Details Behind Patrick Byrne Allegations of FBI “Political Espionage”…

Former CEO Patrick Byrne has given four primary interviews where he outlines his knowledge of a 2015 and 2016 political espionage operation being run by the FBI.

Fox News, MacCallumFox Business #1Fox Business #2CNN, Cuomo

After a review of the interviews, and extracting specific points therein, here’s an overview.

The substance of Mr. Byrne claims does seem to align with what we already know about the DOJ and FBI activity during the 2016 election cycle, including the FBI operations.

First, Patrick Byrne claims he has spoken to the DOJ on April 5th, 2019, and again on April 30th, 2019.  Mr. Byrne states he told the DOJ all of the information he was aware of during those two interviews covering approximately seven hours of questioning.

The current public statements Mr. Byrne is making are not with the approval of the DOJ or any investigators therein.  His decision to go public with this information comes as a result of conversations with a life-long mentor and confidant, Warren Buffett.  Mr. Byrne states he has known Warren Buffett since Byrne was a teenager and Mr. Buffett was in his mid-forties.

According to his CNN interview Byrne talked to Buffett in June of 2019 about how he could be a witness in the DOJ investigation authorized by Attorney General Bill Barr and being conducted by U.S. Attorney John Durham.  After listening to the details, Buffett recommended Mr. Byrne go public with the story.

However, in order to go public Byrne would need to separate himself from his role as CEO of Overstock, the company Byrne founded.  Mr. Byrne resigned yesterday, August 22nd.

Byrne explains he told Buffett about his April conversations with the DOJ and Buffett said it didn’t matter… Byrne still needed to go public with the story. It sounds like there are several motives for going public; perhaps one is personal safety.

To verify his April DOJ discussion, Byrne points to two references:

♦First, the movement of Maria Butina from harsh isolation in prison on May 9th, ten days after he delivered his testimony to the DOJ.  According to Byrne Ms. Butina was moved to a very different White Collar facility based on his information.

♦The second reference point Byrne highlights is the May 13th DOJ appointment of John Durham to look into the origination of the Russia investigation events. Byrne says this too was a direct result of his two DOJ sessions April 5th and 30th.

If Byrne is accurate; and if his claims of him personally being an operative of the FBI with instructions to engage Ms. Butina inside the political espionage events structured by corrupt FBI officials are genuine; it would appear Special Counsel Robert Mueller facilitated throwing a bag over Ms Butina in an effort to keep the corrupt FBI intelligence operation hidden from the public. This would explain the Mueller demand for strict solitary isolation and confinement.  [The reports are indeed troubling]

Again, if Byrne is correct, it would appear that extremely significant and exculpatory Brady material -evidence that could easily prove an entrapment defense- was intentionally withheld from Ms. Butina’s defense team.   Alarmingly this points to ongoing corrupt officials that still remain inside the current DOJ.  Ms. Butina was collateral damage.

A review of the time-frame details provided by Patrick Byrne in the four interviews shows his story told four times is consistent each time.

Fox News, MacCallumFox Business #1Fox Business #2CNN, Cuomo

Here’s a brief review of the consistencies aspect:

After a cursory meeting in/around July 2015, Byrne claims in the period of September to December 2015 he reported contact with Russian national Ms. Maria Butina to the FBI as a precaution related to his security clearance.

Byrne claims he was asked to participate in an FBI intelligence operation and to introduce, and/or facilitate the introduction of, Ms. Butina to the campaigns of Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.

In December of 2015 Mr. Byrne became suspicious of the FBI motives because he warned FBI officials of a potential that his efforts, his reputation and those who trust him, may result in Butina gaining entry into campaign confidences.  The FBI agents told Byrne that was exactly the intent; people high up in the FBI wanted Ms. Butina to gain deep access into the Trump campaign.  Mr. Byrne became suspicious of a corrupt political motive, but didn’t say anything at the time.

Additionally Byrne’s assistance was requested for an investigation of a high-level government official, he later named as Hillary Clinton.

[Sidebar: It’s noteworthy that during these FBI engagements Byrne was never requested to facilitate Ms. Butina into the Bernie Sanders campaign.  The inference in that omission is the Dem primary was rigged, and the riggers saw no value wasting time on Bernie]

In/around Feb or March 2016 Byrne was told to focus Ms. Butina’s attention to the campaign of Donald Trump and to diminish any attention toward Rubio or Cruz.

The assistance of the investigation of the federal official (Hillary Clinton) ended in late June and early July of 2016.  Immediately thereafter Ms. Clinton was publicly -and unusually- cleared by FBI Director James Comey on July 5th, 2016.

In/around this same June & July time-frame (2016), FBI agents requested Mr. Byrne to focus on developing a closer romantic relationship with Ms. Butina and to use his influence to target her to closer proximity with the Trump family and Trump campaign.

It was within these June and July 2016 engagements where FBI agents were apologetic about the requests and specifically mentioned their instructions were coming from three principle FBI officials Byrne described as “X, Y and Z”.   Later Byrne identified FBI Director James Comey as “Z”.

In the Fox MacCallum interview Byrne named James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Bill Priestap, John Carlin (DOJ-NSD) and Peter Strzok.   Mr. Byrne said the specific instructions were coming to the agents from Special Agent Peter Strzok as he relayed the requests of those above him [X, Y and Z (Comey)].

This FBI contact structure highlights an arms-length operation; perhaps intentionally constructed to create plausible deniability for those above the directly instructing agents.

In essence, these rank-and-file FBI agents were asking Patrick Byrne to be a civilian handler of a Russian national, and instructing him to carry out a covert counterintelligence operation.  The FBI agents were apologetic about asking a civilian to take on such a role.

♦ Ms. Maria Butina (pictured left) is described as a young Russian idealist, who had strong connections to high powered Russian oligarchs.

The purpose of Butina coming to the U.S., as explained by Byrne, was for her to engage with influential Americans for contacts that could provide geopolitical value to the oligarchs.

Patrick Byrne was seen as important to Ms. Butina due to his connections to the emerging financial structures of crypto-currency and block-chain.  Byrne is a libertarian who believes in small government, and is somewhat of a disruptor in the business world. Ms. Butina wanted to introduce Byrne to her friends in Russia.

While it was not outlined in any of the four interviews, alternative currency options to the U.S. dollar have been an ongoing effort of Russian interests for a while.  Russia considers global trade attached to the dollar as geopolitical problem; and they have been working for years on alternative currencies for trade (and their own wealth) that can avoid U.S. sanctions and the reach of the U.S. treasury.

♦ As a Russian national with specific Russian interests that are not in alignment with U.S. national interests, Maria Butina would be defined by the U.S. intelligence community as an ‘agent of a foreign power’.   Her status would mean unrestricted monitoring by the U.S. intelligence community would be entirely legal.

However, because of this ‘foreign agent’ status Ms. Butina could also be valuable as a virus to infect anyone the U.S. intelligence apparatus would wish to target domestically.  This motive appears to be the reason for the FBI to tell Mr. Byrne where to send Ms. Butina.

Conducting FISA-702(16)(17) database searches and surveillance on U.S. persons who would meet with Butina would be justifiable and legal.

Extended contact with any U.S. person could likely lead to a Title-1 surveillance warrant through the FISA court.  However, even without the warrant, 702 searches would be valid just from brief contact.

As we have shown FISA-702(“16” to-from) and (“17” about) queries were off the charts during the time-frame of November 2015 through May 2016.  Per the FISA audit conducted by NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers, after the flags noted by the database compliance officer, 85% of the search returns were unauthorized and unmasked.

The time-frames here are too coincidental to be accidental. [Judge Collyer Report]

From the operational description of Mr. Patrick Byrne it would appear Ms. Butina was used by the FBI to “dirty-up” political targets, opening them up for surveillance.

The FBI/NSA database can be used in real time, or in historic mapping, to monitor people simply by entering their cell phone number and filtering the geolocation.   Additionally, texts, call logs, emails, and sensitive electronic communication can all be reviewed by officials using this database.

Perhaps we will learn more as this story unfolds.  Until then, what Patrick Byrne is describing is an illicit and intentional use of an FBI counterintelligence operation to monitor the political campaign of the opposing party.

Maria Butina likely did have sketchy intentions from a U.S. strategic interest perspective; and monitoring her was perhaps justifiable.  However, specifically directing Butina on where to go and who to meet is another kettle-o-fish entirely.

That corrupt aspect is likely why Mueller, Weissmann and the corrupt small group within the DOJ and FBI, wanted Butina locked away in strict isolation.

♦ Lastly, it’s worth noting in the Fox Business interview, Patrick Byrne describing in hindsight being offered a $1 billion bribe of sorts to stay quiet.  This has peaked many curious questions; however, it is worth noting a bribe as described could come in a multitude of forms for a businessman who operates a massive corporation.

In 2018 Mr. Byrne’s company, Overstock, was under an SEC investigation.

I’m sure it is just a coincidence, but FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok’s wife, Melissa Hodgman, happens to be the Assoc. Director of the SEC Enforcement Division, who happened to be leading the SEC investigation of Patrick Byrne’s company. [LINK]

So the wife of the FBI agent who was directing Patrick Byrne in the sketchy FBI operation targeting Donald Trump… just happens to open an investigation of Byrne shortly after the corrupt FBI operation containing her husband first hit the headlines in early 2018.

I wonder if the elimination of that SEC investigation was worth, oh, say $1 billion.

Huh, imagine that?

Small world.

Byrne is a Deep State stooge. He may be a good businessman but he sucks as a spy. Why do people allow themselves to get sucked into these things? Power. They want to be on the inside and rub elbows with cool spy type people. But they’re not cool. They’re traitors. You got used boy.

I disagree. He was a very capable spy handler. He had the money and contacts to get in the places he needed to. He got her in and about just like they needed. It’s not like they gave him a shoe phone and wanted him to infiltrate SMERCH.

“So the wife (MELISSA HODGMAN STRZOK) of the FBI agent (PETER STRZOK) who was directing Patrick Byrne in the sketchy FBI operation targeting Donald Trump… just happens to open an investigation of Byrne shortly after the corrupt FBI operation containing her husband first hit the headlines in early 2018.”

:I wonder if the elimination of that SEC investigation was worth, oh, say $1 billion.
Huh, imagine that? Coincidences.” sundance (No coincidences at this level/NO WAY)

( LOOK AT THE POWER MRS. STRZOK WIELDS – add her photo above – she’s earned it.)

“Peter Strzok’s “Insurance Policy” Is His Wife, SEC Director Melissa Hodgman, Who Has Blocked The FBI’s Probe Of The Clinton Foundation For 21 Months And Counting/

“Melissa Hodgman-Strzok (Strock) was put in charge of the Clinton Foundation investigation three weeks before the last Presidential election. She has been blocking it ever since.

Mrs. Strzok, pictured above, is Associate Director of the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

    She heads their International Division.

She reviews the evidence and determines what international securities, fraud, and other financial cases will be prosecuted by the Justice Department.

    And investigated by the FBI.

If she does nothing, investigations like the Clinton Foundation go no where. Over the last 21 months, where has it gone?

She was appointed to her current position two days after her husband found out that the New York office of the FBI found 650,000 emails on a lap top in another criminal case.

The emails were from and to Hillary Clinton.

A press conference was about to be held disclosing the discovery of new evidence.

What effect would it have on Hillary Clinton’s Campaign for President?

Nothing if Mrs. Strzok was promoted.

Her husband, Peter Strzok, was in charge of the FBI’s probe into the Clinton Foundation. He gets a second check working for the CIA.

Spouses have no duty to testify against each other in most court jurisdictions. They can if they choose to.

That is why President Bill Clinton married Hillary, according to former Clinton confidante, Larry Nichols.

Mrs. Strzok’s promotion “also gave her the right to go to offshore banking accounts”, said Nichols.

The tag team of Strzok and Strzok can keep secret any meetings, calls, or reports regarding any case files of the SEC, FBI, or CIA. That goes for text messages too. Everyone else has to keep records.

How then can the Strzok’s be held accountable? Especially if both work for the CIA?”

      Holy cow!!!!! You are right.

By now I think I know FBI sources and methods more than they do.

Their favorite method is intimidation, entrapment. Planting crimes.
Why would Byrnes be the only right winger not a victim of that? It makes sense that he was just another “ Papadopoulos, Caputo…” just another tool for the KGB America or swamp.

Except he had a multi billion dollar publicly traded company to lose if he got out of line. And his reputation. Perfect target! Another right winger taken down. Use him and be sure he will keep quiet.

      • Legitimate analysis, Kleen, with the exception that Byrne is not a “right winger.” Patrick Byrne is a Libertarian and an Independent from Utah. He very much did not like candidate DJT, and he donated a fairly large amount of money to both Hillary’s campaign and one of her PACs. Byrne DID allow that PDJT won the election “fair and square.” He doesn’t come off as a TDS Never Trumper.

But, Byrne definitely wasn’t on ‘our side’, when this whole mess of craziness began back in 2015 with his involvement with the Russian, Maria Butina. Just goes to show ya that the Deep State will f*ck over people from either side of the aisle, as long as it serves to benefit the Deep State.

Otherwise, your analysis is ‘spot-on’ and completely valid.

  5. dawg says:

Nothing about his story is UNBELIEVABLE at all.

Take Byrne’s quirkiness out of it. Forget you saw his interviews and pretend you read it on a transcript of a testimony or something.

Knowing what we now know about what the FBI did, most likely at the behest of Brennan et al, this type of scenario is a no-brainer for the FBI to engage in.

This guy had a security clearance from previously helping the FBI on two unrelated investigations. So when he is approached by a Russian who wants to establish a relationship and make contacts with presidential candidates, he rightly approaches the FBI to inform them of this development.

    And here’s the kicker:

The FBI basically tells him, “Nah, there’s nothing wrong with you communicating with this foreign national even though you’ve got security clearance. And as a matter of fact, do what you can to cultivate the relationship, and on top of that, do your best try to introduce her to members of and get her into these political campaigns. Keep us abreast of what inroads she’s making with them.”

As I said, knowing what we now know, it is IMPLAUSIBLE to think that isnt EXACTLY what the FIB would do!

Dare I suggest that Byrne’s approaching them with this situation is what actually birthed the idea of running “Russians” into the campaigns to be able to surveil them and then use that for blackmail and control of WHOEVER the President turns out to be? (I could be off with the timeline for that to be the case, just throwing it out there)

Of course, the FBI HAS been in the business of blackmailing Presidents and elected officials since its FOUNDING! So this is probably just SOP.

Yes, even though Byrne did his handler’s bidding, the FBI can leave anything to chance so future leverage is maneuvered into position.

Byrne’s two previous contacts were for unrelated cases. It would be very interesting to pull those strings to see what unravels. I feel the FBI hardly cares about anything except stuff that benefits them. It would provide insight into how the FBI runs their schemes.

  8. He is a bit “off” and the intelligence community likes slightly off center assets. He could be running a disinformation campaign for them…it bothers me that he threw in Hillary Clinton as someone being spied on and I do not believe him. This is one reason I think it is a disinformation campaign. He’s not a Republican or a conservative and although claims he is a libertarian (many of them are a bit nuts so he could be) he probably votes Democrat. I bet Trump knows him….wonder what he has to say.

    • Robert Smith says:

Just because the FBI told Byrne about Hillary, or anyone something, does not mean it is true. The FBI wanted him to do their bidding. The easiest way to do that is to say Hillary was getting surveilled and the agents requests come from high up the bureaucracy. And, truthfully, when the government comes asking for something most everyone will try to “help” them do what they can.

Now, this willingness to help the FBI might be lessened if the person has any awareness. In fact, if the FBI or DOJ ever come to your door be very afraid that something bad is about to happen to you.

As I try to fit this new piece of the puzzle into place in my mind, I’m beginning to believe Mr. Byrne is telling the truth as he understands it. I’ve long contended that the FBI and IC were targeting Republican candidates in an effort to aid the Clinton campaign and his story fits into my own preconceived narrative based on the facts as I know them. Some of the up thread comments concerning the veracity of his story point to his assertion that HRC was also a target and that this must surely taint his testimony. But, if in fact Strzok was his FBI contact wouldn’t it make sense for him to lie to Byrne about HRC as a way to add an air of legitimacy to what he was being asked to do? The inference is that we’re not just looking at R’s, after all the FBI is non political, oh no we’re looking at everyone. The guys not stupid, so throw him a bone and let him think this is a legit counter intel operation and as an added bonus he gets to play with a Russian spy.

The main objective was dirty up any republican candidate by pushing anything and everything Russian in their direction, don’t worry they’ll make up the story later. This too makes perfect sense when we consider that the best way to obfuscate the Clinton’s deep Russian connections is to accuse Trump or anyone else of the same. A lesser man than PDJT might have well folded long before now and resigned the office given the intense pressure that’s been brought to bear.

One thing’s for sure, if his story has truth to it, it will lead the investigation into the investigators in new directions and that may be the nail we’re looking for to close this coffin.

Agree. He just doesnt seem like he is lying to me. He could be wrong about a couple things that he inferred, but that doesnt mean he is lying and therefore much of it could very well be true.

The part about the FIB encouraging him to get Butina into the circles of the GOP campaigns is BEYOND plausible. Its PROBABLE.

Surely there is proof that he contacted the FBI in late 15/early 16. If there is, his whole story becomes completely credible in my opinion.

Exactly my feeling on it. Anyway, we’ve heard a lot of nothing about spying on other political candidates not name Trump. I have always assumed they spy in general on everyone. • gsonFIT says:

I recall watching Byrne on CNBC perhaps 10-15 years ago. He left Goldman Sachs to start Overstock so you would think he has some level of competence if he was Goldman. The interview was about Overstock shares predominately.

However, at the end of the interview he began talking about “naked shorts”. “Shorting” a security can be done for many reasons but it involves selling shares that you do not own then hopefully buying those shares back at a lower price. Which in essence is a bet in the security’s price going down. In order to sell a stock short, shares must be borrowed. This “stock loan” process keeps short sales orderly, keeps a record of said short sales and insurers not too many shares are technically sold without beneficial ownership.

Naked shorting is done when a stock is sold without possession or the approved borrowing of the shares prior to the transaction. Naked shorting would take advantage of momentum trading but can be disruptive to a company’s share price. It is illegal as far as the exchanges and the regulators.

Back to Byrne’s CNBC interview. Overstock was one of the most shorted stocks and there was A LOT of naked shorting going on in the security. Enough that I seem to recall it being unusual to Overstock stock, and enough that I seem to recall Bryne mentioning a federal investigation of this practice as related to Overstock shares.

There are a lot of libertarians in solid blue areas. Some of them are really leftists.

But some of them are actual libertarians – Rand Paul is one in my opinion.

And some of them were libertarian for years until 9-11 happened (we were philosophically mugged) and moved to the conservative side – and now firmly and enthusiastically to the MAGA side. Dan Bongino is one who calls himself “conservatarian” (fits me pretty well too).

I find that calling myself libertarian works well in my huge circle of far-left solidly-lost-moonbat family, friends, and acquaintances. I don’t want any of them to talk politics to me, so it helps shut that down.

But I also don’t lose the 70% of moonbat in my musical audience because in their heads I am probably not a MAGA person (let them think that, I don’t care!). Their thought process: “Why, there’s no way such a lovely nice woman could have voted for him!”

And the word “libertarian” sometimes, rarely – helps one of the hidden 30% quietly connect with me and I find another rare MAGA friend.

Similar social dynamics probably apply in Silicon Valley. They may even have applied to Patrick Byrne. Just sharing this from behind enemy lines.

Butina setting up Hillary narrative injection = desperately trying to bring Russia back into the narrative. Realize these people possibly had the real internal DNC email leaker killed. Via Matt Couch, who’s being sued along with Ed Butowsky, there’s evidence that Donna Brazile and the DC mayor were at the hospital where Seth Rich was taken for surgery that night. Brazile has been caught lying about her whereabouts. They would do ANYTHING to make this back about Russia again. So Butina has now been placed in a white collar prison? Wonder if that’s in exchange for the lies she’s going to be brought forward to say to make Hillary look like a victim and cover up the Seth Rich affair by putting the focus back on Russia, Russia, Russia. If they committed murder, don’t you think they’d do ANYTHING to cover it up, hatch any tricky plan? Deep Staters, folks.

After Maria Butina spent the first nine months of her prison sentence in solitary confinement, when she’s released this October after having served her time, she won’t be mentioning anything about “Hillary being a victim”, “a Seth Rich cover up”, or any other topic. She’ll be immediately deported back to Russia.

Supposedly there was someone in the FBI that was appalled at what was happening and was telling everyone a lot of “insider” dirt. Some people bought it and others thought he was a larp. But one thing I specifically remember him saying is to pay attention to the wives.

Now, looking back at the recent “suicide” of an FBI agent (where there more?) makes me kind of wonder if maybe that guy was the guy from the original post.

That said, however, he did say he thought that Bill Clinton would be dead by the end of the year. I remember around that time during the election, many felt Bill looked sickly and that perhaps he would coincidentally die just before the election to give Hillary sympathy votes.

Also, looking back to that time, there was a last minute quick investigation into Hillary’s emails that freaked a bunch of people out on the Hillary side and many of her supporters still blame Comey for bringing that up and killing her chance at election. I’m wondering if perhaps his hand was pressed by the threat of a whistleblower coming out and decided to get in front of it, squash it like a bug in only 2 days, and would clear her for victory. I believe the Access Hollywood tape came out around that time and everyone figured it was a lock.

  32. DJ says:

“I wonder if the elimination of that SEC investigation was worth, oh, say $1 billion.”
No, probably not – or at least it would be a stretch. The entire market capitalization of Overstock is considerably less than $1 billion and is currently around $735 million. (The company did have a price spike up over 80 bucks very briefly back in 2018 due to some blockchain related speculation. But going back as far as 2006, the stock price has ranged from as low as $5 to around $30. So except for the blockchain spike, the market cap has been under a billion for most of the past 13 years or so.)

And according to the latest SEC document I could find, Byrne owns fewer than 5 million shares which would be currently worth about $100 million. Not chump change, but nowhere near a billion bucks:

I suppose the way to extrapolate this into a billion dollar bribe would be if they threatened to “Arthur Anderson” the entire company. But it would have effected Byrne personally “only” about $100 million.

  33. Barnestormer says:

Several comments reflect suspicion of Byrne’s credibility because of his recitation that the XYZ group, through Strzok, were conducting “political espionage” against Hillary, as well as against Trump, Cruz and Rubio. There’s another explanation.

By Byrne’s account, the FBI shifted its focus just before Comey’s public exoneration of Hillary, and instructed Byrne to engage Butina romantically and use her only against the three Republican campaigns. Both the fact of dropping Hillary off the “dirty up” assignment, and the timing of that shift, suggest the cabal’s interest in Hillary was of a different nature than that of the three Republican campaigns.

A possible explanation: the FBI had to assume a hostile intrusion into Hillary’s server had occurred and had been conducting a damage assessment (a statutory requirement in the event of a known compromise of classified information.) Byrne’s connection with Butina could conceivably have made him attractive as a part, perhaps minor part, of that damage assessment.

If such a damage assessment was being conducted, it’s reasonable to expect it to have been concluded before, and with results allowing Comey to conduct, the exonerating press conference that he did. According to Byrne’s own account, it was within that time period that Hillary dropped off Byrne’s to-do list.

Because the original assignment from the “men in black” included Hillary, at the beginning, Byrne may mistakenly have believed the cabal’s interest in all four campaigns was the same, and therefore lumps them together in his mind and in his story.

But the Comey exoneration and shift in instructions to Byrne thereafter, to target only the three Republicans, suggest otherwise.

Modus Operandi of the IC? For legitimizing spying on political campaign and or political figure?

Identify an unknowing individual, who can be defined as “dirty,” as a “virus” as recently noted, and who wants to get involved in some area of politics. A foreigner is fine because you can almost always accuse them of being in connection with the intelligence from their home country. Call this person the Virus. Virus may know nothing of all of this; how Virus is being used. Virus just assumes all that happens is politics and business.

Identify someone who can make a few connections for that person. IC tends to use people they know across time, with such a person having been involved in a few quite varied episodes. Look for a person where the initial episode or two were obvious and legit. The person thus can be expected to play along, assuming this next episode is legit, and of course mums the word. Call this person the Helper.

The IC informs the Helper that there is some skullduggery going on, and the Helper’s help would sure help right about now. Probably best if it is the same person the Helper has worked with in the past. This IC person is the Frontman. Helper says “maybe – what do you want me to do?”

Frontman gives vague back story, and says, “introduce this eager person (the virus) to (targets). If we get her in their orbit, we can then legitimize some low level surveillance. Nothing even requiring a warrant. Just seeing who talks to whom, who travels where.

Helper agrees. Somehow, Helper and Virus are introduced.

Virus forges on as expected. Now, those who are contacted by Virus are contaminated. Helper later told, “our suspicions are confirmed. We are working on it. Cannot tell you much more. But you have been a great patriot.” Helper has no expectation to audit this activity as he might some aspect of his huge online retail business.

I don’t think the SEC probe, or killing it, could be the ” billion dollar bribe.” The company’s entire market cap is only $750M. I think the SEC was the “stick” after the bribe “carrot” was turned down. Byrne’s blockchain technologies could have been a candidate for some huge top secret government contract, or the China-Hunter Biden PE fund could have offered up a way for to get preferential status in online retail between China and US.

If theSEC was being used as a stick to silence Byrne, Rabbi Buffet’s advice to resign as CEO would be wise advice, to separate the two problems, so that Byrne could tell the truth, and what the SEC might do to would no longer be his fiduciary concern. As a major stockholder, he could still lose a lot of money, but putting his fiduciary duty first is both a Buffet and a Solomon-like bit of advice.

He was tormented by the carrot and stick, and sought help from his mentor. Advice: tell the truth, go public, but first resign your fiduciary responsibilities to your shareholders, so they will not be collateral damage that you would be responsible for.

Just speculating, of course, on what seems more plausible.

  42. Bryan Alexander says:

For those of you wondering about Byrne stating Hillary was being spied on…… Step back and look at this from the 50,000 level.

Hillary Clinton wanted the White House badly. She ran for President. Suddenly Obama pops up and is anointed/selected to be the nominee. More than likely, he did the same kind of insider skullduggery than he had done to win before. Remember the Passport files being accessed? That was likely Brennan doing that for Obama. Brennan has been an Obama man all along.

Obama wins the White House. He needs to consolidate/secure his power, so he makes a deal with his biggest opponent in the Democratic Party, Bill and Hillary Clinton. He gives Hillary the Sec State position. He lets her and Bill run amuck with the Clinton Foundation. Remember they had the “agreement”. The Clinton’s can do pretty much whatever they want. The one thing they CANNOT do is get in trouble and cost Obama the 2012 run for re-election.

Hello Benghazi. Can you spell “MAJOR SCANDAL”? The Obama Administration had been supplying arms to ISIS to arm the “rebels” who would take down Syria as part of the Arab Spring. Obama and Clinton both knew this was a nuclear landmine. So they went “Full Court Press” with the media and got the Benghazi scandal squelched.

But, in the background, we now know Obama had started doing political espionage with the FISA 702 abuses. Why? to protect himself for re-election and his legacy. So, he needed to see what Clinton or any presidential hopeful had on him.

James Comey giving Hillary Clinton the pass on the email scandal was not done to give Clinton a huge favor (although it did keep her out of prison). It was Comey protecting the Obama Administration. Barak Obama had used her unsecured email to communicate with her. Why would the FBI allow Hillary Clinton and her aides to destroy tens of thousands of emails and bleach-bit her server?

Because Barak Obama was culpable. When Donald Trump said that Hillary ought to be in prison during the debate, do you think the FBI and the Attorney General and all of Obama’s inner circle realized what a full blown investigation into what all was found in Hillary Clinton’s email scandal would mean for them? Do you think they realized that if Trump won that he would not find out, at some point, that they had been using the Intelligence Agencies to illegally spy on him? Do you also think at some point that they realized that if Clinton did NOT win, and that Trump found out they had been spying on him and electronically spying on him, there were a lot of people who could go to prison, including Barak Obama, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey and a several dozen underlings who were involved in the biggest scandal in American political history.

In actuality, Hillary Clinton is a small sideshow in Russia-gate. The real story is the lengths Barak Obama went to spy on his opponents, Republican or Democrat, to keep his wrongdoing secret.

Shoot, the press even talked about the Obama Administration running a “Shadow Government” when Trump took office.

Interesting thoughts, Brian Alexander. I do quibble with this: “In actuality, Hillary Clinton is a small sideshow in Russia-gate. The real story is the lengths Barak Obama went to spy on his opponents, Republican or Democrat, to keep his wrongdoing secret.”

I would say the real story isn’t BO, a weak executive who managed to beat HRC in the primaries, a pretty face who got the people’s nod. The real story is the deep state cabal who rolled with the electorate, installed deep state operatives with far leftist tendencies throughout his administration, and helped engineer the consolation prize for HRC: the SOS appointment with free reign to exploit pay to play on a global basis without accountability, and with billions available in effectively off-books accounting at the Clinton Foundation to fund deep state initiatives, especially corruption that further consolidated its control. Uranium One was the initial major test case that proved how well HRC at State could work with the Deep State.

Do you think Barack Obama thought up Uranium One? the 702 queries database idea? The arms for ISIS idiocy? I don’t. The 702 database was part of the quid pro quo from the deep state by which its power was consolidated under BO in exchange for him doing what he was told.

The so-called shadow government was the deep state, with BO available to speak with this or that head of state for them, as former President, and as needed,

Great synopsis, sundance, and enlightening thread… everyone.

No doubt there is much more to uncover and expose… and actually, no rush, it must be done by thought, planning and expertise, with our daily prayers so the many who are guilty even to the highest former offices and beyond a reasonable doubt pay the penalty for their crimes and America remains our blessed Homeland.

Draw and quarter all of them. Alphabets need to be taken down and rebuilt with patriots.

All of this was going on not only under the noses of Soetoro’s people, it was going on long after PDT won the election and they are still trying to cover it up today.

Comey still pondering his navel, Brennan still huffing and puffing, McCabe going to CNN, Soetoro’s buying the mansion in Martha’s, Clinton’s still roaming free and grifting to their hearts’ content, Epstein dead, etc. – there is no indication any of this is going to result in justice being served.

Well publicized perp walks or it did not happen.

Here is more background about Patrick Byrne. It sounds as if he sued Wall Street firms for Naked Short Sales. There is no mention of FBI involvement in any of his action against Wall Street, but I’m looking for it.

With respect to the importance the BIT Coin angle, don’t forget that there are governments (China and Russia among them) who have been trying for the 2-3 years to float various BIT Coin IPO’s overseas. Not only is an attack on the dollar, but also a means to draw major foreign currency into their government coffers.

An “alt-currency”, like a bitcoin, sponsored by global governments would be the Globalist currency to centralize the central banks. This would sorta skip the second amendment and just take away the world’s cash.

Cannot wait to look at all of this tonight but I have a couple of observations till then.

Patrick Byrne would be an idiot to involve Warren Buffet without some fore-knowledge by Buffet.

HRC being spied on could be disinformation. Byrne was never asked to embedded a spy in her campaign, but he was told by Feds she was be spied upon.

Brennan’s joint task force “working group” is the key and we need a roster.

A.G. Barr probably knows that Byrne was going public. Interesting way to get CNN involved?
