Joe they both have one thing in common both are evil! What have we become when we can’t protect the most vulnerable among us the unborn? Destroying a bald eagle egg can get the perp 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine! So bald eagle eggs are protected but not unborn children! Someone explain to me how the Constitution protects bald eagle eggs but not unborn children? I look forward to that explanation!

          Exactly, Bubby.

Why can an illegal alien slip across our border and be awarded ‘free’ legal representation, and a host of welfare benefits? Regular Americans don’t get anything free, just a bill from the IRS every year.

Why does the FBI run a warning ahead of a movie being played off a DVD, stating nobody better dare to make a copy of the DVD, or else. Then the same FBI, led by Comey, had no problem with illegal destruction of evidence, lying and other HRC crimes. Sure, pirating movies is in fact a crime that should be punished but maybe some of the agents assigned to monitoring that should keep a better eye on the Democrat Party. After all, Debbie Wasserman Schultz never faced consequences for her dark deals with the Iman Bros. Oh, right—her actions were misguided but there was no criminal intent.

The list goes on to infinity. It is the innocent unborn that have no free lawyer to defend their case for the chance at life. It is the little guy, the taxpayer, the people that turn the wheels in this country that the Left intends to silence, deprive, strip away whatever we’ve worked for. They are teaching our young to be ashamed of the way God created them as they sit in govt funded classrooms hearing they should despise their color and their gender.

Bubby has it right. It’s Evil.

      Complete misdirection regarding “exculpatory” information.

Why would the authors SUBMIT an article that consists of unverified allegations and then also include information that appears to refute the allegations? Why would the article EVER be published, even with the exculpatory information?

Anyone could fabricate such a story using anyone’s name along with two of their friends. The only requirement would be that at least the smear target and one friend attended a few parties where alcohol was consumed.

Easy answer: for the sole and designed purpose of smearing Kavanaugh’s character. They know full well that plenty of gullible fools will ignore the exculpatory information, especially if it’s carefully worded.

    Observations from a smaller limb.

    Treasury International Capital
    TIC long-term purchases report:
    U.S. Department of the Treasury

The difference in value between foreign long term securities purchased by U.S. citizens and U.S. securities purchased by foreigners.

Example if foreigners purchase $100B in U.S. stocks and bonds while U.S. citizens purchase $90B in foreign stocks and bonds the TIC would be +$10B. Plus equals capital coming into U.S. negative means capital going out.

Also note that with a 20 trillion economy a billion moving out is of little consequence other countries can not say the same. In 2017 and 2018 over a trillion moved in each year. That certainly is of major consequence.

This information, September report is 45 days after month end,, which means July numbers. There are definitive weakness’s to this report, but it is one of the better ones available for tracking purposes. Again Long term not short term instruments which are mentioned later.

September Report: (July’s Numbers) Projected +$81B ,,,Actual +$84.1B.
This follows $100.3B from the previous report. Revised up
For the year Long Term TIC stands at + $267.8 B

Net purchases by foreign individual investors was $83.8B
Foreign residents net purchases were $72.3B (little guys) 🏆
Foreign official institutions net was $11.5B

U.S. residents decreased foreign securities $12B

Largest moves: Inflows at net: By country.
Total includes Treasury, Agency, Corporate Bonds and Stocks

    Japan: +$ 18.3B
    Canada: +$17.5B
    China: +$16.5B
    U.K. +$ 14.7B
    France: + $14.2B

Japanese moving assets for Agro purchases.

    Outflows at net: By country.
total includes Treasury, Agency, Corporate Bonds and Stocks.

    Ireland: -$11.3B
    UAE: -$5.4B
    India: -$5.3B
    Belgium: -$3.4B

BTW: Short term TIC holdings for July were at +$43.8B, so total TIC was +$127.9B

    Final thoughts:

The ECB announced a stimulus package on September 12. Highlights are a drop interest rates by 10 basis points to -0.5%. ECB deposit rate to -0.5%. Promised to buy 20b in euro bonds every month. Current two year bold yield -0.75%

Now we wait to see what the Fed will do today. If they hold interest rates steady I’m looking for a serious move in capital out of Europe and Asia into the U.S. remember my post about the pressure to cut rates by the Fed coming from overseas on August 26. Well today we find out if the globalist convinced them or if trying to slow the U.S. to hurt PDJT is more of a priority.

Meanwhile on the home front the FED went into the market and purchased $53B of securities yesterday in the first repo action in more than a decade. The needed induction of banking liquidity for “wall street banks” came as a surprise to most. I think another action today or tomorrow is highly likely. Wall street financial concerns and the Fed just don’t understand, they are losing control.

Time to applaud the work of Secretary of the Treasury Mnuchin and his team in their efforts to implement PDJT’s (dual) community banking system. Secretary Mnuchin and his team are every bit as good as the trade team, which he is also very much a part of.

        Dobbsfan:
It is a perfect win, win.

If they lower rates they add steam to the current economic growth. If they don’t lower rates capital flight from overseas increases capital available lowering rates anyway and spurring the stock market.

Think of the interest rate inversion as simply the FED doing a bad job and the market overriding their decision. The calls for a coming recession will get loud but this is where the loss of credibility of the business news media will finally arrive.

Furthermore it will mean slower growth overseas strengthening PDJT hand in negotiations on trade deals. The rate gap as it now stands coupled with the currency devaluation means that it could get ugly in Europe and in China.

Simply put PDJT has out played them.

This is also why I mentioned Mnuchin and his dual banking system insulation. Sundance’s explanation on the differences between wall street and main street driven economies moves front and center. They are shooting blanks . This is perfect timing by PDJT.

While I’m typing this they held the rates steady. Looking forward to future TIC reports in the coming months.

This whole Corn Pop Saga had me thinkin’ about my own run-in back in the day with a dude that went by the name “Corn Flakes McGillicuddy”. Big dude. Stood about yay tall. “CFM” we called him behind his back, but only “Mr. McGillicuddy” to his face. Which was a little weird, cuz I don’t think his last name was actually McGillicuddy. For that matter, I’m pretty sure his first name wasn’t Corn. Anyway. We were in middle school, and I was the captain of the YMCA Junior Leg Wrestling team. The team was a made-up thing that my friends and I did down at the YMCA after school. Most days our Phys-Ed teacher, Mr. C., would show up to “teach us some moves”. Which was a little weird, cuz we sorta made up our own rules ‘n stuff. Anyway. CFM was bothering my younger sister, constantly stopping her in the hallway and asking her to the Winter Cotillion. So one day I said “C’mon, man! Stop bothering my sister!”. CFM stuffed me in my locker, locked it with his own padlock, and left for the rest of the day. So the next week I worked up the courage to really confront CFM. On MY terms. I found CFM in the hallway, walked right up to him, craned my neck upward, and said “Mr. McGillicuddy! If you don’t leave my sister alone, I’m gonna have to leg wrestle you!” I said “Meet me at the YMCA after school, and we’re gonna settle this thing once and for all!”. Long story short: he snapped my right leg like a twig, and my sister ended up dating CFM well into her junior year in college.

What decent human would ever want to become a despicable political crook, getting rich by selling legislation and contracts and grants to other crooks?

Crooked politics collects and enables crooked politicians, who are drawn to corruption like flies to ****. Somehow, we need to find a way that decent, honest people can serve the country without being slimed, and being forced to get in bed with political prostitutes.

The most important, but missing, enabler of better politicians is an honest press. But our media has been co-opted by crooks, CIA/FBI/propagandist monopolies. While monopolization used to prevent media monopoly in the “old free press days”, top-down monopoly and narrative control are now the dominant factor. Amazon, Comcast, Disney, etc control all the press and news. Antitrust to break up the press monopolies, and make the internet providers like comcast, AT&T, Verizon into common carriers would be a start.

Unhinged and unleashed, the Leftist Media will promote lie after lie for the next 13 months. This incident is simply the beginning. For 24 hours a day you will be immersed ever more in Fake Stories about scandals, payoffs, sexual assaults, bribery, collusion with Russia, etc. etc. etc. The Leftist Media will “flood the zone” with fake story after fake story in an effort to demoralize us, wear down the populace in general with TRUMP IS NO GOOD stories.

The worst may be the PHONY POLLS which will be showing Biden or Warren or whoever winning by 5 to 10 points over the president, and the Leftist Media will be pushing such polls all the way up to the night of the election!

Right now the Leftist Media is pushing polls showing “any Democrat beats Trump” !!! Really? Dozens or hundreds show up e.g. for a Buttigieg Rally versus 50,000 for the president, and the former supposedly will win a national election?

How many Americans can identify Buttigieg or any of the 25 + candidates at all?

Lie, lie, lie: that is the plan, that is the hope, and if it is not obvious to anyone, then they have not been paying attention.

You should review Twitter and FB responses on the President’s and WH’s feeds. There are a lot of mentally unstable people out there who simply have lost a complete grasp on reality. It’s surreal.

It now makes sense why certain things have happened in history. Mass psychosis is real.

Yes, but think even bigger than that. Why have certain tyrannical movements enjoyed popular support throughout history. Now one must wonder how much the “elites” (their version of the Deep State), “media”, and brain-washed masses simply screwed things up.

How much of human history was in fact orchestrated too? For example, can we be sure that Romney actually tried to win? Or was that election pre-determined?

there was a Twitter post yesterday crowing about a Warren rally where there were about 2000+ attendees (I’m guessing on the crowd size). The MSM ignores the President’s rallies with 15,000+ arenas (and countless others outside) on a week night. I feel like we are living in 1970s Russia where Pravda news is nothing but propaganda and smart people make jokes and ignore it.

I always ask these people (who think they’re so smart), “how many rallies have you watched?” crickets. “How many speeches?” more crickets. “How many times have you visited the actual White House or various department/agency websites?” Crickets again. Then I say, “I rest my case. You have no facts. You are not going straight to the sources.” They sound REALLY dumb trying to make any argument then.

          John B,
Respectfully, your post highlights the problem with focusing on BALLOT fraud, and thereby being distracted from the more impactful election fraud that is happening.

Kelly Ward, a MAGA candidate since before the escalator ride, was running in the primary against McSally the Rino.

Given that choice, Ward WOULD have won, and won the general. So, the party got Sheriff Joe to run in the primary as a splitter. I didn’t see him campaign, nor did I see any signs for him.

But, he split the MAGA vote, guaranteeing McSally the nomination.
In the general, MAGA voters, disgusted with McSally, STAYED HOME.

Any BALLOT fraud, was just ‘icing on the cake’; if you have CAKE, with no icing, you STILL have a meal. On the other hand, if you have icing with no cake, you don’t have a meal, unless your 5 years old.

Yes, ballot fraud DOES occur. But, the MAJOR manipulations of elections occurs during the PRIMARY, and getting distracted by the lazer pointer of BALLOT fraud, prevents us from seeing the REAL election fraud.

Max was also a lawyer working with the Clinton’s while Kavanaugh was on Ken Starr’s team. Max went on to become an advisor and lawyer in the Obama administration and now runs a “non-profit” in DC. Isn’t that convenient? Non-profit like the Clinton Foundation don’t you know? These are the type of swamp intrigues that are prime example why the swamp needs draining, and stat!

Cronyism, nepotism, willful lying, all manner of overt criminality, all masked and excused by a complicit, criminal MSM. Their only concern is their free ride, and in order to maintain it, they’ll destroy the country to keep the graft flowing in. This is not good government, not our best and brightest, but a gaggle of maggots feeding on the dead carcass that is our nation. If this is not fixed we are going to watch as our great nation slips away into a dystopian abyss.

We have an opportunity with our Great President Trump to begin fixing our great land let’s not squander it. Stand your ground and fight.

      https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-11-15/maryland-man-killed-cops-trying-take-his-guns-under-red-flag-confiscation-law

“Police Chief Timothy Altomare said the fatal shooting was a sign that the law is needed:

“If you look at this morning’s outcome, it’s tough for us to say ‘Well, what did we prevent?’ ” he said. “Because we don’t know what we prevented or could’ve prevented. What would’ve happened if we didn’t go there at 5 a.m.?”

Can you wrap your head around that statement? I can’t.

As far as we know, Willis never harmed anyone. Yet, he is dead…because of a law that was supposedly enacted to save lives. If Willis had a history of violence or a criminal record, the police department would surely be talking about it, using it as justification for the man’s murder.

In reality, red flag laws are ripe for abuse.

In an article titled Gun Owners Must Oppose Red Flag Laws, Greg Pruett of Gun Owners of America warns,

A new wave of dangerous laws is being pushed across the United States. These laws don’t require due process and your rights are removed without a crime ever being committed. If this sounds familiar, then it may sound like something out of “Minority Report” with Tom Cruise. Sadly, it isn’t a Hollywood blockbuster, it’s the new America. At least it will be if you don’t fight back.

“Red Flag” laws, also known as “Extreme Risk Protection Orders” or Gun Violence Restraining Orders,” have now passed in 12 states. Even some Republican-controlled states (Indiana and Florida) have passed these laws. They are dangerous to freedom, unconstitutional, and should be more properly termed, “Gun Confiscation Orders.”
