“Hit me with your best shot.” File “Articles of Impeachment™,” as you are so obviously desperate to do. “Go ahead. Oooh… doesn’t it feel so good?!”

Then, watch in utter disbelief as they are shot-down IN THE HOUSE, as you realize that you are surrounded by people “of your own party” who’d like to still be sitting in these same chairs two years from now.

        (They won’t miss you.)

FTA”A federal judge on Monday upheld a congressional subpoena seeking President Donald Trump’s financial records from an accounting firm, arguing that Congress is well within its rights to investigate potential illegal behavior by a president — even without opening a formal impeachment inquiry.”

Probable cause no longer needed if you’re a Republican and the Federal Judge is an obama appointee!

Or if the judge is a Clinton appointee or even some Bush appointees. These people are all tied to their ideology, which is not the ideology of President Trump.

Who cares about Obama/Bush appointees these days? We need to get away from that false dichotomy. It’s Big Government vs. Citizens.

Congress does not have unlimited subpoena powers. This has been resolved by the courts. Who cares who appointed the judge here? The ruling is wrong. There is simply no legitimate legislative purpose for this subpoena. It’s 110% political. There will be NO new legislation produced as a result of subpoenaing this request, which is the purpose of Congressional subpoena power anyway.

But there are degenerate judges who’ve been appointed by all sorts of past Presidents. That part is irrelevant.

Another witch hunt. This is a clear abuse of Congressional subpoena power.

Fine. Let’s have Donald Trump just start an FBI investigation on every single member of Congress.

Same principle applies. Violation of the 4th Amendment.

This why Conservatives always lose. Because they are more concerned with doing what is “right” than what is necessary. This Obama judge is willing to do whatever he must to help his Party, no matter how corrupt. Meanwhile, a conservative Judge in his position would do what is correct. We live in a post-Constitutional society, and if we can’t fight fire with fire we will never be able to take it back.

      • Dave Radetsky says:

So, it sounds like you’re saying that conservative judges should disregard the Constitution when making their rulings. I can’t agree with that. The old adage of “two wrongs don’t make a right” still holds true. It may mean a longer path to victory, but compromising what is right will always (and I mean ALWAYS) result in failure in the long term.

you happened to be correct. This is why so many of the younger generation have no moral value or understand what is right or wrong. You have to win no matter what. President Trump has won because the law and what is right is the way he fights. He doesn’t stoop to “cheating” or believing that you can do anything just because you want to. This judge and others will soon be on the wrong side of history. The Constitution is what made this Country great. To ignore it because the other side does… is just as wrong.

        Or, the more obvious answer:

They’re not conservative. Today, a politician has a hard time being conservative and keeping his job because the average American is an economic and constitutional illiterate. Dumber than a box of rocks, and willing to vote for the next Communist that promises them free stuff.

Stupidity has reached a critical mass. Just like it did in Venezuela. However, as soon as you run out of food and toilet paper, people get smart really fast.

I am afraid you are correct. The many of the last two generations have raised functionally illiterate children while they themselves have slipped into a malaise of ignorance. Our colleges pass out degrees that mean nothing in the work world while taking the loan money of potential students and putting them in debt for many, many years at the beginning of their lives in the work force. The media is crap and reinforces the false hopes of the young. The strength and character of President Trump is helping turn some of this around.

President Trump is not trying to start a war with Iran. They’re firing missiles into the Green Zone in Iraq and he’s warning them to knock it off. They should know he doesn’t make idle threats.

“The president offered no specific context for his threat, but it came soon after a rocket was fired into the Green Zone in Baghdad. No injuries were reported, but Iraqi officials said the attack appeared to have come from an area of the city controlled by Iran-backed militias.”

Who cares? The following are all illegal:

      1) Withholding exculpatory evidence when before a court – this happened as a matter of fact
      2) Using the NSA database without a warrant to spy on people – this happened as a matter of fact
      3) Lying to a court – regardless of procedures, the FISA warrants were presented as reliable, verified, and factual – this happened as a matter of fact
      4) Lying to Congress – plenty of material there already in the public – this happened as a matter of fact
      5) Arguably marking materials classified or redacting material in FOIA requests, Congressional requests, IG requests, and prosecutorial requests, for the sole purpose of hiding illegal behavior, is obstructing justice, a violation of FOIA laws, as well as other possible violations – this happened as a matter of fact.
      6) Entrapping a political opponent – generally, entrapment can be illegal. Arguably, the CIA and FBI engaged in entrapment by luring Trump campaign members overseas, planting false evidence, etc. – this happened as a matter of fact.

We could go on. Woods Procedures be damned.

We’re in the third year of Trump’s presidency and illegal immigration is skyrocketing. And ICE/BP is distributing illegal all over the country. This is on a greater scale than Obama!

Trump had better stop sending illegals all over the US and instead send them to Mexico. Even the 9th Circuit agrees. And he has GOT to control the border. Until there is a wall the border must be controlled by other means.

He’s got to get it squared away PDQ.

Just watch – they’ll do this if they can get away with it – while at the same time they’ll allow moslems to hold road-blocking loud public prayers in the main streets of the cities.

      They’ll call that fair.

Just like it’s fair for all the moslems to immigrate into the West while nearly no Christians are allowed to migrate into the Middle East. Another travesty they call fair.

I will not be surprised if it becomes a “hate crime” to even raise such criticisms.
