President Trump: “It is now just a question of time before the truth comes out, and when it does, it will be a beauty!”…

EVERYTHING After March 9th, 2016 Was A Cover Up Operation

President Trump notes pending discoveries of the political surveillance and spy operations undeniably evident in the margins of the larger 2016 election story.

♦ President Trump can prove the July 31st, 2016, Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence operation originated from a scheme within the intelligence apparatus by exposing the preceding CIA operation that created the originating “Electronic Communication” memo. Declassify that two-page “EC” document that Brennan gave to Comey.  [The trail is found within the Weissmann report and the use of Alexander Downer – SEE HERE]

♦ Release and declassify all of the Comey memos that document the investigative steps taken  by the FBI as an outcome of the operation coordinated by CIA Director John Brennan in early 2016.  [The trail was memorialized by James Comey – SEE HERE]

♦ Reveal the November 2015 through April 2016 FISA-702 search query abuse by declassifying the April 2017 court opinion written by FISC Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer. Show the FBI contractors behind the 85% fraudulent search queries. [Crowdstrike? Fusion-GPS? Nellie Ohr? Daniel Richman?]  The was a weaponized surveillance and domestic political spying operation. [The trail was laid down in specific detail by Judge Collyer – SEE HERE]

♦ Subpoena former DOJ-NSD (National Security Division) head John Carlin, or haul him in front of a grand jury, and get his testimony about why he hid the abuse from the FISA court in October 2016; why the DOJ-NSD rushed the Carter Page application to beat NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers to the FISA court; and why Carlin quit immediately thereafter. Squeeze this bastard’s nuts in the proverbial legal vice.

♦ Prove the Carter Page FISA application (October 2016) was fraudulent and based on deceptions to the FISA Court. Declassify the entire document, and release the transcripts of those who signed the application(s); and/or depose those who have not yet testified. The creation of the Steele Dossier was the cover-up operation. [SEE HERE]

♦ Release all of the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages without redactions. Let sunlight pour in on the actual conversation(s) that were taking place when Crossfire Hurricane (July ’16) and the FISA Application (Oct ’16) were taking place.  The current redactions were made by the people who weaponized the intelligence system for political surveillance and spy operation.  This is why Page and Strzok texts are redacted!

♦ Release all of Bruce Ohr 302’s, FBI notes from interviews and debriefing sessions, and other relevant documents associated with the interviews of Bruce Ohr and his internal communications. Including exculpatory evidence that Bruce Ohr may have shared with FBI Agent Joseph Pientka. [And get a deposition from this Pientka fella] Bruce Ohr is the courier, carrying information from those outside to those on the inside.

♦ Release the August 2nd, 2017, two-page scope memo provided by DAG Rod Rosenstein to special counsel Robert Mueller to advance the fraudulent Trump investigation, and initiate the more purposeful obstruction of justice investigation. Also Release the October 20th, 2017, second scope memo recently discovered.  The Scope Memos are keys to unlocking the underlying spy/surveillance cover-up. [SEE HERE and SEE HERE]

If the documents within these specific eight bullet-points were released -in full and unredacted form- the Administrative State/Deep State network would be laid bare.

It is unfathomable, genuinely outside of comprehension, how this level of sunlight could forever change and completely reset the structures of U.S. federal government.

This is not a partisan issue.  This is the Uniparty.  This is the Big Club stuff.

The amount of inside pressure on President Trump to stay away from this approach will come from all three branches of government.  Releasing this material is the nuclear ‘big ugly‘ plutonium material that would alter the DC topography.

I suspect every measure of outside leverage and inside influence is currently advising President Trump not to declassify and/or release these documents.  However, if his political enemies keep pushing, keep attacking, and keep threatening his office, their advice will hold less value.

It’s doubtful President Trump wants his legacy to be based on the collapse of others. He is proposing modest terms… but it is also clear he will not relent on the MAGA agenda.

The DC opposition to Trump are playing a dangerous game with exceptionally volatile material.  Many politicians of lesser forethought are dancing around in an oblivious frenzy while political nitro glycerine edges closer to the end of the table….

Remember, Donald Trump is the outsider in this dynamic.  His standard of life exists outside of political office; he doesn’t need this.  President Trump’s life of affluence and influence is not dependent on a perpetuating DC system of mutually beneficial scheme and graft.  Patience has limits.

I hope that not only the truth comes out (much of it already is out, for those of us in the know, after all)… but also that real consequences are faced by the perpetrators.

Arrests, indictments, trials, pleas, and convictions are the ONLY things that will make the broader world take notice of this. The higher-profile the conspirators, the better!!

Note how potus never directly makes an allegation. He simply retweets someone who nailed it. He acts like he doesn’t know and CNN and MSNBC believe he is clueless and out of the loop. Nope. My friends he knew the whole damn scheme in march 2017 when he sent his first tweet. The IG is on this. Huber could be on this. AG Barr is on this. Ratcliffe and Nunes are on this. Watkins, Guiliani, the NY crowd are on this. We are entering the end game. Barr would never bring up “spying” unless he had the goods. That guy is measured. No way he blurts that out. That was intentional. That was a message. That was preparing us for what is to come. Black hats cant stop it. Too many people know the story. Its going to be told. They may save the institutions, but they are not going to save the people that tried to corrupt those institutions. I am more optimistic than ever. And I am a pessimist by nature. Obama and Hillary are off the table. But I believe that they may get as high as Comey Brennan and Clapper. I never thought that before.

It’s not game over at all, until there are real consequences–for the higher-ups, too, not just the peons. Nothing else will FORCE the corrupt MSM and DC Establishment to sit up and pay attention, and therefore ensure that the average voter learns about it.

For example: Look at the situation with the Awan brothers, or the Chinese spy on Diane Feinstein’s staff, or James Wolfe and the Senate Intelligence Committee. We all know the facts on those. They are public. We all know that–in each case–prominent Democratic lawmakers committed crimes, or helped others commit crimes, and covered them up.

But they’ve all disappeared down the Memory Hole, because not one of the LEADERS of the conspiracies went to jail. A few downstream bit players got minor legal consequences. Ho-hum.

It’s not enough. Not even close. We NEED indictments and trials. Of the main players. Justice demands it.

But already she has made another truth comment in regards to the felons voting fiasco from the Dem pres. candidates. Once done, and the arraignment completed, it would be made clear to Hillary that she IS going to jail and the only issue is for how long. Hillary would then sing like a canary and the entire swamp structure would collapse like a house of cards. The Cretins would line up at the prosecutor’s door clamoring for a plea bargain.

So true, and they are just as big a problem as the actual plotters.

The easiest way to get through this is for the media to take a neutral position and report the facts, wherever they lead and whoever is called out without bias and spin then, and only then, there will be a chance to solve this without the likely violence that will ensue if both sides are toe to toe. That would have to be decided at the coporate HQs.

Given the fact that there are trillions at stake how can the DS back down? Also, given the fact that too many now know the truth and will not accept a cover up there is no way for our side to back down. Eventually we give up totally on the system and things get much much worse.

Total, complete sunlight shining on every perp and recorded for posterity is the only way forward. Otherwise the can is kicked yet again and the seething unrest escalates.

Venues to release the specific non redacted documents must be chosen for full legal effect. This becomes not a game of effective public exposure BUT a game that the documents are released to venues that have people sworn to tell the truth and indictments that will result from the information released.

IMO, this is a task for Barr and the prosecutors to assure that documents are released with a specific legal course planned and the venue prepared.

What evidence is there that DJT committed any of these acts, if the Muller report said they could not find it.” Make them be specific – show you the evidence.

“…However, we don’t discover this September 26th 2016 DOJ admission until May 2017. That’s when the FISA court decision on the self-reporting was released to the public, declassified and we find the details outlined within the court ruling.”

“The NSD admits the details how, under President Obama, *** the Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch Department of Justice used FISA applications to spy on political opponents, unmasked conversations to discover content, and also disclosed this has been happening for SIX YEARS prior to the beginning of the July 2016 joint FBI/DOJ “Trump Operation”. *** ”

  18. concerned3 says:

    Do I have it right?

    Sundance writes
“If President Obama or President Trump sign a Presidential Finding Memo granting the CIA authority to begin formulating a strategy or covert mission, these eight people hold the oversight responsibility to ensure the constitutional and legislative laws -which would govern any executive action- are followed.

It is important to understand that everything the White House, CIA, NSA, and U.S State Department does is approved by these eight members who are accountable to the U.S. electorate. These eight representatives are the intelligence oversight “check” within the constitutionally established check and balance inside our federal government.”

So is it logical to say, the following:
If X-President Obama signed a Presidential Finding Memo granting or telling the IC to spy on the President Trump’s campaign, these eight people hold the oversight responsibility to ensure the constitutional and legislative laws – which would govern any executive action- are followed would detect and prevent it?

    Definition:
A presidential memorandum is a type of directive issued by the President of the United States to manage and govern the actions, practices, and policies of the various departments and agencies found under the executive branch of the United States government. It has the force of law and is usually used to delegate tasks, direct specific government agencies to do something, or to start a regulatory process. There are three types of presidential memorandum: presidential determination or presidential finding, memorandum of disapproval, and hortatory memorandum.

So if these eight members (i.e., The Gang-Of-Eight) were corrupt and they decided not to hold these organizations White House, CIA, NSA, FBI and U.S State Department accountable for their actions. Then only the U.S. electorate could hold them accountable . But, how would the U.S. electorate know of their actions since they can determine what is classified?

    https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/01/02/united-states-national-intelligence-oversight-the-gang-of-eight/

Do we have reason to believe that the following is true: Obama order the IC to spy on the President Trump’s campaign and the Gang-Of-Eight knew it and did nothing?

None of the people that approached members of the Trump campaign were FBI. The coordination of our erstwhile allies the Brit, Aussie, Italy and possibly other intelligence agencies was ultimately acted out through non-government persons. Besides knowing what he knows and disagreeing with Obama’s Iran Deal and his strategic use of terrorists, Flynn had plans to investigate and remodel America’s intelligence gathering community. After Trump won, Flynn was a threat. Now we all know why Obama, Clapper, and Brennan thought he had to go. Flynn was about to pie the type. Trump’s next move should be to pardon, clear, and reinstate Flynn.

If everything after March 9, 2016 was a cover-up for the Intelligence Community, then everything after May 17, 2017 (Mueller’s appointment) was designed to prevent the uncovering – it was simply an obstruction tripwire that Whitaker and Barr carefully dismantled.

What I’m trying to figure out at this point is what kind of leverage Trump is trying to gain since he has almost all of it on his side, now. His leverage is nearly 100% unencumbered. He is in a unique position where he could demand near-total capitulation of his enemies.

Yeah I think their best way out of this is to prosecute their “rogue” actors who were working “in concert” with the Obama Administration “to interfere in the 2016 election”.

That would utterly crush the Trump-Russia narrative and give the UK a convenient and graceful exit from an international incident. Hopefully Trump is dangling a hard-Brexit trade deal as incentive for such an arrangement.

I think the statement “It’s doubtful President Trump wants his legacy to be based on the collapse of others” is quite the opposite at this point. Trump single-handedly defeated the UniParty and now has the opportunity to shed light on it’s corrupted, treasonous actions that has plagued the US for decades. Burn the whole thing down and watch the American people rejoice in the streets.

Sundance makes a reasonable speculation here but I’m not sure as to specifically whose collapse Sundance is referring.

PDJT certainly vowed to “drain the swamp” however he never got name-specific in that pledge. IMO we each inferred from that pledge what we individually desired.

I do think President Trump would like to drain the swamp without appearing to deliberately “go after” the former President, despite that man’s many severe transgressions. I can understand any reticence that PDJT may have in that regard,

If, however, (and it’s a big IF) the evidence becomes widely known that implicates Ozero in having willfully violated significant laws, I don’t think justice nor President Trump’s legacy would be positively served by letting it slide.

      i) educates the public on MSM extreme bias
      ii) diminishes the MSM subterfuge
iii) makes existing FBI / IC / DOJ employees think twice about endangering their careers by leaking

One aspect I haven’t seen Sundance or anyone else directly address – why the extra animus for Trump?

It goes beyond their contempt of POTUS as a vulgarian. Why the willing participation of the UK, Australia, NZ?

A commentator I can’t recall mentioned a perfect trigger: candidate Trump’s open criticism of NATO; and threats to withdraw from it.

NATO’s 2017 total spending, all members: $957 Billion.

    US share: $686 Billion; 72%.

I traveled to 10 European countries in 2000, and their contradictions are blatant. Love or hate. Dismissive of our Military; but don’t pull troops out of Germany, they spend a LOT of money in our city! Essentially, our military expenditures subsidize their social safety net, the “Social Contract” (social economy).

In tough economic times, their youth unemployment is anywhere from 25 – 55%!! Then it gets further fragmented. A Greek-American friend of mine remarked, “Pay taxes? In Greece?” Then add the refugee crisis on top of it. … Merkel, what a disaster!!

If the “others” referred to in the article are DS coup plotters (obama and crew) he can seek and expose the truth, or make a deal. At this point a deal would involve lies because half the country knows it was a witch hunt, fewer (with the exceptions of readers of this site) know it was the previous admin abusing fed agencies to suppress political opposition. Third world style.

The truth is out there. Does PT go with the truth or half the truth (which is half a lie)? Maybe he fears for his and his family’s life. We just don’t know.

PDJT needs to work largely through others, and is. As here. It must all come out naturally, via the appropriate responsible persons like Nunes, Barr, and IG Horowitz. There are two big reasons.

    1. If he leads personally, it looks like a political vendetta and that IS within the true meaning of impeachable ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’, an ancient term of art from English law that Alexander Hamilton correctly described in Federalist paper #85 as (briefly paraphrased) ‘obviously unfit for office’.

    2. It has to be about the rule of law, not politics. The Swamp made it about politics by ignoring the rule of law. You cannot drain the swamp using swamp tactics.

PDJT personal contributions will be Sundance’s declassify recommendations, appropriately timed and paced. He started on FISA then pulled back. That was a warning shot. Now its fire for effect.

      • ristvan says:

Greeting, ms Idaho. Yup, that was me, more than once, more than just today. The reason is very simple to those who love constitutional law.

Impeachment A2§4 ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ is a legal term of art, well understood at the Constitutional Convention of 1787 and their third attempt beyond Treason and Bribery. It dates in English law back to 1387 And the Magna Carta! (OK, I cannot resist. The first constitutional attempt at a third condition was corruption, rejected as redundant to bribery. The second was maladministration, rejected as too vague and subject to political manipulation. Our founding fathers were VERY wise.)
The phrase does not mean either ‘crimes’ or ‘misdemeanors’, and ‘high’ just meant a higherstandard applied to a public office holder, not a commoner. Hamilton explained it in Federalist Paper #85, best paraphrased as ‘obviously unfit for the office’. See my comments elsewhere here today.

PDJT is being (IMO) careful to avoid the Johnson 1867 impeachment trap. And is driving TDS absolutely nuts by so doing.
Highest regards to a Treeper learner.

It’s all in Barr’s hands and I just don’t see it. Too many folks involved or as someone said here… too big to prosecute. And if POTUS agrees to a deal that basically sweeps things under the rug then he might as well not run again cause a lot of folks will just stay home… then they will come after him again.

Charge them with lying and about 10 other statutes, and have them plea to a single charge of lying to the FBI and a couple of other minor crimes, but only if they fully cooperate against all of the other conspirators. Once the first couple of criminals flip, there will be a race to Barr to get the good plea deals before they dry up.

    1) If you’re foolish enough to attack him, he strikes you back 2 or 3 times harder; and …
    2) He has impeccable timing …he knows precisely the best moment to nail his enemies.

Given those traits, when will Pres. Trump reveal the juicy details of The Big Ugly, and then begin relentlessly pushing that story via every tweet and every presser?

I sense that big smelly elephant enters America’s living room via I-G Horowitz’s report (never to leave until after election day 2020) on Friday of the Memorial Day long weekend. From that point onward A-G Barr and Pres. Trump will be in full, 24/7 attack mode versus the Swamp Creatures … indictments, arrests, perp walks, bail hearings, full-nuclear take-no-prisoners Trump warfare.

History will look back at these events as the beginning of the resolution of our greatest national crisis since the Civil War … and the drama will continue until after the Nov. 3, 2020, election, which will see the Democrat Congress reduced to the size of a county scout troop in Wyoming.
