As Predicted – Mueller Will Not Testify Alone – Handler Aaron Zebley Now Added…

The schemes of Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler are predictable. As we said three months ago, Robert Mueller would not be allowed to testify without a handler. Small group participant Aaron Zebly will now join Mueller for his testimony.  This has always been the plan, but strategically announced today.

Remember, Mueller’s team is working closely with Nadler’s team; they are part of the same purpose. They are all part of the same network. The impeachment objective is a group effort from inside government & outside (Lawfare). These are not separate groups.

The pre-planning was why Chairman Nadler hired Lawfare Group members to become committee staff. Chairman Schiff hired former SDNY U.S. Attorney Daniel Goldman (link), and Chairman Nadler hired Obama administration lawyer Norm Eisen and criminal defense attorney Barry Berke (link).  All these participants are within the Lawfare network. Aaron Zebly is just another key player in the coordinated group.

WASHINGTON – Former special counsel Robert Mueller has made a last-minute request to have one of his longtime aides appear as a witness during his highly-anticipated testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, one congressional source told NBC News on Tuesday.

Mueller has requested that Aaron Zebley appear with him when he testifies on Wednesday about his report on Russian interference in the 2016 election and collusion and obstruction by President Donald Trump.

The ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee, Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, said the move would plunge the hearing into “chaos” and may not be in compliance with House rules.

“This apparent stunt is unsurprising in light of the Democrats’ repeated attempts to circumvent, misrepresent and flout the rules and procedures governing this committee’s business,” he said. “If Democrats believe it is the special counsel’s responsibility to testify to his report, they have no ground for outsourcing that duty at the expense of our committee’s integrity.” (read more)

This is all a staged performance, a pantomime.

Remember, Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller didn’t come into this process as an ‘outsider’, and Mueller didn’t select his team. The corrupt Lawfare team inside government (FBI Counsel James Baker, DOJ Deputy Andrew Weissmann, FBI Deputy McCabe etc.) already knew Mueller. The team had established personal and professional connections to Mueller, and they brought him in to lead the team.

When you realize that Robert Mueller didn’t select the team; rather the preexisting team selected their figurehead, Robert Mueller; then results make sense. Robert Mueller can never be allowed to testify alone to congress because if questioned he actually has very little understanding of what took place.

Not enough people understand the role of the Lawfare group in the corruption and political weaponization of the DOJ, FBI and larger intelligence community.

What Media Matters is to corrupt left-wing media, the Lawfare group is to the corrupt DOJ and FBI.

All of the headline names around the seditious conspiracy against Donald Trump assemble within the network of the Lawfare group.

Three days after the October 21st, 2016, FISA warrant was obtained, Benjamin Wittes outlined the insurance policy approach.

FBI Director James Comey, FBI Legal Counsel James Baker, Comey memo recepient Daniel Richman, Deputy AG Sally Yates, Comey friend Benjamin Wittes, FBI lead agent Peter Strzok, FBI counsel Lisa Page, Mueller lead Andrew Weissmann and the Mueller team of lawyers, all of them -and more- are connected to the Lawfare group; and this network provides the sounding board for all of the weaponized approaches, including the various new legal theories as outlined within the Weissmann-Mueller Report.

The Lawfare continuum is very simple.  The corrupt 2015 Clinton exoneration; which became the corrupt 2016 DOJ/FBI Trump investigation; which became the corrupt 2017 DOJ/FBI Mueller probe; is currently the 2019 “impeachment” plan.

Weissmann and Mueller delivering their report evolved the plan from corrupt legal theory into corrupt political targeting.  Every phase within the continuum holds the same goal. Every phase holds the same participants.  This is a group effort.

The current “impeachment strategy” is planned-out within the Lawfare group.

“Unless they are in on the Impeachment bandwagon”

They were,ALWAYS ‘IN’on the Impeachment plan, from the outset.

THEY, Congressional RepubliCONS, are,WHAT the Obstruction trap, and the,Perjury trap, were ALL about!

The Dems in Congress don’t NEED any ‘political cover’ to vote to impeach, their rabid base is clamoring for it.

Its the RepubliCONS, particularly in the,Senate, who need an excuse to do what they WANT to do, which is vote to convict.

IF PDJT had done what many here advocated, and fired Mueller, Sessions and,Rosenstien, McConnell was all set to pull the trigger.

But, the plan failed, and Dems are left standing, with their dingus’s in their hand.

The fact that two faced McCarthy, minority leader in the House, openly and vigorously pushed back against the, rasssccist accusations against PDJT, says as much as anything, that its over.

1- 1 1/2 years ago, he and all the Republicon chorus who sung “Mueller is an honorable man”, would have CONDEMNED PDJT’s “regretable” tweets, urged he apologise or retract, etc.

That McCarthy so unabashedly defended DJT, and pushed back says more about PDJT, than it does about McCarthy.

It says PDJT has gained support, the political winds have shifted, and McCarthy, being a political hack, recognises this.

Still don’t trust that snake, but overall this is a good sign. The impeachment was ALL about the,Repubs, and swamp creatures like Comey, Brennan etc would NEVER have tried it, if they feared Republicans would call them on it.

Hence, Republicon leadership, gave their tacit if not overt, approval. Count on it.

This hearing is necessary for them (democrats) because they need to be able to hear the facts differently and then be able draw new conclusions. In other words, Mueller just wasn’t able to see the crimes like “we can”… this process describes a liberal in a nutshell.

    • First the Dems use Mueller’s inside poop working directly with Trump’s obstruction to initiate impeachment. Which means the Dems have stood up against the sexist, racist, Fascist. Then the Senate doesn’t even go forward with the process which (from Dem pov) means that the Republican Senate is entirely in lockstep with this entirely corrupt administration which is precipitating the End of America which it is now their sworn duty to save (by fair means or foul).

So it all makes perfect sense. Now you might think this is all wrong or silly or both, but they are not playing this scenario out for you but for their own particular movie-going population.

Actually, if they can be convincing (to their own), they might actually end up provoking an exciting election with higher-than-average turnout as each side becomes increasingly frightened that the other might win.

Which of course will make the Deep State Elites very happy: nothing they like better than high-turnout elections; it means the sheeple are still buying into their narrative (aka satanic spell) that they live in a sovereign, free, democratic Republic.

I think his initial function is to support the “Trump won’t let Mueller speak” narrative which is the Dem’s workaround for the fact that the Report doesn’t have any of their wet-dream allegations in it. I suspect we’ll hear a lot of talk about how horrible it is that Mueller had to hire a lawyer. Following that, we’ll get an attempt by Dufus to speak that’ll get shot down with lots of theatricality, then the actual testimony will go as you predicted, with Zebley on constant display so his association with Mueller is clear. Following the hearing, he’ll appear on the Capitol steps, with Nadler and Mueller’s hands firmly up his butt, reciting all the lines they have prepared for him.

It’s a way around the fact that testimony limited to just what’s in the report (i.e. the truth) is of no use to them.

If witness, DOJ has already informed him he was not to testify?
This would be a thumb in the eye to both Barr and DOJ if true, forget about the Committee.
    And Barr should disallow.
If legal counsel, only there to provide Mueller legal advice, Barr should note Mueller legal concerns and have both DOJ and FBI attorneys present.
Mueller cannot be trusted and neither can the Committee Chairs.

If a witness can’t remember, the answer in a legal proceeding (such as a congressional hearing) is “I can’t remember”. The answer is not “let me ask some guy who is NOT under oath and give you his answer as if it was my answer. If the committee wanted to know what Zebley recalls, why didn’t they call him to testify? It’s a shell game to let Zebley answer as Lawfare wants, but give his answers the gravitas Of Mueller’s testimony without putting him under oath. It gives Mueller an out for untruths (“I couldn’t recall, Zebley told me”) whilst protecting Zebley from perjury liability. Makes me think they’re planning on telling some whopper lies tomorrow.

And McConnell destroyed Bannons move, after he left White house, toot suite.
Both were efforts to PRIMARY Rino incumbents. Obviously, this is a vulnerability they percieve. Hence defensive action. So, don’t announce to the whole frickin world, as both Tea party and Bannon did, that your intention is to primary Rinos.
Just DO IT. I am convinced, if you look over last 30 years or more, a populist nationalist candidate, on either the right or left, can beat a party hack, every time.
Money doesn’t even matter. DJT’s candidacy is extrodinary, but not THAT extrodinary. What I mean is there have been upsets before, where a candidate with less money, and viewed in the media and polls as losing, ended up winning.

And, many populist candidates that only lost in the primaries, cause of cheating in one form or another.
Ron Paul in 2012. Ballot stuffing in key state, with a 30 second power outage, and when lights came back on, there, was an extra box of ballots on the table.
          C’mon, man!
They allow populist candidates in the primary, cause it generates enthusiasm. Then, they cheat to guarantee the,Uniparty hack wins, and both faces of the party do it.

The DOJ guidance letter was addressed to and directed at Mueller specifically. If Zebley doesn’t want to answer the hard questions, remind him he is not bound by the DOJ guidance letter — other than what is otherwise covered under “DOJ policy”, redacted material, and potentially privileged material. Zebley, like Mueller, can’t “expound” on analysis and conclusions beyond the contents the report… but he can be asked the relevant hard questions outside of the report. Zebley is mot bound to “the four corners”.

Question #1: Mr. Zebley, what day and time did you first learn that you would be requested to appear here today in the capacity of a witness? And who requested your appearance?

I don’t know about all this, but it’s amazing the Cadaver is testifying at all. The only way it flies is if the re-cucks fall flat on their faces which i don’t see happening with Collins, Jordan, Nunes et al. Could the Cadaver think he’ll not be asked about the volumes of evidence, much of it FOIA via .guv, he ignored? And given what’s known, let alone in the way of indictments against Co-me 7 Co. there should be no guidelines set whatsoever as the sheer preponderance of evidence stands on its own and damn well at that. Something here simply doesn’t compute.

Its my guess (and that of others) that the Republicans have set up a strategy to get around the way this joint committee hearing was set up (great numbers of participants; limited time for answers) so that a few will carry the ball. Others will give them their time. Jordan is one who usually is a chosen one. I can see others who might be given the same task.

I THINK the Dems whole plan, has been based on RE-ACTING, rather than initiating.
Just as “SHE was supposed to win”, Mueller was ‘supposed’ to, firstly trigger PDJT to fire him, leading ti Impeachment.
When that didn’t work, Mueller team was supposed to keep going, right through 2020.
When (apperently) Barr told them to wrap it up, the Dems have tried to established the narrative that the,Administration (“Trump”) is covering up/blocking “the truth”.

Hence, delaying (by mueller team) hiliting grand jury material, causing 2 week delay. Now, calling Mueller hoping Barr would block testimony.
He didn’t (darn!). Now, playing funny games at last minute, trying to find a way to have Mueller NOT testify, while blaming it on Republicans/Trump.

This may actually be,worse for Dems, than blasey-ford and Michael Cohen, combined.

Nice catch Moe!! ..Incredibllw that Wittes said the same thing Strzock Said..about having an Insurance policy!
“This is why I keep life insurance, even though I have a much lower than seven percent chance of dying this year. And while I don’t think I have a 16 percent chance of major medical expenses either, I still maintain a health insurance policy, as do other healthy people who know what’s good for them. Responsible people plan for disasters of this likelihood; and while the Sunday shows yesterday were full of talk of whether the presidential race is over, a major party candidate for president always has a chance of prevailing.

      Always.

So our democracy needs a health insurance policy.”
      Lol!

Seem to be seeing conflicting reports on whether or not Zebley will be sworn in as a witness, or sit beside Mueller as counsel only.

    (2PM)
    https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/mueller-last-minute-request-aide-appear-witness-during-his-testimony-n1032966

“For the first hearing, Zebley will sit alongside Mueller as his counsel, according to the Judiciary Committee spokesperson. The committee, however, is not updating its guidance to include Zebley as a witness. This means that Zebley will not be sworn in. Mueller can confer with him as he is questioned by the panel, according to committee rules, but cannot answer questions.

The ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee, Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, said Tuesday that GOP members had “not gotten assurances from the House Democrats on the committee that he [Zebley] will not speak.”

“He’s not supposed to speak in that role to anyone on the committee or asked questions. And we’re asking, and, frankly, that that be confirmed before the hearing. So we don’t have to waste time with it tomorrow,” Collins said.”

So, as of 2PM, Collins is not sure what Zebley’s role will be. He hadn’t gotten assurances from the Dems as to Zebley’s role.

Also, that’s just Judiciary… in addition:

“Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said Tuesday during a conversation at the Center for American Progress that his panel was still working out what Zebley’s function might be.”

I’m not convinced at this point that Zebley’s role is locked down. We’ve already seen that the Congressional Co-Conspirators have no problem bending the rules.

Strzok-Page texts reveal frustration, scramble after Comey firing: ‘DYING down here’

By Brooke Singman, | Fox News

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/strzok-page-texts-reveal-frustration-scramble-after-comey-firing-dying-down-here

    -snip-

On May 17, 2017, the day Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates, Strzok texted Page notifying her.

“News announcing Mueller,” he wrote. “You could go work with Aaron for him…you heard it from me first…;) And you go to Wilmer when it’s done.”

There are two “Aaron”s on the special counsel team – Aaron Zebley and Aaron Zelinsky. But the message may have been referring to Zebely, a former partner at law firm WilmerHale and former chief of staff to Mueller when he served as FBI director.

“We’ve got one hell of a team going…” Page wrote to Strzok.

    “Yes we do,” Strzok replied.

The following day, Strzok told Page he talked to Zebley “in the context of getting [redacted] under Mueller’s authority, not the team.”

Strzok and Page both joined Mueller’s team in 2017.

A voice over says, “Paid for by Republicans for the Rule of Law.”

The special counsel’s report describes no conspiracy against the government of the United States and at least ten instances where there was efforts on the part of the president to obstruct justice. The final judgment on these issues rests in the Article I powers of the US House of Representatives to determine if they will undertake an inquiry to determine if articles of impeachment shall be referred to the US Senate for trial. Fortunately, an election will be held next year as the final arbiter of all this controversy. Until then, let the facts speak rather than the partisan jockeying.
