President Trump Responds to “Deep State” Intelligence Leak – Another Pre-Planned Legislative/Lawfare Effort…

To fully absorb the backstory to the latest allied effort between politicians and the intelligence apparatus, it is helpful to remember when the Vice-Chair of the SSCI, Senator Dianne Feinstein, abdicated her position after the 2016 election.

For years CTH has discussed the internal dynamic of Democrat politicians (legislative branch) working in concert with Intelligence Community (executive branch) officials to protect their interests. Ultimately the biggest example of this surfaced when Donald Trump won the 2016 election despite the efforts of the deep state. Trump became target #1.  Remember also, Feinstein’s chief-of-staff, Dan Jones, leaving and going to work on the outside including paying Fusion-GPS to keep up their efforts?

We have provided the trail of overwhelming evidence, showing how the intelligence apparatus writ large, including select members of the Gang-of-eight, were working with politicians (House and Senate) against candidate, president-elect and President Trump. No doubt the internal plans therein was a step too-far for Feinstein. She bailed.

However, Feinstein’s departure was only one aspect, there were many more – including: Senator Harry Reid working with CIA Director John Brennan on the dossier distribution (letter to FBI etc.); the 2017 censure of HPSCI Devin Nunes, after discovery of the Trump campaign unmasking etc; the 2016 use of FBI/NSA databases by political operatives and “contractors” to extract opposition research; and obviously the combined efforts of the CIA, DNI, FBI and DOJ in what is now known as “spygate”, the surveillance of the Trump campaign.

These examples show a synergy between Democrat politicians in power and the intelligence apparatus.  These examples are not theoretical, they are highlighted by evidence including: admissions to the FISA court by the DOJ/FBI; outlines from the DOJ inspector general; and even evidence within the indictment and arrest of SSCI Security Director James Wolfe.

It’s not a conspiracy theory. It is, unfortunately, a conspiracy fact.

It is through that prism of known political corruption and documented intelligence community conspiracy effort – that all claims from “former officials within the intelligence apparatus” should be considered. There was, and I would argue still is, an effort by the Legislative branch. I quote myself:

The problem for Attorney General Bill Barr is not only investigating what we don’t know, but rather navigating through what ‘We The People’ are already aware of….

A branch of the United States government (Legislative) was attempting a coup against the incoming leader of another branch of government (Executive); by using the Intelligence Community and designated corrupt agents within the executive branch cabinet. (more)

Remember, this stuff comes in pre-planned waves.  These efforts are well coordinated, planned and then rolled out by legislative democrats.  They are assisted by their corrupt and ideological allies in the Lawfare group who operate as middle-men between the politicians, left-wing allied teams and the media narrative engineers.

That understanding underscores the latest effort du-jour from Adam Schiff:

WaPo – The whistleblower complaint that has triggered a tense showdown between the U.S. intelligence community and Congress involves President Trump’s communications with a foreign leader, according to two former U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

Trump’s interaction with the foreign leader included a “promise” that was regarded as so troubling that it prompted an official in the U.S. intelligence community to file a formal whistleblower complaint with the inspector general for the intelligence community, said the former officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

It was not immediately clear which foreign leader Trump was speaking with or what he pledged to deliver, but his direct involvement in the matter has not been previously disclosed. It raises new questions about the president’s handling of sensitive information and may further strain his relationship with U.S. spy agencies. One former official said the communication was a phone call.  (more)

On an optimistic note…. Inasmuch as there are ongoing corrupt Machiavellian efforts, there are also elements within the intelligence apparatus trying to excise the corruption.  Remember, there has been an ongoing series of controlled “black hat hunting” efforts that have led to many discoveries of the embedded IC usurpers.

Also remember, some element within the IC carried out the operation that changed the dates on the FISA application given to the SSCI as part of the hunting effort.  That operation ultimately captured James Wolfe.  Despite the internal corruption within the DOJ that allowed Wolfe to exit without accountability for the classified document leaks, at least we know there is some internal entity, somewhere, working on finding them.

This latest -seemingly desperate- effort by some “anonymous former official” [[cough, Sue Gordan, cough]] making claims and requesting whistle-blower protection will likely backfire for all the same reasons prior efforts have failed.  President Trump is the most transparent politician in history.

Don’t look for too much more than political manipulation of this story.  Keeping with all prior explosive claims that turn out to be nothingburgers, the “whistleblower” is likely making nothing more than a strategic political decision.  The President has unlimited ability to conduct U.S. foreign policy, including who he talks to and what agreements are made therein.  If people don’t like the outcomes, well, that’s what elections are for.

The possible declassification of intelligence material, now under the control of AG Bill Barr; that could outline so much prior corruption and simultaneously expose this alignment between UniParty politicians and the corrupt intelligence community; likely has the entire network very, very, nervous…. Just think about the downstream consequences from declassifying the Rosemary Collyer report?  That declassification alone could mean generational damage to the domestic U.S. intelligence apparatus, DOJ-NSD and FBI.

If I had to hazard a guess based on timing, prior events, prior political advocacy, prior political demands and protestations, and prior alignment by the democrats toward an intelligence official; the connections would indicate Lawfare alignment with former ODNI Principal Deputy Director Sue Gordon.  However, that’s just a supposition – and if we wait a while (usually six days) we’ll see if that suspicion is accurate.

It has been 120 days since President Trump empowered AG Bill Barr to release the original authorizing scope of the Mueller investigation which began on May 17, 2017.  A Mueller investigation that concluded five months ago, and yet we are not allowed to know what the authorizing scope was?…. Nor the 2nd DOJ scope memo of August 2nd, 2017?… Nor the 3rd DOJ scope memo of October 20th, 2017?….

  • All versions of the Carter Page FISA applications (DOJ) (FBI) (ODNI).
  • All of the Bruce Ohr 302’s filled out by the FBI. (FBI) (ODNI)
  • All of Bruce Ohr’s emails (FBI) (DOJ) (CIA) (ODNI). All supportive documents and material provided by Bruce Ohr to the FBI. (FBI)
  • All relevant documents pertaining to the supportive material within the FISA application. (FBI) (DOJ-NSD ) (DoS) (CIA) (DNI) (NSA) (ODNI);
  • All intelligence documents that were presented to the Gang of Eight in 2016 that pertain to the FISA application used against U.S. person Carter Page; including all intelligence documents that may not have been presented to the FISA Court. (CIA) (FBI) (DOJ) (ODNI) (DoS) (NSA)  Presumably this would include the recently revealed State Dept Kavalac email; and the FBI transcripts from wiretaps of George Papadopoulos (also listed in Carter Page FISA). [AKA ‘Bucket Five’]
  • All unredacted text messages and email content between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok on all devices. (FBI) (DOJ) (DOJ-NSD) (ODNI)
  • The originating CIA “EC” or two-page electronic communication from former CIA Director John Brennan to FBI Director James Comey that started Operation Crossfire Hurricane in July 2016. (CIA) (FBI) (ODNI)

Additionally, since the 2018 list was developed, more information has surfaced about underlying material.  This added to the possibility of documents for declassification:

♦ Release the August 2nd, 2017, two-page scope memo provided by DAG Rod Rosenstein to special counsel Robert Mueller to expand the fraudulent Trump investigation, and initiate the more purposeful obstruction of justice investigation. Also Release the October 20th, 2017, third scope memo that expanded the investigation again, and targeted additional people including Michael Flynn’s family. The Scope Memos are keys to unlocking the underlying spy/surveillance cover-up. [SEE HERE and SEE HERE]

♦ President Trump can prove the July 31st, 2016, Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence operation originated from a scheme within the intelligence apparatus by exposing the preceding CIA operation that created the originating “Electronic Communication” memo. Declassify that two-page “EC” document that Brennan gave to Comey.  [The trail is found within the Weissmann report and the use of Alexander Downer – SEE HERE]

♦ Release and declassify all of the Comey memos that document the investigative steps taken by the FBI as an outcome of the operation coordinated by CIA Director John Brennan in early 2016.  [The trail was memorialized by James Comey – SEE HERE]  Release and declassify the declarations of FBI Agent David Archey that describe the purpose of the Comey memos:

♦ Reveal the November 2015 through April 2016 FISA-702 search query abuse by declassifying the April 2017 court opinion written by FISC Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer. Show the FBI contractors behind the 85% fraudulent search queries. [Crowdstrike? Fusion-GPS? Nellie Ohr? Daniel Richman?]  This was a weaponized surveillance and domestic political spying operation. [The trail was laid down in specific detail by Judge Collyer – SEE HERE]

♦ Subpoena former DOJ-NSD (National Security Division) head John Carlin, or haul him in front of a grand jury, and get his testimony about why he hid the abuse from the FISA court in October 2016; why the DOJ-NSD rushed the Carter Page application to beat NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers to the FISA court; and why Carlin quit immediately thereafter.

♦ Prove the Carter Page FISA application (October 2016) was fraudulent and based on deceptions to the FISA Court. Declassify the entire document, and release the transcripts of those who signed the application(s); and/or depose those who have not yet testified. The creation of the Steele Dossier was the cover-up operation. [SEE HERE]

♦ Release all of the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages without redactions. Let sunlight pour in on the actual conversation(s) that were taking place when Crossfire Hurricane (July ’16) and the FISA Application (Oct ’16) were taking place.  The current redactions were made by the people who weaponized the intelligence system for political surveillance and spy operation.  Why are Page and Strzok texts still redacted!

That’s all it took to destroy our Constitutional Republic, and from that point forward they created all the unconstitutional “agencies” that they have used to lock us down and take our rights and liberties away.

Anyone who doesn’t understand that our rights and liberties are held hostage doesn’t understand that by paying the extortion money to them they have financed their and our own demise.

Period. President Trump told us he was here to fix this problem and we better do all we can to help make sure he has the second term to do it.

Now here’s something interesting. The Lawfare article above states that the whistleblower made his/her report to the Intelligence Community Inspector General on August 12, 2019. The last effective employment date of both Dan Coates and Susan Gorden was on August 15. https://www.dni.gov/index.php/newsroom/press-releases/item/2028-resignation-of-pddni-susan-m-gordon Interesting timing.

This paragraph alone should be enough to explain why there haven’t been any “perp walks” of the bad guys yet. Barr (and Trump) are trying to fix a (probably fatally) flawed system in a responsible manner. The Bad Guys aren’t worried about “being responsible.” All they care about is regaining and retaining power and keeping their good times rolling.

Comey and the Hillary matter (he stepped WAY out of bounds as it was not his position to speak about this to the public), Trump memos (302s and NOT Comey’s diary).

Remember that Chuck Schumer warned incoming President Trump that the intel community has six ways from Sunday to screw you over (not exact words). My guess is that though Schumer is a weasel, he and POTUS go back a long way and he was trying to obliquely warn POTUS what was in store for him.

We’re naive if we think the spooks spy on just other countries’ citizens. You can bet your bippy they’re monitoring anyone on whom they might need damaging information. Wasn’t it Truman who warned about a CIA? Well what he warned about has come to fruition.

What’s happening in our country is the same thing as happens in a human body. If you ignore a lump that shouldn’t be there, it won’t go away, and most likely will spread into a cancer. Best to remove the tumor when it’s small and noninvasive.

The Dems/left/ anti Trumpers have a whole notebook of these kinds of hits they will use against PT, developed and constantly added to. One attack fails and it’s on to the next one. It’s a running agenda to keep a negative light directed to PT and his team and yes to us who support him. Their goal is what we all know, removing PT from the presidency and preventing his re-election. This whistle blower just happens to come forth now? Where was this person when the alleged problem occurred? Yeah, thought so. It’s just number 545 out of a thousand from the get Trump playbook they have going.

Wish someone could call them out big time and make them massively exposed to the voters. This agenda by the left will not stop, ever. They have to be met with the same kind of agenda they use against all of them, one by one called into the light of justice and American values. Who the heck will do it though?

It would be beyond cool if this were another mole hunt.

If I were President Trump, I would hopefully by now figured out a few people in the IC I could DEFINITIVELY trust………

And I would ask them how to set up a sting, since I already know I’m being recorded/listened to even on calls to foreign leaders when those calls should be private. (Since it is KNOWN that Trump’s calls are being listened to by AMERICAN IC, why would ANY world leader being willing to talk to Trump? This is just ONE problem coming from the IC spying on an elected president who they hate………)

I would try to find someone who has a very good ability to sound/act like a foreign leader. To the point that it would fool the eavesdropping IC, and have a script sent to that person.

Then, if I were President Trump, I would videotape/record both ends of a phone call and say something outrageous………….and wait for the inevitable leak by the IC. I’d let the democrats and the main stream media (really, is there a difference?) go hog wild. I’d let democrats in congress go nuts wanting impeachment and more hearings and trying to subpoena me. And I would tell them I would meet them in congress. I’d let them go hog wild for awhile, then…………….I’d break out the video. Make them look like total idiots, and walk out.

Somehow, since he KNOWS he’s being eavesdropped on by the IC, I sorta think President Trump has a better idea. Hope something good comes to fruition on smoking out the deep state.

The more I percolate on the particulars, the more a scenario as described below comes in focus:

PDJT is on the phone to another world leader (and knows some IC personnel are listening in). He says to this other leader, in response to some perceived happenstance, say, some aggressions by a terrorist supporting nation, that, ‘If that occurs on John Bolton’s watch, don’t worry; I promise he knows the exact measure of retaliation that puts an end to that line of action,’ or something even a little more specific.

So, now, that this happenstance occurred and no measure of retaliation has been publicly forthcoming, AND John Bolton is no longer in an official capacity, AND thus, unable to make good on this nebulous ‘promise’, this ‘whistleblower’ reminds Schiff that this ‘concern’ has been noted since back in the first part of August such that the IC IG needs to sound an alarm . . .

Wait a minute. How about the primaries? PDJT needs us to send him the right people to help him.

People may think the answer is to wait and vote a straight (R) ticket in November 2020. That doesn’t work too well if the RINO Never-Trumpers win the primaries. That is how we get stuck with those people. The RNC will not help to throw out a rotten incumbent. We have to do it ourselves and have to finish the hard work in the primaries. Look at The Squad. Those women won their races by winning in the primaries. They all are from heavily Dimm districts. Success in the general election was a given.

Please do not disappear from the conflict. Since you have already (correctly, IMO) settled on for whom you will vote at the top of the ticket, you can be more at ease while filtering through the candidates in the down ballot primary races. In fact, you may wish to attend townhalls and even volunteer in a campaign in order to get some better people in government.

VSG Trump is the best person to make the list. What we do is get our incumbents to pledge support to the Trump Platform, or, we elect their primary opponent who will do it.

But that can be done with civility and decorum (unlike the DemonRATs in the Nadler hearings) and we do that in my town.

Have a planted inside source (Page?) or an inside turn coat who is recruited. Mix in all methods of technical spy craft (NSA intercepts, Five eyes also? Direct or indirect “tapping” and more). Nothing new methods under the Sun, just the snakes used. In the Military you may, and even have a duty, to refuse an unlawful command. Apparently none of the deep state players had any sense of morality, cause we have never seen any real “whistle-blowers (except Adm Rodgers).”

According to two former US officials familiar with the matter, Trump’s communications with a foreign leader are a part of the whistleblower complaint that spawned the tense standoff.

CNN analyst, former CIA official and Trump hater Phil Mudd even jumped to Trump’s defense.

Mudd blasted the unidentified ‘whistleblower’ in the intel community and called him a “snitch.”

“Boy, I’m about ready to blow a gasket,” Mudd told CNN’s Chris Cuomo about the whistleblower. “He [Trump] can say what he wants, Chris.”

“I am ticked off. This is completely inappropriate. The Congress should not be asking the intel guys to go snitch on the president,” Mudd added.

THIS may provide some real detail to what is behind the Whistleblower complaint:

The UK Independent is reporting that Trump is being accused of election meddling for 2020 because he insisted that the Ukraine reopen the investigation into payments made by Burisma to Bidens son in order to receive some $250 million on military aid.

Keep in mind that the Intel hacks had no problem when Biden bragged about withholding aid to Ukraine until they fired the prosecutor running the investigation into Bidens son.

THIS ALL ABOUT COMEY – I am passing this along in the hope this will be of help

It seems to me, that Louie Gohmert has revealed some very important information that has been overlooked until now.

Guess who set the classification ratings on the Comey Memos? Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. Low ratings on the memos let Comey off prosecution.

Then an extract from the Gateway Pundit Article puts the pieces together.

That’s why Mueller (really Peter Strzok and Lisa Page) classified Comey’s “evidence” both ways, both classified and unclassified. They would pursue the obstruction of justice charges privately, quietly, treating Comey’s memos as “highly classified,” while their public face would be treating them as “unclassified” so that Comey wouldn’t be charged.

That’s why Trump’s legal team told Mueller, we will tear you to shreds in a court of law, and Mueller backed down. Corrupt Mueller knew he would lose.

You can only wonder why Barr, has not charged them. Because this seems to be obstruction of justice. Not just for Peter Strzok and Lisa Page but for the Mueller Team.

Ms. Gordon’s tenure at the CIA overlapped with Mr. Brennan’s leadership there.

Only one problem with that. As Lindsey found out when he tried to pass a law, preventing PDJT from firing Mueller, there is nothing illegal or unConstitutional about any POTUS firing his FBI Director, AG, or Special Council any time, for any or no reason.

So, they did the whole Mueller investigation, so Republicans in Congress would vote to impeach a President for doing things which are neither illegal, unConstitutional, or even immoral.

And, they were confident Congressional Republicons would vote to impeach a President of their party, on that basis?

        Anyway, before we even get into Barrs history (Bondo Barr?), or his lack of action till now, or actions not taken, etc. I start with this fundamental question;
Would the Uniparty leadership confirm the nomination of Sidney Powell as AG? She’s certainly QUALIFIED. But, obviously NOT.

WHY? Because Sidney would clean house, build cases, get underlings to roll, and trace it RIGHT back TO the Uniparty.
So, the fact that Barr,WAS confirmed (don’t let the Dems votinh against him fool you, the only important vote is the one who puts him over the top) means that he can’t POSSIBLY be a true “House cleaner”, and Durham is just another headfake.

Because Republicons are the stealth face of the Uniparty, they are generally more comfortable in the minority position, its true.

Their PRIMARY role is to occupy the SPACE of a ‘conservative psrty’, thereby preventing a genuine conservative party from forming.

To give ‘conservative’ voters the illusion they have a voice, but to (behind closed doors) negotiate annesty for illegals, and other aspects of the Uniparty agenda.

For instance they can advance bills to the floor, 50 times, to repeal Obamacare, when they know it has no chance of passing.

And make no mistake, if McStain had been unable to give the thumbs down, they had Flake waiting in the wings to vote NO.

When do we get rid of FBI’s dimwit Christopher Wray?

And about a month ago the so-called “Tick tock” club was hypothesizing new revelations about HRC / the Clinton Foundation, and others, were dropping any day.

Part of the leak hunt? Or more Deep State chicanery?

FISAGate should provide a wealth of information, and more facts Horowitz glosses over?

Question: in StroukPage texts, Strouk exclaims , ‘I hate Russia ‘. Is this antipathy widespread in the IC? Is this policy a heridatary institutional investment?

If so, why has communist China, a still operative predatory totalitarian state, off the DoJ radar? Is the PRC unofficially absolved due to long-standing mutual profiteering arrangements with Wall St Congressional power elites, Feinstein, Clinton, McConnell, etc.?

Congress of Traitors funds intell apparatus which is subverted from legitimate protection of our economic and military security. To support NSA surveillance .empowers the corrupt & strengthens our adversaries.

I’d assumed linking President Trump with Russia was just an easy sell, as Americans retain historical memory of Cold War animosity, esp to USSR.

Democrat/Uniparty has a predilection for sacrificing our foreign relations to rack up cheap points in domestic politics .

The dizzying switch from Hillary’s STUPID ‘reset button to knee jerk reactionary myths and incitement of domestic xenophobia, baiting Ukrainian sectarianists has profoundly disturbing implications. The Boomer governing elite are so compromised they are incompetent to run foreign policy as a responsive, stable major power.

    • He likely hates Russia as it is anti-globalism. He probably loves China as the new world order model nation that it is. “You may have one child, but it must be male or we will destroy it. ETC..”

Strzok may have dreamed of being a BIG shot in the totalitarian scheme of complete ownership of all of us.

We need to remember that these people are SICK.

Those people are beyond sick they are evil as well. Russia like you mentioned is anti globalism, they are Orthodox Christians one of the oldest and imho the best religions out there. I see when President Putin goes to a monastery or a church he gets his candles lights them crosses himself three times, we go from right to left and say “In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit Amen. I watched him carefully interact with the bishops priests and you can see the respect in his eyes. He truly believes in his Faith and I respect him for that. His last visit in Serbia early this year at st. Sava Church a historical church in Belgrade he did not go first he was in line with the rest of the regular folks. He was in Gods’ House and every single person is equal in the eyes of our Lord and he understood that. I believe if this Muh Russia did not go over the cliff PDJT and PVP would have been able together to overcome the globalists and any other things in the way especially when it comes to Christianity, as these evil ones are trying to wipe us off the face of the earth. May God Bless PDJT and PVP.

      Hmmmm……… Good questions.

Is “Hate Russia” just a paper tiger, i.e., a useful distraction to keep others from noticing the IC is virtually an arm of the Communist Chinese Government?

      Makes sense to me.
