    • I feel they were both wrong. No POTUS should have a finger wagged in his face. One thing I know, at least for me, that as much as I couldn’t stand Obama, I still honored the office. I disagreed loudly with many of his policies and actions, as his wife. But one thing I have never taken part in is the, in my opinion, disparagement of their looks or any other ridiculous nonsense about Michelle being transgender, or the kids not being there’s – your parents are who raised you and obviously they raised their girls. I never wanted him impeached, or anything bad to happen to him. I think it says a lot that he was elected twice in our “racist” country, and thankfully, there was never any real assassination attempt or anything like that, as some would have predicted or feared.

That said, she does have a point. The press went OFF on her for this, yet Pelosi is a champion to them. I find it amusing though that the most powerful woman in the US is a “champion” for losing her …. you know… wagging her finger at the President in front of his generals and storming out of the meeting, is supposedly “girl-power.” No. A strong woman would have stayed in that meeting and done her job. Not run out, cry to the press and let her work-husband Chuckie “defend her honor.”

Obama was a domestic enemy, nothing else. As far as I am concerned, you defend Obama in ANY regard is to dishonor the office as Obama dishonored, indeed stained it.
Yeah, it says a lot about this country that the cretin was ‘elected’ twice. That there are many, many stupid self destructive, poorly informed idiots in this country…and it may well be the beginning of the end for it.
So congratulations for ‘honoring’ the office in such a way.

        • Spit right back at ya Rudy. Glad to know how you feel. And I never defended Obama. I defended the Office. I also defended the personal attacks on the FLOTUS and the, at the time, minor children of the Office Holder. There is plenty to attack Obama on for his policy and his hatred of America. There is also plenty to rail against FLOTUS on her anti-American statements and race baiting. I also defended America as a whole. Because the Obamas continued to call Americans racists and haters, my point is that, as a whole, we are a pretty decent bunch who don’t spend their time, as a whole, hating those who are a different race. We are NOT a racist nation and we are NOT a hateful nation. That is my point.

Respectfully disagree with any argument that includes any respect for Ozero.

Had the RepubliCONs been anywhere near as united and dedicated to morals, ethics and the rule of law as the DemonRATs were and still are opposed to those values, Ozero would have easily been impeached and convicted for actually committing “high crimes” against the State, and and his co-conspirators prosecuted and convicted as well..

Ozero shamed and brought significant dishonor to the Office of the President of the United States. He wasn’t the first to do so, but he was the most flagrant.

I am pretty sure everyone knows that the media is biased to support Democrats AND denigrate Republicans. So the media chooses to provide this skewed coverage over and over and over again. And they don’t care if they are exposed because they are speaking to average uncritical voter.

Respect for the office of the President and the Trump seemingly does not exist inside this country for his opponents. It is completely the opposite for foreign countries and leaders.

So the DOJ has possible evidence that Mifsud was ALWAYS a known western agent

We may now get some evidence that the DNC server was NEVER hacked by Russians in order to give their emails to Wikileaks.

Now if we could get PapaD to answer one simple question on his twitter page. Did you provide the serial numbers from the 10k to the DOJ recently? Simple yes or no answer.

Going after Rudy is not only to punish and make an example of yet another person who will work with/for Donald Trump, it is an attempt to disarm Donald Trump by taking away one of his attorneys.

This is something I think about a lot. If they want progress, why do they demonize the people who did the hard work making progress? It is a game. If you are not 100% in agreement, you are evil. So you have to always be changing in sync with them.

Progress requires someone start from an initial point and make their way, step by step, towards some other point. Often, progress takes generations, and many steps. Maybe even setbacks.

Take slavery. Universal when Columbus sailed the ocean blue. But in the American revolution many colonies had banned it. The Constitution set forth a process to end the slave trade, and gave more representation to states with freed slaves. Yet we are evil for having not done it all at once. (It doesn’t matter that we started something that would sweep most of the world.)

We bled and died to free the rest of the slaves. And we gave them civil rights. But a guerrilla war wore us down and Jim Crow stole those rights. So we are all evil.

We overcame Jim Crow restoring civil rights. Yet we are still evil.

And somehow, the people who didn’t ban slavery in the revolution, who fought against freeing the slaves, who imposed Jim Crow, and who fought granting civil rights, get to run around blaming all that on the rest of us, and claim righteousness, goodness and all that jazz while calling everyone else evil.

Yep, they hate progress, hate and demonize every one who strived to progress by bettering the world, and call us all evil while claiming to be good because they are progressive.

Apparently there is a nasty op-ed in NYT today by an Admiral – the military leadership is angry that POTUS isn’t going to war.

“McRaven does not argue that President Trump has done anything wrong in particular, but that he has no respect for America’s values. These values, McRaven declares, involve a commitment to “help the weak and stand up against oppression and injustice” around the world.

“[W]hat will happen to the Kurds, the Iraqis, the Afghans, the Syrians, the Rohingyas, the South Sudanese and the millions of people under the boot of tyranny or left abandoned by their failing states?” McRaven asks, without explicitly calling for military intervention in any of the regions mentioned.”

        Some first thoughts:
It would take an honest Judge, which is the main problem.

But there should be no immunity for criminal deprivation of rights under color of law.

U.S. Code § 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law:
“Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States……shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both….

Three FISC Judges have officially issued opinions that the FBI has been conducting illegal searches, affecting 10’s of THOUSANDS of US Citizens, which necessarily violate the 4th Amendment of the Constitution, and the FISA Law. Many of these illegal searches were carried out by “contractors”, whose identies the FBI is trying to hide.

The illegal FBI and other searches constitute “wire fraud”, a predicate for Civil and Criminal RICO.

Many people can show they were fully within “2-hop” spying on the Republican Party resulting from the now-known-to-be fraudulently-obtained FISA Warrants against President Trump, the White house staff, journalists, and Republican Party.

The FISC-authorizing legislation accepts the legitimacy of amicus (non-DoJ) practice by outside counsel, so “cleared” Attorneys are permissible in “classified” proceedings.

One or several plaintiffs coming under “2-hop” spying warrants should be able to file and prima facie support a class action and/or RICO suit on behalf of all US Citizens illegally spied on by the FBI (in violation of the 4th Amendment, due process, their “penumbra” right of privacy, equal protection etc. civil rights), as officially determined by the FISC judges, who have extreme responsibility for protecting Constitutional rights. The “contractors” would be joined as “John Doe” co-conspirators until they are identified in discovery.

If a deep-state Federal Court (eg, the strange Sharryl Atkisson court mumbo-jumbo) refuses jurisdiction for outlandish reasons or “lack of jurisdiction”, the FISC should take the case, and if the FISC refuses jurisdiction, the Supreme Court should necessarily take the on original jurisdiction as the only Court empowered to protect the Constitution.

Just some first thoughts of what should be in an honest Federal Court system with honest judges….

Kudlow, Moore and a couple of economic advisors who never built or manufactured anything in their lives..

This is a good example of how they undermine the President…

“The Oct. 8 briefing, which came two days before trade talks between senior U.S. and Chinese officials, was arranged by Larry Kudlow, the director of the White House National Economic Council. The meeting included Stephen Moore, an economic commentator and a former candidate for the Federal Reserve Board, and Republican economist Lawrence Lindsey, the people said.

“There was a general consensus that the economy was really strong, the best economy we’ve had in 30 years, and that what’s going to get him re-elected is the economy,” said Mr. Moore, who advised Mr. Trump during his 2016 campaign.

But “we all agreed that the uncertainty about the trade situation with China is a negative,” Mr. Moore said.

Mr. Trump countered that the Federal Reserve shared blame for any signs of a downturn, and should be doing more to stimulate growth. Midway through the meeting, he called in one of his closest China advisers, Peter Navarro, a trade hawk who believes the U.S. has been far too accommodative with China.

“Where’s Peter?” Mr. Trump said, according to two people familiar with the meeting. “Get Navarro in here.”

Mr. Navarro appeared in the Oval Office a few minutes later. (…)

Mr. Moore and his colleagues urged the president to seek a truce, saying such a detente would remove “that obstacle to growth right now, you’ll see a nice rebound in 2020, and he’ll be in a very strong position to get re-elected

It isn’t known what influence the meeting had on the president’s thinking ahead of the negotiations with China. By last Friday, the U.S. had agreed to put off a round of U.S. tariff increases originally scheduled for October, while China had agreed to increase purchases of U.S. agricultural products.

When Washington became president he put Jefferson as the Secretary of State and Hamilton as the Treasury Secretary, two people with very different views of what role the federal government should have. Washington did this because he valued the different opinions of his advisors and wanted one to be a check on the other.

So, Trump’s economic advisors have different opinions in internal deliberations? Isn’t that what it should be? Knowing this, I only need to read the title of the article to know who is actually undermining the president.

Our family are dyed-in-the-wool supporters of the Corps. My DH was a GySgt and most of our circle of friends are retired USMC families as well (talking about the “old Corps” here). We’ve been utterly disappointed in Generals Mattis and Kelly both. Never in a million years did we expect this manner of comportment from either of them. 😦

Well Mad-Dog, if we want to kill and destroy something we’ll call you. However since we are now in building mode since and our country has been decimated by constant war for 30 years (1st Gulf War), to the tune of 8-10 Trillion dollars, but out! Let a master of building, development and job creation have a go. Our great and fearless President Trump is in the middle of a true American Renaissance. We need to extricate our selves from the Middle and Near East it’s a lost cause.

My guess the cabal has something on the good general, but then again he just may want to blow something up. .

With all this talk of our “allies” (of which Turkey is one as well), I want to get this off my chest:
    https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2019/10/15/eileen-connors-british-family-ice-vacation-detention/
A British family on vacation say they accidentally drove into the U.S. They’ve spent days detained with their 3-month-old baby.

Here is my gripe- a couple from the UK, with a young baby, causing trouble related to our border, separating children, etc.
Their story is fishy as hell, and their concern for their baby, who hadn’t completed his immunizations, is a bit late, as they willingly took him gallivanting.

Understand I mean no disrespect to the wonderful UK Treepers when I say this, but I am so sick of British expats, most commonly English ones, and ones who have done better under globalism than the majority of their countrymen, getting in their little (and large) digs at our government, and our way of life.
Who takes a DETOUR, in the dark, in an unfamiliar area, because there was “an animal in the road”?
An obvious, OBVIOUS attempt to smear our border patrol people.
What were they expecting at the detention facility? It is for CRIMINALS.

We let too many Brits in the country too.

Bendix: The US/Cdn border is long and mostly unmarked. Locals kind of know where the border is. To expect tourists to know is asking a bit much! There are houses that straddle the border. So the kitchen is in the US but the bathroom is in Canada!

I have a cottage in the 1000 Islands on the St. Lawrence River between New York State and Ontario. In any given boat ride I can cross the US/Cdn border many times! When passengers ask me which side of the border I am on I usually joke “Oh that is easy! Just look for the white line painted on the bottom of the river!” And yes, there are cottages that straddle the border! And they don’t report to customs before they mow their grass!

Look most border agents are aware of this fact. thanks

If you saw the place where these British tourists accidently crossed the border the first thing you would have said is “Why isn’t the border marked?” It is not marked at all.

The border agent involved was basically being a jerk. He knew the local situation. And I will bet if a US or Cdn accidentally crossed the border he would have done nothing! He would be afraid of creating an incident. And further the border locals would not take kindly to having such a jerk, short on common sense, around!
