A pathologist would have NO role in diagnosing a blood clot in the leg, a pathologist role is to look at resected tissues samples to find cancer or other diseases. A blood clot in the leg would be easily seen by an ultrrasound study ordered by an attending MD like a vascular surgeon or internist and dealt with appropriately. The cause of the clot may be have been due to a hypercoagulable state, but again that is not the role of a pathologist. It is also common for pathologists to get other opiinions if a diagnosis of cancer or early cancer is uncertain. While tragic, the death of this lady’s husband is hard to pin on an impaired pathologist

IIRC, Alegal precedent was set, several years ago, when a CORPORATION was charged with, I think it was manslaughter.
It was a laboroatory, thats employees viewed samples, to detirmine if someone had cancer.
Woman had sample from breast, test came back negative, woman died.
Turned out internal documents showed the companies requirements for its employees production, i.e. the # of samples they were required to view per hour, were well in excess of industry standards, and made accuracy impossuble.

For improving bottom line, of coarse. I remember it, because of the precedent setting nature, as well as the broader implications, although I can’t recall the name of the company.

Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, Dr.’s too often rely and treat according to the test. Despite CDC reviews showing lab results are 100% accurate, just over 50% of the time.

So, only slightly better than flipping a coin.

That is what we were saying in the heyday of “managed care,” 1990s: if you want to call the shots, you are on the hook for liability.

At the same time, each and every doc NEEDS to retain the view of being an independent authority: if you believe your care system is cutting corners by having a pathologist function outside of a reasonable role, then put that IN your chart note and inform your “boss,” err, your “superior,” err, your masters degree-educated “clinic manager” that you have done such.

Likewise, if Doc KNOWS what should be done, but OPTS to NOT do this because it will not get approved for “reimbursement,” an honorable Doc should note all of this

Before you get to the “Doc”, look at the patient. Become an ACTIVE, involved in your care patient.

Do your own research, ask questions, force the system to follow the rules, to the letter, on INFORMED CONSENT.

Far too many patients passively accept medical care without question.

A GOOD Dr. will actually LIKE a patient who is an active participant in their care.

The newly revised figures indicate the economy didn’t get a huge boost last year from President Trump’s tax cuts and higher federal spending. They also signal the economy is a bit weaker than previously believed and could give the Federal Reserve even greater reason to cut interest rates in September.

SD continually posts economic data and analysis that presents a very clear economic picture.

If this – or any other ‘report’ doesn’t match the picture you’ve developed in your own mind from reading various articles, data, and analysis – then its just wrong.

You could spend all day – every day – refuting specific pieces of information – or you could refute the concept and spend your time enjoying life 🙂

Another lie courtesy of VFN (Very Fake News). Follow this reasoning:

      1. 0% unemployment is a theoretical figure because people looking for a different job are counted as unemployed.

      2. Current levels of unemployment (around 3.6%) are, for all intents and purposes, considered full employment.

      3. When everybody who looks for a job finds one, there is no unemployment.

      4. When there is full employment (few or no people looking for a job) the numbers of new jobs must and will drop. Such a drop is considered by the VFN a sign that the economy is “slowing down” and cause for alarm.

      5. Recession is to the VFN what “exoneration” was to the dishonest Mueller posse. Just the latest lie to keep the lo-fo herd in their corral and keep a false narrative going.

    • This was one of the most poorly written, sophomoric articles I’ve seen in a while. These barely literate Millennial twerps can’t form a cogent thought or write with precision of their miserable soy lives depended on it. The grammar is lousy and there are grammar and spelling errors in this mess. Who’s his editor? Probably some 23 yr. old chick with a BS in English from a bush league government college.

Paragraph 2 and 3 are conjecture and editorial BS brought to you by SoyBoy Barttrash. This line in Drago’s tweet is the giveaway: “Maturing #labor market will mean less job growth going forward”. Well DUH!! Maturing labor market is the sneaky way of saying “Full Employment”. If we have full employment (statistically anything under 4.3% per classical economics) less people are looking because they are already employed. Here’s the fly in the ointment: “in light of how tight the labor market has become and how much trouble firms are said to be having finding qualified workers,” Translation: employers can’t find qualified candidates to hire. Well well well- so things are so good there are more jobs than people to fill them, How again is this a negative? Sounds like prosperity to me.

The chart with yet unverified revisions has the same growth curve- nearly parabolic. How again is that a negative?

And the oops of it all: “These record are not immediately available.” and “Yet the current revision reflects an adjustment of 0.3%, although the number is not final. ” Way to cover your sorry arse there Barttrash.

And the final DUH is this gem “What remains to be seen is whether the lower employment figures end up showing that wage growth was a lot stronger in the past year than government figures now tell us.” HUH??? Kinda shot yourself in the foot there eh SoyBoy? “wage growth” is prosperity.

Only a government educated Leftist could see disaster in figures that overwhelmingly point to growing prosperity.

The New York Times’ “1619 Project” says it all about their becoming the foremost propaganda vehicle for those trying to divide-to-conquer our country. You know, the rewriting of history to make white people into brutal masters over victimized minorities. CBS news covered it this morning with much applause coming from Gayle King while the two male, white newsreaders sat on their hands looking appalled at what The Times’ reporter was suggesting: white guys didn’t build that, whether it’s the Atlanta road system or Wall Street (sounds like Obama); white guys are responsible for the U.S. medical system not serving all people equally because those whites don’t want to serve minorities.

Not so oddly, this project, which is due to enter the American school system as it expands with more material, is written only by educators and historians of African heritage. Since there are so few media covering a more conservative viewpoint, it is difficult to say how fair and balanced this project has become. The number of Americans filing initial claims for unemployment benefits tumbled sharply last week, indicating that the labor market was unshaken by stock market volatility, the inverted yield curve, and concerns the economy is at risk of falling into a recession.
Jobless claims fell 12,000 to a seasonally adjusted 209,000 for the week ended August 17. Economists* had expected a smaller drop to 216,000.

You are wrong. Plenty of people, especially managers, decide to fix future problems rather than holding people accountable for past mistakes. In fact, that is the common way new managers handle problems when they are brought in to clean house. And which is also the course of action that PDJT telegraphed to the US public in his 60 minutes interview 2 weeks after he won the election in November 2016.

First off, a rejection of the basic premise “make sure this never happens again”, fails to take into account human nature.Said after Catrina, and was said after Betsy, a Category 5 hurrucane that hit N.O. in 1965, with remarkaebly similar results.
Saud after 2008, and we got Dodd Frank, making ‘TBTF” even bigger.
Human nature: “Those who use the term ‘Foolproof’ grossly underestimate the crrativity and ingenuity of fools!”

Now, that said Prosecuting the miscreants is possible, but extreamly difficult for lots of reasons, that I have detailed in previous posts.

And, its not the ONLY way to make it unlikely that it will happen again.

TOTALLY discrediting the political movement (Democrats and RepubliCONS) behind the coup, so they go the,way of the Whigs, would be very effective in discouraging future attempts.

“DON’T eben think about it! Remember what happened to the Democrats, when they tried it with President Trump!”
“WHO,…Oh, yeah, the DEMOCRATS! I remember reading about them! What ever happened to them?”
                “EXACTLY!”
In addition, while it was certainly “treasonous” and “seditious”, it was NOT, legally Treason or Sedition, and WANTING to make it so, by onlyvreading part of the law doesn’t work.
These clowns committed many statutory violations, conspiracy, obstruction, perjury etc.

They, so far at least, have ‘gamed’ the system. Writing laws to specifically address what they did, is another route.

Revamping the whole IC system, to rein in these agencies, and reassert civilian control is another.

Sure, I would love to see pictures in the history books, of gallows with hanging bodies, like we have from Abes demise.

But its NOT the only way, or even the ‘best way’ to TRY to insure it never happens again.

You keep your eye on your goal; WHAT is it you want to achieve?
And, putting aside your emotions (What I WANT!) you evaluate “WHAT is the best way to achieve my goal?”

Discrediting, in the long run, as an example may be very effective.
And, trials may well cause CW2.
                IMHO,…

Regardless if certain people even think that the person was truly guilty, that image will always remain in the public consciousness as a deterrent.

                  And to this…….

“DON’T eben think about it! Remember what happened to the Democrats, when they tried it with President Trump!”

                  “EXACTLY!”

Are you suggesting that potential future seditionists would NOT follow through for simple fear of hurting their party (whatever that future party may be)? You give these people far too much credit. At the end of the day, they are selfish hacks looking out only for their own advancement who happen to share a common ideology.

This is why specific, direct punishment to those complicit is the only thing that will prevent future seditionist from committing sedition.

And are you suggesting that nobody broke any laws here???

If trials cause CW2, so be it. At that point, it would be obvious that it needs to happen. “The tree of liberty…….”

Or,..no prosecutions. PDJT has the election in the bag, as 120+ million voters vote for him. Even California. He has,an electoral college and popular vote landslide. His coat tails are broad and deep. He now firmly IS the ‘leader of his party’.

He crushes CCP control of China, as HK becomes their velvet revolution. They are kicked out of power, NK and HK are ‘freed’.

He destroys the CCP EU, as Brexit leads to a collapse of EU, and trade deals, with former EU countries with Nationalist governments spurs more such changes in government.

The Dem party’s exposure if their true ideology as Conmunists, leads to a,complete discrediting.

Meanwhile, the RepubliCONS are equally discredited, being exposed as the stealth face of the Uniparty, corrupt Globalists naked for all the world to see.

Perhaps term limits for POTUS are rescinded, or Don jr. runs in 2024.
Or, A new party is created; PDJT leaves the,RepubliCON party, and takes his 94% of RepubliCAN voters with him, to start a new America first party.
Oh, and the IC is quietly dismantled, and rebuilt with Devin Nunes in charge, reining it in and making it subject to civilian control, but not abuse.

But,…”muh no convictions! No ‘perp walks’,..”

“Fanatacism consists of redoubling your efforts, while forgetting your GOALS.”
WHAT is the goal? To me, it is to survive this existential battle, and to vanquish the enemy. WHO is the enemy; Globalists intent on establishing a one world Conmunist government. China is the main ‘state sponsor’, and is financing much of the effort. But, their are Gkobalists embedded in most countries governments, social organisations, etc.
Discrediting and destroying GLOBALISM is the goal. These aholes in D.C . were doing what they were doing, with the soft coup, BECAUSE PDJT made it EXACTLY clear, fir years before the escalator ride, EXACTLY what he,would do as POTUS.
He,would dismantle and destroy all their plans; open borders, All countries robbing us blind through trade, etc.

No other “RepubliCON” candidate said anything about Trade, or taking on China. Globalists coukd have ‘lived’with Marco, or even a Ted, and certainly with a Jeb.
NONE if them would have done a think to counter the march toward Globalism.
Hence, if Jeb had got the nomination, I doubt we would have sen the unremitting, attacks on him we see with PDJT.
Instead, we would have git the kibuki theater we have seen with previous Repulican Presidents; all for show while behind the scenes the Globalist agenda is advanced.

                  So, I guess my argument boils down to my own premise; if the reality is you have these two possible futures;
Win the battle (with satisfying perp walks) but LOSE the war, or no perp walks but WIN the war, and if realistically those are your only choices, WHICH would you choose?

I suspect you will reject my premise, as I have rejected yours? Insisting we can have our cake, and eat it, too.
I reiterate, I,WANT perp walks. I DREAM of perp walks, but if I put aside my emotions, and my WANTS, and look at it pragmatically, well,…
                  “You CAN’T always get,..what you want,…”
What,we NEED, I submit is to destroy, or at least derail, the headlong pursuit of Globalism, THATS what we ‘need’, and perp walks, in the overall pursuit of that goal, is really insignificant and COULD even be counterproductive.

Again, suppose you had a machine, where you could SEE into the future, and there were,TWO possibilities?
One, prosecutions start BEFORE the 2020 election.

This gives the Democrats just what they need, and currently don’t have; an accusation that reasonates with enough voters (that these are political prosecutions, bana republic, etc.) and so he loses the election.
Or, NO Prosecutions started before the election, and he wins.
IF that was the choice, which would we choose?

Beyond that, I KNOW Dems keep their ‘supporters’ in a constant state of highly emotional anger, directed at,DJT.
This prevents them from thinking logically.
IF we are,SOOOOoo angry at the soft coup, that we ALSO are in a permanent state of anger, we are just,as prone to not thinking logically, critically and pragmatically.
And, just,as prone to being manipulated to our detriment, and the detriment of our cause.

People in a highly emotionally charged state will attempt to come up with all sorts of “logical” arguments, to support their position, rather than aknowledge to themselves or others, the reason for their position is “I want”.

I read on these pages, many such arguments on why PDJT should just “Go ahead and Fire Sessions, Rosie and Mueller”.

I THINK we all now see, with HINDSIGHT, the fallacies of those arguments.
“Hindsight is the FIRST thing you see, when you jerk your head out of your *ss.”

We cry out for Justice, and the,cry IS justified. But will we truly get what we WANT, or what we NEED?

As for BALLOT fraud, nothing can ’embolden’ them nor discourage them, at this point.
But, they know the limitations, and it won’t work to overturn a landslide.
PDJT doesn’t NEED prosecutions to win, and trials at this point could actually hurt him in Nov.
Thats my view, and its an opinion. Granting that I would LOVE to see Hillary and,Bama HUNG on the D.C. mall, I know that I am ‘putting my emotions aside’, are those argueing for prosecutions as confident they are not allowing their emotions to mute logic, and critical thinking?

I think it’s a mixed bag, we won’t see all we think is just and required, but I believe some serious prosecutions and a tremendous amount of painful revelations are absolute musts for any pushback to have any staying power.

It is PDJT’s war to fight, and I am enlisted to support him and his strategies.

The creators of what we fight are long dead but remain those who must be defeated; their ideas, their schemes, their butcheries and perversions. Yet they still lead the most lethal and subversive ideology devised by man.

Those we face on the field today are but pale shadows of their earthen gods. They are mendacious and dangerous and surely must be defeated, but they are not all.

Their crimes must be used to tease out the threads that will undo some of the current conspiracy, but the greater war is not to be forgotten nor sacrificed to a New so-to-be-called McCarthyism.

                  Agreed.
This is an EXISTENTIAL battle, a 4th World War, between Globalism and Nationalism.
Existential battle means quite simply BOTH can not survive. Its NOT our choice, we might well choose “live and let live”.
Our enemy has detirmined it to be existential, not us. But, here we are.

I pray no treeper is ever in the situation of kill or be killed. The Clint Rastwood movie “Unforgiven” comes to mind. Also “Thief”, with James Caan, Jim Belushi, directed by Michael Mann.
Both emphasise the mindset you need to survive such an existential battle. You set aside emotion, wants, desires, etc. Focus on the goal. Killing him, before he kills me.
                  THATS IT.
Equivocating, or vascilating, trying to negotiate or reach reasonable compromise gets you KILLED. It really is that simple, that basic and that PRIMAL.
And I agree the agents of evil WILL use any slight crack, to try to sew discord and doubt in our ranks, we see it every day on these boards.

Its boring, repetitive and futile. When I do bother to respond to those who denigrate,’Trump’ I do so NOT to persuade them of the rediculousness of their arguments, but out of concern some readers may be persuaded.

Our lot is with PDJT. If he fails, he, his family and businesses will be utterly destroyed. And we, his supporters will likewise be harrased, shamed, villified and our liberties will be stripped from us.

It don’t get any more REAL than that. Therefore, their is no room in my foxhole for pearl clutchers, underminers or trailtors.

Existential threat; 2 combatants walk onto the, field of battle, but only ONE,walks off. I fully intend to be the one that walks off.
Give me LIBERTY, or give me death, seems appropriate.

These people in the DOJ and FBI are covering up crimes: serious crimes not mistakes made because someone didn’t use a machine correctly or workers failing to report accurate stats. If a crimes go unpunished then others figure they too can do the same thing. The DOJ and especially the FBI are national jokes to the majority of the public. There is no confidence that the elite are punished the same as the general public.

Everything is hidden now by claiming that “sources and methods” might be revealed. IMO, revealing them is the whole point to showing who, what, where, when and how the crimes were committed.

US Manufacturing PMI Unexpectedly Crashes Into Contraction With Lowest Print In 10 Years
    22 Aug 2019

    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-08-22/recession-alarm-us-manufacturing-pmi-unexpectedly-crashes-contraction-lowest-print

With all eyes focused squarely on Germany’s dismal PMI prints, which have been in contraction for over half a year, the investing public forgot that the US economy is similarly slowing down. And moments ago it got a jarring reminder when Markit reported that the US manufacturing PMI unexpectedly tumbled into contraction territory, down from 50.4 last month, and badly missing expectations of a 50.5 rebound. This was the first print below the 50.0 expansion threshold for the first time since September 2009.

Meanwhile, business expectations among service providers for the next 12 months eased in August and were the lowest since this index began nearly a decade ago.

That is from CAGOP when future POTUS had to jump fence to get to the lunch he was speaking at. My wife and I were at that lunch and I find the anti first amendment scum statements of racist so ludicrous. Our table was mostly women, and of the men, we were black, Asian, gay(Log cabin Repub) and straight.

We parked next to the anti first amendment scum in the morning and they were so nice in a small group. Their hostility rapidly escalated during the day and they tried to break through the entryway to the hotel. The police had us exit into the garage and said ‘good luck’ as the crowd had blocked the front entirely.

As a Jew, I was very disheartened to see a flyer in which a Berkeley synagogue was hosting a meeting for these scum and close ally By All Means Neccessary BAMN.

SMH at those who are distracted and politically inactive because of “the plan”.

Are there things to do deep dives and investigate? YES – huge important role just as Sundance and commenters/other contributors have done for years on this site.

Do President Trump, white hats and allies have a plan? YES and contingency plans as well.

Are there setbacks? Yes. Not every event is planned by President Trump nor is every player a secret good guy.

There really are conspiracies afoot and most are from the deep state/dems/globalists. Don’t be lulled into political activity!

Reality check guys! If there was no “plan” what about your behavior, your political activism would change? Are we supporting President Trump as publicly and proactively (by political means) as we can? Or are we mollified by thinking 1 man, President Trump can do it all?

They run a company into the ground then golden parachute into the next company. Although most of our things are made in China which is basic crap the wares made in the US also suffer poor quality. Not like it use to be at all. Everything is made to wear out after the warranty if it last that long. If you step back and look how we have been programed to buy, update, upgrade, consumers waste most of their money and do not save for the future. This needs to stop like now. I am trying to teach Grandchild the importance of doing without the things (usually fad…small purchases) not needed, to buy the important things and have money for emergency. I hope we can get back to this discipline in spending. I am willing to pay double for an ac unit if it last like they use to. Repair men don’t repair anymore they replace …..Remember when Burger King use to make a great hamburger. Well since they went public many years ago with each group of investors who bought the company, they no longer sale a great hamburger. Try buying good tasting fresh vegtables or fruit anymore. Since mass production it taste like nothing. OK gripe fest over.

Overstock CEO Turned Over Docs To DOJ ‘on FBI’s Russian and Hillary Clinton Probes’
    By Sara Carter – August 12, 2019

    https://saraacarter.com/overstock-ceo-turned-over-docs-to-doj-on-fbis-russian-and-hillary-clinton-probes/

“I gave to the DOJ documents concerning both the origin of the Russian probe and the probe into Hillary Clinton, both of which I was involved in, and both of which turned out to be less about law enforcement than they were about political espionage,” Byrne told SaraACarter.com Monday. He noted that the communications will prove that the FBI also had an operation into Clinton Foundation that he was directly involved in.

“This is going to become the greatest political scandal in US history,” he said. “If we survive it, and if Rule of Law returns to America, it will be due to one man: Bill Barr.” [Or NOT… – Z]

Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne Quits Over Uproar Following ‘Deep State’ Remarks
    August 22, 2019

    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-08-22/overstock-ceo-patrick-byrne-quits-over-uproar-following-deep-state-remarks

With his company’s stock in free fall, Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne resigned as CEO and from the company’s board on Thursday, effective immediately, Bloomberg reports.

Byrne’s resignation comes after conspiratorial comments where he confessed his role in the ‘deep state’, claiming that he helped cause “damage done to our nation for three years and felt my duty as a citizen precluded me from staying silent any longer.” Byrne released an initial statement last week where he discussed his involvement in the federal government’s investigation into the 2016 election interference, though he wasn’t super-specific, he said he assisted in ‘investigations’ related to the Clintons and Russia.

Recently, Byrne turned over documents to the DoJ regarding what he said was ‘the greatest political scandal in US history.’

Democrats Top 3 Movements to win the Presidency

    1. The illegals are voting in higher numbers. States are giving out drivers licenses to illegals. Along with that, those and other States are letting illegals vote while turning a blind eye. This is a huge matter. Illegal votes can be in the millions. By the 2020 elections, California will probably have 2 million illegals voting. That’s voting, not total population. More than a million had drivers licenses by end of 2017 (3 years worth). CA has 3 more years of signing them all up and the flood gates have been opened. There are 13 States and DC that give illegals drivers licenses. How many let illegals vote or turn a blind eye when they do?

    2. Fraudulent write in votes. Mail in votes are being created to add to the Democrats totals. Usually you can spot this by late minute/hour additions of large amounts of mail in votes that push the Democrat candidate ahead to win. More and more this will happen. Look for it to be a big part of the 2020 elections.

    3. National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPV). States are signing on to this agreement to make their electoral collage give their votes to the candidate who has more popular votes, even if that state’s voters chose someone else. In the previous election, these States would have given their electoral collage votes to Clinton (see #1 and #2 on how she got more votes). This is huge. “Fifteen states and the District of Columbia have joined the compact for a total of 196 Electoral College votes.” 196 electoral votes gone to the “popular” candidate … or rather to the Democrat candidate because of all the illegals and fraudulent voting.

While border security is a priority, shutting down voter fraud is more important. What’s a wall if the Republic loses a Presidency and Congress to Globalist Liberals? I’m hoping Trump has something in the works to stop all this voter fraud.

    Like

    • The “National Popular Vote Interstate Compact” will in due time [have to] be declared Unconstitutional, because what it says is that the entire voting population of a State has no say in the outcome of the election.

      Look at this:

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_and_territories_of_the_United_States_by_population

This table would not have been unfamiliar to the Framers of our Constitution, since the population of (I think …) five of the colonies outnumbered all the rest. Look at the table in the URL that I cited and you see the same: “basically, it would come down to California, with Texas, Florida, and New York deciding the issue.” Forty-four other states (plus D.C.) “need not apply.” But … that is not what the Founders architected, and “this is why.”

If you want to Amend the Constitution to change this, feel free to try. But a handful of [the most populous … of course] States must never be allowed to “amend the Constitution for themselves.” Our crazy collection of “United States” does not work that way … and, “this is why.”
