Scheme Team Ploy – Mueller asked Barr for Letter Outlining Testimony Restrictions….

The media has been apoplectic in selling outrage over the U.S. Department of Justice sending a letter to Robert Mueller with guidelines for his testimony.   House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler appeared on morning TV shows today to decry the hubris of the letter calling it “incredibly arrogant” of Bill Barr to send such instructions.

However, in the background, for those who watch these manufactured events, you can see that everything around this “letter” was staged.  Everything around this letter was intentionally designed by the Lawfare group; which includes Jerry Nadler’s staff.

Yes, it is revealed today…. the Lawfare staff of Chairman Nadler -who are coordinating with Mueller’s staff- requested the letter to set-up a manufactured narrative before the testimony.  Essentially, team Nadler and team Mueller requested the letter, so that Nadler could decry it.  That’s the textbook definition of manufacturing outrage:

(Reuters) House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler said Mueller did not need to follow the instructions contained in the letter.

“He does not have to comply with that letter. He doesn’t work for them. And that letter asks things that are beyond the power of the agency to ask even if he still worked for them,” Nadler said in a CNN interview.

“I think it’s incredibly arrogant of the department to try to instruct him in what to say,” Nadler added. “It’s part of the ongoing cover-up by the administration to keep information away from the American people.”

A spokesman for Mueller, Jim Popkin, said the letter had been received but declined further comment. (Link)

See what they are doing?

Notice how the Mueller “spokesman” doesn’t refute the narrative?

See the scheme?

This is what Lawfare does folks.  This is all they know to do; and the media selling the narrative is all just part of the plan…. It’s ridiculous in the extreme.

Here’s the Letter:

.

It’s all a staged performance folks…. all of it.

  3. My take is that the Trump / Justice offensive, although rapidly running out of time, is not to begin until the defense has played their last card. The President seemed truly disappointed when democrats didn’t accept the Mueller Report and continued spinning the collusion / obstruction garbage. Tomorrow will be of no consequence in the long term. It will be a one day story just like Michael Cohen & John Dean’s “testimony” . . . . and it is their last card of any consequence.

Yes Barr & Mueller go way back. . . . back to before the Clinton’s and their Arkansas Mafia rolled into D.C. in ‘93. I think Mueller was used and duped. He was nothing but a name and impressive figurehead for the conspirators of a failed coup. Maybe Barr wants to let his pal Mueller slink away from the spotlight (stage kept) as a face saving gesture before the shit hits.

In any event, it better happen soon….REAL SOON.

Simple questions for Mueller. Mr Mueller, did you write any part of the two documents? This is a yes/no question and does not go outside the four corners of your report.
No? So then you are fine with how every sentence as framed? See where this can go?
Yes? Well tell us what part or parts, please be specific. You can see where this can lead too.
Prosecutors ask simple questions to elicit clear yes no answers. In this way he builds a case that closes in on the truth, and catches lies as well.
Not like a politician that pontificates so long the the witness can say anything, not answer the question because of run on sentences a mile long, and still not lie to Congress!

Here’s where I’m afraid we are at and like Sundance said previously this is all staged. Folks need to understand that there is some serious stuff going down with Iran and these dangerous criminals in DC would rather take us to war than to have the tables overturned!

We don’t just have Military Blackhawks running classified missions over Washington if Our President was not concerned about attacks or even threats against His family. Something is going down and this Deep State is either going to attempt to try and start the greatest Civil War this country has ever seen or they are going for a bloody coup!

The Dems, will try to spin their narrative, NOT with Muellers answers, but with their questions.

I think there are very few fence sitters. President Trump has already changed the minds of those people, by his actions and accomplishments thus far. The campaigning will be to keep those people feeling they WANT to vote for him.

There is precious little that he could do to make any of us jump off the train, not vote or vote for a dem.

The rabid left will NEVER be brought to his and our side.

So, no matter what happens tomorrow it will not change a single person’s mind.

I see this as Mueller begging to Barr to only discuss what is in the report. Yea, it might prevent the repubs from asking hard questions, but it also won’t let him ramble on about opiniobe, he can only comment on what is in the report. He needs that dude to tell him what is in the report and to tell him that a question is outside the scope. He’s been warned about executive privilege as well.

This will be just a rehash of his prior press release and will continue to be open-ended. I doubt there will be any new revelatiobe, because there can’t be.

Personally i think Barr should be there to represent the DOJ.

But im also wondering if Mueller was begging Barr to block him from testifying.

Weissman did all of the orchestrating. Where even his vaunted skills at foul play left the team without provable crimes against Trump.

The question begs whether Mueller is able to remember what is and what is not in the report?
AG Barr’s letter to Mueller dictates that Mueller must keep to what is contained within the report; And it must be unredacted.
Mueller’s memory/mind/senility strays or lapses just a little and Mueller is toast;ready for reprimand, censure, rebuked and charged with any number of piddling charges.

I do wish the FBI was up to their reputation and recording everything lawfare cooks up with the coup plotters behind the scenes. Be nice to clear the barnyard of all the foul critters at one time.

Justice will not prevail by playing Lawfare rules. Simply relying on and telling the truth in the face of unrelenting untruth is not a guarantee of success. Given the determination of the Lefty/DS/globalist to fundamentally transform this country, success is necessary.

If/when the Left (particularly this current crazed crop) once again controls all three branches of “gvt” it’s over. Suppression of political opposition accelerates, illegals flood in, taxes and more gvt to support the influx… 2A down the tubes… .

First move (if PT is reelected and has a move) it should be to clamp down, in the most brutal fashion, with all legal gvt force available, on the propaganda platforms. Remove that dedicated Lefty support element. Level the playing field. Then get another reliable supreme court justice on the court.

Note the DOJ letter is signed by Bradley Weinsheimer

On August 31, 2017 Weinsheimer signed a Declaration in response to a FOIA request that the DOJ has no record of the FBI monitoring the communications at Trump Tower:

“[T]he Department of Justice — including NSD — has no records responsive to Plaintiff’s request inasmuch as it seeks records of alleged wiretapping of then-Candidate Trump in Trump Tower by President Obama prior to the election, as referenced in the March 4, 2017, tweet.”

The best way to tame these Lawfare charades and schemes is in 2020 if the GOP regains the House and deposes all of these pernicious Committee “Chairs” that are trying to depose P Trump. But the Trump voting people of 2016 and any new additions have to be energized and aware one more crucial time. Hate to say this but wouldn’t the ongoing Durham and IG investigations serve as the cover Mueller needs to refuse to answer GOP questions about scope, origin, fisa, etc? “Ongoing investigations” were the favorite excuses of Strozk, McCabe, Ohr—-all of them. Not sure why Mueller would need any extra DOJ guidelines unless he REALLY doesn’t know what or who is being investigated by Durham and Horowitz. Since there have been no leaks and Barr has kept everyone quiet, the DOJ guidelines might be a very informative tool for finding out what and who is being looked at. If Nadler is behind the request for DOJ guidance, we can assume that this is part of his motivation.

House Democrats are launching an aggressive media campaign on Tuesday to accompany former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s testimony on Capitol Hill Wednesday regarding his investigation into alleged Russian collusion and obstruction, according to a report.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office has turned Mueller’s 448-page report — which found no criminal conspiracy with Russia and declined to make an assessment on obstruction — into a six-page document highlighting what they consider to be its most damning findings, The Hill reported.

This is really quite simple. Barr and Mueller are friends. The Dims want to use Mueller testimony to paint their fuzzy picture with more color to keep the “impeach” angle going. Mueller may prefer to help them, but more than anything he is in pucker mode…cover my ass mode…keep me from going to jail mode. Barr wants to help him to some degree. Therefore he participates by responding to the “letter” sent (which they certainly talked about prior) keeping the responses to his report only…nothing outside the lines. This could frustrate Dims but will also frustrate our Republicans in trying to confront the cabal they constructed.

Barr, I am convinced, is working to maneuver a grand compromise. His goal is to gain some modest skins from bad guys while preserving the agencies and protecting the institutions he has belonged to for so long. He needs to give Trump some victory while protecting the major swamp dwellers.

No grand sweep of justice is coming. I hope I am wrong. Barr’s hat is not white nor black. His is a practical gray. He and swamp leaders within the GOP will convince Trump its the best he can hope for, and our President will have two choices: accept it, or go full rogue and expose everything regardless of the consequences. I do not believe President Trump will see the value in the latter. Even with exposure he will be going almost all alone against the propaganda media and the worst nukes the left can launch. With minor victories (not even likely until after the election) PDJT can focus on his remaining agenda while noting history may not treat him as harshly.

It does seem like he still thinks of “Bob” as a stand up type of guy and a friend and Wray, etc are good public servants doing their jobs. I just don’t know, but he definitely isn’t rash or a dramatic mover. I guess I am still taking a wait and see attitude. He might not be seeing this for all that it is and won’t wake up unless and until he gets hit over the head with a baseball bat.

      • Or, it could be none of the above… Mueller may just be a doddering old man, with mixed-form dementia which is progressively worsening, and he is either unaware, or too proud, to acknowledge it. (He DID choose to do that awful, nine minute press conference…) Instead of Mueller being put on public display and humiliated, those who are able to, are attempting to temper it, and shield Mueller from utter public ridicule.

If Mueller performs similarly to his ‘press conference’, or worse, there would be our answer. I have no particular concern for Mueller, and if he drools on himself during his testimony, I’d be fine with that. But perhaps a wife or daughter prevailed on AG Barr to limit a stubborn Mueller’s humiliation and protect him, as much as possible, during his final appearance before he retires from public appearances altogether.

We have to keep the big picture in mind here, the evolution of this ridiculous circus.

For 2+ years the Dems and their propaganda media told us that Trump and his family were going to be indicted. Remember “the walls are closing in” and “the noose is tightening”?

In the first week of March, John Brennan said indictments were coming.

On April 8 AG Barr held his press conference announcing the results of Mueller’s investigation. Big big big big letdown for the Dems.

Then the Dems were angry with Mueller. He went from being a God to inept. Nadler wanted a do-over with himself as prosecutor.

On May 29, Mueller finally spoke. And it was another big letdown. lol

The Dems didn’t want Mueller to testify but later they changed their minds. They know it’s going to be yet another big letdown. They are carefully scripting this thing, we might need to give Mueller an Emmy or something, but Barr isn’t going to let him get away with any crap … and Mueller knows it.

My only question: Did Nadler and Mueller together plan to request Barr’s input on Mueller’s testimony in order to craft an outrage opportunity? Or was Nadler unaware that Mueller had contacted Barr so Nadler went on to the propaganda media shows blasting Barr only to find out later Mueller had requested it. 🙂

This might very well be the end of the witch hunt. FINALLY. Mueller won’t say anything new, the GOP will be able to relay some interesting info via questions even if Mueller can’t answer them, and when it’s all done the Dems will be crying just like they did when Kavanaugh was confirmed.

That comforting thought actually occurred to me this evening. I think its a good idea to stop and think about how all these people who have been consumed with and committed to defeating, destroying, incarcerating, etc…..candidate, President-elect and President Donald Trump have completely and utterly failed at their main objective of the last 3-4 years. HIllary, Obama, ValJar, Brennan, Comey, Lynch, Strzok, etc…..all of these people, consumed with TDS, just living a loser’s existence.

Why would anyone possibly think that we (the Rs) were going to get anything good out of Mueller anyway? He certainly wouldnt be trying to help President Trump. And Mueller would have “six ways from Sunday” to avoid answering any good questions from Republicans anyway, so no loss there.

Mueller basically asked DOJ for guidelines on what he could NOT say. He simply didnt want to get himself in any trouble with Barr.

And now, the Dems are pissed about it.

Nadler saying that “Mueller doesnt have to obey that letter” tells me that they dont have the control over this that they thought they did.

Bad Bob isn’t smart enough to have to think on his feet so help was required. I wish nothing but all the bad luck that can go Bob’s way in life. He is a pathetic person at best and that didn’t start yesterday. He has never been anything but a fixer/protector for the elite in this country.

  43. Say whatever you will about this “Lawfare Group,” but they strike me only as a group of canny lawyers who have made a ton of money telling politicians what they wanted to hear: that “actions don’t speak louder than words,” and that a man can be convicted of a high crime based on what you think that he thinks about what you’re doing, no matter what it is that you’re doing. They made at least $38 million and probably much, much more from their theories, which the actual Court system has officially dismissed as nonsense. As “not the standards that we use in the Department.”

“That don’t impress me much …”
