Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler Collapses – Taken to Hospital…

The day after President Trump authorized AG Bill Barr to declassify documents relating to 2016 political activity by the intelligence apparatus, House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler appeared to almost collapse when he slumped and said he was not well as he sat beside New York mayor Bill de Blasio at a press conference.

.

The 71-year-old congressman was put on a stretcher and taken to a waiting ambulance for transfer to a local hospital. A representative for Nadler told NBC4 News he was ‘responsive and receiving a check-up.’ He was taken to the hospital for medical attention and later tweeted that he was ‘feeling much better.’ Media Report

    Proverbs 24:17-18 (1599 Geneva Bible)
    17) Be thou not glad when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart rejoice when he stumbleth: 18) Lest the Lord see it, and it displease Him, and He turn His wrath from him.

    Proverbs 24:17-18 (Authorized King James Version)
    17) Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth: 18) lest the Lord see it, and it displease Him, and He turn away His wrath from him.

    Proverbs 25:21-22 (1599 Geneva Bible)
    21) If he that hateth thee be hungry, give him bread to eat, and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink: 22) For thou shalt lay coals upon his head, and the Lord shall recompense thee.

    Proverbs 25:21-22 (Authorized King James Version)
    21) If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink: 22) for thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the Lord shall reward thee.

      Very foolish in this context.
      Our brave soldiers facing the enemy at the beaches of Normandy should’ve given them bread and water on arrival?
      Nadler is not yet defeated. We can tend to his wounds when he is defeated.

      Deuteronomy 20:4
      For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.”

      This is war – thankfully only political war v. physical war but war none the less. This is not a situation for wise sayings and great advice. Remember that Solomon had his position through the Wars of David, his father. Solomon was given everything, including his father’s advice to ask for wisdom and his father’s plans down to the smallest detail for the temple. All was possible because David was a mighty and successful warrior who walked with God (most of the time!).

      Proverbs are wise sayings and good advice. They are not commands. Biblically speaking, there is a time for everything …

      Lastly, I do pray for the soul while praying for their utter defeat. I can simultaneously rejoice that an evil man is being removed from power and pray for his eternal salvation and feel compassion for his health and loved ones.

        Yes Katherine, I agree.
        “All scripture… is profitable” 2Tim 3:16 If it’s used in it’s proper place and context.
        A more ‘profitable’ use of scripture in this instance would be closer to:
        “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
        Eph. 6;12
        If the sentence calls for death, so be it. Unless, of course, God acts first.
        Truth has no agenda. Unfortunately, truth itself is under assault.

      So there’s that, too.

      No one gloating or rejoicing. We just DON’T CARE that this fat, evil, hate-filled jackass who has 30-years of bottled up hate against Trump, who has lied/schemed about Trump and will bring impeachment at any cost to the nation, the constitution (and apparently his own health), and who belongs to the party of infanticide, assisted suicide, and lawlessness is having “a medical episode”. But it’s OK. Congress has a platinum healthcare coverage, unlike the rubes who are forced to take ObamaCare.

      Beautiful, and also a fascinating insight into Our Lord’s similar comments in the New Testament. I’m sure many who heard Him recognized these versus P hath quoted.

      If I may, let me add the following:

      The quality of mercy is not strained;
      It droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven
      Upon the place beneath. It is twice blest;
      It blesseth him that gives and him that takes:
      ‘T is mightiest in the mightiest; it becomes
      The throned monarch better than his crown:
      His sceptre shows the force of temporal power,
      The attribute to awe and majesty,
      Wherein doth sit the dread and fear of kings;
      But mercy is above this sceptred sway;
      It is enthronèd in the hearts of kings,
      It is an attribute to God himself;
      And earthly power doth then show likest God’s
      When mercy seasons justice.

      Pete, your comment is too nasty; I have to call you out! No matter how much we might hate someone’s politics, we have to retain our human compassion; otherwise, we are no better than those on the other side. Politics has to stop when we see someone as ill as Nadler at that moment — we must pause all that and feel compassion for him as a man in physical suffering. If our political ideas are right, they will win out at another time and another place, and not because a political foe has been taken down by illness!

          There’s an old Catholic teaching that one has to be in a state of grace for one’s prayers to be efficacious. Few have heard that since Vatican II, but it’s there — a formal Church teaching. This doesn’t mean one has to have reached spiritual perfection, of course, but just not be in a state of mortal sin, and the fewer venial sins, the more efficacious one’s prayer.

          Now, as the supposedly Catholic “SanFranNan” Italian grandmother (as she calls herself) supports abortion, etc., she’s clearly in a state of mortal sin — though I hasten to add that only God judges one’s final disposition. However, it is obvious enough that her prayers for anyone would not be efficacious, given she seems more like a devotee of Moloch and a friend of Xōchipilli.

These are they who have pursued a righteous president to destroy him that they might destroy this nation. A nation founded on the preciepts of Gods commandments.

    These with one voice hate God and rebel against him and devise schemes to destroy the nation. Thus we should see in this the hand of God beginning to spread rhe hand of judgment on the evil doers. It would be wonderful to see them repent. But as we see from all of history and in the bible, the word of God. Where God says, I gave her space to repent and she would not. Now behold, her house is left desolate. Thank you so much for this video!!

      I wonder how quickly things would turn around in America, if rather than hating on those in our country who are so desperately in need of a Savior, all of us humbled ourselves before Almighty God and fasted and prayed for the lost, that they might change their minds (repent) and acknowledge Yahshua/Jesus as Lord and call upon His Name and receive His gift of salvation and eternal life!

      God is merciful and withholds His anger and judgement until the decisive moment when no hope remains of that person accepting salvation through His Son, Yahshua.

      None of us know the final moment in a person’s life. We need to pray for all those who are lost before it’s too late.

      Hate the sin NOT the sinner; but for the grace of God, such were all of us. I believe at some time, somewhere, someone interceded on behalf of each of us who have come out of darkness into His Light.

      Submitted in love.

    This was NOT dehydration. When dehydrated, your blood pressure drops. If sitting and idle, not enough blood gets to the brain, causing you to faint/pass out (not necessarily fully. It’s a feeling of the room getting darker from the outside inward).
    Once the head slumps a little, as Nadlers did, then some extra blood reaches the brain and you recover somewhat especially if you’re startled by someone like De Blasio talking to you, at which time your heart rate increases and you recover some more.

    This seems to me to be something other than dehydration. A mini stroke perhaps?

    It’s only natural to disagree with Jerry Nadler’s politics on a fundamental level. But he doesn’t deserve to die simply for being wrong. It would be better to see him live to watch the Trump Republican version of America fully blossom. If he can appreciate how great our country will become, then that’s good. That kind of transformation happens every day to democrats and globalists all over the US, in all walks of life. But if he dies now, that chance to change is lost. He dies miserable and angry and wrong, without knowing why his way was wrong. You don’t want that for him any more than you want it for yourself. Life is hard enough without wishing for more pain out there.

    I dislike Nadler. It wouldn’t have bothered me if he’d died on the spot. He is evil. He IS the enemy.

    Seeing some Treepers trying to out-virtue-signal each other is amusing. I wouldn’t want you in a foxhole with me.

      There’s a Civil War story about Lincoln paying a visit to Union Lines, I think around the time of Fredericksburg. Father Abraham (Prez Trump parallels him in so many ways, esp in the Democrats reaction to both of them) was looking at Rebel fortifications through some field glasses mounted on a tripod, when he noted a Southern officer come out into the open, called by a sentry. The sentry pointed across the lines to Lincoln. The Southerner looked through his own field glasses and saw Prez Lincoln. The gray-clad officer stood to attention, swept off his wide-brimmed floppy hat in cavalier fashion, and bowed. Then returned to his dugout.

      I’ve always admired that.

    Nadler is part of the problem. A BIG part of the problem. I’m not cheering for his demise, but if he can’t return, all the better
