FYI: Muller report said the Russians started their interference ops in 2014. (See recent CNN article too) What’s interesting is that this when Obama started investigating Gen Flynn after he was fired. And after losing the Senate that fall. Convenient that all the stuff ADM Rodgers found out was 2015 mostly too.

I already make an effort to ridicule the MSM media whenever someone brings them up. I do it with flair, aplomb, and disdain.

As yet, only a few have the ignorance to challenge me. It was so easy to stump them when I asked, “If I and others who followed ‘alternative media’ knew Trump was going to win the election, why did you think Hillary had it by a landslide?”

You can see the little wheels spinning as their mouths hang open waiting for an excuse to come. I interject by letting them know they’ve been lied to, on purpose, and that their blessed “media” are political activists who have no problem making regular citizens look stupid. 🙂

So as the video in Sunday’s Future shows, the invasion at the southern border continues, unabated. Maria says ONE MILLION is the number expected this year.

My ass-try more like TWO million.

And so they come and swamp our schools, courts, highways-you name it. These are resources YOU have already paid for. Adding insult is that YOU are supporting them while they swamp our schools, courts, highways, etc.

This is akin to YOU working during WWII to produce bombs and then giving them to Germany.

Ratcliff told Trump, on national TV, to forget about Congress fixing this mess…but Trump already knows that. Ratcliff also told Trump (2) things he can do w/o Congress to at least stem the tide…Trump also knows that as well.

But all Trump does is tweet threats. You have to ask yourself WHY? Why has Trump waited more than 2 years to do nothing more than tweet threats. WHY? Polls consistently show the invasion is our #1 concern. WHY no action by Trump? WHY?

IMO there was deal cut that allowed Trump to be President-and allowing the invasion to continue was part of that deal.

            It’s insanity-but it continues.

To Geraldo’s credit, there could have actually been something inside. To the media’s failure, they had lots of evidence the Russia vault was empty, but strung the public along anyways.

He knew that what they did was so dirty and wrong, that it would be virtually impossible to hide it

So he basically took to the “good” side and now he’s in the money so to speak.

As far as Hillary goes I’ve been thinking about that. This entire operation has her fingerprints all over it……More like a woman’s vindication or revenge. Maybe Val Jar also.

And the puzzling thing to me is: How it seems most people are deathly frightened of her…..This is just a supposition on my part, I know there are a lot of dead bodies behind her, but the fear of her, for people to do these vile acts, is there.

Well that was some straight talking from the Professor. It’s great to have a Liberal calling out CNN for their idiotic adoration of Avenatti. And I found his legal argument for giving Mueller an Incomplete for his definition of obstruction an amazing story. The legal precedent is the Casper Weinberger case when Bush pardoned him and Mueller was working for Bush at the time! I can only imagine the shock AG Barr must have had to see that that obvious precedent was not cited and Barr was also working for Bush then too!! All of this obstruction nonsense and he isn’t even applying the appropriate legal standards, sort of like a first year law student! What a mockery of the justice system!

Everyone has bias. Every journalistic report is biased. It’s impossible not to have bias. You have to place one story on page 1 top of the fold. What you put there reflects bias.

So bias isn’t the problem. It’s bias that always runs in the same direction and bias that pretends to not exist. Faux objectivity. Liberal media like NPR affect a certain tone that they think conveys objectivity but of course it merely conveys their self-regard and faux objectivity. CNN thinks having 8 people in suits sitting behind a counter somehow evinces objectivity and truth when in fact it shows stupidity and propaganda.

We need to point out media bias not to prove it exists but to unmask it.

Why and how did the media corrupted? Taking over the media and public education were part of the long march through the institutions. In the late 60’s, early 70’s people like Bill Ayers (Professor Emeritus of Education at U. Chicago) went into education to train the next generation of teachers. Same with journalists; took over the media outlets in order to become advocates for their agenda.

Taking over the schools, taking over the media, disarming the citizenry are the Big 3 for totalitarian types.

I flipped to CNN Thursday just to see what they were saying, there may have been 8 or 9 suits/outfits on that panel but those suits were all wired into one brain and one mouthpiece. The only diversity I was able to observe on that panel was in front of them—some used Macs and some used Surface. Any other differences were 💯% superficial.

Dershowitz is a rare principled voice of reason as a Dem/civil libertarian. The Prof. lays out a few more random tidbit counter arguments to Weissmann’s report. But unfortunately, there is not a comprehensive Counter Argument produced by the Trump defense. Only scattered time limited interviews etc. will suffice. Some people will interpret this as meaning a cogent counter argument is not possible but a ranting Levin did a fabulous job of destroying Weissmann’s Op ed..

Trump released over a million documents to Mueller/Weissman, waived attorney client privilege and even waived executive privilege to his detriment. But, for stunning and inexplicable reasons, his team will not release a much needed counter argument for the defense. All the massive private and public info Trump (unwisely?) allowed to be released is being used now as endless effective negative fodder by the corrupt Dem media. Trump was not charged with a crime by the DOJ, but he is still being indicted and convicted daily in front of many millions of American viewers by the MSM for Obstruction.

Even the Canadian CBC is spinning this as (paraphrased)” a threat to Trump’s shaky hold on the Presidency. His admin is about to collapse.” Other countries must be spreading the same nonsense.

I am bewildered at the decision not to produce a formal counter argument. What am I missing?

Delaying a counter argument might not be the wisest idea. Weissmann’s prosecutory words are being drilled into the minds of many while the Defense is officially mute. This is not a run of the mill political issue. It is a major legal argument full of one sided accusations and to only have a lone official argument from one side is mind boggling to me.

To be fair I don’t think many Americans want to hear the nitty gritty legal arguments about the previous precedents. As it is, when a medical study is published, the media does such a bad job of explaining it, you are better going to the journal source directly to read it for yourself. Only until you read the report (and I confess I only got a little more than halfwAy through) do you realize something’s wrong. I am not an English teacher and never have been a prolific reader, but having read the executive summary and halF the report, it was patently obvious to this untrained eye that the two parts were miles apart in writing styles< language and support methods. Most reporters read the summary (the pro-Hillary piece) so they were clueless as to the actual facts.
Media died several years ago. Will it come back? Only when and if they decide to be journalists and not pundits. In the current form and with the current state of higher education, it should be noted that there is no such thing as a School of Journalism in existence. Rather, universities have Schools of Punditry. Sad but true. Facebook and Twitter have divided us into two factions. Civil discourse is non-existent. Congress has become the Judiciary and the Judiciary is far to often trying to legislate from the bench.
Everyone, take 10 minutes, look up the Constitution of the U. S., read it and take a long, deep breath. Think about what you read multiple times a day for a week. If you still can’t look at your neighbors without wanting to kill or insult, decide in what country this would not be necessary. Apply for and get a work visa for that country. Fly there. Upon arrival, apply for asylum. Hopefully, this will solve your problem.

There needs to be more corroborating evidence because she has lied repeatedly in the past about bedding multiple famous people, including ones who proved that to be impossible. This is clearly a complicated case, particularly when you factor into it the Leslie Wexner angle. There are many conflicted parties, not surprising when you think of all of the wealthy playboys that Epstein attracted with his disgusting deeds. Still, we won’t see Derschowitz’s evidence until he goes to court. He wants to keep it close to his chest to improve his cross examination. Add into it the #metoo movement and then you will have some clearly unwilling and innocent young women caught in Epstein’s web, but also there will be others who wanted to be in that situation. I’m not saying Derschowitz is innocent, just that he deserves his day in court because there have been many false accusations (particularly from young women) involving enemies of the Clintons. You also won’t be surprised to hear that the Miami Herald leans far left and articles from them have oftentimes as much taint as a NYT article.

Just remember that the Miami Herald is a McClatchy (POS) rag published under an old name. In other words, if you choose to read it, do so with a heavy dose of suspicion about its accuracy.

Alan Dershowitz is your classic liberal which is almost extinct today. The cultural Marxist progressives took over liberalism in America. Dershowitz still supports free speech, the Constitution, and loves Israel.

  21. Disregard his background and let the Dersh babble. There are a lot of libs and middle of the road Dems who still respect him (for whatever reason). His commentary about some of the Dems response to the report may switch people to our side. I don’t believe he can hurt PDJT as much as inadvertently helping him. Just MHO.

Dershowitz is a national treasure and perhaps the last rational lawyer in the country. He’s right that nearly every hack you see on CNN/MSNBC praising Mueller excoriated Comey in 2016 for suggesting Hillary was guilty even though he didn’t charge her (and rightly so). These supposed legal experts claiming Trump obstructed justice by arguing with his AG or ‘dangling pardons’ are truly a disgrace to the profession by telling viewers that these are viable theories of guilt. The same group had the dolts on CNN believing that the Trump Tower meeting violated the law. Most of them have no experience in the criminal justice system and are ivory tower types who spin theories that would never fly in an actual courtroom.

I look forward to highlight reels I can shove in their faces on twitter (the ones that haven’t blocked me).

One guy who has gone over the edge in the era of Trump is Harvard’s Constitutional law professor Larry Tribe. He is, or was, among the preeminent and influential constitutional scholars in the country and he’s reduced himself to raving crackpot theories (check his twitter feed).

Tribe is also notable because he popped up very early in the game as the go-to legal hack to smear Trump. Friend of Bill and Hill no doubt.

You are so right! Tribe has completely lost his marbles. When I was a youngster in law school I had the unfortunate experience of sitting next to Tribe’s wife where I was cross examined for the full 1.5 hours. SOOOO unpleasant.

What I find so baffling is where any semblance of ambition has gone among journalists. The story of the century, bigger than Watergate, is sitting there for the taking and yet they all march in crazy, mind-numbing lockstep with each other like the North Korean soldiers in their military parades. Where are the ambitious journalists who want to win the awards for uncovering the truth, breaking the story of the century into the consciousness of the sheeple? Could it be that Carl Bernstein, who it turns out is a whacko liberal, and Bob Woodward weren’t journalistic heroes, that they only took a deep dive into Watergate because he hated Nixon? Was journalism already dead in 1972 or I’d it die since? I was too young to have any sense of media bias when all of that happened.

Sorry folks, nothing about this one rings legitimate to me. He votes for Hillary and winds up on Fox telling me what I saw first hand. I’m not buying it! I’ll never trust this one without out a conceal carry….

But he speaks about it with first hand knowledge like a Harvard narrative engineer….never fall for a guy who is on the same team team as Murdock and Ryan!

i wouldn’t trust Dershowitz , he seems to flow with the tide when it is in his favor. why is he so close to trump all of a sudden ?? the Epstein pedo island has a lot of people hiding in the shadows. he is one of them and god help us all if trump is found to be guilty also.

Don’t get caught up in the black-white mindset, that people are either all good or all bad. Take what you can get from these people who typically support the other side but are sane enough to understand that Trump was framed. Same with Glenn Greenwald, he’s not a Trump supporter but he knew the whole Russia thing was nonsense, and like Dershowitz he was blacklisted by the libtard community for daring to express an opinion that didn’t support the Dem narrative.

I’m glad he mentioned how he was pushed out to make room for Avenatti. That didn’t work out so well for the propaganda media. It was one thing to invite him on to blather about his Smarmy Daniels lawsuit, at least he was an expert at that, but they were also using him for general legal analysis of Mueller’s witch hunt too!

At this point the top executives at CNN and MSNBC—especially the former—no longer have a Russia hoax to maintain viewership. Yet something must be done because there are serious dollars at stake. The solution that Zucker and Lack have hit on is clownishly obvious: Increase Insults!

They’ll never get back the vast number of viewers duped into watching CNN and MSNBC until the president was arrested, but there are still a lot of maniacs out there who hate Trump almost as much as Zucker and Lack do. If they’re fed nonstop, really over-the-top invective, they will never desert porcine imbeciles like Stelter or drooling hyenas like Morning Joke and the Bride of Frankenstein sitting next to him.

Expect unhinged, foaming at the mouth, down on all fours, baying at the moon calumny and slander ever more untethered to terrestrial reality to become strictly routine.

When the traitors start testifying against each other it’s going to be a real sh*tshow watching CNN (complicit non-news network) trying to frame this. I don’t believe they will ever atone. I imagine many of their talking heads will simply be replaced without fanfare. They will have to take some shows totally off the air. What will replace them I’ve no idea.
