Spygate and The Steele Dossier Were The Cover Story – The Real Issue is Years of Obama-era Surveillance and Political Spy Operations…

If you read the Weissmann/Mueller report carefully one aspect stands out strongly; the Mueller investigation was fully committed to The Steele Dossier.  An inordinate amount of the report is focused on justifying their investigative validity and purpose in looking at the claims within the Steele Dossier.

Repeatedly, the investigative unit references their mandate based around the Steele Dossier, and the mid-summer 2016 origin of the FBI counterintelligence operation.

Why?  Why was/is Crossfire Hurricane (July ’16) and the Steele Dossier (Oct. ’16) so important to the principle intelligence apparatus, and the Mueller team (’17, ’18, ’19)?

I believe former NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers has told us the answer.  In early 2016 Rogers caught on to a massive and pre-existing weaponization of government surveillance and the use of collected NSA metadata for political spy operations.  Everything, that comes AFTER March 2016 is one big blanket cover-up operation….. ALL OF IT.

The Russian election interference narrative; the use of Joseph Mifsud, Stefan Halper, the London and Australian embassy personnel; Erika Thompson, Alexander Downer, U.S. DIA officials; everything around Crossfire Hurricane; and everything after to include the construct of the Steele Dossier; all of it was needed for the creation of an ‘after-the-fact‘  plausible justification to cover-up what Mike Rogers discovered in early 2016, AND the downstream unmasked records that existed in the Obama White House SCIF.

Fusion GPS was not hired in April 2016 to research Donald Trump.  The intelligence community was already doing surveillance and spy operations. They already knew everything about the Trump campaign. The Obama intelligence community needed Fusion GPS to give them a justification for pre-existing surveillance and spy operations.

That’s why the FBI, and later the Mueller team, are so strongly committed to, and defending, the formation of the Steele Dossier and its dubious content.

On Pages #11 and #12 of the Weissmann/Mueller report, the special counsel team outlines the purpose and intent of the probe as delivered by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. Within these pages Mueller outlines the August 2nd Scope Memo that has previously been hidden and remains redacted through today.

Read the highlighted portion carefully to understand the scope of the instructions. Note the careful wording “the Special Counsel had been authorized since his appointment to investigate allegations”… This means from Day #1 of the special counsel, the scope of the probe was always to investigate the claims within the Ohr/Steele Dossier:

The August 2nd Scope Memo additionally authorized the investigation of “certain other matters” specifically relating to Manafort (financial crimes), and Papadopolous and Flynn (FARA violations).

These paragraphs tell us a great deal about what originated the purpose of the FBI investigation and the continued purpose of the special counsel. Remember, the special counsel was a continuance of the FBI counterintelligence operation which officially began on July 31st, 2016. [The unofficial beginning was much earlier]

Understanding now that Mueller is saying from Day One he was investigating the Steele Dossier; here’s where we all need to question the assumptions.

Why is the Steele Dossier so important?

From the beginning most people have thought the Fusion-GPS objective was to dig up dirt on Trump for political exploitation. However, with all the recent information outlined there’s actually a more significant role for Fusion.

The overall intelligence apparatus of the U.S. government was already conducting political surveillance on their political opposition. The systems of the intelligence apparatus such as FISA-702(16)(17) databases searches were being exploited months (if not years) beforehand.

When NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers discovered the use of the database he shut down contractor access on April 18th, 2016.

When Fusion GPS was hired by the DNC and Clinton team; also in April of 2016 immediately following the shut-down of FBI contractor access; it now appears the purpose was to provide cover for government surveillance already taking place. Perhaps part of that motive was fear of what NSA Mike Rogers might do.

The Obama administration (U.S. government intelligence apparatus) needed an external source of information that could cover their domestic surveillance and spy operations. That’s why Fusion GPS was hired, and why emphasis was put on using European and Australian intelligence contacts to create the plausible process to continue surveillance that was always taking place.

This corrupt weaponizing of the U.S. intelligence apparatus is MUCH BIGGER than anyone currently absorbs. The Steele Dossier was an eventual part of the cover-story.

When Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were discussing the “insurance policy” in August 2016, they were not discussing insurance from the perspective of their success, ie. Clinton elected; they were discussing insurance from the position of: if they failed.

If Clinton was elected, great; everything continues as normal. However, if Clinton was not elected the weaponization of government needed a cover story, a plausible legitimate reason for why political surveillance/spying was taking place. This is the insurance policy need…. This is why they needed the Steele Dossier.

Regardless of anything happening to stop them, the intelligence community was conducting surveillance of their political opposition. To validate that surveillance the intelligence community needed a plausible FBI counterintelligence operation. That’s where John Brennan (CIA) comes in.

Brennan manufactured the plausible excuse for an FBI operation to begin through the use of “unofficial channels” via Joseph Mifsud, Stefan Halper and eventually Alexander Downer via an Australian intelligence asset Erika Thompson; who was working in London with U.S. intelligence assets Terrence Dudley and Greg Baker, ie. the “Papadopoulos operation”.

While the overseas operation was working to create plausible explanation and start Crossfire Hurricane, back in the U.S. Fusion-GPS was contracted to supplement the appearances for a domestic parallel track. Fusion ran operations for the Russian appearances inside the U.S., ex. Trump Tower meeting.

For their effort, Fusion was using previously extracted FISA-702(16)(17) results to create more supportive evidence and plausible material. That Fusion effort led to the Steele Dossier.

However, in a similar way the Brennan operation needed the Australian Diplomat Alexander Downer to cross from “unofficial” into “official” channels, the Steele Dossier needs a way to cross from “unofficial opposition research” into “official investigative product” status.

Enter the FISA warrant and Carter Page.

A FISA warrant that could be built upon the Steele Dossier was what they needed.

The Steele Dossier is the investigative virus the FBI wanted inside the system. To get the virus into official status, they used the FISA application as the delivery method and injected it into Carter Page. The FBI already knew Carter Page; essentially Carter Page was irrelevant, what they needed was the Dossier in the system {Go Deep}.

With the communication from Alexander Downer (foundation for the EC), in conjunction with the Steele Dossier (foundation for the Page FISA), the CIA and FBI now held a plausible -albeit fraudulently obtained- basis to explain/justify all of their 2015 and 2016 political spying and surveillance activity. This is their insurance policy.

If Hillary wins the election, everything just evaporates into the ether. However, if Hillary loses the election – the fraudulent investigative evidence now protects all of the players for their role in weaponized intelligence spying and surveillance operations.

Andrew Weissmann was/is one of the DOJ participants who is well aware of the status of the operations as they proceed. In 2016 and 2017 Weissmann is being briefed by DOJ official Bruce Ohr who is carrying messages from Fusion-GPS and Chris Steele into the FBI.

Fraudulent justifications.

Just like the Susan Rice justification Memo, fraudulent justifications are what’s behind those paragraphs in the Rosenstein scope memos as delivered to Weissmann and Mueller.

Fusion GPS was not hired to research Trump, the intelligence community was already doing surveillance and spy operations. The intelligence community needed Fusion GPS to give them a plausible justification for already existing surveillance and spy operations.

See the difference?

Fusion-GPS gave them the justification they needed with the Steele Dossier.

That’s why the Steele Dossier is so important in the scope memos.

This theory seems exceedingly plausible to me. One thing I’m not 100% convinced of though, is how low in the ranks of the FBI and DOJ the knowledge of widespread surveillance would have gone. Every person who knows creates another risk of exposure (by an FBI guy texting and pillow talking with his DOJ paramour, for example). Seems like it would have been hard to keep the secret 10 years past the start of the Obama Reign if lots of mid and low level FBI and DOJ people knew what the IC was doing. Not sticking up for the likes of Strzok who committed crimes of his own. I just think this secret would have had to be more closely held for the operation to go on that long.

Rosemary M. Collyer, the presiding judge of the FISA Court, addressed the FISA abuses in Collyer’s April 2017 Memorandum. Too bad Collyer is likely a Dem sympathizer or she could have done much more to right the wrongs under her watch.

This FISA Court ruling, unsealed by Director of National Intelligence Dan Coates, revealed some grave abuses.

        From the FISA Court ruling:

The October 26, 2016 Notice informed the Court that NSA Analysts had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had previously been disclosed to the Court.

The Court ascribed the government’s failure to disclose the IG and OCO reviews at the October 4, 2016 hearing [Obama’s NSD Director John Carlin – NOT Rogers] to an institutional “Lack of Candor” and emphasized that “this is a very serious Fourth Amendment Issue”.

A non-compliance rate of 85% raises substantial questions about the propriety of using of [Redacted – likely “About”] query FISA data.

The {Redacted} contractors had access to raw FISA information that went well beyond what was necessary to respond to the FBI’s requests.

Barr & Company need to move concurrently with release of the IG Report. It can’t be a mystery who was typing what into the FISA database.

The Dems “never let a good crisis go to waste” almost worked. They parlayed the cover up of massive privacy abuses into an attempted take down of POTUS. Both were their objectives.

I wouldn’t trust the Republican establishment to protect any whistleblower. The Democrat-run media certainly won’t help any anti-Obama whistleblower.

If you haven’t noticed, virtually every “good guy” helping Trump in the campaign or early administration has been peeled away from him by a combination of public media pressure, legal harrassment, intimidation, and God only knows what else.

      The idea was:
      1) Bamster’s gov’t was illegally spying on his political opponents. People are at risk of going to jail if it comes out.

      2) A FISA warrant legalizes the spying (even though it occurred in the past… not sure why that is so, but that is what the legal beagles say).

      3) After the FISA/counter-intelligence investigation, the spying is now legal, and “by the book.” Nobody goes to jail.

This has nothing to do with Pence. If you are asking about the Special Counsel, I surmise the plan was for FBI director Comey to “frame POTUS”, (with or without an SC) and destroy his presidency, expecting that things would play out as it did for Nixon: disgrace and catastrophic loss for republicans in the next election.

I haven’t seen a reference to how long this might have been going on, but I suspect at a minimum since 2009, which would likely catch Mueller. His saint status will be a little tarnished if that is the case. Other than being a swamp rat, it would explain Romney rolling over so easily.

I believe it was around 2011 at least in which intel analysts were complaining about White House pressure to produce intel that suited what the White House was claiming, particularly on ISIS.

I would think the CIA changed their tune rather quick regarding Iranian nuclear intentions shortly after Obama got into office.

It would be interesting to see a list of former NSA/CIA/DIA directors, and a list of politicians who appeared to be sure wins, but lost. I am sure the purges of military officers helped keep people in line. Or just smearing them after being fired like Obama did with 4 Inspectors General in his first year or two in office. I am STILL shocked Congress just completely ignored what he was doing regarding IG’s in various agencies.

Why would this NOT have begun as soon as Obama got into the White House? His whole history is full of instances of uncovering/unsealing records of his opposition to get what he wants.

It seems to me plan A was Mueller’s report would go to the AG, and the AG would follow the law completely and NOT make it public. That would allow democrats and Mueller’s team to selectively leak things to the press. Instead, Trump turned the tables on them and said “make it all available – maximum transparency”. Because of redacting the minimum possible, that allows people like Sundance to analyze everything in the report. Very cool.

A few more weeks, and the media would have plenty of RINO’s calling for impeachment.

    Speculation inspired by Sundance’s article.
    1) Obama spied on his political opponents (and allies) as soon as he had the ability, and used the government IC apparatus as his political operatives for years.
    2) FISA abuse and “counter-terrorism investigations” were well-developed capabilities by the time Hillary’s campaign rolled around.
    3) Capacities create opportunities, and opportunities both invite use of capacities.
    4) Hillary had networks of loyalists throughout Obama’s administration and the IC. Others assumed she would be elected and wanted to ingratiate themselves/create obligations.
    5) Working through them, Hillary co-opted Obama’s capacities to spy on and machinate against her political opponents, and integrated work of her own dirty tricksters from outside. Obama mostly knew and approved, out of a narcissistic drive to preserve his legacy and associated Dem/Communist solidarity.
    6) Hillary’s attempts to inject her “outside” operations into official IC operations were overly “public”, and obviously tied to her campaign, exposing Obama’s domestic spying networks.
    7) Rogers recognized the subversion of the NSA and put a stop to contractors accessing NSA resources and blatant FISA abuse. For this Clapper wanted him fired.
    8) The whitewash of Hillary’s email server/classified data crimes and the ham-handed nature of the “Steele Dossier” exposed the DoJ/FBI as partisan tools. Hillary setting up McCabe’s wife for a Virginia senate seat made it even more obvious.
    9) With Comey fired for his misconduct and leaks, and many of the players on the rocks, numerous constituencies of the greater Swamp were desperate to hide both the recent anti-Trump operations, and the years of spying before it.
    10) They must destroy the new President before they were destroyed themselves. Voila: appoint a Special Counsel to buy time, bottle up evidence and witnesses, wear out the public on the story, slink away, retire, ruin/punish Trump’s loyalists, hope Trump is destroyed by something dug up in the process, and if all else fails, accuse Trump of “obstructing justice”, etc.

Obama’s term-limited eight years was time enough to only BEGIN the “transformation of America.” He and his cadre of true believers needed mechanisms to make the transformation permanent. Hillary’s election was a major piece of that, but only a piece. Thus was the Deep State seeded by Obama’s idealogues, who had no intention of leaving the project to the whims of the American voter. And by no means to a brash, uncontrollable outsider running on a campaign to wrench the government away from corrupt insiders and return it the to the people.

So, for example, Obama’s plan to substitute Iran for Israel as the U.S.’s main tie to the ME had met decidedly mixed results, and as a work in progress lay on shaky ground. Trump’s intention in that area must have been of critical interest to the transformers; a reversal of Obama’s ME strategy unthinkable.

As luck would have it, a former secretary of state was available to assure Iran it had only to wait out any meddling Trump might attempt with the sacrosanct nuclear deal (Now there’s a Logan Act play to make Sally Yates shudder.) Moreover, a communist-voting (for pres. candidate Gus Hall) Muslim CIA director, armed with “six ways from Sunday,” was also available to look into the matter.

George Papadopoulos has been asserting, in print and to any interviewer who will book him, that the intelligence plants’ and FBI’s true interest in him (Mifsud’s email ruse was to “dirty him up”–a neutralizing tactic) centered not on Russia (George had never been to Russia and had no Russian contacts), but on Isreal and the Middle East, where George did have contacts from his days at the Hudson Institute, and whose area of expertise was energy, including Israel’s natural gas discoveries. Low level though he might have appeared due to his age (28) and political inexperience, he was nevertheless an advisor to a Trump campaign that could count its advisors on one hand. Not someone the transformers should overlook.

Enter Mifsud, Downer, Halper, two London-based DIA attaches, assorted honey traps, the FBI and finally Mueller. A lot of attention trained on someone whose only connection with Russia was to deny he had any: Never been there, knew no Russians, knew nothing about Hillary’s emails that Mifsud said the Russians had, denied even discussing emails with the Trump campaign.

There is no Russia “predicate,” but there is a transformation predicate. It’s principal faceman has a housemate named Jarrett.

Many Trump defenders were wrecked, taken out, and threatened. So many retirements, never-Trumpers, Rhinos trying to prevent his progress. It is amazing Trump is fighting almost alone but has the goods on them. The behavior of everyone against him is so desperate. Nothing except widespread surveillance of candidates, conservatives, media, politicians and regular citizens explains the desperation. They cannot let Trump have the high ground and expose it. When Rogers found out and shut it down the coverup actions started. They knew they needed a reason – Barr sees through it from his statements. It was illegal and exposed. Rogers told Trump to warn him of the entire operation – including pre-April 2016. Massive surveillance. The only explanation that fits the behavior.

One of the first things Obama did was take down the flagship of American Innovation: NASA. What was the purpose of that? And why was there nary a peep from Dems or Republicans, or the public. I think we were numb. It was as if we woke up and it was gone.

Thanks Sundance for the perspective. I think most Americans don’t have the ability to see the degree of deep state, uniparty tentacles in our country. That’s why the democrats were so cocky about the passage of Obamacare. The sane people couldn’t believe they could pass such a vague ridiculous, unknown bill without more debate. And the cocky confidence displayed before they passed it. Even our Chief Justice turned.

I’ve seen it before as written, but its like walking up to a hurricane zone. you see the pictures, but you can’t really appreciate it. Thats how big the deep state/uniparty/Fed/Bilderburg/New World ORder/Apple/Google/Amazon/Facebook/FBI/DOJ/CIA/NSA tentacles are interwoven into this country like a cancer.

We can’t cut it out. We can debulk it a little by taking some departments down. But it will take chemotherapy, re-education, retooling of news and information, and re-alignment of the country to the spiritual principles on which the Declaration of Independence and U.S. constitution were founded.

We have to hit bottom as a country, and it isn’t going to be pretty.

I think the fastest, most effective return on investment will be honest, humble, spiritual revival, with a relentless standing and pursuit of Truth. Calling people on lies, false science, greed, while laying our lives down for each other in service. Stripping the government of power, and laughing at those who think government money (our money) can fix anything. Holding one another accountable for basic responsibilities, work, and letting them suffer the consequences if they are unwilling.

My main point is that the degree of this cancer spread in our country serious, and may not be recoverable.

In our modern technological world, electronic communications and data transmissions are digital; which means little pulses of energy moving along a tangible channel like fiber optic cable or through the atmosphere as electromagnetic wave pulses, These signals are not directly intelligible to humans and must be decoded by computers in order to be understood. The US government (plus many other governments and private entities) monitors, clones, and archives most raw EC transmissions in real time and then archives this data for later analysis if needed. Everything is collected. It’s the only way to do this.

Later, upon proper necessity and authorization, these archives can be selectively queried and analyzed to search for specific information of interest. In theory, these searches may only be conducted under the auspices of legally binding rules, protocols, and laws. But the key point is that “everything” is collected, stored, and archived. Nothing is excised or deleted. That is a fiction intended to fool the public into believing that privacy still exists.

Because this all-inclusive database exists, the temptation to violate laws and abuse the archival research capability is overwhelming. Big Brother has been in existence for about two decades now and privacy is extinct. Yes, the Obama Administration abused this privilege for political purposes, but no one can put the genie back in the bottle now.

I think the best opportunity to expose this aspect of the abuse is via the Pap case. There are timing issues there that possibly will expose intelligence collection outside of FISA and any other authorized means.

The key is why they chose to target Pap with Downer. They will waffle and flake an answer to this but it is obvious they had a reason to target him. The assumption is that Misfud was an FBI source so that’s how they knew but I’m fairly certain that’s not true. Mueller’s report was written to cover for the FBI and Misfud’s name is all over it. MIsfud may very well have been operating as an agent for the CIA or other agency but not the FBI.

As far as the FBI is concerned they were still aware of Pap’s connections to “Russians”. The only explanation I can see is that they had access to his communications. If you read the dates of the email communications Pap had in his indictment and plea deal and match that to the April 18th date when they were shut down you can see why they felt the need to start running spies at him. They also felt the need to obfuscate the dates of certain emails and not others. That is a giant red flag. They don’t do things like that without a reason.

Pap believes they had a FISA on him for his Israel work. If we get some sort of confirmation of that as well as the date then that would fill in the gaps. I’m still not 100% certain that he is correct since everything about it matches various statements about redacted material in the Page FISA and the timing of when the reporters approached him about his FISA was exactly when we know they had access to the Page FISA. The bad guys may actually like the idea that he is suggesting there was a previous FISA on him since it would provide an alternate explanation for how they had access to his comms in March and early April.

If there is no FISA on Pap in early 2016 (before May 6th) then the FBI has no legitimate explanation for why they were targeting him. If we start down the path to exposing this part of the story it is possible that the 702 abuse will be exposed. I believe there are a lot of people on “our side” who still feel like this is too explosive to expose and are reluctant to go down that road.

I am not saying Sundance is wrong but why would Priestap be meeting in London with ALEXANDER DOWNER AFTER March 2016. This one really good cover-up because even Papadopoulos must have bought in.

Sundance writes: Everything, that comes AFTER March 2016 is one big blanket cover-up operation….. ALL OF IT.

So there we have it. Bill Priestap was in London on or around May 9. Which strongly suggests that all three of the international trips taken by him during his tenure as FBI counterintelligence chief were to London.

Still, there is a reason the censors had out their Sharpies. It has to do with another question Jordan asked Priestap: “Okay. So what were you doing in [REDACTED] in the [REDACTED] of 2016?

So, Priestap replied, I went to meet with a foreign partner, foreign government partner. In other words, almost certainly British intelligence. Not exposing our British partners has been the Justice Department’s justification for locking up secrets about the beginnings of the Trump investigation. The redactions try and fail to hide that Priestap met repeatedly with his British counterparts in 2016.

Later on Saturday evening, Papadopoulos tweeted, Even BIGGER than Bruce Ohr meeting Christopher Steele shortly after I met Mifsud, Peter Strzok’s old boss, BILL PRIESTAP, was in LONDON, the days before/after I was meeting ALEXANDER DOWNER. No wonder I wasn’t supposed to tell the world Downer was recording my conversation.

Priestap being in London gives more proof that the Downer meeting was setup to try and extract information from Pap. The current premise that Pap slipped out some information to Downer which was forwarded on and started the whole investigation falls apart if the Downer meeting was a set up to try and extract that information. So how did the FBI know to set up this meeting to extract the information that supposedly came from the meeting? It makes no sense.

From the Pap indictments and plea deal we learn that Pap was exchanging emails with Misfud and others regarding his contacts with various “Russians”. I’d have to check but there may have been a communication that talked about Clinton dirt. Most of those messages were prior to the 702 outside contractor access being shut down. That would explain how they knew to target Pap with Downer and what information specifically to seek from him.

From the FBI’s point of view they had complete access to Pap’s comms before April 18th, knew he was discussing meetings with Russians and Misfud, and might have even had a clue about the Misfud “dirt” either through comms with Pap or Misfud. Suddenly they are running blind. Make sense now why the head of CI would hop on a plane to set up a human source encounter to see what info they could glean from him? It was a pretty risky thing to do really (involving allies to spy on a campaign official) so they must have had a real sense of desperation to even try it.

One other thing Pap revealed is that during his interviews with the Mueller team they were extremely focused on when and with whom he discussed his Clinton “dirt” conversation with Misfud. He said the only one he remembers is the Greek Foreign Minister. From a cover up perspective they were looking for an alternative explanation they could use for how they knew about this information (since they had no legitimate source). There are some narrative engineers right now at the FBI trying to figure out a way they can convincingly argue that they somehow obtained this info from the Greeks. It’s pretty clear Mueller’s role was to help the FBI construct a coverup. The Greek angle is something to watch for as I would not be surprised to see that pop up in the NYTimes in the near future.

Reference Papadopoulos statement above shortly after I met Mifsud, Peter Strzok’s old boss, BILL PRIESTAP, was in LONDON. Seems clear. VS “He said the only one he remembers is the Greek Foreign Minister.”

What I am concerned about is this:
“I think it was the CIA pushing this,” he added. “Real intelligence experts looked at this and said no, this is not intelligence, this is garbage and they took it out. But in this process the idea that they would include something like that in one of the great stellar intelligence assessments as Mueller also found out is highly questionable. Needs to be investigated.”

Woodward’s suggestion that the CIA was pushing for the inclusion of the dossier in the intelligence assessment comes nearly a month after Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., said he was told former CIA Director John Brennan “insisted” the dossier be included in the report.

Woodward said they remove the Dossier from the early DRAFT but apparently they put it back in. Arrogant to say the least.

What if the FBI repeated the same thing in terms of shutting down the search. Roger’s leaves and they turn it back on? Were they Arrogant enough to try it again.

A most excellent piece. The domestic spying certainly predated the 2015 run-up to the 2016 election. Rogers confirmed it. The FISC opinion confirmed it. (And Rogers destroyed the entire paper trail, but that’s another sore to pick at.) But every time you get a new answer, take the next step and again ask “why?” Why did the Obama administration weaponize the entire domestic and foreign IC against all perceived enemies? What were they up to?

Time to reprise and add to part of an earlier comment:

A secretary of state sets up an unsecure server in her basement and conducts foreign policy communications on it? Really? And then plays rope-a-dope dumb when she’s caught, and skates? Seriously?

The Clinton crew operation is a history of back doors, escape hatches, misdirection, and red herrings, and if anyone focuses on Obama they will miss the big picture. The Russian collusion narrative was a cover that is still playing out. And it is still hiding the real dirt, not just the spying that goes back years, but the reason for it, the purpose to which it was directed: protection of the decades-long Clinton/Bush/Obama globalist plan to sell out the US to China in the march toward a nationless, borderless world governed by a single world government comprised of our betters. And we’re not home safe yet.

It was obvious since late 2017 that the Collusion investigation was nothing more that a means to protect upper echelons of the Obama Administration from criminal charges for illegal surveillance of the Trump Campaign in 2015 and 2016. But, there was another concern, Servergate and other Clinton legal problems. Servergate broke in March 2015. Throughout the Trump campaign, the chant “Lock Her Up” could not have been lost on the Clintons. For this reason, two operations were undertaken to protect HRC; the whitewash and, in the case that did not work as planned, the Russia/Trump Collusion Frame. To get into the known particulars, as well as speculation on how the pieces of the investigative puzzle fit together, would fill a large book. Suffice it to say that the initial frame was done using a combination of US intelligence assets, as well as foreign political and intelligence assets having close ties to the Clintons. All of it was done to protect those in the Obama Administrations who were facing potential criminal charges, should Trump be elected.

The ironic thing about this, in my opinion, is that it is unlikely that Trump would have pursued HRC, or the people involved in the surveillance, if they had not pursued the “insurance policy”. If Trump had been allowed to go about his business of governing, all of the garbage, stirred up in response to the “insurance policy”, would not have surfaced. Now we have several nexus including US agencies, foreign intel agencies and foreign diplomats all involved in the “insurance policy”. And all of them connect, in one way or another, with the Clintons. The $64 BILLION question is : WHY? Why would so many powerful people put themselves at risk to protect the Clintons?

The net is only going to get bigger and catch more interesting fish. Whether any of these fish will be cooked, is unknown.
