that will be handled by the investigation that is opened regarding the COUP. i beleive she will do a vote of no confidence by removing him from the intel committte – that should start the ball moving – like a Haley move

          key things to watch for
          1) impeachment inquiry INQUIRY throughrouly DONE and decided nothing there DROPPED.
          2) Schiff steps down from Intel due to Ethics investigation

this isnt Rocket Science – TRUMP RECRUITS ENEMIES ONCE SUBMITTED.. its a brilliant strategy – its why he didnt out the other countries in the COUP – he waited for them to sign a Natural GAS dEAL and brexit..

John Durham indictments: Brennan, Clapper, Deep State reckoning coming

Excerpt: “The mysterious Stefan Halper, who was paid over $1 million dollars by the Department of Defense and his handler there, a Colonel James Baker. Halper’s role to apparently spy on Trump’s associates and be a conduit for framing them illegally with fabricated information.

Brennan is emerging as the clear mastermind of the operation which used the full powers of the intelligence agencies, the CIA, NSA, the DOD, and the FBI to target a major Presidential candidate. Sabotage his campaign. Label him a Russian agent. And deprive Trump and those around him of their civil rights through illegal, unauthorized surveillance.”

So, just two (2) indictments from the FISA IG Report, one of them Comey.

Second one will be McCabe perhaps? Or….?

What about the others who signed off knowingly? Do they get to skate because they’re pinning it all on the big boss man and his deputy?

Everyone else was fooled into signing (complying) then? The old “just following orders” defense? Stern letter of reprimand to come?

And the judges themselves get a pass of course.

Well, there’s always Durham to hope for. One of two more, perhaps?

Not that I’m complaining, mind you. Two beats none.

Anybody else sick of hearing persons and reporters “in the know” tell us what’s in the forthcoming IG Report? POTUS told us in September, 2018 that Horowitz had agreed to review the classified materials (on which POTUS had just reversed his own declassification order) on an expedited basis! Could we see it please?

I do not mean this as criticism of Sara or any other fine reporter. I’ll also stop complaining about the forever-delayed IG Report if Durham goes first and gives us major indictments of substance (not just the old “lying to investigators”).

This is the best thing I’ve read yet about what’s happened, why, and where it’s going.

It doesn’t require much dot-connecting to appreciate how today’s crisis-level political events and desperation are related to what the writer describes here.

It would be a true sign if this does get to Court Marshal.

The Army has to move very slowly and carefully on this, if the chose to pursue, because if one reads the front end of the deposition transcripts, the Lawfare and Democrat House Representatives go into a long diatribe about protections from retribution, demotion and reassignment.

So, there is a legal issue to be handled. Plus, the democrats are on record threatening budgets of Executive Branch Agencies for not appearing and for retribution against witnesses.

There are remedies short of a Court Marshal they can pursue that finish of this slobs career.
An extremely adverse Officer Efficiency Report, LTC Vindman is due an OER with change of assignment.
      A permeant letter of reprimand.
Non-Judicial Punishment under Article 15 of UCMJ by a General Officer, if they chose a softer route vs a Court Marshal.

If they Court Marshal him, in place of a hearing offer and execute a Chapter 10 discharge with a Bad Conduct Discharge.

President Trump has recently tweeted there was a previous call between him and the Ukraine President that happened last April, and was planning to release the transcript tomorrow.

The open public testimonies in the Impeachment Inquiry in the House also start tomorrow.

I speculate if that first call between these two Heads of State was in regards to this John Solomon article from April 07:

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/04/john-solomon-ukrainian-prosecutor-says-justice-department-refused-evidence-on-dems-hillary-clinton-and-joe-biden/

Joe Biden announced his run for the 2020 Presidency on April 25th.

The President has since tweeted that he has the goods on all these guys.

If this is so, and releasing the transcript of the second call with discussions prior to Biden becoming a candidate, this will blow the whole impeachment coup apart.

Tomorrow could be the Commander in Chief dropping a MOAB on the Deep State.

I don’t know if they’ll give up that easily. Over the weekend instead of harping on Biden they said POTUS wanted the Ukrainians to investigate the democrats with regard to wild conspiracy theories about 2016. Also heard it referred to as right wing conspiracies and FNC conspiracies, I can’t remember William Hurd’s description but it was similar.

So they’ve shifted from quid pro quo to bribery or extortion. He wanted the investigations for personal gain is their talking point, he never said corruption is another. He abused his power holding aid, put lives at risk and last, but not least he obstructed Congress by not rolling over and playing dead. I might have embellished their stated reason for obstruction 😉

Possible upcoming fight by House Dems to remove or increase the new SALT limit.

Since the passage of federal tax reform in late 2017, lawmakers in high-tax states have struggled to protect their wealthy constituents from a $10,000 limit on the federal deductibility of state and local taxes, aka SALT. As a wry CNBC headline put it, “Blue-state Democrats have a new cause: Helping millionaires.” Limiting this deduction for high earners helps pay for tax cuts for American families of more modest means. Middle-income households are otherwise largely unaffected; the near-doubling of the standard deduction and the lower federal tax rates now in effect mean they’re less likely to itemize — and they owe less in federal taxes. The Tax Foundation said in January that removing the cap to benefit some 11 million affluent households, as Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker and other blue state pols have urged, would “almost exclusively provide tax relief to the top 20 percent of income earners, the largest tax cut going to the top 1 percent of earners.” Insert here your ironic jab at governors who want to raise state taxes on the wealthy while, um, reducing federal taxes on the wealthy. https://www.chicagotribune.com/opinion/editorials/ct-edit-taxes-treasury-illinois-pritzker-20190616-story.html

Your old SALT deduction is about to become a hot topic again
Illinois Democrat Brad Schneider is pushing to at least partially repeal a portion of the big tax law passed by Trump and the GOP: the $10,000 cap on deductions for state and local taxes. He says it should clear the House soon, but what fate will it meet in the Senate?

The scary reality is that CNN could decide that impeachment was irrelevant as the sun rises tomorrow and run with the next Trump ‘transgression against humanity.’ And nobody in the public would be asking about the televised hearings, because the next shiny bauble would be shimmering in front of their eyes. Sure, the Molly Hewingways and OANNs of the right would be clamoring for a story, highlighting the C-SPAN clips. And Trump’s faithful would be circulating these clips on social media, dodging Twitter bans and deplatforming at every turn.

And still 60 million voters would have no idea televised hearings were even taking place, because CNN decided not to cover it.

Next Monday, asking the average swing-state voter to summarize the impeachment testimony would be as fruitless as asking their opinion of the Johnson hearings from the 1860s. Because it exists somewhere in a foggy past, dead and buried by the Deep State. Like so many other outrages. The news media has played their role perfectly as a source of affirmation instead of information.

He came from India, got a great job and is thanking America by voting to destroy it….

In the 13th Senate district, where Mr. Katkuri lives, one in five residents are immigrants. The district had been Republican for longer than Mr. Katkuri had been in the United States. He came in 2006 at the age of 25 as a tech worker, and lived for a while in New Jersey. But it was congested and expensive, and crime was high. After visiting a friend in Virginia, he moved.

“You drive from the northeast and you fall in love,” he said of Virginia. The state felt more like what he had imagined America would be. “I like the wide roads and green trees. In India, we didn’t have this.”

He added, smiling: “It’s like a therapy.”

Today he works as an I.T. specialist for a company that contracts with the federal government, a job that has landed him in the upper middle class of American society. He drove to the Indian grocery in his silver Tesla. He has a house in the tidy suburb of Arcola a few miles away.

As Virginia’s population has grown it has also gotten wealthier. Households earning at least $150,000 have grown at three times the rate of the population over all.

Mr. Katkuri always thought he would be a Republican in America.

“Taxes, family values, these things are closer to our hearts,” he said. He likes Mitt Romney.

But when he got his citizenship in March and started talking with his friends about whom to vote for in the first election of his life, he realized it had to be Democrats. Mr. Trump helped him decide.

“The way he speaks, you get the feeling that you are separate,” Mr. Katkuri said. “This is not what we signed up for in America.”

Part of the reason so many of the American public tune us out is our own approach to fighting the good fight.

Most people expect the DEMS to lie, to mislead and to tell half-truths.

But for low-information voters, when our side engages in the same behavior over and over again, then many simply just tune us out or ignore any political talk whatsoever simply because they dont know who or what to believe.

So the democrat party, the party of and for women, comes up with the idea of having a women cry on national TV to move their agenda along. 🤔 If the Trump campaign would do a political commercial (impossible to do) of the ‘women of the democrat party’ President Trump would win easily. 😉

I am sure they hired some “drama expert” and practicing it 24/7. The problem is they dont have Jim Jordan during their practice session. So things can go little off script when pressed hard on substance.
On a serious note, I think this is unbelievable that a major party in america is rooting for impeachment and it will be based on level of crying or victimhood.

Up to this point, crying and victimhood seem to be their strongest weapons since they STILL haven’t identified a High Crime or Misdemeanor.

True -must be a actual whistleblower for it to apply. 3rd hand knowledge and private meetings with Adam Schitt doesn’t count. That’s as reliable as a phony dirty dossier.

    • Embezzlement. Extortion. Money laundering. Influence peddling. Bribery. Gun running. Drug running. How many high-crime felonies do you need? And, “everybody was doing it” in Ukraine! Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, Biden, Obama … every one of them, each in their own way, pursuing some high crime of their own.

But now … both the Ukranians and the Americans are working together to drain the swamp, and this time there’s no one to give them six hours.
