Former AAG Matt Whitaker – Epstein’s Custodial Suicide is “Fishy”…

Former Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker appears on Fox News with Lou Dobbs to discuss immigration judges and a unionization ruling.  However, when the discussion turned to Jeffrey Epstein, even AAG Whitaker said common sense tells us something about this is “fishy”.

.

Apparently the Bureau of prisons moved Epstein from suicide watch to a room with bunk beds and sheets. Then his cellmate was removed. Then the guards stopped watching him. Then he hung himself with the bed sheets… Alone in the room with the bunk beds… when no-one was watching, and no-one noticed.

Oh yeah, and the FBI went to search his rapey island today.  35 days AFTER he was arrested. Three days AFTER the sealed records of his activity was unsealed; and two days AFTER his suicide.  What were they waiting for?…

Yeah.  “Fishy”!

  1. I don’t know why everyone is so down on the FBI, implying they’re inefficient or incompetent or something. I’m hearing they’re drawing LOTS of voluntary overtime this week, making that pedophile evidence “disappear into the Edgar Hoover Memorial Blackmail Vault.” All we need now is for one of Epstein’s victims to die in a freak canoeing accident on the Anacostia River, and this show is “closing in New Haven.”

(Why haven’t we seen everything that was on Anthony Weiner’s laptop, do you suppose? For that matter, why haven’t we seen ANYTHING that was on Anthony Weiner’s laptop? My guess is it’s all boxed up in Jeff Sessions’ little retirement cabin by the lake, along with all those John Huber sealed indictments, waiting to be used in some Really Big Prosecutions . . . Real Soon.

As to their investigation into Epstein’s death, watch for a $102,000-a-year “Systems Administrator” and a $75,000-a-year “Supervisor” (who each now own million-dollar lakefront chateaux in Switzerland) to be fired from their positions for “violating established procedures”!) Talk about “consequences”! Then, about eight months from now, when no one’s paying attention, their union grievances will of course get them reinstated with back pay and full pensions restored, based on the fact that “No one spent a year building a file of negative performance evaluations and written reprimands, like you’re supposed to.”

I hate it when in the first 10 minutes you already know the ending . . . don’t you?

This sounds like you CAN judge a book by its cover!
This overtime is because of the “lost overtime” when the Mueller report came out, ending the investigation. Now they can dip into the funds “not available” to the guards.
Interesting the Union came out blaming Trump right away, even though they said the problem has been going on for years.
And 80 hours a week? That means 40 hours regular time and 40 hours time and one half, with possible double time depending on the shift. So at minimum, pay for 100 straight hours in one week. At the rate of $25 (est) per hour, that is a cool $2,500 in ONE WEEK!
I never made that as a GM (ret 2000) and I worked MANY more hours than 80!

Yes, the Fibbies are all over this, for sure, no doubt about it, rain and shine (oops that is the Post Office).

    • Whitaker wasn’t even visible when he was IN that “AAG” role — I remember, I looked for him Now he is trotted out, obviously a paid, made man. He’s paid his dues and is now collecting on the backside; it’s obviously a strict spoils system being implemented by the “ins”. Whitaker is a pickin’ and a grinnin’, as it’s known in country music — just entertaining the common herd, keep ’em quiet and unaroused, by just a little talking on the TV screen (no need to DO anything…he already had that chance, when he WAS AAG). One moment I’m amazed they think they can get away with this rancid abuse of political power — because we KNOW already — and the next some common lout among we deplorables lets me know he IS a deplorable, buying what they’re selling. His kind elected and re-elected Obama/Soetoro, public enemy no. 1 himself.

A Deplorable is someone who can’t be bothered with finding the truth; it’s not his/her job… What’s really insane is that the worst “Deplorables” are the “power elites”, our “representatives” and their bureaucratic servants, who have gained power and have no better idea on what to do with it than cow the common people (“cow”…think about what they do to cows).

The whole system is geared to making us accept their lies, nothing BUT lies, going forward, and none of them even understands you can’t go forward on lies…only down. They are building — trying to build — the future upon a determined denial of the truth, about everything. It is an existentialist’s nightmare, and I rejected existentialism, and nightmares too, a long, long time ago.

The depths of corruption involved in literally all functions, and apparently also at all levels of our federal (and many state’s) government today, are nothing short of stunning. The total disregard for even the appearance of legality, or fairness, or justice reveals an arrogance never before seen in American political history.

Recently, in some of the rather more conservative social circles, the powerful and well-connected American social elites have often been sarcastically referred to as the ruling class. It is becoming more and more evident that the nom de guerre is becoming both accurate and well-deserved.

Many of us could write pages and pages of quotes and references of our Founding Fathers presciently foretelling of how we could lose our Republic, but that is Sundance’s most well-earned prerogative as the Top Treeper of the Treehouse.

Ultimately, we find ourselves in this position today solely due to our own damn apathy. We the People have allowed this to happen, over the course of primarily the last 50 years, and we are on our own; Nobody can or will help us. We the People are either going to save our Republic, or we will lose Her.

We all must ask ourselves one question – as sean Connery asked Kevin Costner in the Untouchables, “What are you prepared to do?”

The first incident with Epstein was either a bungled hit or a bungled suicide. So, whichever it was, there is no way he should have been left alone and unmonitored this time.

Some have speculated that the first event was a bungled hit and as a result Epstein turned and that this latest incident was cover to spirit him away into witness protection. I would caution that if that is the case, that means the good guys have him, and anyone who thinks they see something and have it figured out should just keep it to themselves. Leave that alone.

I’m going with a bungled hit. This was not Epstein’s first prison stay. Yes, it was going to be harder to beat these charges but he had friends in high places so it’s conceivable that this period of incarceration wouldn’t be the 45 years people were predicting.

I just don’t see him killing himself when he hadn’t even gone to trial yet. If the trial had occurred and he had received the maximum sentence, it would be more believable.

If the Epstein case is as big and far reaching as many have alleged, then faking his death becomes plausible. If I were the Attorney of record, I would want that “extra security”. As far as all the rest of the breaches of protocol, that seems to imply intent.

He is/was a narcissist and a sociopath. His universe was his own survival, and he would do anything to preserve his own life. The Behavioral analysts are being silenced at this point.

There may be a possibility that after the first attempt, this was staged, so that whoever was after him may think him dead. That could explain why he was shown on camera being taken out on a stretcher – (never should happen) to convince the people who need him dead that they are free and clear. Of course, they must know that’s not the truth and he’s probably spilling the beans on them under protective custody. I hope that is the real situation. The thought that our government would actively participate in allowing a star witness to be killed in such an incompetent way is a terrible one.

AG Barr’s fury is quite credible, and I share it. The facility administrator is inept, and the standard of care & security is flat out negligent.
Sara Carter’s site stated Epstein’s attorneys claim their client had specific concerns, including a (reasonable) fear of his roommate, an ex police officer charged w multiple homicides and a drug ring. The prison spokesperson is framing the decision to relax his security protocol under “least restrictive environment” policy.
The framework doesn’t fit. It blurs the distinction between responding to specific concerns and a critical decision which requires staff approval to reduce protective measures.

No competent administrator or any CO commander would risk the liability exposure. Neither would a LMHCP. This man was highly organized, and if suicidal intent was present, capable of convincing deception and planning. He was always High risk, both to himself and a very vulnerable inmate.

It’s disturbing. Mr. Barr has every reason to be furious and embarassed.

Mr. Barr, go after his care team & the facility administrator, and do it .right quick.
The BOP, by incompetence or turpitude, looks foolish.
    Don’t tolerate this crap.

I’ll be the one in this room to suggest that it’s become evermore apparent now that we have reached the tipping point of control of the situation as We The People.

Arrogant bald-faced corruption will now become the norm, year after year. Welcome to the inevitable. Draining the swamp will be lengthy and uncomfortable. This was our signal. Now we know what we are dealing with.

IMO JE is either alive or he was murdered-but people like Epstein do not committ suicide. I’m going with he’ still alive-oh, and Hiter lived to be an old man…reports are that he died in his 90s.

Who was the last person to see Epstein alive? Was it his cellmate? Did the cellmate kill him? Or did the cellmate get evicted so that somebody else could go in and kill him? And why did Epstein tell people two weeks earlier it was other people that assaulted him? Those seem like the most basic of questions to me.

And don’t tell me about witness protection programs. Those don’t exist and they would never fake a death in order to better secure an important witness. Nope. Only happens in movies.

It’s possible this entire thing from the beginning (indictments and arrest) has been a SDNY black hat op with only the appearance of white hat involvement at the beginning and now during the investigations into ‘wa happund?’, the truth of which we’ll never know.

Ideas on cause of death listed on the Certificate?
Based upon recent reports of his “orgasm” requirements and his other kinky predilections I’m thinking outside the box and going with “Autoerotic Asphyxiation” . He waited until his cellmate was moved to pleasure himself and died in the act.
That eliminates conspiracy and plays up to the innocence of the guards, attorneys, and other inmates.

Just for fun – I will expand on your “orgasm theory”
A conjugal visit was ordered and when the “visitor” showed up he needed some Viagra because he is 66 afterall and that caused the heart attack which took him to the hospital and the sheets were just a kinky thing where he asked to be choked? Oh, the “visitor” was wearing the sheets under her green fatigues –

The key here is that Epstein’s autopsy has now been delayed three days, sufficient for poison-dart toxins to become undetectable (see below). Detailed in Congressional hearings into CIA assassinations in 1975, the exact-same modus operandi was evident in Breitbart’s case (March 2012)… so, what did JE use to “hang himself”‘, a paper towel? if this be Conspiracy Theory, make the most of it.

First: Surveillance cameras were de-activated. Second: having removed JE’s cellmate, administrators neglected 20-minute monitoring for hours, leaving JE vulnerable to anonymous yet keyed-in assault. (Likely took awhile to import the perps.) Third: Though officials dodge the question, we’ll bet that automated time-logs show Epstein’s lock was disabled for some minutes, precisely corresponding to his known time-of-death. (First you dart-‘im-down, then string ‘im up.)

How’s about assessing these straightforward issues in light of Visitors’ Sign-ins, correlating any unknown cellblock entrant with this wondrous Federal Correctional Facility’s absolute requirement that “visits” occur only under surveillance in designated public areas, with strictly identified “visitors” under escort at all times? Vehicle checkpoints will surely record a vehicle’s one-time license-plate entering and exiting in thirty minutes, time to direct an interloper with suborned officials’ complicity to Epstein’s remotely opened and conveniently unsurveilled cell.

Best guess: Nothing AG Barr or anyone else within Trump’s nominally subordinate DOJ does or says will have the slightest consequence. As well ask Al Capone how his “used furniture warehouse” laundered loan-sharks’ payday operations.

Maybe he was placed in witness protection after the first attempt. I know I won’t believe any autopsy report that comes out anyway. Whatever. More lies. Taken off suicide watch. No cameras. No photos of the suicide scene, because, after all, he was still alive when found in the cell and taken to a hospital for an attempt to save him, right? But it took 30 minutes to get him to a hospital? I guess they needed time for some makeup for the couple of photos that did make it into the media. Maybe space aliens took him.

All we have is speculation because the DOJ and FBI are completely unreliable for truth now.

Brian Cates makes a good point in this Twitter thread – the investigation was being run out of SDNY’s Public Corruption Unit. If their target is public corruption, Epstein’s death or disappearance doesn’t stop that investigation.

So I drive to work, park my car, and walk in to my building. I am captured by hundreds, if not thousands of surveillance cameras during that 30 minutes. I am supposed to believe that there is no camera on an accused pedophile being held stationary in a tiny jail cell?

Am I really supposed to trust anything the FBI, DoJ, etc tells me?

Someone with more wisdom tell me why we are not freezing the ability for further cover-up to happen. I understand the principle of allowing freedom of movement in order to let them exposed himself as well they are trying to cover up.

But the FBI traveling to Epstein‘s island right after heHas been permanently silencedMakes me think that more cover-up is happening of evil, then evil being exposed

I think there is enough evidence in the interest of national security, and many other security and legal reasons, to freeze the FBI, the department of justice, the SSCI, and other organizations, or at least large operational chunks of them.

Yes, it is unprecedented. Yes it would hamper normal operations of important governmental entities. But we have never been under such attack from within in the history of this country. Drastic measures are called for.

This is a democracy, and the people need the confidence that white hands in their government are going to protect them. Otherwise the time is fast approaching win we the people need to pull a 1776 maneuver against our own government, before it is too late

How can we be assured that our trust in The president government is not slowly leading us to the same end of the Jews in the holocaust?

This. Is. A. Serious. Urgent. Question.
