, by bringing this case all the way to the Supreme Court, immigration skeptics could win a durable victory that could last well after Trump leaves office. The justices could potentially declare that any program like DACA is illegal, and therefore beyond the power of any future president.
That’s what’s potentially at stake tomorrow: not just the fate of hundreds of thousands of immigrants who have been in limbo since Trump ended DACA in 2017, but also the ability of a Democratic president to implement liberal immigration reforms through executive action

SC will do (roberts as swing) same as with census. It is OK to shut down but we don’t like way you did it. It stays until you spend more years going through “proper” process.

Sounds like she is trying to walk it back. For the book announcement it sounded like disloyalty bordering on sedition. Now it’s just that those guys had a little disagreement with policy. Which is it, Knickers?

Halper was a CIA asset being paid by the defense department.
The whistleblower was exposed and punished
Our government is a cesspool of corruption
“The Department of Defense inspector general’s report exposes loose contracting practices at the Pentagon’s Office of Net Assessment (ONA) — the same kinds of problems reported by analyst Adam S. Lovinger. ONA later accused him of mishandling sensitive data, and he has been suspended without pay.
“The results of this audit only begin to scratch the surface of Mr. Lovinger’s whistleblower complaints about ONA contracting practices,” said his attorney, Sean Bigley. “DoD destroyed Mr. Lovinger because he had the audacity to point out the obvious.”
The inspector general’s report focused on four Halper studies. Mr. Halper presented his proposals, called “statements of work,” to ONA. The proposals included the prominent people he would interview and the countries and institutions he would visit. ONA told the inspector general that Mr. Halper’s work was “high quality.”
Based on his promised research, ONA, through the Pentagon’s Washington Headquarters Services, awarded him contracts from 2012 to 2016 to write four studies encompassing relations among the U.S., Russia, China and India.
But the inspector general stated: “ONA personnel could not provide us any evidence that Professor Halper visited any of these locations, established an advisory group, or met with any of the specific people listed in the statement of work.”

“ Fearing capital flight, Hong Kong eyes tax breaks for the rich
Territory’s $1.5 trillion wealth industry lobbies for help amid the protests”
“ HONG KONG — Fearful that a trickle of capital outflows could become an exodus, Hong Kong authorities are offering private banks and family offices a range of incentives that could include tax cuts to try and bolster the city’s $1.5 trillion wealth management industry, the Nikkei Asian Review has learned.
The move follows over five months of unrest that has left some of Hong Kong’s streets looking like a war zone, and prompted some tycoons to make contingency plans to protect their wealth. Around $4 billion of funds left Hong Kong in September, according to Goldman Sachs.
Worried about capital flight, especially to nearby financial centers such as Singapore, the government and regulators including the Hong Kong Monetary Authority will over the next three months launch a campaign to highlight current incentives, such as a recently-amended profits tax regime, and also canvas investors about other possible incentives.”

NFIB had numbers up basically across the board with 10 components rising. Their current largest concern is finding employees. 🔥 30% reporting rise in workers compensation is an all time high! 🔥 As the talking heads have shifted away from the coming recession that doesn’t seem to want to cooperate by arriving optimism is once again on the rise as we head into the Christmas season.. Main Street is getting stronger.

Thank you for this.
the “news” will focus on the negative, Any negative. People will listen because the numbers sound official. I know nothing of this stuff – all Greek to me. So I rely on commenters to lay it out like this for me. I can kind of “get it” when you and others explain things like this.
Then, I repost on social media in reply to the leftists crying that the sky is falling and I sound so smart! ha But the articles by SD and the comments really do educate me so that I am an informed commenter.
I don’t want to be informed for the sake of my own knowledge and comfort. Hyper levels of being informed are vanity only if one doesn’t put that info to work for others and to help crack the media bubble/narrative for others.
Your posts help me do that. I post the links and make the points re the numbers that you and others share.
