I am getting a second master’s degree and am pursuing it at UNCC. You would not believe how deeply secular-progressivism is ingrained throughout every part of the institution. There are a few professors who put teaching ahead of their political agenda, but they are not the majority.

A friend of mine is taking a class that I had also signed up for this semester (i dropped it immediately after getting the syllabus, he is toughing it out). On their first day, the professor told them that they had to announce to class what pronouns they prefer for themselves. My friend was annoyed and I told him that I was glad to be out of there because if she asked me that question, I would have told her to just call me “Sir”.

I am older and am only pursuing this degree for personal interests, not for any career purpose. I feel badly for those young kids, particularly those with Christian values, for having to endure this garbage.

If you’re taking these classes out of personal interest alone, you should have stayed in the class, worked 3X as hard as the “fake” Prof., read competing POVs, and argued his or her ass off every class, being a well spoken thorn in the side.

You certainly write well enough here to make my suggestion without a second thought! It’s a Fallback position for a topic you must have had some intital interest.

Thanks for the compliment and I considered it. The class was not one that was related to my graduate degree but was just an elective. Because the class is cross-listed with Gender Studies, there is no way in hell I was sitting in a class with a bunch of 20-something feminist harpies who would just want to fight with me over my work (I run a Catholic prolife ministry) or attack me as an older white male conservative, PDJT supporter. Screw’em, I am too old for all that. But I agree with your thoughts and recognition that would have been a great road to travel!

I’m happy with Judge K not responding in any way to the baseless accusations. The liberals want him to sue, so a liberal attorney can take his deposition. Ms Ford would testify, again. If he sued, a liberal New York Jury would decide the case. Nope, just better to remain silent and not dignify the spurious allegations with a response. Last week on the radio Hannity replayed some of Judge K’s testimony in front of the Committee. I turned it off. I never want to hear or see that gut wrenching testimony again.

IMO, you are 100 percent correct. In addition, the vast amount of money that would be paid to attorneys by Judge K would be ridiculous. This is the same reason most of us regular citizens don’t do a lot of suing accept for personal injury and accident injuries. That is because the attorneys take those type of cases with no initial out of pocket costs to the client: the attorney get a percentage if they win or settle the case. No attorney is going to take a Judge K libel case with no money up front.

Lindsey Graham stated: Somebody needs to go to prison for lying to FISA court ‘to restore the rule of law’

“Everyone” needs to go to prison who was involved in the Coup (Conspiracy) to frame the President of the United States for criminal acts they actually did and are trying to eliminate the U.S. Constitution.

FISA is only one leg of the Conspiracy.

    Lindsey; you must tell “Exactly” what is going on;
The Rule of Law must be restored to Protect/Save the Constitution and stop the Conspirators/Coup from finishing their 20 years plan of bringing the U.S. to a 3rd World Country Status when PDJT leave office.

    Motivated and Partnered with the Coup/Conspirators;
The communicator of the alleged Largest Criminal Organization in U.S. history was the Clinton Foundation and Globalist through Hillary Emails that allegedly created/motivated the Coup/Conspirators to interfere with the Presidential Election and frame PDJT of criminal acts that they actually did.

Hillary allegedly motivated/conspired and partnered with the Obama Administration, Media/DNC and the top management of the FBI/DOJ etc. creating the Coup to remake the United States for Globalist.

IMO-It appears Obama Administration wanted the Constitution to be destroyed and to remake the United States in what he believed it should be. Obama core values and beliefs aligned perfectly with Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and the Globalist.

OBAMA/HILLARY allegedly conspired with the FBI/DOJ directly/indirectly to frame the President Elect and the President of the United States of criminal acts that Hillary/FBI/DOJ allegedly actual did. Think about the gravity of this Coup/Conspiracy; it is like writing fiction.

IMO-All of Obama’s policies implemented during his presidency was to dismantle the Constitution and bring the United States to a 3rd world status.

    1. Didn’t President Obama take an Oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States; and will to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States?
    2. Does it appear by reviewing all of Obama’s actions as President that he intentionally planned to destroy the Constitution, ignoring all those who sacrificed for over 200 years to protect and make the United States the Greatest Country ever?
    3. Did Obama decide that his “deepest inner core values” are above the Law and the Constitution; thus trying to remake the United States and betraying the American People?

Ronald Reagan “We must reject the idea that every time a law is broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American Precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.”

I believe along with many; Each Criminal Act should never be overlooked and must be prosecuted. By allowing and accepting unequal justice and looking the other way; created and fueled and gave the perfect weapon to the coup/conspirator criminals to destroy the United States and our way of life.

PDJT knows without Justice; the criminals will be 10 times stronger in 6 years that will guarantee their 20 years plan of bringing the U.S. down to a 3rd world status.

99% of the all problems of the U.S. (Discussed at the CTH) is an indirectly/direct result of not
    Implementing the Rule of Law.

GRAND JURIES ARE THE KEY; has the Power to compel all those who left the Government

All these Criminal Cases are very easy to Prosecute.

PDJT will implement his 3-years plan and prosecute everyone involved in this coup/conspiracy to save the U.S. Constitution and the United States.

    • Not speaking to the rest of your very optimistic post, but regarding O’Loser’s lack of faithfulness to the Constitution, it is clear that, among other things, he encouraged and facilitated the mass invasion by those who would not only change the tenor of our citizenry politically, but would actually do us harm.

I see this as the one treasonous “hope and change” that, due to the sheer numbers involved, President Trump has been and will be unable to correct. Demographically, O’Loser killed our Republic. Since that at all times was apparently his goal I guess he’s not such a loser at being a traitor.

We see the leftists fighting every attempt to undo his damage and save our Republic, just in case the population replacement hasn’t yet been sufficient to kill us off; they are equally traitors.

        Hello; Cheering4america.

My optimist post is simple; rule of law or become a 3rd world county.

        Here is my opinion regarding your comments PDJT will be unable to correct;

It was not only Obama who is tried to have massive illegal aliens to help bring the U.S. to a 3rd world statue; the Globalist, RINOS, the Chamber of Commerce, Business Round table which has been going on for over 20 years. Obama was just perfect to partner with them because they have the same goals.

        PDJT is and will be able to change and CORRECT the direction of the country;
The goal of PDJT is to show the Legal aliens from Mexico etc. who ran away from 3rd world countries; allowing illegal aliens into the country will change the U.S. into the country they ran away from.

PDJT wants to point out to legal aliens that the we all have one common cause; to honor and respect the flag, the Constitution and the United States etc. no matter what race or religions. All 330 million people are all equal. PDJT is winning over the Mexican/black communities.

MAGA is a tool that gives PDJT an additional Asset to fight the criminals.

MAGA can and will be reversed easily in 6 years without the Rule of Law.

MAGA is only temporary without the Rule of Law.

MAGA will last forever with the Rule of Law.

IMO; There are at least three motivated reasons for destroying the U.S.
        1. Greed; RINOS, Clintons, Elitist, Globalist, Business Round Table; etc.
        2. 20% of the population that has an ax-to-grind. Note; these people to not understand that they may be destroying the U.S. for a Globalist Constitution which will certainly make them slaves and worse.
        3. Pure evilness.

IMO; 50% of the population wants to secure the rule of law to save the U.S. AND 30% of the population can be changed over once they are educated as PDJT is doing and will only happen when PDJT implements the criminal codes. I believe today PDJT has 60% of the country; we need the other 20%.
This plan will only last 6-years without the Rule of Law.

The 20% of the population who has an ax-to-grind is lost forever; thanks to Obama, Clintons, Media, RINOS, Globalist, etc.

The answer is the Rule of Law and fortunately the mathematical numbers are still in time to save the Constitution and the U.S. We are all blessed that this did not happen 10 years from now which the numbers might not be in our favor. Most importantly we should all be Thankful that PDJT appeared at this moment in time to stop Hillary from placing the final nail in the coffin of the Constitution and the U.S.

I believe Divine Intervention picked PDJT to save this Great Country.

The FISC is complicit in the coup. There is no reasonable explanation for issuing a warrant they knew was to spy on the presidential campaign and the duly-elected President, and by the “2-hop rule” they know about, up to 60 million US Citizens. The PRIMARY responsibility of the FISC is to protect Constitutional Due Process and Probable Cause rights of US Citizens who are NOT REPRESENTED in the proceedings. The FISC did not hold hearings on the record to insure credible evidence, and clear perjury evidence for lies. The FISC was forced by Admiral Rogers to admit 85% of “spying” under its purview was illegal. An astounding admission of knowledge forced onto the FISC that DOJ practices and representations are unreliable. Yet the FISC said “where do we sign on to secret spying on the President?” Even after it became clear that the FISA applications were fraudulent and necessary information was withheld, the FISC extended the secret spying. Even now, the FISC has not disciplined those practicing before it, and has not withdrawn the phony spy warrants as improvidently granted.

The FISC should not be allowed to skate on its complete constitutional failure, and apparent facilitation of the coup attempt. The FISC was the Constitutional Bulwark to protect against such constitutional abuse and misuse of government power. Without FISC facilitation, the whole coup would not have even been possible. It would have been stopped in its evil tracks.

There needs to be separation of, and protection against the Star Chamber power of this very secret court to be both judge and jury. An Advocate General Office should be established to represent the Unknowing Citizen Defendants” in these proceedings, whth power to depose government witnesses to nail down their representations, and to file disciplinary proceedings against corruption. The AGO should be hired by the Office of the President (not the DOJ) with responsibility to report to the President, Congress and the Supreme Court about any abuse.

        Great Post! Thank You!
Yes, FICS is a tool used by the criminals (Coup). They intentionally again did not follow normal policies and procedures and breaking laws to spy and frame PDJT. The Globalist 20 years plan was spoiled by PDJT and they had legal exposure; the criminal had no other choice other than to continue the Coup through today, until only one side is standing.

Just think of the Laws that were broken when the FBI/DOJ allegedly did not follow normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures in investigation Hillary Emails and the Clinton Foundation for Political reasons. Easy to Prosecute because of the paper/digital trails showing normal procedures were not followed.

One Example is the immunity deals given for no consideration. Note; immunity deals can be reversed since alleged criminals can’t give each other immunity deals (Coup/Conspiracy).

You are 100% correct in your Controls and Procedures. This can only happen when all criminals are prosecuted; otherwise it would be meaningless.

When PDJT implements the Rule of Law; you can than write controls and procedures to ensure if this even starts to happen again it will be noticed/stopped immediately and the punishment will be harsh.

AND; PDJT will gain millions of new independent voters.

Yes David, you are absolutely correct that handing out “do not prosecute” cards to all of hillary’s henchpersons (even one who destroyed evidence/emails after they were subpoenaed…), and allowing them to sit in on investigations of each other, is totally bizarre. This was disgusting, and clear evidence of conspiracy to protect hillary/DNC. And protecting the awans, and wolfe, and the podestas….vs how “ordinary” citizens ate treated, is untenable. These DOJ/FBI officials engaged in remarkable abuse of their offices and responsibilities.

Hopefully, Durham has the weiner laptop which was hidden by these scoundrels, and all the hillary/DNC emails and records from the NSA with fusion/steele, the ukranians, plus italian/australian/british 5-eyes conspirators. That is apparently in Durham’s “purvue”, so as PDJT says, “we will see what happens”.

But even more importantly, the badly-behaving FISC needs to be cleaned out, repopulated with non-swamp judges who understand their Constitutional responsibilities. The FISC has proven itself to be a failure. It needs to be re-designed to be able to discipline misbehavior/lies/overreach by DOJ to the court, and scrutinized by independent Citizen-Constitution-Advocate counsel. New Checks and Balances (your “controls and procedures” need to built in so bad behavior by the FISC and/or DOJ are reported on to the President and both houses of Congress (spread to both/all parties in multiple committees beyond the crooked burr-warner senate committee) to prevent future dereliction of duty, and coup participation.

Secrecy corrupts, and absolute secrecy corrupts absolutely. Sunlight is the best disinfectant for government corruption.

            Bea, If I may add to your Perfectly Stated Post;

When you state PDJT says; “we will see what happens” PDJT is trying to give the appearance of keeping a mile “Arms-Length” away from the prosecution for obvious reasons. PDJT is directly and indirectly secretly working with a group of very close advisors never losing sight of equal justice. Anyone would be planning with advisors when criminals have a coup/conspirators trying to destroy you.
PDJT stated repeatedly; if needed he will manage the FBI/DOJ directly.

The Constitution gives PDJT the power to micro-manage the FBI/DOJ especially when there is a coup/conspiracy to eliminate the Constitution and the United States. Micro-manage is a very powerful weapon.

PDJT had a duty (only reasonable) to himself, the American People and the Constitution when interviewing Barr to state the following (1) I want the New A/G to do his/her sworn duty to follow normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures and prosecute criminal acts, were ever the evidence leads (2) There are mountains of paper/digital trails of evidence and testimony showing conflicting statements that the American People has seen and I have a duty to the America People to make sure you implement Equal Justice. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Barr has an opportunity of a life-time to join with PDJT and save the Constitution and the U.S. and be know far into the future for helping save this republic or be fired and have legal exposure.

Following PDJT strategically in the Business world for many years; I would expect PDJT to have 10 back-up plans for prosecutions. Any reasonable person would.

PDJT is holding at this moment and unbeatable Civil War Poker hand which was all created by PDJT brilliant strategic planning for the last 3-years.

PDJT is 100% responsible for implementing Equal Justice.

Interesting House Judiciary hearing from Sept 18 2019
    (the day after Corey Lewendowski)
on FISA and reauthorization of certain authorities in DEC.

Many intriguing comments about FISA process in general and Carter Page specifically
I’ve made some notes with approx timestamps for those interested.

Does criminal Brady requirement imposed on prosecutors to divulge exculpatory evidence favorable to the defendant also apply when practicing before a FISA court?
Have you conducted a Woods review of the Carter Page FISA?
Has anyone been held accountable for the UNLAWFUL DISCLOSURE of the Carter Page FISA application to the media?

Nadler: I’m unaware of any problem at the FISA court and particularly with the Carter Page application.

What does FBI need to get FISA on American Citizens?:

Did the Obama admin consider Kislyak a terrorist or agent of a terrorist organization?
(Referencing Jeff Sessions being SURVEILLED vis-a-vis Kislyak)
What does “clandestine intelligence activities” under guidelines determined by the AG mean?

Those of us with access to classified information have seen what appears to be egregious abuses…..
the DOJ/FBI “verified” an unverified dossier
Do any special rules exist when it comes to spying/surveilling a POLITICAL CAMPAIGN?

Biggs (Really good on NSA data collection in general)
In 2018 the government collected (Section 215 business record) data on 214,816 unique accounts but only had 60 SURVEILLANCE TARGETS
Has anyone been held accountable for divulging Carter Page FISA to WaPo?
Can a news article be used in the Woods Procedure to verify info in a FISA application?

Granny Cicciline (believe it or not)
Apparently the USAFreedom act tries to correct the non-representation of the target of a FISA by allowing for the appointment of an Amicus curae (someone to represent the FISA target before the FISC)
In 2018 Amicus was appointed on 9 occasions
In 2017 There were NO Amicus appointed HOWEVER on 3 occasions the FISC proposed Amicus but the government WITHDREW the applications.

Since in 2017 Rod Rosenstein was essentially running the show…
Were these additional FISAs by the Special Counsel??
Dumbass Cicciline may be too clever by half with this one.
Apparently there is also an “appeal mechanism” though WHO would appeal a FISA application is not explained.

    Johnson (R-LA)
4th Amendment doesn’t apply in 3rd party business records
Criminal Title III surveillance minimization done REALTIME (turn the tap ON/OFF)
FISA Title I minimization done after the fact
FISA collected info CAN be used in criminal cases

In criminal case vs intelligence case THE DEFENDANT will EVENTUALLY GET THE SURVEILLANCE through discovery and Brady.
How many CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS have come out of FISA warrants?
More details on the Woods process.

Thanks Krashman. The Secret FISC is really an unconstitutional operation, especially with the “2-hop” rule. The Constitution was designed to prevent this kind of court abuse, from experience with the notorious English “Star Chamber” political court, which like the FISC was a secret, all-powerful judge-and-jury operation.

The FISC surely KNEW that the spy warrant(s) werre not actually on Carter Page or the unsuccessful FBI sting operation against George Papadopoulous. The FISC surely KNEW this was really a warrant to politically spy directly, by the 2-hop” rule, on hillary’s political presidential opponent, the entire GOP presidential campaign, and anyone else (60 million citizens…) contacted or in communication with any of them. The FISC knowingly granted, then extended a political “spy on the other presidential candidate” warrant, without even actively cross-examining sketchy “evidence”. The FISC must surely be aware of the DOJ misrepresentations, lack of verification, halper/turk/mifsud/downer entrapment schemes, fusion/ohr/DNC collaboration, andwithholdingof necessary brady material. The FISC knew (was forced to admit by Admiral Rogers) that spying under its purvue was 85% illegal. THe FISC is still afraid to release the records of this embarrassment, that they never thought would be uncovered. They have not disciplined the DOJ lawyers, or withdrawn the improvidently-granted Warrants and extensions to spy on President Trump.
      As PDJT would say, “sad”.

How would we get a spy warrant for records of communications between the DOJ/FBI and the FISC? For FISC communications with Democrat congresscritters?

Ignorance may be bliss, but it’s supposed to be no excuse in the eyes of the law.
And lying is a sin, so….

It’s troubling to see the ignorance and illiteracy fueling that crooked old man’s mindless juggernaut to smear the President. He’s peddling some of the most blatantly unlawful crap imaginable to an audience that’s too illiterate to know or care if it’s true, factual or legal.

We have a very loud and pushy element in the country today who don’t know the difference between an uninformed opinion and a factually-based argument.

It’s done a lot of harm, and I’m glad we have President Trump and his team getting loud and up in the face of all that.

And it’s time for pelosi, its enabler, to just. go.

Is Father Alex Karloutsos a CIAr?

Father Alex Karloutsos is connected to about every Deep State player imaginable – top Democrats and Republicans. Looking back, it is curious why he latched onto George Papadopoulos in December 2016 and took him to Cyprus to meet with Russian connected individuals there.

On the other hand, Karloutsos is also in good relations with former CIA Director George Tenet, and with the preacher Fethullah Gülen cooperating with the American intelligence.”

Father Alexander lives in a $700,000 house in the elite Southampton, New York. His closest neighbor in this wealthy area is George Soros. Also, he is closest friend of American pharmaceutical mogul Michael Jaharis as well as cosmetic industry mogul George John Ledes, and had good relation with former CIA Chief George J. Tenet, who is of Greek origin. In 2003 George J. Tenet received The Leadership 100 Award for Excellence from Leadership 100 The Endowment Fund, where Fr. Alexander was Executive Director at this time. The Turkish press said that Fr Alex Karloutsos is acquainted with Fethullah Gülen, a Turkish Islamist leader living in the United States and working with the US intelligence agencies.

WHY is DEPUTY AG Rosen being given that choice and not BARR?

We’re being erased. Our history, our present, our future. It is genocide in progress.

First “Anglo-Saxonists” will be abolished. Then the term “Anglo-Saxon” itself. The goal is to make people forget that there ever were Anglo-Saxons, or that we are descended from them. Anyone who mentions the words “Anglo Saxon”, except with condemnation, will be “repugnant and racist”.

    This people are winning. Why?

    Washinton Post:

‘It’s all white people’: Allegations of white supremacy are tearing apart a prestigious medieval studies group”

On Tuesday, following multiple resignations and outraged statements from other medieval groups condemning its actions, ISAS (The International Society of Anglo-Saxonists) formally voted to alter its name, bowing to critics who argue that “Anglo Saxon” is code for whiteness, a phrase that is co-opted today by white supremacists around the world to advance a false version of white-dominated history.

An email along the same lines, NPR asks why classical music is so white, and shockingly boosts the ‘cuz racist line that infuses so much of their agenda-driven narratives in the face of common sense:

NPR: So we’ve got William Dawson, and a handful of other African American composers, who had kind of a moment in the 1930s. I’m wondering why that moment passed so quickly and why we haven’t heard much of their music performed by our most prominent institutions since?

Author: Well that’s the nub of my article. There are two reasons, and one is obvious and the other is not. The obvious reason is that our institutions of classical music were racially biased. We know that story. What’s new in my article is the other reason, which is aesthetic. And in some ways it’s even more interesting — that the aesthetic of modernism, which prevailed in these decades, was not comfortable with the vernacular.

(Of course, no one could say that in institutions like the Kennedy Center or Lincoln Center, there is a shortage of highlighting African American composers, but as they weren’t generally having works published until the 20th century, they weren’t going to have a place on the multi-century classical pantheon that would be highlighted to paying customers on a regular basis. Just about every American artist also loses out onthat front, both to the numbers game and because the classical music heavyweights rarely go out of style for various reasons, many of which are completely valid. Even the author describes the aesthetic factor, though that doesn’t stop the ‘cuz racist echo chamber on display.)

      • TMonroe says:

(I meant to say highlighting in other genres like jazz; for example, Lincoln Center has its own jazz venue)

      • boogywstew says:

Motown is racially biased towards Black folks. That doesn’t stop white folks from loving it. Why shouldn’t Black folks enjoy some racially biased classical music? Biased means prejudiced and that’s fine by me Every ethnicity should be proud of their music. Unless your music calls for hurting others … keep thinking your music is the best. ( I have a new favorite music to hate: country rap. Finally Blacks and Whites have joined in creating trash that I can feel my own version of “woke” in absolutely despising without feeling a tinge of guilt)

When you contact your spouse, you will be accused of tampering with a witness, an disclosed witness but one you surely would have expected to be on its list. He was found to violate his employment agreement. He leaked classified information to his attorney. Why is all of that not enough for him to be judged poorly by history? Why does it also take an indictment? He’s not going to be indicted. So, if that’s what people expect, they’re going to be disappointed.”———————

I just saw this 9/14 report by Scott Ritter on Consortium News with insider analysis of recent disclosures of an exfiltrated high level CIA asset in the Kremlin, which reports that Brennan hand-carried a supposed direct report from this spy to Obama in July 2016, stove-piped past the Presidential Daily Brief process, to the effect that Putin personally ordered hacking the DNC server to harm Hillary and help Trump, forming the basis for CIA’s and DNI’s high level of assurance that Russia did the hacking. Well worth the read, and the comments, too. When secrecy veils everything, except what gets leaked to the NYT and WashPo, the range of plausible scenarios of what actually happened is fascinating. Read the comments, too. Looks like Brennan and the Deep State are preparing their defense.

In December, 2015, as Joe Biden prepared to return to Ukraine, his aides braced for renewed scrutiny of Hunter’s relationship with Burisma. Amos Hochstein, the Obama Administration’s special envoy for energy policy, raised the matter with Biden, but did not go so far as to recommend that Hunter leave the board. As Hunter recalled, his father discussed Burisma with him just once: “Dad said, ‘I hope you know what you are doing,’ and I said, ‘I do.’ ”

Mecham cancelled the MLK state holiday–and all hell broke loose, Stevie Wonder, U2 and a host of Hollyweird protested and boycotted Arizona. All this sound familiar??
