      Yep.

She (Hillary Clinton) was 27 then, she said, and the Marine recruiter was about 21. She was interested in joining either the active forces or the reserves, she recalled, but was swiftly rebuffed by the recruiter, who took a dim view of her age and her thick glasses. ‘Not Very Encouraging’

“You’re too old, you can’t see and you’re a woman,” Mrs. Clinton said she was told, adding that the recruiter dismissed her by suggesting she try the Army. “Maybe the dogs would take you,” she recalled the recruiter saying.

It was 1981 and she was 34 then, she said, and the male HR recruiter was about 28. She was interested in either the “Casuals” or the “Athletics” departments, she recalled, but was swiftly rebuffed by the recruiter, who took a dim view of her female biology. ‘I Knew It Was A Stretch’

“You don’t have male genitalia, Ms. Rodham. We just don’t see how you could possibly work effectively as a tester for our Men’s Briefs line, let alone testing our Athletic Jocks products,” the recruiter insisted. Clinton could feel the anger building inside of her as the recruiter continued, as if with dismissive a wave of his hand, “Now, we do have a whole line of undergarments for women. Hanes is a big company, you know! Is there a reason that you’re insisting on testing men’s products only?”

She was devastated, turned away, yet again, by a male-dominated career marketplace, where women were not just unwelcome, but rejected entirely. And just like that, Clinton knew she would be in the fight for her life to “break that Glass Ceiling”, a phrase she claims to have invented herself on that very day in 1981. Maybe, just maybe, she would someday become President Of The United States.

How about a HOT visit from half a dozen U.S. A-10 Warthogs from Arizona the next time a Mexican drug cartel gathers and starts a concentrated mass murder in a town in Mexico? The 30 MM nose-mounted Gatling Gun on six Warthogs, screaming in low, would put an entire drug cartel out of business in a matter of seconds. The cartels might outgun the Mexican police. Let’s see how they handle the roaring Gatling Guns they never see coming. The Warthog pilots could streak back home in minutes time to relax over afternoon ice tea. These are the close-air “punishers” desperately needed against these cartel murderers who ARE a DAILY, deadly threat to Americans.

Nobody in the Syria is murdering 60,000 Americans a year by smuggling illegal fentanyl. The Mexican cartels ARE killing Americans inside our border by the thousands employing their mass chemical weapons of death while they murder thousands of Mexicans who dare try to stop them.

How many American politicians are getting rich from the cartel payoffs allowing these mass murders?

Attorney General William Barr and U.S. Attorney John Durham were in Italy recently, one of Mifsud’s favorite bailiwicks — Link Campus University in Rome — and his last known whereabouts before he vanished. It’s unclear who gave Mifsud these phones and why, but, unlike others that were hammered, these particular BlackBerrys appear to be intact, their data ready for inspection or already being inspected.”

and it IMPLIES that BARR could only get EVIDENCE and SUPPORT to investigation this COUP from OTHER COUNTRIES (our DOJ, FBI, ETC , part of it, scared to speak up, or whatever the reason).

This supports the reason why FOREIGN interFERENCE was HILLARYS FIRST ANGLE from the start… she controlled all SES, all appointed level GOV employees, BUT with new ELECTIONS in other COUNTRIES she may lose her CONTROL POINT.

HENCE BLOCK FOREIGN INTERFERENCE – and mask it as election interference.

BARR had to travel DIRECTLY HIMSELF to get these items from italy. THAT IS INSANE.

this is the best clue I’ve seen that BARR will END this COUP (the question is if it will be done in secret or publically)

secret – Corruption money confiscation EXECUTIVE ORDER (leaving the conspirators pennyless)

Break down in law and order:

In Tennessee, driving without a license is a misdemeanor. Advocacy efforts to stop enforcing this part of the state’s criminal code because it may affect illegal aliens disproportionately have paid off.

In a meeting with community activists in April at the Woodmont YWCA in Nashville, Davidson County District Attorney Glenn Funk explained that, prior to 2014, Davidson County jails averaged 18,000 days of detention per year for driving without a license (DWOL). Last year, under his watch, there were only 185 days in jail for DWOL. As well, his office recalled and dismissed some 4,000 cases of DWOL from prior years.

In discussions during the Q and A period it was clear that only Tennessee’s anti-sanctuary law is stopping the Davidson County District Attorney Funk from altogether forbidding law enforcement to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the branch of the federal Department of Homeland Security with the legal duty to enforce federal immigration law.

District Attorney Funk would seemingly like to treat ALL misdemeanors the way he is now treating DWOL because of the potential for “collateral damage” to illegal aliens from a misdemeanor arrest – i.e. winding up in removal proceedings. About 90 percent of arrests in Davidson County are for misdemeanors.

Thus have Nashville’s elected leaders pushed the city towards sanctuary city policies. Thus has the establishment-approved flow of illegal immigration affected how we govern.

WAIT A MINUTE!… If Crowdstrike Didn’t Determine ‘Russians’ Hacked DNC/Hillary’s Emails Until June, How Did Downer Know It Was the ‘Russians’ in May?
by Joe Hoft October 19, 2019

Sometimes the obvious just slips by you. This is one of those times. Crowdstrike reportedly didn’t determine that ‘Russia’ hacked Hillary’s emails until June 2016. So how could Australia’s Alexander Downer know that ‘Russia’ hacked her emails in May 2016?
The dates just don’t add up. In May 2016 George Papadopoulos was contacted by Australian Alexander Downer and told you that Russia had Hillary’s emails.

But Crowdstrike didn’t investigate Hillary’s emails until June 2016 when they somehow claimed that the Russians had hacked into the DNC.

Yes, leave the conflation to the MSM. For their part, the MSM is currently trying to conflate “investigate Biden corruption in Ukraine” with “investigate Ukraine’s meddling in 2016”.

Clinton emails: hacked by several State Actors (and Lordy knows who else), in years prior to Clinton server being “erased”. Everybody in the Federal Government knew, but wouldn’t admit, that the Chinese, Israelis, Iranians, Germans, Russians, North Koreans, Saudis, Cubans, Kenyans, Belgians, Ethiopians, etc. etc. etc. had access to Clinton’s “yoga schedules” and “wedding plans”.

DNC server: “hacked” (In quotes) by Russian-Aligned/WikiLeaks-Supported/Trump-Funded “hackers” (in quotes). Crowdstrike says: “We have the video tape, but you can’t see it.”

        Seth Rich: still dead

I don’t think Crowdstrike ever looked at the Clinton Email Server. In fact, we know that the FBI did and does possess the Clinton Email server — they determined that it was likely compromised by multiple entities, they were able to recover data, etc.

On the other end, Crowdstrike was given the DNC server by the DNC. Meanwhile, the DNC REFUSED to give their server to the FBI (and, IIRC, rebuffed the FBI’s “hacking” warnings leading up to the whole fiasco).

On the Russia-Clinton Email relationship. I could be wrong, but I don’t think that whole thing started until Candidate Trump joked “I hope Russia has Hillary’s 33,000 emails!”.

One thing we do know: Comey stated that it was “very likely” that the Clinton Email Server was compromised by one or more state actors, but IIRC didn’t single out Russia specifically. So basically, you go with the “or more” assessment, which is the logical assessment anyway.

Maybe this is why Mitch McConnell is pushing for an Impeachment Trial to begin as soon as Thanksgiving:
The Impeachment Trial could keep Senators running for President off the campaign trail for weeks. They would be required to stay in DC for the trial, Monday-Saturday. They would be required to watch the trial, without speaking, only hearing the evidence.
This could certainly be a “blow” to the Democrats.

Her job is to keep the “impeachment inquiry” in the House and under Democrats’ control.

State Department probe of Clinton emails finds no deliberate mishandling of classified information

A multiyear State Department probe of emails that were sent to former secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s private computer server concluded there was no systemic or deliberate mishandling of classified information [the statute doesn’t REQUIRE deliberate mishandling for punishment – Z] by department employees, according to a report submitted to Congress this month.

The report appears to represent a final and anticlimactic chapter in a controversy that overshadowed the 2016 presidential campaign and exposed Clinton to fierce criticism that she later cited as a major factor in her loss to President Trump.

In the end, State Department investigators found 38 current or former employees “culpable” of violating security procedures — none involving material that had been marked classified [because in some cases it is known that classification marking were REMOVED, including beyond top secret materials – Z] in a review of roughly 33,000 emails that had been sent to or from the personal computer system Clinton used [NOT even close to all of them – see Wiener’s laptop for many HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of them that were NOT all looked at by the FBI, only about 10% were according to an FBI whistleblower. Where IS Wiener’s laptop? I believe it was returned to his lawyers! Was an image of the hard drive made and retained? – Z].

Overall, investigators said, “there was no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.” The report cited “instances of classified information being inappropriately” transmitted, but noted that the vast majority of those scrutinized “were aware of security policies and did their best to implement them.” [-NOT- if they sent them to a .COM email address WHICH THEY DID! Also, note that the people cited were only the ones who sent classified emails TO her illegal account because SHE has already been previously and incorrectly cleared of any wrongdoing. – Z]

That would be EASY Step 1.

Ross Perot who was leading in the polls… and then. Think this crap hasn’t happened before?:

THE 1992 CAMPAIGN: The Overview; PEROT SAYS HE QUIT IN JULY TO THWART G.O.P. ‘DIRTY TRICKS’ – Oct. 26, 1992

At a time when Ross Perot’s candidacy once again appeared to be transforming the Presidential contest, the Texas billionaire offered a new explanation today for his decision in July to abandon the campaign. He said he had withdrawn after hearing that President Bush’s campaign was scheming to smear his daughter with a computer-altered photograph and to disrupt her wedding.

Mr. Perot offered no evidence, only quoting friends and an unidentified “top Republican.” Mr. Perot has often spoken of threats to himself or his family and has embraced conspiracy theorists from both the far left and the far right wings of politics.

In addition to the accusations about his daughter, Mr. Perot said in an interview with The Boston Herald that he had a videotape of a senior member of the Bush campaign, whom he did not identify, talking to a contract employee of the Central Intelligence Agency in Dallas. He did not say how he got the tape or if he knew what they were discussing. Mr. Perot accused the unidentified C.I.A. employee of being hired to tap into his computerized stock trading program to prevent him from having the money to revive his campaign.

Marlin Fitzwater, the White House spokesman, told reporters in Billings, Mont.: “It’s all nonsense. There’s nothing to it. I don’t want to attack Perot, but I don’t know where he’s getting it from. I mean, fantastic stories about his daughter and disrupting her wedding and the C.I.A. — it’s all loony.”

Now nearly any action a man takes toward a woman can be considered “assault”. Just UNsuccessfully trying to kiss a woman is now considered sexual assault. I read that any unwanted sexual advance is now considered assault. That is how we get the insane statistic that 25% of college women are sexually assaulted. The term “assault” has lost all meaning.

Agree! I’ve said for awhile now, they should have kept it “rape.” That term BEGS for justice. Sexual assault can be used for all the other ‘non penetration’ or unwanted acts.

You are correct! The #metoo movement is a sham. Women, who MUST be automatically believed, are trotted out to cry rape whenever prominent men step off the plantation, like Donald Trump and Brett Kavanaugh. It is the latest Lawfare weapon, ignoring due process as well as common sense.

It is a fact that college kids get drunk and sleep with each other. Now, it is considered “rape” to sleep with a woman who has two drinks. If she is too drunk to legally operate a motor vehicle, then she can’t give consent.

Even if a woman is with her boyfriend she can’t consent to sex ..after two drinks? Think of all those subsequent breakups, with women second-guessing relationships 10, 20, 30 years down the road. #metoo

Given this nonsense, I’m surprised the ‘statistics’ are so low! By my estimation, at least 25 percent of coeds are “raped” every Saturday night. The field has in fact become so crowded that the *few* who suffer actual rape are completely drowned out by the noise.

New York Times article on Durham probe (I don’t have a NYT subscription)

The Hill: Federal prosecutors interviewed multiple FBI officials for Russia probe review: report

    Takeaways?
    1. Durham further along than anticipated
    2. Hasn’t interviewed some key players yet – still gathering facts
    3. Unknown (NYT worried?) if this has transitioned to a criminal investigation with subpoena powers.
    4. Sundance knows who leaks to the NYT (CIA, FBI, Lawfare?)

“The prosecutors have asked witnesses about whether former FBI officials that have been frequent targets of President Trump *** hold anti-Trump bias ***, former officials and others familiar with the review told The Times.”

[Hold a Trump bias? A hell of a lot more than that!!]

“Durham has reportedly not spoken with former FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok, former director James Comey, former deputy director Andrew McCabe or FBI general counsel James Baker.”

    Sundance,

I have found a quote from Breitbart about the impeachment investigation. The quote is from the lead attorney hired by Peloi, Douglas Letter.

“I can’t emphasize enough: It’s not just Ukraine. If it’s criminal, but even if it’s not — President Trump can clearly be impeached if he was obstructing justice,” the lawyer reportedly said.

    CNN added:

Letter also said that even simply lying to the American public could prompt impeachment. In the court proceeding, Letter was fighting on behalf of House Democrats to obtain the FBI memos from interviews with key White House witnesses that Robert Mueller conducted as part of his two-year probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and whether anyone from President Donald Trump’s campaign was involved.

You are 100% correct that the intent of the impeachment inquiry is the same as Mueller’s charade – obstruction of justice charges against POTUS.

    Here is the entire article.

Regarding Tulsi Gabbard and Kamala Harris, If our founding fathers required the presidential (and vice presidential) candidate to be a natural-born citizen (i.e. born of two citizen parents), then neither meet these requirements. Tulsi’s father is American Samoan where their government does not recognize birthright citizenship in the U.S. Kamala’s parents were not in the U.S. sufficiently long to meet the requirement for citizenship by the time of her birth. Why are we not qualifying people before they declare their candidacy and start collecting campaign funds?

Given our experience with the last and only president whose father was a foreign national and who touted the “dreams of my father” disdaining the U.S. and a president who set about fundamentally transforming America, perhaps we should take the wisdom of our founders to heart.

As i recall, Hillary and McCain signed off on his eligibility, then Pelosi declared him the DNC candidate. Who were they to cancel out the qualifications stated in the U.S. Constitution?

With elocution lessons plus pointers from Hollywood on camera charm and reading a teleprompter, the Boy Wonder with no papers, a foggy history and a law degree more directed to social justice than Constitution Law was president, decrying the U.S. on his Middle East tour and capturing the Nobel Prize.

Why is it that the children born of foreigners feel they know so much about the intricacies of this huge Constitutional Republic that they can lead its people to greater individual freedom and respect for the rule of law? As we are seeing now with the transformation of Congress, our judiciary and all the secret investigative agencies gone astray, those who have lived here for generations barely qualify as caretakers of our unique form of government. As time goes by, they have resorted to just making up law as they go along to conform to the progressive, oligarchical, socialist, communist rule our founders tried to escape.

Regardless of party, our candidates should meet the basic requirements…and for a good reason. It makes our country a better example for those shunning corruption and aspiring to a better life for themselves and their families. If natural-corn needs clarifying, send the debate to SCOTUS where is can be defined once and for all.

Stumbled across William Barr’s remarks at the Law School of UND on Friday October 11, and he at least sounds like a ‘man on fire’ for the cause. He comes across as determined, sincere, humble, yet driven to get to the core of the problems of the past Administrations evil intent.

Along with L.L.Ristvan’s excellent comments imploring us to hold on a little longer, the link where I discovered this little jewell is one attorney Randy Corporon on 710 radio in Colorado. R.C. gives his legal opinion ala Ristvan, that it takes time [a lot] to cross every T and dot every I, but worth getting it correct.

Both links here, although I wasn’t able to find an audio link yet to Barr’s speech the transcript is an excellent read. I believe it’s worth the time.
