Devin Nunes Formally Requests Testimony from Adam Schiff….

HPSCI ranking member Devin Nunes has sent a letter to HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff formally requesting his testimony prior to the public impeachment hearings next week.

On its face this might seem like a stunt; and it might indeed be dismissed by Adam Schiff; however, at the heart of the issue is something quite serious and quite factual.  There is mounting evidence the entirety of the Pelosi, Lawfare-Schiff proceeding is a collaborative event that includes the coordination with a CIA ‘whistleblower’.

Specifically because the issues in/around the originating ‘whistleblower’ have become a risk to the effort, and in a complete reversal from the original premise, Adam Schiff is now refusing to present testimony from the originating whistleblower.   Nunes is now engaging in a process with the goal make the political coordination self-evident:

(Source – pdf)

These closed-door sessions with Adam Schiff and his Lawfare-contracted legal aide, Daniel Goldman, were pre-planned; the process was designed last year.  The current HPSCI legislative impeachment process, and every little aspect within it, is the execution of a plan, just like the DOJ/FBI plan was before it in 2016, 2017 & 2018.

After the 2018 mid-terms, and in preparation for the “impeachment” strategy, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler hired Lawfare group members to become House committee staff.

Chairman Schiff hired former SDNY U.S. Attorney Daniel Goldman (link), and Chairman Nadler hired  Obama Administration lawyer Norm Eisen and criminal defense attorney Barry Berke (link).  House Speaker Nancy Pelosi then hired Douglas Letter as House General Counsel – all are within the Lawfare network.

The use of a ‘whistle-blower’ was pre-planned long ago.  The agreements between Schiff, Lawfare and the CIA ‘whistle-blower’ were pre-planned.  The changing of whistle-blower rules to assist the plan was designed long ago.

Adam Schiff and Daniel Goldman are executing a plan concocted long ago. None of the testimony is organic; all of it was planned a long time ago, long before anyone knew the names Marie Yovanovitch, Kurt Volker, Gordon Sondland or Bill Taylor.   All of this is the coordinated execution of a plan.

The anti-Trump members of the National Security Council and U.S. State Department were always going to be used.  Throughout 2018 and 2019 embeds in the ‘resistance’ network were awaiting instructions and seeding evidence, useful information, to construct an impeachment narrative that was designed to detonate later.

When Bill Taylor is texting Gordon Sondland about a quid-pro-quo, and Sondland is reacting with ‘wtf are you talking about’, Taylor was texting by design.  He was manufacturing evidence for the narrative.  This was all a set-up. All planned.

When Marie Yovanovitch shows up to give her HPSCI deposition to Daniel Goldman with three high-priced DC lawyers: Lawrence Robbins, Laurie Rubenstein and Rachel Li Wai Suen, having just sent her statements to the Washington Post for deployment immediately prior to her appearance, Yovanovitch is doing so by design.  All planned.

    • Graham? With all respect hoghead, you shouldn’t be smoking that stuff! (just kidding) Graham would never convene a Senate committee hearing. After all, he would lose his membership in the Rino Club and his Associate Membership in the Order of Never Trumpers. He would be banned from the “important” bi-partison DC cocktail parties and likely lose his Honorary membership privileges in the Democrat party. And worse yet, the McStain family would forever ban him from “family” gatherings, take him off the Christmas card list and prohibit from him from saying daily prayers at the alter memorializing the legacy of the head McStain. F him.

        Yes, but a the few times I have posted Lindsey Graham’s phone numbers all over the place and beg people to call over and over, within a day Lindsey he is squealing on the tv or twitter.

        One time he said he wouldn’t subpoena Hunter and someone else. then he said he was going to step down from the Chairmanship of the Judiciary Committee after the 2020 election. Another time he ‘I Have No Desire to Call in Hunter or Joe Biden to Testify Because I Don’t Have Jurisdiction’, then Lindsey told Hannity “Hunter Biden should be called to testify, but I won’t do it”.

        So here is every way I could find to contact Lindsey Graham, please write, call or fax him every where he hangs his hat and tell him to protect our duly elected leader or step down and let someone else do it.

        Its not McStains memory Lindsey is protecting, its that Graham and McStain were traveling around the world, on our dime no less, collecting kickbacks for McConnell, extorting bribes, just like Hillary was doing. Biden, Durbin, Pelosi, Schumer, they were ALL shoulders deep in the slop trough.

            Well, you were wrong, and very much so, along with many others. Time to forever drop illusions about government. Our gov’t has been hugely corrupt for a very long time, along with most governments. The bigger and more powerful the country, the grander the scale of the corruption possible. It is ever thus.

            “We lost our country and it is up to us to get it back!”
            Nah. I think the Founders weren’t creating a new nation that was and would be pure. They were creating a nation with a Constitution that might be helpful in stopping the kinds of corruption(power and $grabs) that they *knew* gov’t would do. Put another way, everything that has happened was forseen by the Founders. They KNEW we’d be corrupted eventually. So in a weird way, everything is playing out as expected, criminals and all.

            Who knows,maybe our Constitution will end up saving the day after all. And if we’re successful in rolling back this corruption, your grandchildren will surely have to fight the very same battle. Human behavior may change from time to time but human nature doesn’t change.

        They don’t have Constitutional authority to investigate each other. The Judicial branch of government is the ‘check’ on Congress. Unless they pass an unconstitutional law or are indicted individually for crimes, the Courts have no jurisdiction over Congress or those elected to Congress. It’s beginning to look like leaving oversight up to voters is a flaw in our Constitution.

      Graham cannot issue any subpoenas without the support of ALL the Republicans on his 12-10 Judiciary Committee. Good luck getting the consent of Sasse and Cornyn (both also SSCI) on investigating “intelligence” community matters, which they deem as the exclusive province of the SSCI. Burr and McConnell have also made clear that SSCI has exclusive jurisdaction over the current “proceedings” in the House.

      Graham confirmed this on Hannity recently. “This has all been sent to the Intelligence Committee.”

      I’m not defending Graham, but all these complaints about the Senate not counter-investigating the current House driven hysteria/insanity must be directed to Burr et al on the SSCI. We all know why that Committee is doing NOTHING.

        Chin up! It’s a good thing that our country will never be the same. PDJT was elected because enough people in enough States were fed up with the the status quo government corruption. We wanted change. We got change. It’s already better for millions in dozens of ways. For the rest of us, it’s no worse than it was three years ago. At least not for anything we can blame on our government. Don’t lose sight of the accomplishments.

        There haven’t been prosecutions – yet – but a lot of the most corrupt have been neutered and are no longer in positions of power. Those still in position will not go quietly into the night. They are fighting for their power, their corrupt wealth-building resources, their freedom. Can we expect anything less? Vote for PDJT in 2020. Raise hell with our representatives and senators in 2019 right up until Nov. 2020. We’ve got this. We just aren’t finished with it yet.

    A complicated plan…very devious, very evil. Two things: the Law of Unintended Consequences is always at work; and, as Bobby Burns said so long ago, “The best-laid plans of mice and men gang aft aglay.” Barr/Durham may be the unforeseen circumstance that ultimately derails the Plan. The Mueller part of the Plan failed to accomplish a Trump kill, and the current revised Plan with Schiff as “administrator”, while lurching along, is certainly not running as smoothly as intended. Schiff’s maladroit handling of the so-called “whistle-blower” looms large as a fiasco. Meanwhile, if indictments begin to be handed down, the Schiff-show may crash and burn. Indictments would certainly take the MSM’s eye off of the Schiff-show, and all attention would shift to the destruction of the Coup. Interesting times…and the curtain has yet to go up on the Final Act of this drama.

I predict the public “hearings” next week are going to be so obviously contrived, unfair, one-sided and blatantly manipulated in Stalinist fashion that it’s going to be another democrat fuster cluck boomerang rivaling the Mueller testimony debacle.Republicans will try to ask straightforward questions that engaged viewers want an answer to, which will be then repeatedly and rudely disallowed by Schiff & Co.

      Every time Schitt vetoes a question, the questioner should immediately ask if the person testifying had prior knowledge of the chairman’s contact with the leaker. To name him or not would be their choice (and if they so choose, point out that Schitt himself released the testimony and named Ciaramella in a question on page 236 of the Bill Taylor deposition.

The Republicans’ job is to engender disgust with the Democrats’ kangaroo court approach, waste of time while they neglect their jobs, and general meanness. Fair-minded voters are not going to like what they see. MAGA!

      The Mechanics of Deception

      “Simpson and Steele did far more than simply conduct sordid opposition research for the Clinton campaign. By various machinations, they successfully reached the most influential people in UK and US politics, the media, and federal government agencies and shaped/influenced the narrative of the 2016 presidential elections. There is little doubt that Simpson/Jacoby and their US political/media network and Steele with his enablers in Hakluyt, the British media, and the Foreign Office successfully waged a full-scale influence operation against the US and are continuing to do so even now.”

      While Trump was no doubt briefed before he ever made the decision to run for POTUS, I doubt that he had a true concept of exactly how political mechanisms differ from the business world or, if he did, how dramatically removed politics is from the reality the majority of world lives on a daily basis. Even politics practiced on a grass roots level no way approaches what is practiced on the state and national levels. The problem is that politics has become a career in which newcomers are not welcome until the entrenched incumbents decide to vacate their seats often only after they have secured their financial futures or they die. There is in reality, in my experience, not much difference that distinguishes one political party from another, no matter how much, each party would like the average voter to believe. Party affliction is merely a vehicle that politicians are required to utilize to get elected.
      That Trump used the republican label, which is more aligned to the business world to secure the presidency was no surprise but I never really considered him political, except to the degree of how that could benefit him in a financial way. When he actually ended up
      as POTUS he was not prepared to do anything but what he had made a career of already doing, applying his business acumen and experience to a broader extent. Overhauling a system that has been trying to destroy him, from before day one, has merely become a distraction which , if nothing else, has made him a huge obstacle to all who would stand in his way.

    Schiff “secret” hearings are to avoid another Mueller/Corey disaster on live TV. 2nd objective is to issue BS subpoenas and yell “obstruction of justice” when officials refuse to show up.

    Nunes, here, is flipping the table on shifty to have him on record also refusing to show up. Jordan move was to ‘own goal’ the dems by putting a steel trap mind into the hearings that could dissemble the dem stooge witnesses without the officious interruptions by dems designed to muddy the issue in an open hearing. Shifty was hoping IG drop would drown out his hearings and give him cover to fade out gracefully after creating suspicion of POTUS subterfuge and the IG news being only a diversion, but since shifty “stepped on it”, no need to interrupt

    I’m still going here with senate not wanting ot walk on ongoing outside investigations. Dems are under criminal investigation and there are no leaks. Dems running blind. No need to open any type of avenue to allow them disclosure/discovery rights.

    Complaints make me think the same syndrome in play wrt to Graham as with those who are saying that Nunes, because of one meanignless vote on a non-binding issue, is a Judas or some such thing. Couldn’t be that background unkowns (to us) are in play. Nope. He’s a Judas. That’s the ticket. Forget about what he’s gone through the last 3 years to get the truth out.

    Bloomberg news is a sign, to me, of China threatening to bail and the dems are calling in the calvary. Dems are getting schlonged financially. China has called in the chips and Bloomberg has been mustered up. Who else better to front/launder illegal money influx into the election from the Chicoms than deep pockets Bloomberg.

    I don’t expect anyone in congress to defend our guy, President Trump… at all, sorry.
    The only counter-investigation, defense, opposition, and counter-assault against Russia Ukraine Impeachment et al, is coming from Donald J Trump and his legal team – no republicans, no select-members, no committees, no senate or house >>> NONE OF THEM <<< have plans for a substantive defense or counter-attack-strategy of any kind to kick-back-hard on all of this.

    Doesn't anyone ever question why it takes Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch (JW) to reveal documents, missing emails, Benghazi, text messages, etc? It is JW that requests, gathers, and reveals it all, not congress. What important evidence or document have we seen come from congress? It's Rudy Giuliani who gets information about Ukraine … I don't recall anything coming from all those "committees" that have "investigation" tagged to their ranks, do you? Congress has done NOTHING. Why are congressional committees even in existence, if all these politicians don't use them? Am I missing something, are congressional investigative committees "not allowed" to investigate? They can't request documents…. really? It is JW that investigates using FOIA, congress hasn't lifted a finger to get to the bottom of ANYTHING. Are we to believe republicans only have the power of the Investigator General's office at their disposal, and they are incapable of digging into ANYTHING themselves? But, boy-oh-boy, it sure looks like the democrats are investigating like crazy, holding testimonial hearing, getting documents, witnesses, ever since January 20, 2017 they've been using "committees" to go after Trump, and the republicans have not conducted a single "investigation", hearing, questioning, document reading – zilch. Heck, even that lunatic Ocasio-Cortez sits there with "evidence" when she attempts to play lawyer with witnesses.
    Or is a massive republican shuffling of papers happening, but am I so very confused and must have missed it all…?

    …Hey, I really like Nunez, Gaetz, Jordan, Ratcliffe and Gohmert and believe if anyone will fight for our President it will be this handful of men. But I wouldn't doubt they're all thinking really really hard about their future in government, wondering if they should attach their careers to an impeached president.

    1.) I have not forgotten that to succeed in taking down the "deep-state" and this coup against The President, the legacy of a 1st black president must fall when all is exposed, a "legacy" destroyed.
    2.) I know Schumer was 100% correct when he said " “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you”.
    3.) I have not fooled myself to believe globalist evil around the world isn't real, and many participants are involved in every aspect of the takedown of President Trump, globalism IS the future and a Trump Presidency has disrupted that goal.

    ….and, I understand every single politician out there who has a future in politics knows these three things are true even more than I do, and I understand why even the most vocal political supporters of President Trump will turn and walk away from him rather than attempt to destroy the undestroyable.

    IMO the real fight against this coup is not going to come from anywhere/anyone in congress, but it will come from Donald J Trump, his legal team, and whoever's soul deemed worthy by Trump that is ready and willing to fight hard. That I will bet my life on.
    /End of rant, thanks for listening.

    Let’s look at six ways CIA has screwed things up badly (Daily Caller 12/13/2016):
    1. Bay of Pigs/Cuban Missile Crisis;
    2. Iranian Revolution;
    3. Fall of the USSR;
    4. September 11 attacks;
    5. WMD;
    6; Said the Arab Spring would weaken al-Qaeda.

    These are the people who thought they were so good at regime change that they could depose a sitting US President, but they’re no match for VSGPDJT. Since I’m making lists, let’s try counting IC’s failed attacks on Trump. Treepers feel free to post omissions and edits.
    1. OCONUS Lures in 2015-2017;
    2. Steele dossier;
    3. MSM/FBI/CIA Trump-Russia collusion campaign. Various tactics to delegitimize the election;
    4. Leaked calls w/MX President and AU Prime Minister. Various tactics to undermine credibility;
    5. Mueller obstruction of justice impeachment;
    6. Ukraine abuse of power impeachment.

That is not surprising, because they hate America as it currently exists, and – as we know – want to turn it into a mediocre, impotent morass of immoral perverts dominating a politically and economically neutered and cowed majority.
